Abstract

menjadikan keduanya pasangan suami-istri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan biologis. Pernikahan dilakukan untuk membangun keluarga, khususnya membentuk keluarga SAMARA (SAkinah, MAwaddah, dan Rahmah). Maka konsep keluarga sakinah mawadddah warahmah adalah keluarga yang dibina atas dasar Syari’at Islam dan atas tuntunan Nabi Muhammad yang telah diperintahkan melalui proses perkawinan sebagai perjanjian kepada Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala yang dilandasi oleh cinta, kasih sayang antara dua belah pihak dan juga kepercayaan antara keduanya. Membangun keluarga sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah adalah mengupayakan wujudnya keluarga yang haknya terpenuhi begitupun kewajibannya, serta saling mencintai, menyayangi, mengasihi dan menerima kekurangannya maupun kelebihannya satu sama lain.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the role and obstacles in the implementation of letters rogatory as an instrument of international legal assistance in cross-border civil justice practices at the Bogor Religious Court. A letter rogatory is an official request from one court to a court in another country to perform certain legal actions, such as the summoning of parties, the submission of documents, or the collection of evidence, which cannot be performed directly due to jurisdictional differences. In the context of religious courts in Indonesia, letters rogatory are an important mechanism in resolving cases involving foreign nationals or Indonesian citizens residing abroad, particularly in divorce cases and cross-border family disputes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with two key informants: judges and clerks of the Bogor Religious Court. The results showed that the rogatory letter functions as an international legal bridge that ensures the validity and smoothness of the cross-jurisdictional judicial process. However, its implementation still faces various obstacles, such as a long bureaucracy, lack of technical understanding from the apparatus, and not optimal utilization of technology, including digital monitoring systems such as Rogatory Online Monitoring. Therefore, this study recommends increasing the capacity of human resources through technical training, simplifying administrative procedures, and optimizing digital systems to support the effective implementation of letters rogatory in the future.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the management strategies of digital cash waqf via Sharia-compliant crowdfunding platforms as an alternative means for financing the development of university infrastructure. The constraints of university budgets for infrastructure necessitate innovative funding solutions that are both sustainable and compliant with Sharia principles. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. This approach was chosen to explore in depth the mechanisms, challenges, and strategies of digital-based cash waqf management. Data collection techniques were carried out through library research (including a normative/doctrinal legal approach/research, supported by statutory analysis and intpretaion of legal document) and documentation (financial reports, digital platforms, and related documents on cash waqf management), followed by a comparison of articles at the national level and a comparison of the research results with similar studies in other countries to increase global relevance. When compared to conventional approaches, digital cash waqf offers notable benefits in terms of accountability, transparency, and a larger donor base. However, there are obstacles to the implementation, including issues with public trust, low digital literacy among Nazhirs (waqf managers), and regulatory gaps. The study develops a strategic framework that incorporates Nazhir professionalism certification, digital payment ecosystems, and cooperative marketing aimed at millennial donors. In conclusion, platforms for sharia-based crowdfunding act as a strategic catalyst for maximizing the potential of cash waqf. By putting these digital strategies into practice, universities' independence in building infrastructure can be effectively supported, guaranteeing long-term educational sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the importance of efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, especially Islamic education, which is considered to be of poor quality. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature review and a descriptive method is used. The data in this study were obtained from the results of literature reviews obtained from journals and articles. This study shows that the situation of education in Indonesia, especially Islamic education, is still at an alarming level. This shows the uneven quality of education between urban and rural communities, the lack of professionalism and capacity of the teaching staff, the hours of PAI which are limited to only 2 hours per week, followed by a teaching orientation that only focuses on students' cognitive aspects, as well as monotonous teaching methods which have an impact on the low quality of Islamic education in Indonesia. Therefore, special efforts and strategies are needed to improve the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia in order to realize the SDGs, namely quality, equitable education and lifelong learning opportunities for all ages. Build public trust in Islamic education, design curricula according to community needs, produce highly competitive graduates with tiered facilities and infrastructure, as well as increase and improve competitiveness through proven science and technology. Teachers and teaching staff, using a technology teaching environment, are using digital libraries.
