Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan administrasi di rumah sakit sangat erat kaitannya dengan penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS). SIMRS merupakan suatu platform teknologi informasi yang dirancang khusus untuk mengelola dan mengintegrasikan berbagai aspek administrasi dan operasional di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak implementasi SIMRS terhadap pelayanan administrasi menggunakan metode PIECES. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan melibatkan 11 informan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam untuk memperoleh informasi yang komprehensif tentang pengalaman dan pandangan para informan terhadap implementasi SIMRS. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk memahami secara mendalam fenomena yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIMRS di Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Syaiful Anwar telah membawa peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi waktu dan kemudahan pengisian data pasien, serta mengurangi penggunaan kertas. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala yang masih perlu diatasi, seperti kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan SDM, keterbatasan komputer, dan modul yang belum terintegrasi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi SIMRS di RSU Haji Syaiful Anwar yang ditinjau dari Performance (Kinerja), Information/Data (Informasi/Data), Economic (Ekonomi), Control/Security (Kontrol/Keamanan), Efficiency (Efisiensi), Service (Pelayanan) sudah cukup baik namun masih perlu dilakukan perbaikan agar SIMRS dapat berfungsi secara optimal dan memberikan manfaat maksimal bagi rumah sakit. Disarankan evaluasi berkala, pelatihan tambahan, Strategi untuk mengatasi turnover pegawai yaitu perekrutan yang baik, pengembangan karier dan kenaikan gaji, serta peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi untuk mengoptimalkan integrasi modul dan efisiensi pelayanan.

Abstract

The high prevalence of healthcare-associated infections threatens hospital services. Urinary tract infections associated with the use of catheters could reach 0.2–4.8 per 1000 catheters/day. In response to this, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends using the Healthcare Infection Control Practices Advisory Committee (HICPAC) to reduce the incidence of infection in hospitals. To determine the effect of implementing HICPAC on reducing hospital costs for patients with urinary catheters at Delia Hospital, Langkat Regency, in 2019. At the Delia General Hospital in Langkat Regency, Malaysia, quantitative research using a quasi-experimental technique was carried out, in which all patients with urinary catheters were included as respondents. The paired t-test was used to evaluate the data using SPSS software. The results revealed a significant effect of the HICPAC application on the incidence of Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infection (CAUTI) in patients during treatment (p = 0.08). The HICPAC method can also reduce the risk of CAUTI by 3.902 times. This study did not evaluate the morbidity and mortality attributable to CAUTI. An assessment of the length of stay, cost analysis, and antibiotic resistance is needed to assess the benefits of the HICPAC guidelines. The use of HICPAC in patients with urinary catheters can reduce the cost of treatment at Delia Hospital, Langkat Regency.

Abstract

According to the American Heart Association or AHA, Hypertension is a Silent Killer, with symptoms that can vary for each individual and are almost the same as the symptoms of other diseases. Blood pressure tends to increase with age i.e. people over 60 years old and this increase in blood pressure occurs naturally. Hypertension is a risk factor for various cardiovascular diseases and stroke. According to the AHA, hypertension is a disease that occurs due to an increase in systolic blood pressure > 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 90 mmHg.the purpose to be achived in this study is to determine and analyze the factors that influences the incident of hypertension in the elderly in puskesmas rasau south labuhanbatu district. This type of research uses a descriptive analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all elderly (≥60 years) sufferers of hypertension at the Rasau District Health Center. South Labuhanbatu as many as 148 people, while the sample was 108 people using slovin technique. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling Data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Based on the results of the chi-square test, it is known that the incidence of hypertension has an influence of family history, smoking, obesity, diet and lack of physical activity on the incidence of hypertension p <0.05, meaning that there is an influence of family history, smoking, obesity, diet and lack of physical activity on the incidence of hypertension. . From the results of the multivariate analysis, it is known that the most influential variable in this study is the smoking variable with an OR value of 62,850. This means that respondents who smoke have a 62 times chance of influencing the incidence of hypertension at the Rasau District Health Center. South Labuhanbatu 2023. The conclusion in this study is that smoking is the most dominant factor influencing the incidence of hypertension at the Rasau District Health Center. South Labuhan Batu. In order to reduce the prevalence of hypertension, it is hoped that patients at the Rasau District Health Center. South Labuhanbatu must implement hypertension management with a healthy lifestyle, especially not smoking, so that hypertension sufferers can have controlled blood pressure levels.

Abstract

Motivasi dan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan menentukan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang berdampak terhadap kepuasan pasien dan keluarga terhadap pelayanan perawatan.Salah satunya dengan insentif sebagai sarana motivasi yang mendorong  pegawai untuk bekerja dengan kemampuan optimal. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Metode penelitian merupakan kuantitatif yang berjenis korelasi yang bersifat cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana yang ada di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud Kabupaten Aceh Timur sebanyak 133 orang.Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 57 responden menggunakan teknik simple random sampling.Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara menggunakan kuesioner yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan variabel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan gaji dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana dengan nilai p value 0,001, ada hubungan bonus dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana dengan nilai p value 0,001 dan ada hubungan tunjangan dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana dengan nilai p value 0,006.Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah ada hubungan gaji, bonus dan tunjangan dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud Kabupaten Aceh Timur.

Abstract

The implementation of pharmaceutical service standards in hospitals must be supported by the availability of pharmaceutical resources, organization oriented towards patient safety and standard operational procedures, where pharmaceutical resources include human resources as well as facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of prescription service waiting time at the Surya Insani Pasir Pangairan Hospital pharmacy. This study used qualitative research (In-depth interview) from this study the sample was 6 (six) people, namely 2 key informants, 2 main informants and 2 triangulation/additional informants totaling 6 people. The results of the study Human resources on prescription service waiting time at the Surya Insani Pasir Pangaraian Hospital Pharmacy Installation, Riau are still lacking. The required standard is 13 and the available is 9 so it requires 4 more people, facilities and infrastructure for waiting time for prescription services at the Pharmacy Installation of Surya Insani Hospital Pasir Pangaraian Riau meet 85% and there are still obstacles to speeding up services, the policy for waiting time for prescription services at the Pharmacy Installation of Surya Insani Hospital Pasir Pangaraian Riau is that SOP is enforced for 10 minutes for non-compounding and 20 minutes for compounding., supervision of waiting time for prescription services at the Pharmacy Installation of Surya Insani Hospital Pasir Pangaraian Riau is that SOP is enforced as a reference for work, there is training and education for waiting time for prescription services at the Pharmacy Installation of Surya Insani Hospital Pasir Pangaraian Riau., Suggestions are expected for hospitals As information for Surya Insani Hospital Pasir Pangairan so that they can intervene in order to make good Health Human Resource planning, As information material for Surya Insani Hospital Pasir Pangairan regarding things that are considered good or not considered good so that they can be an improvement in the future.

Abstract

Background: The Emergency Room (IGD) is one of the service units in hospitals that provides first aid. Emergency services provided must meet good service quality. Patients are satisfied with the services of nurses in the ER if the patient's expectations are met. According to WHO, health systems should strive to make improvements in six areas or dimensions of quality. Objectives: To analyze the effect of emergency services on patient satisfaction at OMNI Cikarang Hospital in 2021. Method: This type of research is an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. The research was carried out at OMNI Cikarang General Hospital. The population of this study were emergency room patients with the number of samples in this study as many as 92 people through the calculation of the slovin formula. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Results: Showed that the respondents who were satisfied were 40 people (43.5%) and 52 people (56.5%) were not satisfied with the emergency room service. The results of the chi-square statistical test showed that the variables of effectiveness, efficient, accessible, acceptable, impartial and safe had an influence on patient satisfaction with a p value of <0.05. Simultaneous test results showed that the effectiveness factor was the most dominant factor influencing patient satisfaction in the OMNI Cikarang Emergency Room. Conclusion: There is an effect of effectiveness, efficiency, access, acceptable, impartial and safe has an effect on patient satisfaction in the ER OMNI Cikarang. It is recommended to health workers to always improve better services in order to increase patient satisfaction as users of health services.

Abstract

Pelayanan rumah sakit sebagai salah satu bidang jasa yang memegang peranan penting. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada 8 informan menyatakan bahwa keluhan dokter kurang jelasnya informasi tentang penyakit yang diderita, ruangan yang kurang nyaman, administrasi pendaftaran yang lama dan membingungkan, perawat tidak tepat waktu saat dibutuhkan pasien. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di RSU. Dr. Pirngadi Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi mutu pelayanan terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 16.638 orang pasien dengan sampel yang diambil accidental sampling yaitu 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi binary logistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keprofesian memiliki nilai sig-p 0,023 < 0,05, efisiensi sig-p 0,006 < 0,05, keamanan sig-p 0,025 < 0,05 dan kepuasan sig-p 0,004 < 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ada pengaruh keprofesian, efisiensi, keamanan dan kepuasan terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan. Diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan agar lebih memahami pentingnya mutu pelayanan yang sesuai dengan peraturan kementerian kesehatan guna meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada pasien secara maksimal

Abstract

Instalasi Farmasi merupakan pelaksana fungsional yang menyelenggarakan seluruh kegiatan kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Berdasarkan survei awal bahwa pada saat ini manajemen logistik obat masih belum stabil dimana hal tersebut diakibatkan karena instalasi farmasi pernah kehabisan stok obat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis manajemen farmasi rumah sakit TK II Putri Hijau Kesdam I/BB Medan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif. Karakteristik informan kunci adalah kepala asuhan kefarmasian, sedangkan Informan triangulasi adalah Komite Farmasi Terapi dan Penanggungjawab Gudang Perbekalan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode Triangulasi. Analisis data penelitian ini yaitu deskriftif kualitatif dengan tahapan data triangulasi teknik, sumber dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemilihan obat sudah dilakukan secara cukup baik, perencanaan obat dilakukan apabila stok obat telah kosong, pengadaan obat dilakukan sesuai prosedur, penerimaan barang dilakukan dengan cukup efektif, penyimpanan obat dilakukan menjadi 2 bagian yaitu kering dan basah, pendistribusian dilakukan sesuai prosedur rumah sakit, penarikan dan pemusnahan obat dilakukan oleh pihak rumah sakit dengan prosedur yang sesuai, pengendalian dilakukan secara efektif dan manajemen administrasi dari instalasi farmasi sudah cukup efektif. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilihan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, penarikan/pemusnahan, pengendalian dan administrasi telah berjalan efektif, hanya perencanaan obat saja yang masih berjalan kurang baik. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan perlu peningkatan kontroling obat yang death stock dan obat yang hampir expired date sehingga tidak terjadi kerugian baik bagi pasien maupun rumah sakit.

Abstract

ABSTRACT A patient falls is one of the most incident that occur in a hospital. The risk of patients fall is caused by many factors such as environmental factors, organizational and management factors, and communication factors. The research aims to analyze the implementation of patient fall risk assessments by nurses at the Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. The research method of this study is using qualitative approaches, In- Depth Interview, and direct observation. The result of this study is the implementation of the risk of patients fall prevention by nurses is not optimal and there is still a lack of education about the risk of patients fall and there are patients or their family who are refuse to implement fall risk prevention by nurses. The researcher hopes that the nurses of Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan will more cooperate with patient’s family and educate the patients to reduce the risk of patients fall in Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. Keywords: Assessment, Prevention of the Risik of Falling Patients ABSTRAK Pasien jatuh adalah salah satu insiden yang paling sering terjadi dalam lingkup rumah sakit. Adapun penyebab risiko pasien jatuh yaitu dikarenakan beberapa faktor yaitu faktor lingkungan, faktor organisasi/manajeman dan faktor komunikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pelaksanaan asesmen resiko pasien jatuh oleh perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan, bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pencegahan risiko pasien jatuh yang dilakukan perawat belum berjalan optimal dan juga masih kurangnya edukasi risiko pasien jatuh serta adanya pasien atau keluarga pasien yang tidak patuh atau menolak dalam penerapan pencegahan risiko jatuh yang dilakukan perawat. Diharapkan kepada perawat pelaksana Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan lebih bekerja sama dengan keluarga pasien dan melakukan edukasi pasien untuk mengurangi timbulnya risiko pasien jatuh di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan dan diharapkan juga untuk pihak manajeman melakukan evaluasi terhadap pemeliharaan fasilitas yang ada di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. Abstract

Professional staffs in the coding section have an important role in doing activities in the hospital. The coding section officer is responsible for documents claimed by BPJS Health and is responsible for the claim. This study aims to determine the estimated number of workers in the outpatients coding section of BPJS needed based on the WISN (Workload Indicator Staff Need) method and to determine the competence and workload of coding officers. This is qualitative research using work time and measurements the WISN (Workload Indicator Staff Need) method. Retrieval of data from this study used observations, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study were in the form of an estimate of the number of outpatient coding officers for BPJS patients needed to do job descriptions properly so that maximum work results were achieved. The results of the workload calculation using the WISN (Workload Indicator Staff Need) method, the minimum number of workers required was two officers, where currently there were two outpatient coding officers, so it was advisable to add two people, including one doctor as verification and one more person scanning the medical record. These additions should consider the competence of personnel in their fields so that they are able to perform well in accordance with existing standards.
