Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli sayuran melalui aplikasi online. Beberapa variabel yang digunakan untuk mengukur keputusan pembelian adalah gaya hidup, harga, kualitas produk, word of mouth, dan brand image. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang berada di wilayah Jabodetabek dan mengetahui tentang jasa jual beli sayur online. Dari hasil kuesioner, diperoleh sebanyak 256 responden. Dari seluruh responden terdapat 241 data yang dapat diterima sebagai sampel. Karakteristik sampel penelitian ini antara lain masyarakat di wilayah Jabodetabek, masyarakat yang mengetahui tentang jasa jual beli sayur online, masyarakat yang pernah melakukan minimal satu kali pembelian di jasa jual beli sayur online. ada 5 hipotesis; gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra merek, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap merek, word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan pada keputusan pembelian. ada 5 hasil dari penelitian ini, diantaranya; variabel gaya hidup tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel harga berpengaruh terhadap citra merek, variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap citra merek, variabel word of mouth tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan variabel citra merek merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

This research aims to identify whether brand image, trust, perceived value, and customer satisfaction affect customer loyalty and repurchase intention in food delivery users in Jabodetabek. This study used the SEM analysis method with quantitative analysis. This study used non-probability sampling techniques, sampling techniques to collect data using questionnaire surveys. The type of nonprobability sampling technique chosen is purposive sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 200 people. This study used the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) method and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) method. The results of this study showed that brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of country-of-origin and brand image on purchase intention through perceived quality as a variable intervening. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach and data collection methods using survey method. Respondents in this study were students of the State University of Jakarta who had or are currently using Oppo smartphone. Where, in this study, 216 respondents were obtained from various faculties at the State University of Jakarta. The processed data is then used to test seven hypotheses using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study are: first, country-of-origin has a positive and significant effect on perceived quality; second, brand image has a positive and significant effect on perceived quality; third, country-of-origin has no significant effect on purchase intention; the fourth, brand image has no significant effect on purchase intention; fifth, perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; sixth, perceived quality can be a mediating variable on the relationship between country-of-origin and purchase intention; seventh, perception quality can be a mediator variable on the relationship between brand image and purchase intention. Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence revisit intention (z) such as destination image (x1) and perceived value (x2) as independent variable, tourist satisfaction (y1) and memorable tourism experience (y2) as intervening variable. Data collection is done with survey methods, and the instruments used were questionnaires. The number of samples used in this study were 259 respondents in the form of tourists, both the archipelago and foreign tourists who traveled and shopped in Batik Trusmi Area, Cirebon. Data analysis uses SPSS version 22 and AMOS version 22 techniques to process the research data. Then, the study revealed that destination image and perceived value positively and significantly influence satisfaction. Destination image and perceived value affect the memorable tourism, satisfaction and memorable tourism have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Along with the development of the times, human needs for information and the use of technology (internet) is growing rapidly. By using the internet, especially social networks, people of all ages, gender, social class, economy and culture can know the various developments that occur in their environment and can interact with each other without being limited by space and time. Currently, Instagram has become one of the most widespread social networking categories used by most people in Indonesia to introduce and promote their products. Instagram is believed to be not only beneficial for online shop, retailer, restaurant, travel company, and e-commerce, but also one of the most effective tools in building a business brand. In fact, Instagram is also not only in demand by men and women who are young entrepreneurs, but also housewives who have passion in developing business from home (home business). The activity (Pengabdian Masyarakat) that was held on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 is basically done to socialize the use of Instagram as social networking among PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) mothers in Rawamangun, East Jakarta. Training is done by using classical method for 1.5 hours in the form of Instagram account creation, delivery of core material by expert speakers, and sharing experiences to motivate mothers to become mompreneur. ABSTRAK: Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, kebutuhan manusia akan informasi dan penggunaan teknologi (internet) semakin berkembang pesat. Dengan menggunakan internet, terutama jejaring sosial, masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan usia, gender, kelas sosial, ekonomi dan budaya dapat mengetahui berbagai perkembangan yang terjadi di lingkungan sekitar mereka serta dapat berinteraksi satu sama lain tanpa dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Saat ini, Instagram telah menjadi salah satu kategori jejaring sosial yang marak digunakan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat di Indonesia untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan produk mereka. Instagram diyakini tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi online shop, retailer, restaurant, perusahaan travel, dan e-commerce saja, tetapi juga menjadi salah satu alat yang paling efektif dalam membangun sebuah brand bisnis. Faktanya, Instagram juga tidak hanya diminati oleh pria dan wanita yang merupakan para entrepreneur muda, namun juga ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki passion dalam mengembangkan usaha dari rumah (bisnis rumahan). Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang telah diadakan pada hari Selasa, tanggal 3 Oktober 2017 ini pada dasarnya dilakukan untuk mensosialisasikan penggunaan jejaring sosial Instagram di kalangan ibu-ibu PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) di Kelurahan Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode klasikal selama 1,5 jam berupa pembuatan account Instagram, penyampaian materi inti oleh narasumber ahli, dan sharing pengalaman untuk semakin memotivasi ibu-ibu menjadi mompreneur.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan eksistensi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes), Desa Wisata Edukasi Cisaat, Kecamatan Ciater, Kabupaten Subang-Jawa Barat. Potensi Bumdes Desa Cisaat sebagai badan usaha milik masyarakat desa harus dapat dioptimalkan melalui bidang usaha yang berbasis potensi masyarakat. Sebagai organisasi bisnis, Bumdes harus memiliki visi, misi, disain struktur organisasi yang sesuai, dan program kerja yang tersusun dengan baik agar tujuan mensejahterakan warga desa dapat tercapai. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan beberapa elemen terkait, meliputi apparat desa, pengurus Bumdes, Pokdarwis, Karang Taruna, Pelaku UMKM serta masyarakat umum. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia pengelola Bumdes terkait kemampuan penyusunan, visi, misi disain struktur organisasi dan program kerja sehingga dapat mendukung kegiatan Bumdes yang efektif.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to determine the influence of social media marketing on purchase intention, the influence of e-WoM on purchase intention, the influence of purchase intention on purchase decisions, the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions, the influence of e-WoM on purchase decisions, and the influence of social media marketing and e-WoM on purchasing decisions through a purchase intention. A questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument in a survey approach. The research sample included 250 people who follow Lokasaji on social media, live in Jabodetabek, are 17 and above, and have purchased Lokasaji products in the last six months. SPSS and LISREL's SEM (Structural Equation Model) were used for data analysis. The results of the hypothesis test show that all hypotheses are accepted.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the direct effect of e-service quality, e-promotion, and perceived value variables on repurchase decision. As well as the indirect effect between e-service quality and e-promotion on repurchase decision through perceived value as an intervening variable. The research uses a quantitative approach and the data collection method uses a survey method with an instrument like a questionnaire. The object of research is 260 users of the McDelivery application who are domiciled in the JABODETABEK area, aged 17 years and over, who have seen/used the McDelivery online promotions McDelivery application to shop at least twice in the last six months. The data analysis technique used SPSS software and SEM analysis used LISREL software to process and analyze the research data. The results of the hypothesis test show that: (1) e-service quality affects repurchase decision; (2) e-promotion affects repurchase decision; (3) e-service quality affects repurchase decision through perceived value; (4) e-promotion affects repurchase decision through perceived value; (5) e-service quality affects perceived value; (6) e-promotion affects perceived value; (7) perceived value affects repurchase decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh signfikan1) social media influencer terhadap consumer purchase intention, 2) environmental consciousness terhadap consumer purchase intention, 3) consumer innovativeness terhadap consumer purchase intention, 4) consumer purchase intention terhadap willingness to pay premium Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Objek penelitian ini adalah responden pengguna rutin skincare dan sedang mempertimbangkan untuk membeli green skincare serta responden merupakan warga DKI Jakarta. Terdapat 272 responden yang dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 26 dan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dari software AMOS versi 26 untuk mengelola data dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan hipotesisnya menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima dan signifikan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Berdasarkan analisis situasi yang dilakukan, permasalahan yang menjadi dasar pengabdian diantaranya masih terbatasnya kemampuan mahasiswa tingkar akhir maupun dosen di beberapa Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Dalam Negeri dalam mengidentifikasi research gap, terbatasnya kemampuan penguasaan teknik parafrasa dan pemanfaatan software plagiarisme. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada,maka tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan komprehensif penulisan artikel ilmiah yang mencakup identifikasi research gap, penguasaan teknik parafrase, serta pemanfaatan software plagiarisme guna mendukung peningkatan publikasi pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Dalam Negeri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan secara daring yang dilakukan bersama dengan YKPN Yogyakarta dan STIAB Jinarakkhita Lampung sebagai mitra. Pada pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 349 peserta yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa baik dari UNJ maupun dari perguruan tinggi mitra. Evaluasi kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan menyebarkan form yang berisi berbagai pertanyaan. Dari hasil form yang disebarkan diperoleh informasi bahwa 61,4% peserta yang menyatakan setuju bahwa mereka dapat memahami dengan baik mengenai materi yang disampaikan serta terdapat 66% peserta yang meningkat pemahamannya dan siap praktik.Abstract: Based on the situation analysis carried out, the problem that became basis of the service include the limited ability of students and lecturers at several Domestic Private Universities in identifying research gaps, paraphrasing techniques and the use of plagiarism software. Based on the problem, the purpose of this community dedication is to provide training in writing scientific articles that include research gaps, paraphrasing techniques, and the use of plagiarism software to support increased publications. This community dedication was carried out in the form of a brave training carried out together with YKPN Yogyakarta and STIAB Jinarakkhita Lampung as partners. This training was attended by 349 participants consisting of lecturers and students. Evaluation of activities by distributing forms containing various questions. From the results of the form distributed, information was obtained that there were 61.4% of participants who agreed that they could understand well the material delivered and there are 66% of participants who increase their understanding and ready to practice.
