Abstract

The aim of the research is to produce a basic manipulative movement learning model for grade 6 elementary school students. This research was carried out using a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Researchers conducted research referring to the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). The research sampling technique used in this research was 1 research subject for 30 students. Data analysis used analysis of the effectiveness test of the basic manipulative movement learning model for 6th grade elementary school students using SPSS. The research results are in the form of basic manipulative movement learning models for 6th grade elementary school students. Which presents 25 basic manipulative movement learning models for 6th grade elementary school students. (3) Product Evaluation: That the improvement in the ability of the basic manipulative movement learning model for grade 6 elementary school students was developed based on the results of effectiveness tests using SPSS. The mean difference test obtained with SPSS was obtained mean = -2.235 showing the difference between the pre-test and post-test, the t-count = -7.201, df = 33 and p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 which means there is a difference significant difference between before and after being given the learning treatment model, which means there is a significant difference between before and after being given that there is an increase in the ability of the basic manipulative movement learning model in 6th grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Planning from various aspects is crucial in running a business. Planning is done so that an entrepreneur can achieve optimal results and profit. One type of planning that can be utilized in line with the increasingly widespread development of digital marketing is from the side of Social Media and the Financial Management Plan. But unfortunately, not many entrepreneurs, either those who are just starting a business or are currently running a business, apply this type of planning. In fact, by using good planning, an entrepreneur can maximize brand promotion and financial management that they manage. The community service team provides templates and training on the utilization/use of the Social Media Plan and Financial Management Plan Templates to students interested in entrepreneurship (studentpreneurs). The training was conducted through Zoom Meetings at three universities in Southeast Asia (Universitas Negeri Jakarta – Indonesia, Universiti Malaysia Sabah – Malaysia, and Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University – Thailand). As many as 85.7% of participants have never used a template similar to a Social Media Plan; 2) There are 77.1% of participants who have never used a template such as a Financial Management Plan; 3) 100% of participants felt that the two templates were handy, and they were interested in using the templates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi atau gambaran dari Pengaruh Perceived Ease Of Use, Perceived Usefulness dan Satisfaction Terhadap Continuance Intention Pengguna Aplikasi Food Delivery Saat Pandemi. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara positif variabel perceived ease of use terhadap variabel perceived usefulness pada aplikasi food delivery. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara positif variabel perceived ease of use terhadap variabel satisfaction pada aplikasi food delivery. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara positif variabel perceived usefulness terhadap variabel satisfaction pada aplikasi food delivery. 5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara positif variabel satisfaction terhadap variabel continuance intention pada aplikasi food delivery. 6) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara positif variabel perceived ease of use terhadap variabel continuance intention pada aplikasi food delivery. 7) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara positif variabel perceived usefulness terhadap variabel continuance intention pada aplikasi food delivery. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi food delivery yang berusia minimal 17 tahun dan telah bertransaksi setidaknya 3 kali dalam kurun waktu Juli 2022 sampai Agustus 2022 yang bertempat tinggal di Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh eco-label, green packaging, environmental attitude, dan green purchase intention. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 200 konsumen coffee shop, berumur 17 tahun keatas, berdomisili di Jakarta, dan pernah melakukan pembelian minimal satu kali dalam kurun tiga bulan terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 dan AMOS versi 25 untuk melakukan analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan seluruh hipotesis memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. hipotesis pertama yaitu pengaruh eco-label terhadap green purchase intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan diterima, hipotesis kedua yaitu pengaruh green packaging terhadap green purchase intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan diterima, menunjukkan hipotesis ketiga yaitu pengaruh eco-label terhadap environmental attitude berpengaruh positif dan signifikan diterima hipotesis keempat yaitu pengaruh green packaging terhadap environmental attitude berpengaruh positif dan signifikan diterima, hipotesis kelima yaitu pengaruh environmental attitude terhadap green purchase intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan diterima. hipotesis keenam yaitu pengaruh eco-label terhadap green purchase intention dimediasi oleh environmental attitude berpengaruh positif dan signifikan diterima, hipotesis ketujuh yaitu pengaruh eco-label terhadap green purchase intention dimediasi oleh environmental attitude berpengaruh positif dan signifikan diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna IndiHome di wilayah DKI Jakarta, dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan konsumen IndiHome yang aktif berlangganan, dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 200 responden yang berpartisipasi dalam kuesioner. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi positif dan negatif yang signifikan: 1) kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, 2) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, 3) kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, 4) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, 5) kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, 6) kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen, dan 7) kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen. Pada penelitian selanjutnya dapat dikembangkan lebih luas dengan memperluas cangkupan penelitian, model penelitian, karakteristik responden, dan jumlah responden yang berbeda.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, 2) to determine the effect of Service Quality on customer satisfaction, 3) to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention, 4) to determine the effect of Product Quality on repurchase intention, 5) to determine the effect of Service Quality on repurchase intention, 6) to determine the effect of Product Quality of repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as intervening, 7) to determine the effect of Service Quality on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as intervening, at the Miniso Store in Jakarta. The survey method with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire is a method of collecting data that researchers use. The sample of this study was 200 respondents who had bought Miniso products twice in the last six months at the Miniso store in Jakarta. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from lisrel  software version 8.80 to process and analyze research data. The test results of the results of the hypothesis test showed that all hypotheses were accepted.

Abstract

This activity is entitled "Maximizing the Use of E-Wallets OVO for UMKM in Jakarta". The object (target audience) of this activity is the UMKM players who have businesses in the Jakarta area. The activity was held in September 2020. The speakers who attended were representatives of the OVO platform. There are still many UMKM players who do not know the procedure or the use of digital wallets (especially OVO) in order to realize a cashless society. In addition, it was also found that UMKM players were not able to maximize the use of OVO to develop their own businesses. The solution offered is in the form of training for UMKM players regarding the OVO digital wallet, which is a procedure that can be done to become a merchant (if they are not already using it), as well as strategies that can be done to maximize the use of OVO in transactions (if they are already using OVO). The output target of this activity is a publication on journals and social media (YouTube and Facebook).

Abstract

This activity is a “Design and Development of a Web-Commerce-based Strategy for Promotion of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises for SMEs in the East Jakarta Region.” This is motivated by various obstacles experienced by SMEs when they are not sufficiently competitive with competitors in the market. The disruptive era has driven changes in various aspects of life, including market behavior. It is undeniable that business digitization plays a very important role in business activities. For this reason, this program aims to make SMEs especially those in the East Jakarta area able to be competitive through the designed Web-Commerce, which is named lapaksenggol.com. The lapaksenggol.com web-commerce is a promotional media that can be used optimally by SMEs in the East Jakarta area to make it easier to expand market share and get closer to consumers. In addition, in the long term, the existence of lapaksenggol.com Web-Commerce will increase consumer awareness of the existence of SMEs, build networking with other business units, and increase market confidence in SMEs. As a result of the collaboration with the East Jakarta Regional Cooperative, SMEs and Trade Sub-Department, the soft launching of the lapaksenggol.com web-commerce was carried out on June 22, 2021, and the socialization of lapaksenggol.com to SMEs in East Jakarta on August 19, 2021.

Abstract

Setting up and building a business is not an easy matter. Not a few who failed and eventually went bankrupt. It turns out that one of the reasons is due to lack of careful planning. One business model that is considered effective is the Business Model Canvas (BMC), which is a management strategy for planning business concepts, infrastructure and company finances and can be applied not only by start-up businesses, but also by existing businesses. But, unfortunately BMC is not widely known by SMEs players. Therefore, in this community service activity, socialization was carried out on the concept and application of BMC, with partners from the Sub-Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, East Jakarta City Administration, as well as participants who are SMEs in East Jakarta. The socialization used the classical method, namely in the form of an explanation from the resource person through a presentation on the BMC concept followed by application in the form of a simulation/joint practice. The output of this activity is in the form of articles published in the Jurnal Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Madani (JPMM) indexed by Sinta 3.

Abstract

The situation during Covid-19 requires businesspeople to adapt to existing conditions and survive in an industry. It should be realized that not all SMEs have the same digital literacy, so it needs support from various parties to provide understanding and assistance to improve the skills of SMEs in utilizing digital platforms in business activities. The contribution of Lapaksenggol.com in community service activities to the Jakarta SMEs group (Jakpreneur), which is under the guidance of the East Jakarta Sub-Department of Trade, Industry, Cooperatives and SMEs is in its second year, where through this proposal, the team seeks to improve service quality by developing the service features of the Lapaksenggol.com website. The workshop was carried out for six months, starting from April to September 2022. Considering the Covid-19 pandemic, various activities will be implemented face-to-face (on the network) through Zoom. The results obtained from the socializations are the introduction of the Lapaksenggol.com marketplace and provided understanding to SMEs about the importance of doing social media advertising, managing finances in business activities, and introducing the SIAPIK application to support the business activities of SMEs in East Jakarta.
