Abstract

Learning motivation plays a crucial role in improving students' understanding and engagement with the subject matter. Contextual learning approach is considered as a method that can motivate students by linking learning with the context of their daily lives. This study aims to investigate the effect of contextual learning approach on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning motivation in elementary schools. This research uses qualitative research methods with a literature approach, primary and secondary data obtained from studies that have been published in journals that have high credibility sinta 2 and 5, which discuss the effect of contextual learning approaches on learning motivation for Islamic religious education in elementary schools. After the data is collected, data analysis is carried out and the data is grouped according to its type, and finally draws conclusions as expected. The results showed that students who received learning with a contextual approach had a significant increase in learning motivation compared to the control group. In addition, the comprehension score of PAI material also increased significantly in the experimental group. This shows that the contextual learning approach can positively contribute to students' learning motivation and understanding of PAI materials. This research makes an important contribution to the development of PAI learning methods in elementary schools. The practical implication is that PAI teachers can consider the use of contextual learning approach in designing and implementing learning strategies in order to increase students' motivation and understanding of Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

HIMS is a solution for hospitals for digital transformation. HIMS is also a strategic step in improving the quality of health services. With HIMS where the data will be better organized and integrated, besides that it makes administrative processes and other data management in the hospital easier and more efficient. The purpose of this study is to find out how HIMS can improve health services. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this study are that HIMS in hospitals also provides many benefits in increasing the efficiency and quality of health services. Implementation in EMR with treatment information management, statistical data research, administrative evidence, financing and service quality improvement. It can be concluded that HIMS can improve a health service. HIMS is also an indicator of good and efficient data storage and is included in the health service quality component. In the digitalization era, hospital agencies aim to avoid unwanted errors, such as incorrect data input, failed integration, human error, and slow information. So that the information system that facilitates the hospital can be a reference for the rate of business growth and the development of hospital information technology. Hospital Agencies are expected to always develop new management information systems in accordance with the times. With HIMS, hospital services will be more optimal because they are already digital-based. Digitalization exists because of increasingly advanced technological developments.

Abstract

Holistic educational management is indicated by the growth and development of all aspects of development. Inadequate simulation of early childhood growth and development by inappropriate management systems and teacher competency factors has an impact on unpreparedness for entering further education and imperfect utilization of all children's competencies, especially children's cognitive development. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze in more depth the cognitive development of children who both by considering management facts and teacher competency which have been carried out in Kober I'anatul Mubtadiin Ciamis and Kober Nuurul Qur'an Tasikmalaya. The quantitative research method used is a case study design. Data were collected using observation techniques, interviews and filling in questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of holistic education management and teacher competency has a significant influence on early childhood development, especially on children's cognitive development. It is proven by the research results that 49.8% of cognitive development is influenced by holistic education management and teacher competence where the researcher conducted the research. Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan suatu instansi yang menyediakan jenis pelayanan kesehatan diantaranya pelayanan medik, pelayanan penunjang medik, pelayanan perawatan, pelayanan rehabilitasi, pencegahan dan peningkatan kualitas kesehatan pasien. Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berkaitan erat dengan kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien sebagai hal yang sangat subyektif, sulit diukur, dapat berubah-ubah, serta terdapat banyak sekali faktor yang berpengaruh sebanyak dimensi di dalam kehidupan manusia. Tujuan dari literature review ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis pengaruh faktor kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam perspektif manajemen rumah sakit. Literature yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menetapkan artikel yang sesuai kriteria inklusi. Data base yang digunakan yaitu Google Scholar. Tahun publikasi sumber literature yang diambil yaitu 4 tahun terakhir antara tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2022, Sumber literature menggunakan bahasa Inggris atau Indonesia. Hasil 5 artikel diperoleh bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam perspektif manajemen rumah sakit yaitu dari segi faktor penampilan (tangibles), keandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), keyakinan (assurance) dan empati (empathy). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis yang mempengaruhi layanan kesehatan berpengaruh pada dengan kepuasan pasien dari faktor bagaimana tenaga kesehatan mampu memberikan pelayanan, pemahaman, memberikan rasa nyaman, dan meningkatkan fasilitas kesehatan untuk menunjang kesembuhan pasien. Perlu juga bagi instansi memberikan pelayanan maksimal dengan mempertahankan kualitas serta meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Selain itu juga perlu dilakukannya evaluasi dan monitoring secara berkala untuk meninjau perbaikan pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education for an educational institution is currently a top priority. This is the most important part in building sustainable education, therefore educators/educational staff must have a management principle in carrying out the level of change or development towards quality education. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view and conduct discussions with previous theories. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that the factors that affect the improvement of the quality of education quality are influenced by internal and external factors and in terms of resources. It can be concluded that the factors that influence the quality of education in educational institutions are an integral part that cannot be separated. These factors support the improvement of higher quality education and become indicators or standards of education and teaching. For educational institutions, it is necessary to develop teaching materials, develop learning strategies and methods, develop learning media, assessment, evaluation and assessment systems as well as educational curricula to improve the quality of teaching quality. It is also necessary for educational institutions to conduct monitoring and evaluation in as well as a more modern development program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis pengembanangan budaya literasi di Sekolah Dasar YPPK Bomomani Kecamatan Mapia, Kabupaten Dogiyai, Provinsi Papua Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskripsitif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik. Data di analisis dengan model interaktif yang terdiri dari data reduction, data display, dan verification. Pengecekan keabsahan data, dilakukan dengan meningkatkan ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Proses pengembangan budaya literasi dasar dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu: (1) perencanaan pengembangan budaya literasi, diwujudkan dalam bentuk perumusan tujuan, perumusan program, perumusan strategi, dan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana. (2) implementasi pemgembangan budaya literasi. Implementasi pengembangan budaya dari proses pembiasaan, pengembangan, dan pengajaran. (3) evaluasi dilaksanakan berupa evaluasi sebulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implikasi pengembangan budaya literasi dapat meningkatkan kegemaran, ketertarikan, dan minat membaca pada siswa.

Abstract

Productivity is something that many companies want to achieve, which will later affect the company's output in the form of results obtained, one of which is company profit, productivity is an indicator of employee performance at PT. XYZ, measured by the number of results obtained from daily activities which will impact on work results which will later be used as billing equipment for work results to customers. Taking a sample of employees in the report generation unit, the result is that the more working hours that employees go through will affect productivity the following day, this is due to employee eye fatigue working on reports in front of a computer screen. The more hours worked with additional overtime hours, the productivity will decrease.

Abstract

Introduction: The internet provides various conveniences, including in buying and selling transactions or so-called e-commerce. E-commerce provides many benefits, and there were 2,361,423 e-commerce businesses in Indonesia in 2020. E-commerce is a legitimate buying and selling transaction if it does not deviate from the principles of Islamic sharia law. Purpose: To understand the meaning of e-commerce, its development, and the Islamic law perspective on it. Method: The method used is literature study from relevant journals, books, and fatwas. Results and Conclusion: E-commerce is a buying and selling transaction process carried out through the internet. E-commerce has several advantages compared to traditional commerce, such as the buying and selling process can be done anywhere and anytime. E-commerce in Indonesia has developed since 1999 until now, and it has always been accompanied by improvements. The largest e-commerce service providers in Indonesia are Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, Elevania, Bukalapak, Blibli, and Matahari Mal.com. E-commerce has been declared legitimate by MUI, NU, and ulama.

Abstract

The article titled "The Influence of Islamic Business Ethics in Enhancing UMKM" by Manna et al. elaborates on how Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are one of the solutions to address economic challenges in society. However, UMKM entrepreneurs often encounter various challenges in running their businesses, which has led to the emergence of the Islamic economic system as a solution to these problems. In applying Islamic business ethics, there are several rules that must be followed. This research uses a qualitative research method and a literature review approach by searching for several relevant journals and articles about the application of Islamic business ethics in enhancing UMKM. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics needs to be implemented to increase awareness in business practices. The application of Islamic business ethics also has a positive impact on enhancing UMKM.

Abstract

Rendahnya “disiplin belajar siswa serta lingkungan belajar yang kurang mendukung merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Peningkatan disiplin belajar dan lingkungan belajar yang baik tidak hanya melibatkan guru dan sekolah, tetapi juga harus didukung oleh peran orang tua. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajara siswa sesuai dengan tuntutan. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh disiplin belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) Kelas VII SMPN Kota Baru Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025. Pendekatan kuantitatif diguanakn dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan statistik bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel bebas (X) yang mencakup disiplin dan lingkungan belajar dengan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu hasil belajar. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VII SMPN Kota Baru Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara sedangkan lokasi penelitian ini, diambil dari sampel siswa kelas VII SMPN Kota Baru Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara sebanyak 60 orang dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan regresi regresi ganda. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu : terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna disiplin terhadap hasil belajar SMPN Kota Baru Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara, thitung 5.592, semakin tinggi disiplin belajar siswa semakin tinggi hasil belajar siswa. Terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar SMPN Kota Baru Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara, thitung 4.876> ttabel = 1.67155,” semakin baik lingkungan belajar siswa maka semakin baik hasil belajar siswa. Orang tua diharapkan berkontribusi lebih dalam meningkatkan disiplin dan lingkungan belajar siswa, terutama saat siswa berada di lingkungan keluarga.
