Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence the store atmosphere and quality of service to customer loyality. The sample in this study was taken as much 75 respondents and the technique used Accidental Sampling. The data in this study using a survey method through a questionnaire filled out by consumers. The results of this study can be concluded that store atmosphere and service quality have a significant effect on customer loyality either partially or simultaneously. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Customer Loyality

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the influence of human resource quality, work quality, work professionalism and commitment to the performance of PDAM Malang City employees. The dependent variable in this study is performance. And there are 4 independent variables used, namely the quality of human resources, quality of work, work professionalism and commitment. The population in this study were employees of PDAM Malang City. The sample in this study was taken using saturated sampling technique. The data collection method used is the method of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the variables of human resource quality, work quality, work professionalism and commitment have a significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, partially, the variable of the quality of human resources has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. The work quality variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Work professionalism variable has a negative and significant effect on performance. And the commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Keywords: quality of human resources, quality of work, work professionalism, commitment and performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of profitability ratios, liquidity ratios and market valuation ratios, each of which is proxied sequentially by partial return on equity, current ratio, and price to book value on stock returns of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period used is 3 years, namely the 2017-2019 period.This research design is explanative. The research population includes all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, a total sample of 14 companies was obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of this study indicate that the projected profitability with return on equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, the projected liquidity with the current ratio (CR) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns, the projected market valuation with price to book value(PBV) has a negative and significant effect on stock returns. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Market Valuation, Stock Return

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out and analyze the influence of leader profiles, leader commitments and the use of power on employee performance in Yasyasan Tarbiyah islam kab. Pasuruan.. In this study the data collection method used a questionnaire method (questionnaire). The type of data used in this study is primary data. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. This study uses data from a questionnaire distributed to to employees of the Tarbiyah Islam Foundation Kab.Pasuruan and the sample is taken using non-probability sampling. The number of samples taken was 41 respondentsThe results showed that the profile and use of power had no effect on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment on organizational performance. The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research population is the management of the Student Activity Unit of the Faculty of Economics and Business (UAM), while the sample used is the Student Association of the Management, Accounting and Banking Studies Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The research sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 18.977 + 0.758X1 + 0.845X2 + 0.439X3 + e, and the test of this study used the f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that partially organizational culture influences organizational performance, motivation influences organizational performance, and commitment influences organizational commitment. While simultaneously organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment affect organizational performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Performance

Abstract

Abstract Impulsive Buying is a consumer buying behavior that does not plan to purchase a product in advance. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of shopping lifestyle, electronic word of mouth, and flash sale on impulsive purchases on tiktok shop social commerce. This research was conducted on students who use Tiktok Shop in Malang City, using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Determination of the number of samples using the lemeshow formula which amounted to 96 respondents. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that simultaneously the lifestyle of shopping, electronic word of mouth, and flash sale had a significant effect on impulsive purchases on tiktok shop social commerce. The lifestyle of shopping and flash sales partially has a significant effect on impulsive purchases on social commerce Tiktok Shop, while electronic word of mouth does not have a significant effect on impulsive purchases on social commerce Tiktok Shop. The influence of shopping lifestyle, electronic word of mouth, and flash sale on impulsive purchases shows a coefficient of determination of 36.6%. Keywords: Shopping Lifestyle, Electronic Word of Mouth, Flash Sale, And Impulsive Buying.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of product, price, distribution, promotion on the sales volume of handicraft products in Tohu Srijaya Wood Crafts. This research uses non-probability sampling. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression.The results of his research products have a significant effect on the sales volume of Tohu Srijaya's wooden handicraft products. Price has a significant effect on the sales volume of Tohu Srijaya's wooden handicraft products. Distribution has a significant effect on the sales volume of Tohu Srijaya's wooden handicraft products. Abstract

AbstrakThis research was conducted with the aim of 1) to find out how the influence of independent commissioners on financial performance, 2) to find out the audit committee on financial performance, 3) to determine the leverage on financial performance. The independent variable in this study is the independent commissioner, audit committee, and leverage, while the dependent variable is finance. This type of research is explanatory. The data used in the form of secondary data. The population and sample are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. With data on 42 banking companies listed on the IDX, and data on 28 banking companies are obtained. The sampling technique is to use purposive sampling techniques and data testing techniques used in this study normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.With the results of the analysis that has been processed through SPSS shows that independent commissioners have a positive effect on financial performance, the audit committee does not have a positive effect on financial performance and leverage has a negative effect on financial performance.Keywords : Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, dan Financial Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance, and Burnout, on Employee Job Satisfaction of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang.The variables used are Work-Life Balance and Burnout as independent variables, while the Employee Job Satisfaction variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 53 employees of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang uses the proportional stratification random method. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination.The results showed that the Work-Life Balance variable significantly affected the Job Satisfaction of employees of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang, while the Burnout variable does not significantly influence the Job Satisfaction of employees of CV. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on visitor satisfaction, the sample of this study is Mystic Coffee visitors. Data collection using a questionnaire, data analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, F statistic test and t statistic test, coefficient of determination test in IBM Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS) Version 16.0From the results of calculations with SPSS which is a variable of service quality and price simultaneously and significantly to visitor satisfaction.
