Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the location, product quality and personal branding on purchasing decisions in case studies of consumers of Sandang Ayu, Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency. The type of research used is the quantitative method. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with simple random sampling. Sample calculations in this study used the Malhotra formula which produced 110 respondents. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that location, product quality and personal branding simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially location, product quality and personal branding have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Location, Product Quality, Personal Branding And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out, test, and explain the effect of communication, teamwork, and leadership style on the performance of village officals, this research is a type of quantitive research the mothod used is multiple linear analysis. The sampling technique for all village officals totalling 44 samples. To solve the problem this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollineritas test, multiple lener analysis, heteroscedaksity test, f test dan t test. The result of this study indicate that simultaneesously the variable of communication, teamwork, and leadership stayle have a significant effect on the performance of village officials, and there is a partial influence between the influence of communication, teamwork, and leadership style. Keyword : Comuniccation (X1), Teamwork (X2), and Leadership style (X3) on employe performance (Y)

Abstract

Abstract Technological developments in the current era are very advanced, almost all people's lives depend on information technology. Advances in information technology encourage people to always use it to meet their needs. One of the technologies that is currently growing rapidly is the smartphone. Advances in technology have made companies compete to create competitive smartphone products in the market. One of them is the iPhone. The iPhone was the first mobile phone made by Apple to hit the market in 2007. The iPhone tried to come out differently in terms of price and product quality. The iPhone now has a distinctive brand image by using an information system that is different from other smartphones. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, price, product quality partially on the purchase decision of iPhone products. The population in this study were Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang Class of 2019 who have iPhone smartphones. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 85 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that partially price and product quality have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand image has a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions for iPhone products. Keywords: Brand Image, Price, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract In thee current era of globalization, instant and practical lifestyles are developing that affect most people in the world. Entrepreneurs introduce their businesses such as businesses in the fast food or fast food sector. Fast-food or fastfood is type offood thatis easy-topackage, easyto-serve, practiccal, prepared in-simpleway and ready to eat in a relatively quick time. This type of food is generallypopular because the-price relativelycheap, tastesgood, aand is practically-easy to carryanywhere. . The aim of this research is todetermine andanalyze theinfluence of promotions, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for McDonald's productss. This study involved 2019 students from Malang Islamic University Faculty of Economics  who bought McDonald's products, but the number is unknown. The approach method uses the non-probability sampling technique, or purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria with a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents and  SPSS analysis. The results of this study show that sales promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Promotion, Product Quality, Price, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract Tokopedia is Indonesia's largest digital start-up in the trading sector. One of Indonesia's most popular marketplaces is Tokopedia. Progressively well known among general society, Tokopedia has prevailed with regards to turning into a compelling unicorn in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Repurpose of  this study to ascertain and evaluate the impact of Brand Ambassadors and brand awareness on Tokopedia students' purchasing decisions. This study employs quantitative techniques. The populace in this review were Unisma understudies class of 2019, the staff of financial matters and business. Techniques for gathering data through the distribution of questionnaires Using the Lemeshow formula and a purposive sampling method, 100 students from the 2019 Faculty of Economics, Unisma, and Business classes provided the sample for this study. The factors in this study were Brand Envoy (X1), Brand mindfulness (X2), and Buy Choice (Y). Instrument test, normality test, classic assumption  test, multiple  linear  regression  analysis test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test are the data analysis methods that are utilized with the assistance of SPSS 25 software for Windows. According to the findings of this study,brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on buying decisions, and brand awareness is also positively and significantly influenced by brand ambassadors. Abstract

Abstract This study purpose to determine and analyze emotional and mental intelligence in making decisions in trading forex traders in the telegram group of 75 samples, with a purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

Abstract Buying interest is directly related to consumer feelings and sentiments, if a consumer feels happy and satisfied it means it can increase purchase interest, while if consumers feel dissatisfied when buying a product it will usually eliminate interest in buying. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of online customer reviews, electronic word of mouth, and brand image on the interest in buying Lawless Jakarta merchandise. . Research methods using a quantitative approach and using primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling techniques. Determination of the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula which amounted to 96 respondents. Data collection method using google form questionnaire. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis tests using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that online customer reviews, electronic word of mouth, and brand image on the interest in buying Lawless Jakarta merchandise simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect. The influence of online customer reviews, electronic word of mouth, and brand image on the interest in buying Lawless Jakarta merchandise shows a coefficient of determination of 39.6%.  Keywords: Online Customer Review, Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Image, and Interest Buying.

Abstract

Abstract This research is entitled "Analysis of Village Original Income (PADesa), Village Funds (DD) on Village Expenditure in the Field of Village Development (Bringin Village Study, Wajak District, Malang Regency)". The purpose of this study is to identify whether or not there is an increase in Village Original Income (PADes) and Village Funds (DD) which are used for Village Shopping needs for Development every year in Bringin Village, Wajak District, Malang Regency. The object of this study is in the form of a village revenue and expenditure budget report (APBDes) starting from the 2017-2021 period. This research data is from the APBDes of the Bringin Village office, Wajak District, Malang Regency. The analytical technique used in this study is descriptive quantitative. In the results of the inter-achievement analysis of this study, it shows that the Original Village Income and Village Fund have increased every year due to the large number of village needs, especially in village spending in the development sector. Keywords: Village Original Income, Village Funds, Village Expenditure

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, location and layout on purchasing decisions at Super Indo Tlogomas. The type of approach taken is a quantitative approach. With the type of explanatory research. The population in this study is students of the faculty of economics and business. The samples used in this study were 95 samples. The data used is primary data using questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests: validity and reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests: multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests: simultaneous tests, partial tests and coefficients of determination. From the results of the study simultaneously obtained the results that product quality, location and layout have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The layout has a positive insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Location, Layout and Purchasing decision.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze job analysis, performance allowances, and leadership at the Tourism and Culture Office of Lumajang Regency. The population in this study amounted to 163 and the sample taken amounted to 41 respondents. Collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 16. The sampling technique used quantitative methods and linear test data testing techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test and hypothesis testing.The results of the analysis show that job analysis, performance allowances and leadership simultaneously have an effect on employee performance, partially not significant effect on employee performance, but job analysis and performance allowances have an influence on employee performance at the Lumajang Regency Tourism and Culture Office. Keywords: Job analysis, Performance allowances, Leadership and Employee   Performance.
