Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyse the simultaneous and partial effect of work fatigue and job satisfaction on the desire to move on employees 3Second Malang Branch. A total of 40 samples were determined using the saturated sampling method. A quantitative approach with a descriptive research type is used to formulate research data from closed questionnaires—data analysis methods using multiple regression analysis. The study's results found that job fatigue and job satisfaction simultaneously significantly affected the desire to change. During the partial effect, work fatigue has a positive and significant impact on the desire to move, but it produces a negative but insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: work fatigue, job satisfaction, desire to change

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and determine the effect of Social Media, Product Quality, and Customer Satisfaction on Purchasing Decisions (Study on Lelette Coffee Sigura-gura Malang). This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Malhotra with a calculation of 95 samples. To overcome the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results of the study show that Social Media (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Customer Satisfaction (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the study partially show that Social Media (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Customer Satisfaction (X3) partially have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Keywords: Social Media, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, price and timeliness on consumer satisfaction at Rere Jaya Jeans Malang City. The population in this study are consumers who have used Rere Jaya Jeans products or services. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 75 respondents. The independent variable in this study is the influence of service quality, price and punctuality and the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 16. The results of this study simultaneously show that the influence of service quality, price and punctuality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, service quality, price and punctuality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Timeliness and Customer Satisfactio

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted on students of the Islamic University of Malang, Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Management, Jl. Major General Haryono 193, Dinoyo, Kec. Lowokwaru, Malang City, East Java. The purpose of the study was to determine whether product quality, brand image and price had an effect on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 90 respondents and data processing using SPSS computer program. The variable used in this research is Purchase Decision (dependent variable), while the independent variables are Product Quality, Brand Image and Price. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study conclude that the variables of Product Quality, Brand Image and Price have a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions, for Vans shoes, they should be able to consider price adjustments to the needs of society in current conditions. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract In a company, there is an industrial relationship that is mutually agreed upon between the company and its employees in an agreement. The agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in order to create a harmonious industrial relationship. In this case, sometimes an internal conflict arises within the company which results in hampered productivity. Therefore, researchers want to know how industrial relations occur and strategies for resolving industrial relations conflicts at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Transmisi Jawa Bagian Timur dan Bali (UIT JBM). So that this research is entitled "Strategy for Resolving Industrial Relations Conflicts at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Transmisi Jawa Bagian Timur dan Bali in Improving Employee Performance."Type of research used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The data collection method was carried out using three methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation which were then collected and analyzed to obtain a conclusion.Based on data analysis, the results of the study show that the industrial relations condition of PT. PLN UIT JBM has harmonious working or industrial relations. Conflict resolution is carried out bipartite first with internal parties and then continues with the applicable Manpower Law if a consensus decision is not found. Conflict resolution greatly affects the performance and productivity of employees. Keywords: Industrial Relations, Trade Unions, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is influence between shopping lifestyle, discounts, and fashion involvement on impulse buying at Toko Fashion Malang customers. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research. The data processed in this study is the result of distributing questionnaires to customers who have visited and made purchases at the fashion Malang store, totaling 110 respondents. The sampling method is non-probability sampling and the technique used in collecting respondents is snowball sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the results of the t test (partial) on shopping lifestyle had an effect on impulse buying indicated by a t value of 4.801, discounts had an effect on impulse buying indicated by a t value of 2.567, and fashion involvement had an effect on impulse buying indicated by a t value of 2.761 while the results of the F test study showed that the F count was 0.000 less than 0.05. This means that shopping lifestyle, discount and fashion involvement simultaneously influence impulse buying at the fashion Malang store. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it shows that the Adjusted R Square is 69,8% and the remaining 30,2% can be explained by other variables that are not in this study. Keywords : Shopping Lifestyle, Discount, Fashion Involvement and Impulse Buying.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test the Effect of Service Quality, Price, and Location on Lesehan D'dadoz Customer Satisfaction. The number of samples was determined using the Maholtra formula and the results of 90 respondents were obtained. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers of lesehan d'dadoz selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 29. The data testing techniques used in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, f tests, t tests and coefficient of determination (R2) tests. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is between social media marketing, influencer marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions on the TikTok application. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The data processed in this study is the result of distributing questionnaires to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Malang Islamic University who have made transactions on the TikTok application, totaling 95 respondents. The sampling method is non-probability sampling and the technique used in collecting respondents is snowball sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the results of the t (partial) test of social media marketing had an effect on purchasing decisions as indicated by a t value of 2.027, influencer marketing had no effect on purchasing decisions as indicated by a t value of 1.601, and brand image involvement had an effect on purchasing decisions as indicated with a t value of 2.916 while the results of the F test show that the calculated F is 0.000 which is less than 0.05. This means that social media marketing, influencer marketing and brand image together influence purchasing decisions on the TikTok application. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it shows that the Adjusted R Square is 37% and the remaining 63% can be explained by other variables that are not in this study. Keywords : Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Brand Image and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to assess and analyze the impact of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM services on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Tumpang. This is a quantitative study. Customers who utilize the Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM facilities at Bank BRI KCP Tumpang comprise the study's population. In this investigation, a basic random sample procedure was applied. A questionnaire was used to collect data for this investigation. Data analysis approaches use quantitative methodologies, namely multiple linear regression analysis with a significance threshold of 0.05. The F test findings reveal that Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATMs all have a favorable and substantial influence on Customer Satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Tumpang. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) test, the corrected R Square value is 0.635, indicating that Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM can explain 63.5% of the Customer Satisfaction components. The remaining 36.5% is explained by factors not investigated in this study. Keywords: Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM Facilities And Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this study was to determine the extent to which quality of service, pricing, and trust impact train customer loyalty at Malang City Station. A quantitative method is used in this sort of study. This study was done at KAI customers Malang City Station on Jl. Trunojoyo (West Door) and Jl. Panglima Sudirman (East Door) Kiduldalem, Kec. Klojen, Malang City, East Java. The sampling approach utilized in this study is non-probability sampling, specifically the purposive sampling method, in which the sample obtained must meet particular criteria based on the research objectives. A questionnaire is used as the method or collection tool in this quantitative study. According to the findings of this study, (1) The level of service quality greatly influences customer loyalty, (2) Price has little impact on customer loyalty and (3) Trust influences customer loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Trust, Customer Loyalty.
