Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the professionalism of prospective Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) teacher students through the implementation of a 4C-based teaching simulation model (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication). The background of the activity is based on the need to strengthen 21st-century teacher competencies that require mastery of critical thinking skills, learning creativity, professional collaboration, and effective communication as an integral part of teacher professionalism. The implementation method uses a participatory training approach structured in four stages, namely pre-implementation (need assessment and professionalism pre-test), core implementation (4C concept strengthening workshop and preparation of learning tools), teaching simulation practice (10–15 minutes of microteaching per participant accompanied by observations using the 4C rubric), and reflection and evaluation (peer feedback, self-reflection, and professionalism post-test). Program evaluation is carried out through a comparison of pre-test and post-test scores, supported by microteaching observation data and participant reflections to describe changes in professionalism quantitatively and qualitatively. The expected outcomes of this activity are an increase in the professional attitudes of prospective PPKn teachers, the ability to design and implement innovative learning, and strengthening the 4C competencies reflected in the quality of communication, creative learning strategies, collaboration with colleagues, and critical thinking skills in pedagogical decision-making. This program also produces outputs in the form of 4C-based learning tools, a teaching simulation assessment rubric, and recommendations for implementing models for developing microteaching learning in study programs.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan Islam menuntut inovasi manajemen mutu yang mampu meningkatkan kolaborasi dan profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Islam secara simultan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi inovasi manajemen mutu terpadu berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan kolaborasi dan profesionalisme guru PAI melalui integrasi sistematis teknologi informasi dengan prinsip-prinsip manajemen mutu. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain library research yang menganalisis publikasi ilmiah berbahasa Indonesia periode 2020-2025 dari Google Scholar melalui teknik content analysis tematik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi pendidikan terintegrasi berkontribusi signifikan terhadap efisiensi administrasi, transparansi data, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis bukti yang memfasilitasi pemetaan kinerja guru secara real-time. Kolaborasi guru PAI melalui platform digital terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan metode pengajaran inovatif dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar responsif, dimana program Kelompok Kerja Guru berperan sentral dalam meningkatkan kompetensi literasi digital. Profesionalisme guru mengalami peningkatan melalui aksesibilitas program pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, pendekatan kolaboratif, dan integrasi teknologi efektif. Keberhasilan implementasi dipengaruhi oleh kualitas infrastruktur teknologi, komitmen kepemimpinan, kesiapan SDM, dan dukungan regulasi, sementara tantangan seperti perbedaan pandangan stakeholder dan kesenjangan kurikulum memerlukan strategi komprehensif berupa regulasi kuat, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan investasi jangka panjang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan budaya literasi di MIN 2 Samarinda. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, petugas perpustakaan, dan siswa sebagai sumber data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menjalankan fungsi manajemen secara efektif, meliputi perencanaan program literasi berbasis kebutuhan siswa, pengorganisasian melalui pembagian tugas dan pelatihan, pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran, serta pengendalian melalui supervisi dan evaluasi rutin. Keberhasilan program didukung oleh komitmen guru, petugas perpustakaan, serta fasilitas yang mendukung, sementara hambatan muncul dari rendahnya kesadaran literasi siswa dan orang tua, ketergantungan pada media hiburan, dan keterbatasan koleksi buku. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa budaya literasi di MIN 2 Samarinda berkembang positif, dan perlu terus diperkuat melalui sinergi antara sekolah dan orang tua serta penerapan literasi dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler.

Abstract

Abstrak – Penelitian ini dilakukan pada platform e-commerce Shopee yang menyediakan fitur paylater sebagai salah satu metode pembayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi pengguna dalam menggunakan fitur paylater saat melakukan transaksi serta mengkaji dampak penggunaan paylater terhadap penjualan produk UMKM di e-commerce Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Uji kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah lima orang, yang terdiri atas tiga pengguna paylater dan dua pelaku UMKM di e-commerce Shopee, yang dipilih berdasarkan prinsip kesesuaian dan kecukupan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan penggunaan paylater didorong oleh motivasi utilitarian yang tercermin dari aspek fleksibilitas dan kenyamanan, serta motivasi hedonic yang tercermin dari berbagai keuntungan yang diperoleh selama bertransaksi menggunakan paylater. Sementara itu, pengaruh paylater terhadap penjualan produk UMKM pada kategori fashion dan aksesoris dinilai relatif rendah karena hanya memberikan kontribusi sekitar 5–20% terhadap omzet penjualan.   Kata kunci: Paylater; E-commerce; Motivasi Utilitarian; Motivasi Hedonic; UMKM.   Abstract – This study was conducted on the Shopee e-commerce platform, which provides a paylater feature as one of its payment methods. The purpose of this study is to analyze user motivation in utilizing the paylater feature during transactions and to examine its impact on the sales of MSMEs products on Shopee. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Data credibility was ensured through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The study involved five participants, consisting of three paylater users and two MSMEs actors on the Shopee platform, selected based on the principles of suitability and data sufficiency. The results indicate that the decision to use paylater is influenced by utilitarian motivation, reflected in flexibility and convenience, as well as hedonic motivation, reflected in the various benefits obtained when conducting transactions using paylater. Meanwhile, the impact of paylater on MSMEs sales in the fashion and accessories category is relatively low, contributing only around 5–20% to total sales turnover.   Keywords: Paylater; E-commerce; Utilitarian Motivation; Hedonic Motivation; MSMEs

Abstract

Rapid economic growth and urbanization have increased global waste production, underscoring the need for sustainable waste governance. In Indonesia, Law No. 18 of 2008 on Waste Management mandates the principles of responsibility, sustainability, and justice in waste management; however, its implementation continues to face challenges, including low public awareness and a weak recycling system. On the other hand, fiqh al-bī’ah (Islamic environmental jurisprudence) offers an ethical framework that emphasizes cosmic balance, avoidance of wastefulness, and the human mandate as khalifah (steward) on Earth. This article examines the synthesis of the principles of fiqh al-bī’ah with the framework of sustainable waste governance to develop a waste management model aligned with Islamic ethics. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, including a literature review, analysis of regulatory documents, and field studies in Banyumas Regency, which serves as the case study. The findings show that the principles of fiqh al-bī’ah, such as the protection of life and soul, the balance of production and consumption, and the maintenance of ecosystem balance, align with the hierarchy of sustainable waste management, which includes avoidance, reduction, reuse, recycling, and final disposal. Furthermore, Islamic values regarding cleanliness and the avoidance of wastefulness provide moral legitimacy for waste management policies. This article also presents a table integrating fiqh al-bī’ah values with waste management actions and proposes a conceptual model that can be adapted by local governments, communities, and educational institutions. The implementation of this model is expected to strengthen ecological awareness among Muslims and improve the effectiveness of Indonesia's waste management policies

Abstract

The Government Food Reserve (GFR) program is a strategic step in ensuring food availability throughout Indonesia, managing price volatility, and dealing with the impact of natural and social disasters. In Bengkulu City, the successful implementation of the GFR has a very significant impact given the similar challenges faced by other regions in Indonesia. The success of the GFR program in Bengkulu City is influenced by three key factors: work ability, level of coordination, and motivation of the program implementers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of these three factors on the success of the GFR program in Bengkulu City. The census method was used, targeting GFR program implementers at the kecamatan, village/kelurahan, dusun, and RT levels. Data was collected through a survey with a questionnaire designed to measure the variables of work ability, coordination level, work motivation, and GFR program success. The results showed that there is a significant influence of work ability, coordination level, and work motivation on the success of GFR program in Bengkulu City. The support from these three factors allows the GFR program to maintain food availability for the community effectively and efficiently. Hard work and integration of related agencies are the main keys in achieving the objectives of the GFR program, providing a positive impact on social and economic stability in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Grassroots-based curriculum innovation through integration into local content subjects is crucial in the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. As a pilot project madrasah, consistency in curriculum development that integrates research is essential. This training aims to describe teachers' perceptions and experiences in research-based implementation, their active involvement in designing solutions for integrating research into local content subjects, analyze the impact of teacher participation in the training process, and outline the real challenges teachers face in developing a research-based curriculum. The community service method uses PAR, which consists of the stages: to know, to understand, to plan, to act, and to change. The training participants consisted of the Head of Madrasah Education, the Principal, the Deputy Principal, and 25 teachers. Based on the training results, the teachers successfully developed a semester program as a mapping of research material, a research syllabus integrated with the love-based curriculum, a lesson plan, and student worksheets with different themes. The training participants, including teachers outside the pilot project, were very enthusiastic and produced a set of learning curricula and actively participated in overcoming obstacles in the process of developing research curriculum documents for local content subjects. In this way, grassroots curriculum innovation can produce a set of learning curricula compiled by teachers for the learning process in local content subjects.
