Abstract

This study investigates the psychological conditions of adolescent girls during menstruation and their impact on participation in physical education lessons. The study involved 30 female students from grade XI at SMAN 2 Praya, selected through purposive sampling. A quantitative descriptive method was used, with a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–5) that measured psychological aspects such as mood changes, stress, and motivation during menstruation. The questionnaire showed strong validity (r-count ≥ 0.361) and high reliability, with Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.863 for psychological conditions and 0.854 for menstrual phase. The results were analyzed using paired sample t-test and Cohen’s d to measure effect size. The t-test produced a t-count = 3.888, which was greater than the t-table value of 2.110 (p = 0.001), indicating a significant relationship between psychological conditions and participation in physical education. The effect size (Cohen’s d = 1.35) indicated a large practical significance of the relationship. The findings show that emotional fluctuations, stress, and fatigue during menstruation can reduce students' motivation and engagement in physical activities. Physical education teachers are recommended to implement adaptive teaching strategies that consider the psychological well-being of students during menstruation, including offering lighter physical activities and providing emotional support.

Abstract

This research is a library research using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research examines how to utilize human potential bestowed by Allah through heart management. This study examines the concept of heart management from a psychological point of view, then brings together the relevance or meeting point (convergence) between heart management and Islamic psychology. The analysis of data is conducted through reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion. The findings from this study are that the concept of heart management has relevance or convergence with Islamic psychology.

Abstract

This research is descriptive  study with a qualitative approach to the phenomenon of changes in religious and social patterns in the Jepara Annual village community  as a result of the digital era which is marked by the development of information technology. This research uses data collection methods with observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Triangulation is used to maintain the validity of the data. Research subjects included teenagers, adults and parents. Data is processed by selecting data, synthesizing, searching and finding patterns, until finding the important meaning and what is learned. The findings from this research are that there are several socio-religious activities of the Tahunan village community that are experiencing changes. The significant shift that occurred was in the majlis ta'lim and khotmil qur'an, which were originally offline-based activities have become online-based. The advantage of this change is the efficiency of time and energy, but the disadvantage is that people's mindset tends to be pragmatic.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the idea of education promoted by one of the great figures in Islamic education, namely Abdurrahman An-Nahlawi. This great figure of Islamic Education has inspired one of the education leaders in Indonesia, namely Ki Hajar Dewantara. These educational ideas include goals, educational concepts, basics, vision, mission, goals, methods, media, to the principles of Islamic education. This research is a conceptual literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings of this study are that Abdurrahman An-Nahlawi has laid the foundations of a very comprehensive education that is widely embraced by educational leaders and is still relevant today. The concept of At-tarbiyah is concrete proof of the fruit of his thoughts

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 sampai saat ini belum berakhir di Indonesia, dampaknya sangat dirasakan oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat, para pelaku ekonomi, dan perekonomian nasional. Salah satu pelaku ekonomi yang akan dikaji adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM), kegiatan usahanya berpotensi mengalami kerugian dan gulung tikar. Penurunan daya beli masyarakat akibat pandemi berkepanjangan, menambah buruk kondisi UMKM. Oleh karena perlu perhatian dan bantuan dari banyak pihak terutama pemerintah, swasta, dan akademisi kepada UMKM agar mampu melewati masa-masa sulitnya. Dibutuhkan strategi-strategi baru untuk menggairahkan kembali kegiatan[1]kegiatan UMKM. Melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat tim PKM berusaha untuk menerapkan strategi-strategi marketing, untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat pelaku UMKM, untuk membangun kekuatan ekonomi nasional dimasa depan. Program digitalisasi atau pemanfaatan pasar digital menjadi pilihan tepat sebagai strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat pelaku UMKM pada masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga dapat menjangkau calon pelanggan yang lebih luar. Dalam mengenalkan dan memasarkan produk UMKM ibu Erin telah memanfaatkan media sosial facebook dan instagram, serta pasar digital seperti shopee.

Abstract

Abstrak Sekolah sebagai institusi pendidikan berperan penting dalam membentuk generasi yang berkualitas sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Dalam konteks ini, kepala sekolah memegang peran strategis sebagai pemimpin yang bertanggung jawab atas kelangsungan proses belajar mengajar dan pembinaan kedisiplinan guru. Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat menentukan dalam menciptakan budaya kerja yang disiplin dan profesional di lingkungan sekolah. Kepemimpinan yang persuasif, demokratis, serta memberikan teladan akan meningkatkan kinerja dan tanggung jawab guru terhadap tugasnya. Oleh karena itu, gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah menjadi faktor kunci dalam mengembangkan kedisiplinan guru menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif dan bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perlunya pengembangan disiplin guru di madrasah dan mengidentifikasi faktor yang memengaruhi kedisiplinan guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan content analysis (analisis isi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala madrasah berperan penting dalam pengembangan disiplin guru disertai adanya faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kedisiplinan guru sebagai teladan bagi peserta didik.   Abstract Schools as educational institutions play an important role in forming a quality generation in accordance with national education goals. In this context, the principal plays a strategic role as a leader who is responsible for the continuity of the teaching and learning process and fostering teacher discipline. The principal's leadership style is very important in creating a disciplined and professional work culture in the school environment. Persuasive, democratic leadership, and providing examples will improve teacher performance and responsibility for their duties. Therefore, the leadership style of the madrasah principal is a key factor in developing teacher discipline to create a conducive and quality school environment. This study aims to explain the need for developing teacher discipline in madrasahs and identify factors that influence teacher discipline. This study is a literature study with a qualitative approach, while the data analysis technique uses content analysis. The results of the study indicate that the leadership of the madrasah principal plays an important role in developing teacher discipline along with factors that influence teacher discipline as a role model for students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengetahui pemahaman guru tentang pendidikan karakter di MI NU Matholi’ul Huda, 2) Mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan pembiasaan dan keteladanan, 3) Mengetahui kendala apa saja yang di hadapi dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan pembiasaan dan keteladanan, Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, Informan penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis melalui langkah-langkah reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan pembiasaan dan keteladanan, dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses implementasi pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan metode studi literatur untuk mengkaji penelitian-penelitian terdahulu mengenai topik tenaga pendidik, dan untuk mengidentifikasi solusi-solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencapai peningkatan yang diinginkan. Solusi-solusi yang teridentifikasi dapat dibagi menjadi 3 berdasarkan pihak yang bertanggungjawab untuk menerapkannya, yaitu: 1) tenaga pendidik, 2) institusi pendidikan, dan 3) pemerintah. Solusi-solusi ini tidak berdiri sendiri; yakni, ketiganya harus sama-sama berfungsi untuk mencapai peningkatan sinkronis pada kualitas tenaga pendidik dan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Proses pembelajaran memerlukan pemecahan yang baik. Pengertian pengelolaan pembelajaran adalah suatu Upaya untuk mengatur (menejemen, mengendalikan) aktivitas pembelajaran berdasarkan  konsep-konsep  dan  prinsip-prinsip  pembelajaran  untuk  menyukseskan  tujuan  pembelajaran agar tercapai secara  lebih  efektif,  efisien,  dan  produktif  yang diawali dengan penentuan strategi dan perencanaan, dan diakhiri dengan penilaian.Sekarang ini,mutu menjadi satu-satunya  hal  yang  sangat  penting  dalam  dunia  pendidikan. Standar mutu bangsa yang berkembang adalah kualitas pendidikan yang baik. Kualitas pendidikan yang baik ditentukan oleh kompetensi dan kualitas tenaga pendidik yang baik.

Abstract

Facilitating the integration of religious education for parents of children with special needs is a crucial component of delivering services aimed at introducing Islam and fostering the development of religious interests and talents. This program is driven by the recognition that parents of children with special needs encounter challenges in facilitating religious education and nurturing their skills, particularly in the area of memorizing the Qur'an. The socialization method employed employs a personalized and participatory approach with each parent, aimed at enhancing their comprehension of how to administer religious classes and demonstrate religious class activities effectively. The primary emphasis is on teaching letters or Makhorijul letters. The examination results indicated a rise in parents' comprehension of how to educate children with special needs in matters of religion.

Abstract

This study investigates the performance of an ethylene glycol/water (EG/Water) fluid at a 40:60 volume ratio, a commonly used base fluid in heating and cooling systems. The evaluation focuses on analyzing heat transfer coefficients and pressure drops. The research adopts an experimental approach, utilizing a test section made of pure copper with an inner diameter of 16 mm, an outer diameter of 19 mm, and a length of 1500 mm. The volume ratio of EG/Water at 40:60 is an input parameter, along with varying fluid flow rates controlled by a valve, ranging from 2 to 18 liters per minute. Two tubular heaters with a combined capacity of 2000 W are attached to the copper pipe, regulated by a 3000 W voltage regulator. Electric current is measured with ammeters. The experimental results reveal that the heat transfer coefficient of the EG/Water fluid increases as the fluid flow rate rises. The highest heat transfer coefficient is achieved at 18 L/min, while the lowest is observed at 4 L/min. Pressure drop increases with higher flow rates, but this does not significantly affect the friction factor, as it undergoes a noticeable decrease while the Reynolds number increases.
