Abstract

Oyong (Luffa acutangula L.) merupakan tanaman sayuran yang memiliki nilai gizi dan potensi ekonomi. Peningkatan produktivitasnya dapat dicapai melalui teknik budidaya yang tepat, termasuk penggunaan zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT) dan pemupukan berimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis ZPT dan dosis pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman oyong di polybag. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret–Juni 2025 di Desa Terate, Kecamatan Sirah Pulau Padang, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAKF) dengan dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu jenis ZPT (P1 = 3 ml/l ZPT formulasi, P2 = 2 ml/l Natrium para-nitrofenol, dan P3 = 0,5 ml/l Giberelin) serta dosis pupuk NPK (N1 = 10 g/polybag, N2 = 15 g/polybag, dan N3 = 20 g/polybag). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ZPT Natrium para-nitrofenol memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman oyong. Pemberian pupuk NPK dosis 20 g/polybag memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman oyong. Kombinasi ZPT Natrium para-nitrofenol dan pupuk NPK dengan dosis 20 g/tanaman memberikan pertumbuhan dan produksi terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman oyong.

Abstract

The task and role of the teacher are not only teaching but developing learning tools and evaluating student learning. This study aims to improve teacher teaching skills in applying problem-based learning models through group guidance. This type of research is school action research. This study was conducted on SDN 001 teachers with a total of 19 teachers, researching from September to October 2019. Data obtained from observation sheets that observe the actions of teachers and student activities during learning takes place. The results showed that the teaching skills of teachers in the first cycle gained an average percentage of 61% with a category that experienced an increase in cycle II with an average percentage achievement of 72% which was included in the good category. Conclusion of this study that the teaching skills of SDN 001 Petai in applying the problem-based learning model had increased through group guidance.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a theoretical comparative analysis between Transformational Leadership and Servant Leadership models in the context of quality improvement in Islamic educational institutions. As a library research, this article synthesizes various contemporary management literatures and Islamic leadership treasures to find the most effective leadership model for educational institution development. The results show that transformational leadership is crucial in accelerating vision, innovation, and organizational culture change oriented towards quality (itqan). On the other hand, servant leadership provides a foundation for strengthening teamwork through a service-oriented approach (khidmah) and empathy, which is aligned with prophetic values. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the synergy between transformational vision and a service-oriented spirit is the key to building a sustainable quality culture in Islamic educational institutions, where leaders are able to encourage organizational achievement while maintaining internal team harmony through the spirit of ukhuwah and ta’awun.

Abstract

Intensitas radiasi matahari dan suhu udara di sekitar berpengaruh pada tegangan dan arus yang dihasilkan oleh sel surya. Semakin rendah intensitas penyinaran matahari, semakin rendah pula arus dan tegangan yang dihasilkan. Tegangan yang dihasilkan menurun seiring dengan kenaikan suhu. Kondisi ini memerlukan suatu alat yang dapat mengatur keadaan suhu pada panel surya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan panas pada panel surya melalui optimasi sifat termal fluida pendingin dengan menambahkan partikel SiO2 berukuran nano ke cairan dasar W/EG, yang umum disebut fluida nano (Nanofluids). Pembuatan desain serpentine channel sebagai alat penukar kalor juga turut dilakukan. Proses optimasi perpindahan panas dilakukan menggunakan Respon Surface Metodology-Central Composite Design  (RSM-CCD), lalu proses uji eksperimental dilakukan dengan variasi laju alir 1 - 3 LPM dan suhu masuk dijaga pada 35oC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesesuaian antara hasil RSM-CCD dan hasil percobaan dengan alat uji, dimana laju alir fluida pendingin tertinggi merupakan kondisi yang paling optimum. Penurunan suhu T2 masing-masing sebesar 12,568oC pada laju alir 3 LPM, 11,286oC pada laju alir 2 LPM dan 11oC pada laju alir 1 LPM. Dari uji coba selama 13 menit pada masing-masing laju alir dengan suhu masuk dijaga 35oC diperoleh hasil bahwa terjadi peningkatan  ΔTavg sebesar 28,62%. Kata kunci: fluida nano; panel surya; RSM-CCD; serpentine channel; SiO2.

Abstract

One of the bridges on the Serpong-Balaraja Toll Road Section 1a project with the longest span is the Cisadane Bridge, which will use a PCI Girder superstructure with a length of 50.8 meters. A bridge approach road structure using a piling slab is located at Sta 2+500-2+564. The piles on the pile slab are planned with a free standing of 6 meters above ground level, and they are 60 cm in diameter, with 11–12 poles forming each segment. When measurements were taken, the length of the pile slab differed from shop drawings. In order to determine whether the pile slab can still support the working load after a change in length and to allow strengthening if the pile slab installed in the field is weak, it is important to assess the structure's performance. By examining the capacity of the reinforcement on the capping beam and the capacity of the spun pile. The evaluation is carried out using analytic software SAP2000. The results of the study for changes in the length of the pile slab structure show that the structure is still adequate because the capacity of the reinforcement on the capping beam installed in the field, namely D19-150, is still sufficient when compared to the results of the analysis, namely D19-153.38. In addition, the spun pile is still adequate because the moment that occurs is still below the permissible moment in the spun pile, which is less than 17 tons.
