Abstract

Guru dituntut mampu mengembangkan model pembelajaran. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan suatu produk dalam bentuk model pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa. Model pembelajaran ini merupakan kolaborasi dari model pembelajaran sebelumnya, yaitu: model pembelajaran picture and picture yang merupakan model pembelajaran yang mengandalkan gambar, dan model pembelajaran Make a match untuk memperkaya dan memperkuat kosakata. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan menganalisis kinerja pengajaran dan kebutuhan di sekolah-sekolah di Komisariat Cisaat dan masalah yang ditemukan adalah keterampilan menulis siswa semakin menurun. Itu disebabkan oleh kurangnya kosakata. Masalah ini juga semakin memburuk oleh model pembelajaran konvensional yang telah digunakan oleh para guru. Merancang draf model pembelajaran PIPI MAMA adalah langkah selanjutnya yang harus dilakukan berdasarkan hasil analisis langkah. Langkah selanjutnya id Mengembangkan model pembelajaran PIPI MAMA dengan menggunakan teknik Delphi, uji pendahuluan dan dephi2. tes pendahuluan membawa saran dan masukan untuk model pembelajaran dari penilaian ahli yang berbahagia di Delphi 2 untuk melengkapi kelemahan model pembelajaran. teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan tes keefektifan model pembelajaran ini. Hasilnya adalah: data enthutiasme siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran, respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran, kesesuaian model oleh ahli, guru model, dan nilai pretest. dan posttest siswa. Hasil Delphi 2 adalah rancangan model pembelajaran PIPI MAMA yang akan diuji dalam uji lapangan utama. Langkah selanjutnya adalah menerapkan model dalam pengujian lapangan utama untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran ini dapat memecahkan masalah keterampilan menulis di sekolah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan proses sains siswa setelah penerapan pembelajaran inkuiri dengan memanfaatkan laboratorium virtual dan riil. Laboratorium merupakan sarana yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang berimbas pada hasil pembelajaran. Pemanfaatan multimedia interaktif pada laboratorium virtual dapat dipergunakan untuk mengganti sarana laboratorium riil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain non randomised static group pretest-posttest design. Subyek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VIII di salah satu SMP di Cianjur sebanyak 64 siswa. Data diperoleh dari hasil tes, angket yang diisi siswa secara langsung dan wawancara. Hasil tes diolah menggunakan N-Gain didapatkan temuan bahwa penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan proses sains siswa meningkat di kedua kelas eksperimen. Hasil analisis angket dan wawancara menunjukkan siswa menyukai penggunakan alat praktek dan mengamati proses tetapi mengalami kesulitan dalam merakit alat sedangkan waktu tidak mencukupi, menyenangi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan laboratorium virtual. Dari analisis data tersebut didapat bahwa pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan laboratorium virtual dapat membangun penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan sains siswa secara signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Problem Based Learning dengan mind mapping terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa SMP pada materi bioteknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non equivalent control group design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP kelas IX yang dibagi dalam 2 kelompok yaitu, eksperimen dan kontrol.  Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes keterampilan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Problem Based Learning dengan menggunakan mind mapping dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan menggunakan mind mapping lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang hanya mendapatkan pmbelajaran dengan model Problem Based Learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa SMP pada materi Pencemaran Lingkungan melalui pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan mind map. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuasi eksperimen dengan pretest-postest control group design. Penelitian dilaksanakan di salah satu SMP Negeri Kabupaten Cianjur, dengan  subjek penelitian berjumlah 67 orang dikelas kontrol dan eksperimen. Kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas VII E diberi perlakuan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan mind map dan kelas kontrol yaitu kelas VII D mendapat pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda (PG) untuk penguasaan konsep, Essay untuk kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan angket untuk melihat respon siswa. Data dianalisis dengan uji statistik menggunakan SPSS versi 24.00 dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan mind map mampu meningkatkan penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif. Penguasaan konsep siswa dikelas eksperimen meningkat dengan nilai N-gain 0,62 (kriteria Sedang) dan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dengan nilai N-gain 0,79   (kriteria tinggi). Siswa pada kelas eksperimen juga menunjukan respon dan antusias tinggi terhadap pembelajaran. Kata Kunci:     Pembelajaran berbasis Masalah, Mind Map, Penguasaan Konsep dan Keterampilan Berpikir Kreatif

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif-eksperimen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  model problem posing dan problem solving dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran materi sistem ekskresi . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Cigudeg tahun akademik 2016/2017. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik sampel acak. Sampel untuk kelas eksperimen adalah XI IPA-4 yang diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran  Problem Posing dengan jumlah 39 orang siswa dan XI IPA-5 diberikan perlakuan dengan model Problem Solving dengan jumlah 38 orang siswa. Rata-rata n-gain  untuk kelas problem posing adalah 68 dan kelas problem solving adalah 64.  Berdasarkan hasil uji t pada taraf signifikansi ɑ = 0,05 diperoleh thitung 2,74 sedangkan ttabel 1,99 sehingga diperoleh thitung   ttabel, dengan demikian hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model problem posing dan problem solving dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis kelompok problem posing lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok kelas problem solving. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Problem Posing, Problem Solving.

Abstract

Entering the beginning of 2020 there was an extraordinary phenomenon, namely the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) which attacked almost all parts of the country in the world. The COVID-19 pandemic disaster causes mild respiratory infections to severe respiratory infections such as pneumonia and the greatest risk can cause death. Other negative impacts include increasing stress and anxiety in individuals. The individual's capacity to deal with and reduce stress and anxiety can arise from having resilience. Resilience is the resilience possessed by individuals, groups, or communities that allow them to face, prevent, minimize and even eliminate the adverse effects of unpleasant conditions, or even change the conditions that include them into a natural thing to overcome, to overcome. Therefore, students need to have resilience abilities. The importance of increasing student resilience in efforts to mitigate the COVID-19 disaster through education is very necessary because schools are an effective means of conveying information. Submission of learning about the dangers of COVID-19 mitigation can be delivered through a learning process with innovative learning media. Based on the results of observations in one high school in Bogor City, it was found that the level of student resilience was still relatively low, namely 56%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital pocket books on COVID-19 disaster mitigation materials in increasing student resilience to disasters and to determine the effectiveness of digital pocket books on COVID-19 disaster mitigation materials. The research was conducted using themethod Research and Development using the ADDIE model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The population in this study were students of class XI MIPA 2 with a sample of 29 students. The results showed that digital pocket books were able to increase students' resilience to disasters to 69% which was included in the medium category. The effectiveness of learning media has a very effective category which is obtained from the average percentage of student responses of 90% and teacher responses of 84%.          Keywords: Digital Pocket Book; COVID-19 Disaster Mitigation, Resilience.

Abstract

The material on the immune system is one of the most difficult materials for students. In view of this, the use of technology as a medium of learning on immune system material is one way to help students apply the scientific process by building students' critical thinking levels. This study aims to develop and analyze the application learning media -e-booklet of scientific literacy based to be effective and able to improve students' critical thinking skills on immune system material. The research method used is Research and Development using the model FourD. This research was carried out in January-October 2021. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIPA 4 in one of the public high schools in Bogor Regency for the academic year 2020/2021 as many as 36 students. The field trial was conducted in a limited manner using a research design one group pretest-posttest. The results showed that the learning media -e-booklet scientific literacy based developed had a very valid/feasible category with a percentage of 83.2%. For the feasibility test, three media and materials experts and two high school biology teachers were used. Critical thinking questions that have been validated also have a very valid category with an index of 0.83. The Learning media is -e-booklet scientific literacy based also able to improve students' critical thinking skills from moderate to high levels with a percentage of 38.00% and an average n-gain of 0.66.

Abstract

Indonesia is located in the Pacific Ring of Fire, which is often hit by natural disasters. The potential for co-occurrence with other natural disasters can exacerbate human losses and cause chaos. After the occurrence of natural disasters, in addition to causing many casualties and damage to infrastructure, the threat of health risks becomes a serious problem. Especially the emergence of infectious diseases. The number of fatalities indicates that community preparedness and mitigation against disasters are still poor. Disaster mitigation is the knowledge that students must have to have good preparedness behavior. Education related to disasters is usually based on theoretical knowledge so that it becomes less meaningful for students. For this reason, it is necessary to make efforts to increase the value of student preparedness with interesting learning media, one of which is by developing an e-magazine of disease outbreak disaster mitigation materials to improve student preparedness. Based on the results of observations in one high school in Bogor City, it was found that the level of student preparedness was still relatively low at 42%. This study aims to determine the effect of e-magazines on disease outbreak disaster mitigation materials on increasing student preparedness, as well as to determine the effectiveness of e-magazines on disease outbreak disaster mitigation materials. The study was conducted using the Research and development method using the ADDIE model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The population in this study were students of class X MIPA with a sample of 30 respondents. The results showed that the e-magazine was able to increase the student's preparedness score to 69.67% which was in the medium category. The effectiveness of learning media can be seen from the responses of students and teachers. The percentage of the average value of student responses is 89.5% with a very effective category. Based on the results of the teacher's response questionnaire, the percentage was 84.17% with a very effective category.

Abstract

In conservation areas throughout Indonesia, there are at least 1.8 million hectares of open land in the form of damaged or degraded ecosystems following encroachment on conservation areas by local communities. Addressing this, the government of Indonesia has introduced a conservation partnership policy issued in 2018, namely the Director General of KSDAE Regulation No. P.6/KSDAE/SET/Kum.1/6/2018 concerning Technical Guidelines for Conservation Partnerships in Nature Reserves and Nature Conservation Areas. The objective of this study was to identify and analyze the impact of conservation partnerships on improving the welfare of the community in the Gunung Masigit Kareumbi Hunting Park (GMKHP). The research was conducted within the GMKHP area, with the samples taken from the community of Forest Farmer Groups (KTH) in the villages of Pelita Asih, Jaya Mekar, Sunda Mekar, Cikadu, Sukajaya, and Kaduwulung. The approach used in this study is qualitative. Data were collected by questionnaire survey, interviews, observations, and documentation in the field. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the production of pine resin tapping carried out by KTH members is as much as 29,033 kg/month or an average of 323 kg/person per month.  This activity has an impact on increasing the income of KTH members by 170%, i.e. from their initial average income of Rp. 853,778 per month to become Rp. 2,307,278/month for each member.  Additionally, there are also contributing funds to the neighborhood and social welfare coordinated by cooperatives, such as assistance for the poor and orphans, village treasury income, BUMDes (Village Enterprise) capital, wages for reading Qoran teachers, mosque maintenance, etc.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) as a world health institution declared COVID-19 as a global pandemic on March 11, 2020 and Indonesia officially announced a confirmed case of COVID-19 infection on March 2, 2020. One of the tourist attractions affected by COVID-19 is the Conservation in the Public Interest such as safari parks, zoos and animal parks. This study aims to: analyze the management of the Sumatran Tiger in the Indonesian Safari Park Cisarua Bogor and the Ragunan Wildlife Park during the COVID-19 pandemic, analyze the steps to minimize the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the management of the Sumatran Tiger at the Indonesian Safari Park Cisarua Bogor and the Ragunan Wildlife Park. as well as formulating a strategy for managing the Sumatran Tiger in the face of a disease pandemic at the Taman Safari Indonesia Cisarua Bogor and the Ragunan Wildlife Park. The research method used is descriptive research method. The source of research data comes from primary data sources, namely the management of the Indonesian Safari Park Conservation Agency Cisarua Bogor and Ragunan Wildlife Park and secondary data sources obtained from literature studies. The data taken are the management of Sumatran tigers at the Cisarua Bogor Indonesian Safari Park and Ragunan Wildlife Park and the types of use of the Sumatran tiger in the Cisarua Bogor Indonesian Safari Park and Ragunan Wildlife Park. Field observations were carried out to photograph and directly collect data on the condition of the Indonesian Safari Park Conservation Institute, Cisarua Bogor and Ragunan Wildlife Park, as well as the management of the Sumatran Tiger which includes aspects of management, manpower handling animals, and utilization and documentation studies. Processing of data from observations, interviews and documentation studies using descriptive qualitative analysis, and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study, that the operational management of the Sumatran Tiger at Taman Safari Indonesia Cisarua Bogor and the Ragunan Wildlife Park runs in accordance with the rules of animal management applied at the General Conservation Institute even though the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the income generated from visitor entrance tickets, especially for the park. Safari Indonesia Cisarua Bogor. The implication of this research is to minimize the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the operational management and protection of Sumatran tigers in the General Conservation Institute, the government together with the Indonesian Zoo Association and the managers of the General Conservation Institute need to immediately draw up an emergency plan for animal management, especially the Sumatran tiger, while maintaining based on aspects of animal welfare and compiling Standard Operating Procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
