Abstract

This study aims to see: (1) the correlation between environmental health knowledge and the implementation of health protocols in compliance in limited teaching learning process at school; (2) the correlation between health behavior and the implementation of health protocols compliance in limited teaching learning process at school; and (3) the correlation between environmental health knowledge and health behavior on theimplementation of health protocols in compliance in limited teaching learning process at school. This research is a correlational quantitative research with sampling using a simple random sampling technique. The questionnaires were distributed to students of XI level in senior high school in Sub-Rayon Cigombong, Bogor with a population of 879 people and a research sample of 503 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis of research data using standard error normality test, variance homogeneity test, regression linearity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study stated that there was a very significant positive relationship between knowledge about environmental health and the implementation of health protocols in compliance in limited teaching learning process at school with a contribution of 15.1%. There is a very significant positive relationship between health behavior and implementation of health protocols in compliance in limited teaching learning process at school with a contribution of 48.3%. Knowledge of a very significant relationship, including the application of health protocols in compliance in limited teaching learning process at school with a contribution of 50.6% and fulfilling the regression equation 12 = 33.113 + 0.853X1 + 0.706X2.

Abstract

Management of forest areas will not be separated from the involvement of the surrounding community. land rights and natural resources, including forests, can be managed communally so that the benefits are shared by the whole community as well as individually to meet the needs of each family. One form of forest management that involves the community is the utilization of non-timber forest products by the community around the forest. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the achievement or success of using non-timber forest products (pine resin and resin) after the issuance of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation Number P.43/Menlhk/Setjen/Kum.1/6/2017 and the Director's Regulation. General of the Directorate General of Conservation of Natural Resources Ecosystems Number P.6/KSDAE/Set/Kum.1/6/2018 in increasing awareness and participation of non-timber forest product users in conservation activities of the Mount Halimun Salak National Park Area. This study uses the CIPP (Context – input – process – product) method, which is an evaluation model on the Context, Input, Process and Product aspects. Data obtained from the results of document analysis, field observations and interviews. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the use of non-timber forest products (Sap Pinus and Damar) for community empowerment in Mount Halimun Salak National Park is feasible to be applied as an effort to improve the living standards of communities around the area while maintaining the sustainability of Mount Halimun Salak National Park. The context aspect is categorized as good and can be the main basis for implementing the program, the input aspect is categorized as sufficient, it is necessary to increase the capacity of human resources (accompaniment officers and community groups), especially in terms of institutional strengthening and group economic business development as well as business development training and training in the field of Natural Resources Conservation. Ecosystem, the Process aspect is categorized as sufficient, it is necessary to consider the existence of coaching, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation activities involving the parties (village government, related agencies from the local Government and/or Non-Governmental Organizations), and the Product aspect is categorized as good, it is necessary to continue to improve assistance and fostering so that group independence continues to increase, both institutionally, economically, as well as awareness to participate in maintaining the sustainability of the Mount Halimun Salak National Park area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the program to increase the added value and competitiveness of horticulture through APBN funds that have been implemented by the Directorate of Processing and Marketing of Horticultural Products at the Mulyatani Gapoktan in Brebes Regency. This program is expected to support sustainable agriculture in Brebes district. The government strongly supports the development of shallot cultivation in Brebes district, which is the largest center for shallot commodities in Central Java. Increased added value can be obtained by farmers at the time of starting cultivation, post-harvest to marketing. By doing good and correct cultivation, it can increase the productivity produced (18 tons/hectare). The use of organic materials and reducing the use of chemical pesticides in onion cultivation is a form of added value obtained by farmers because the production costs for purchasing chemical pesticides reach 8% of the costs incurred. then if done postharvest properly and correctly it can reduce losses (damage) that occur so that the product has a high selling value. The added value of shallots obtained by Gapoktan Mulyatani is apart from the cultivation and postharvest processes, as well as in the marketing process of fresh and processed forms (fried onions, crispy onions, and onion paste), so that the shallot business can support sustainable agriculture because of the shallot business process. starting from upstream to downstream. The purpose of providing postharvest infrastructure assistance and shallot processing facilities at the Mulyatani Gapoktan in Brebes Regency by the Directorate of Horticultural Product Processing and Marketing is to implement a program to increase added value and horticultural competitiveness to improve the welfare of members of the shallot farmer group. So that the results of this evaluation will be used as a reference that this program can still be continued by involving other agencies so that the program runs according to the targets to be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to get information on how to integrate the science learning type of Webbed with the theme of environmental pollution to improve students’ scientific literacy. The subject of study was seventh-grade students in middle school. The research method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The data were analyzed by calculating the normalized gain average score to determine the increase in scientific literacy. The average result of N-Gain in students' scientific literacy as a whole obtained in the experiment class is 0.66 while the control class is 0.43, both are in the medium category with a difference of 0.23. The hypothesis test result in the t-test is known as the significance level of 0.000 which means that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. Based on the result of this t-test, it is known that students’ scientific literacy abilities are not the same. This means that there were differences in the increase in scientific literacy in integrated webbed versus conventional science learning types without integration. The result of the study shows that webbed-type integrated learning can improve students’ scientific literacy on aspects of content, process, and attitude.

Abstract

INCREASING TEACHER INNOVATIVE THROUGH STRENGTHENING SELF-EFFICIENCY AND VISIONER LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL PRINCIPLESThis study aims to see that the teacher innovation can be improved by examining the relationship between teacher innovativeness and the variables of self-efficacy as well as visionary leadership of school principals. The study was conducted on PNS teachers at SMP Negeri Sub Rayon Sukaraja, Sukabumi Regency with a population of 153 and a sample of 111 people. The study was conducted by using correlational statistical methods in order to determine whether the variables of self-efficacy and visionary leadership of school principals have a positive relationship with innovation. The study resulted in three conclusions; 1) there was a positive and significant relationship between the self-efficacy variable and teacher innovativeness with correlation coefficient (ry1) of 0.5293 and a coefficient of determination (r2y1) of 0.2802, 2) there was a positive and significant relationship between the leadership variables visionary principals with teacher innovativeness with a correlation coefficient (ry2) of 0.4579 and a coefficient of determination (r2y2) of 0.2097, 3) there was a positive and significant relationship between the self-efficacy variable (X1) and the principal's visionary leadership (X2) in general together with teacher innovativeness (Y) with a correlation coefficient (ry12) of 0.5583 and a coefficient of determination (r2y12) of 0.3116. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Mixed Methods Explanatory kuantitatif-kualitatif yang terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu penguasaan konsep pengelolaan sampah (X) dan variabel terikat yaitu perilaku ramah lingkungan siswa di SMK Wikrama Bogor (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara penguasaan konsep pengelolaan sampah dengan perilaku ramah lingkungan siswa di SMK Wikrama Bogor. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-Juli 2016 dengan populasi siswa SMK Wikrama Bogor tahun akademik 2015/2016 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Multistage Random Sampling, dengan kriteria Slovin. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan melalui perhitungan statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas menggunakan uji Liliefors dan homogenitas menggunakan uji Bartlett serta pengujian hipotesis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana dan statistik korelasi. Diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi  (r) = 0,403 dan hasil uji-t pada taraf signifikan a = 0,05 menunjukan thitung = 4,764 dan ttabel = 1,984, sehingga nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang kurang erat antara penguasaan konsep pengelolaan sampah dengan perilaku ramah lingkungan siswa di SMK Wikrama Bogor. Hasil penelitian kualitatif diperoleh dua faktor yang menyebabkan kurang eratnya hubungan yaitu faktor dalam diri dan lingkungan luar sekolah. Adapun faktor yang diperkirakan memiliki hubungan erat dengan perilaku ramah lingkungan siswa adalah kebijakan sekolah berupa hukuman dan konsistensi guru.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran scientific learning dan kemandirian belajar terhadap kemampuan memecahkan masalah lingkungan. Studi eksperimen telah dilakukan pada mahasiswa semester III Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pakuan Bogor. Banyaknya sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden. 30 untuk kelompok mahasiswa yang menggunakan model Project Based Learning (PJBL) dan 30 untuk kelompok mahasiswa yang menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi positif antar faktor model pembelajaran scientific learning serta faktor kemandirian belajar terhadap kemampuan memecahkan masalah pencemaran lingkungan.

Abstract

The research is a Classroom Action Research with the subject of 38 students of class XI IPA 4. The research is aimed at improving the learning outcome of biology subject with the implementation of scientific approach and Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The research was conducted in two cycles. There were 4 steps in a cycle: planning, doing, observing, and reflecting. There was an evaluation after each cycle by using an instrument that had been validated and tested for its reliability and its difficulty level. The research result shows the scientific approach and Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve the learning outcome of biology subject. It can be seen from the average score of class XI IPA 4 which is 65,3 or 41% from 39 students. In the first cycle, it became 74,4 or about 61%. The average score improved in the second cycle into 86,2 with the completeness of 84% from 38 students. Besides cognitive, the learning outcome was also measured from affective and psychomotor sides. The research result shows that the average score of students’ affective in cycle I is 74,2 and cycle II is 84,2 while the average score of psychomotor aspect in cycle I is 74,3 and improved in cycle II into 80,4. Based on the result achieved, it can be inferred that the effort of improving the learning outcome of biology subject at the class of XI IPA 4 of SMA Negeri 10 Bogor using Scientific approach and Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is successful.

Abstract

Excellent quality of education is the foundation of the nation's progress. The realization of the quality of education is achieved through improving the quality of teaching. Teacher creativity has an impact on the quality of teaching and determines the achievement of school education goals and national education goals. It is very important to carry out in-depth studies on strategies for increasing teacher creativity. This study examines the increase in teacher creativity through strengthening self-efficacy, knowledge sharing and transformational leadership. This study aims to find strategies and ways to increase the creativity of teachers who teach at the elementary school level. Elementary school is the foundation for character building and key skills. This study uses a correlational method and is followed by an analysis of the Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operations Research in Education Management (SITOREM). The population of this study is 202 teachers who teach in private elementary schools at Buddhist religious foundations throughout Banten province, the sample size is 135 teachers. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between Self-Efficacy, Knowledge Sharing and Transformational Leadership Together with Teacher Creativity. Increasing Teacher Creativity can be done by strengthening the variable indicators of Self-Efficacy, Knowledge Sharing and Transformational Leadership. Based on the STOREM analysis, there are 12 indicators that must be prioritized for improvement, and 7 indicators to be maintained.
