Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive science learning video based on ethnoedutour on pressure material for junior high school students by integrating local wisdom from the Muaro Jambi Temple Area. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, as well as a mixed methods approach using exploratory sequential design. This research was conducted through three stages, namely analysis, design, and development. The analysis stage involved observations, interviews, and questionnaires to identify learning needs and learner characteristics. At the design stage, the video structure and storyboard were prepared based on the results of the analysis, while the development stage involved product validation by experts and student testing. The validation results show that this interactive learning video media is suitable for use, with significant improvements in the material and media aspects. The trial of 25 students showed a positive response with an average score above 80% on the aspects of material, feedback, motivation, ease of use, interaction, and accessibility. This study concludes that the interactive learning video based on *ethnoedutour* is effective in helping students understand pressure material through the local cultural context. However, further research is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of the product in increasing students' learning motivation as well as in the implementation and evaluation stages.

Abstract

This study is interesting to study because the issues raised by Kadam Sidik are about various issues about women. This research uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is research that aims to understand what events are experienced by research actors such as behavior, perceptions, and motivation by describing in written form in a natural context using various methods. The object studied in this research is the content of Kadam sidik which discusses women's issues in general or women's issues due to various phenomena that have occurred recently. Related to what women's issues Kadam discusses and what is the da'wah message of Kadam sidik content related to these women's issues? The results of this study are that some of the content related to women's issues speaks a lot about how a woman should be respected in all aspects. Like in the household as a wife and mother and in general. Women should also not always be blamed for the problem of sexual harassment and rape, but even so, women who wear the hijab should try to perfect their hijab according to Sharia law. Kadam also conveyed a message to men to always reduce and control their lusts, not like animals that have no control over themselves. Men should also not feel that they are the most powerful so that they can control their lusts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh realita kasus tuberkolusis paru di Indonesia yang belumpernah terselesaikan sejak zaman colonial hingga saat ini ,dan ketidaktahuan para ahlibiomedis terhadap hasil penelitian antropologi medis mengenai tuberkulusi paru.Olehkarena itu,penelitian ini mencoba keluar dari tema –tema penelitian antropologi medismengenai tuberculosis paru.Temuan penelitian ini adalah ;(1) Pengetahuanmasyarakat cinangka serang banten mengenai tuberkulosis paru dikonstruksi olehpetugas puskesmas,serta pengobat tradisional yang bersifat porsanalistik dannaturalistik,(2) proses sosial sebagai wujud implementasi kekuasaan dapatmerangsang,mendorong,atau bahkan memfasilitasi proses biologis penyakittuberculosis paru,(3) pemanfaatan isu kekuasaan dalam persfektif antropologi medisuntuk memahami penyakit menjadi penting sebagai salah satu tema dalam penelitiantuberkulosi paru.Dampak dari temuan ini adalah;merangsang dimanisasi teori danmetode antropologi kedokteran;merekontruksi cara berpikir dalam kajianpenyakit;memberikan konstribusi konseptual untuk mengatasi tuberculosis paru.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the impact of implementing Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and its variations on students’ learning outcomes and motivation. A state-of-the-art review method was employed by examining research articles published between 2017 and 2023. The findings indicate that PjBL and its variations—such as multimedia-assisted PjBL, STEM integration, gamification, and digital technology-based approaches like AR and Quizizz—consistently have a positive influence on students’ learning outcomes, motivation, and critical as well as creative thinking skills. Nevertheless, existing studies still face limitations, including restricted scope, small sample sizes, and limited instrument validity. This review provides a comprehensive map of current research and highlights opportunities for future studies to design more adaptive and contextual PjBL implementations.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 3 dan SMKN 8 Muaro Jambi dengan fokus pada penerapan inovasi eco enzyme dari kulit nanas sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi belum optimalnya pengelolaan limbah organik, keterbatasan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning/PjBL), serta kurangnya integrasi kearifan lokal dalam kurikulum sains. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui serangkaian tahapan, mulai dari sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis pembuatan Eco Enzyme, pembangunan unit fermentasi sederhana di sekolah, hingga pendampingan integrasi Eco Enzyme dalam perangkat pembelajaran biologi, kimia, dan prakarya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan capaian yang signifikan. Produksi Eco Enzyme rata-rata mencapai enam liter per bulan, melampaui target awal lima liter, serta berhasil mengurangi timbulan sampah organik hingga 30% dalam enam bulan pertama. Sebanyak 92% peserta pelatihan (guru dan siswa) mampu membuat Eco Enzyme secara mandiri, sementara tingkat pemahaman meningkat rata-rata 40% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Dari sisi pembelajaran, 80% guru IPA telah mengintegrasikan PjBL berbasis Eco Enzyme dalam RPP, disertai tersusunnya modul pembelajaran dan lembar kerja ilmiah (LKI). Selain menghasilkan produk nyata berupa Eco Enzyme, kompos, SOP, modul, dan LKI, program ini juga memperkuat kapasitas guru dan siswa, membentuk Tim Adiwiyata Eco Enzyme sebagai motor keberlanjutan, serta mendorong terciptanya budaya sekolah yang ramah lingkungan. Luaran non-fisik lainnya mencakup publikasi kegiatan, pameran produk, dan presentasi hasil pada forum adiwiyata tingkat kabupaten. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pengelolaan lingkungan sekolah, tetapi juga mendorong inovasi pembelajaran kontekstual yang berbasis kearifan lokal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study is a research and development (R&D) project aimed at producing a multirepresentation-based electronic worksheet (E-LKPD) assisted by Liveworksheet on Newton's Law material that is both valid and practical for use in high school physics learning. The development model employed utilizes the initial three phases of ADDIE, namely Analysis, Design, and Development. The research findings demonstrate that the developed E-LKPD product falls within the category of highly valid and highly practical, with an Aiken's V validity index of 0.852, classified as excellent or highly valid, and a practicality level of 85.95%. The multirepresentation approach facilitates students' understanding of Newton's Law concepts through various forms of representation, including verbal, visual, mathematical, and diagrammatic representations. Furthermore, the interactive features embedded in Liveworksheet provide immediate feedback that supports students in learning independently and reflectively. Overall, this E-LKPD is valid and practical so that deemed suitable for use as an innovative learning medium and is expected to enhance students' conceptual understanding and higher-order thinking skills.

Abstract

Educational transformation in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era demands that teachers adapt to digital technology and develop innovation-based learning. However, the results of a preliminary survey indicated that a majority of teachers at SMAN 10 Palembang lacked skills in creating digital learning media and were unfamiliar with Augmented Reality (AR) technology. This community service activity aimed to improve teacher competence through mentoring in the creation of AR-based interactive e-modules as a 21st-century learning innovation. The implementation methods included socialization, technical training, a coaching clinic, and an evaluation of outcomes using a pre-test, post-test, and a participant satisfaction survey. Fifteen teachers actively participated in this activity. The paired sample t-test analysis revealed a significant increase between the pre-test (M = 47.00; SD = 7.75) and post-test scores (M = 91.67; SD = 4,87), with t = –18.506, p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). And the Cohen’s d = 9.35, categorized as a very large effect. This finding demonstrates that the mentoring program was effective in enhancing teacher competence in developing AR-based interactive e-modules. Furthermore, the results of the participant satisfaction survey reinforced the program's effectiveness. A total of 73.3% of participants stated they were "very satisfied" with the quality of the mentoring and facilitators, while 80% felt their e-module creation skills had significantly increased. Regarding the AR integration aspect, 87% of participants expressed high satisfaction with the clarity of the training and the implementation results. Meanwhile, 67% rated the activity as having a direct impact on enhancing their instructional technology integration skills. All participants demonstrated a high commitment to sustainably implementing the training outcomes in their respective schools. Consequently, this program is proven to have a positive impact on enhancing digital literacy, pedagogical competence, and teacher readiness to face the challenges of 21st-century, technology-based learning.

Abstract

Social media has become an integral part of everyday life, allowing users to share information, shape public opinion, and build social narratives. Instagram, as one of the popular platforms in Indonesia, plays a significant role in gender discourse. This study analyzes how the Instagram account @indonesiafeminis constructs gender narratives and audience responses to the issues raised, such as women's empowerment, gender equality. Using a qualitative approach and content analysis, this study explores the account's communication strategies, including the use of infographics, personal narratives, and interactive dialogues. The results show that @indonesiafeminis has succeeded in building inclusive opinions by utilizing Instagram's features to convey strong and inclusive messages. The account also functions as a gender education space, although its success is highly dependent on the delivery of culturally relevant messages. Thus, this study highlights the potential of social media as an inclusive dialogue space that drives social change. However, a more adaptive approach is needed to bridge differences in views and improve gender literacy in society. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the dynamics of gender conversations on Indonesian social media and suggests more effective advocacy strategies.

Abstract

Permasalahan masih kurangnya informasi yang diperoleh guru-guru dalam hal menulis karya ilmiah, menemukan sumber-sumber referensi yang perlukan dalam mendukung penelitian mereka dan aturan-aturan dalam pengutipan suatu referensi ilmiah dapat menjadi penghambat kreatifitas guru dalam kegiatan penelitian.  Beberapa guru yang telah memiliki hasil penelitian namun belum memahami  cara membuat artikel dari hasil penelitian mereka serta dimana dan bagaimana cara mempublikasikanya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk  memberikan informasi tentang penulisan artikel ilmiah di suatu jurnal  kepada para guru. Adapun metode yang dipergunakan selama kegiatan yaitu metode ceramah dan diskusi. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini,  peserta mengaku bahwa minat mereka terhadap menulis karya ilmiah sudah meningkat dan telah memilki ide-ide yang akan diteliti dan bersedia meluangkan waktu untuk itu, namun masih memerlukan pendampingan dalam hal penulisan artikel, penggunaan Google Schoolar dan penggunaan aplikasi manajemen referensi seperti Zotero dan Mendeley. Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at MAN 1 Sarolangun, Jambi Province, still faces challenges, particularly in the development of learning devices that integrate local wisdom (ethnoscience) and utilize digital technology. Teachers often struggle to design innovative, contextual, and project-based learning tools, while the use of interactive digital media remains limited. In response, this community service program aims to enhance teachers’ pedagogical and technological skills through training in the development of ethnoscience-integrated learning devices using the Heyzine platform. The primary objectives of the program are to (1) improve teachers’ competence in developing Merdeka Curriculum-based learning devices integrated with ethnoscience, (2) train teachers to use Heyzine for creating interactive digital teaching materials, and (3) produce innovative, contextual, and accessible learning resources for students. Expected outcomes include the production of at least ten interactive learning devices, a comprehensive 'Local Ethnoscience Integration Map,' scientific publications, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) registration, and dissemination through national journals and mass media.Socially and educationally, this program is expected to increase teacher creativity, student engagement, and the relevance of learning to local cultural contexts. Moreover, the integration of ethnoscience with digital platforms will strengthen the sustainability of Merdeka Curriculum implementation and contribute to educational innovation in the digital era. Abstrak. Pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di MAN 1 Sarolangun, Provinsi Jambi, masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam pengembangan alat pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan kebijaksanaan lokal (etnosains) dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Guru sering kesulitan merancang alat pembelajaran inovatif, kontekstual, dan berbasis proyek, sementara penggunaan media digital interaktif masih terbatas. Sebagai tanggapan, program layanan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pedagogis dan teknologi guru melalui pelatihan dalam pengembangan alat pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan etnosains menggunakan platform Heyzine. Tujuan utama program ini adalah (1) meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka yang terintegrasi dengan etnosains, (2) melatih guru untuk menggunakan Heyzine dalam menciptakan materi pembelajaran digital interaktif, dan (3) menghasilkan sumber belajar inovatif, kontekstual, dan mudah diakses bagi siswa. Hasil yang diharapkan meliputi produksi setidaknya sepuluh perangkat pembelajaran interaktif, peta integrasi etnosaine lokal yang komprehensif, publikasi ilmiah, pendaftaran Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI), dan penyebaran melalui jurnal nasional dan media massa. Secara sosial dan pendidikan, program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas guru, keterlibatan siswa, dan relevansi pembelajaran dengan konteks budaya lokal. Selain itu, integrasi etnosains dengan platform digital akan memperkuat keberlanjutan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan berkontribusi pada inovasi pendidikan di era digital.
