Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya perkembangan kelompok-kelompok Islam radikal yang berusaha mengacaukan bangunan-bangunan Islam yang ada. Wajah-wajah Islam yang humanis dan toleran dihancurkan oleh konsep-konsep agama yang mereka bawa, mereka menampilkan wajah yang eksklusif dan kaku dan tidak ragu untuk melakukan kekerasan untuk mencapai tujuan mereka. Keberadaan organisasi keagamaan diharapkan dapat mendukung perkembangan kelompok Islam radikal ini. Nahdlatul Ulama yang adalah Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah dan salah satu organisasi keagamaan terbesar dan tertua di Indonesia diharapkan untuk mengatasi fenomena radikalisme ini. Untuk mengetahuinya, peneliti merumuskan pertanyaan-pertanyaan penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana konsep nilai-nilai Aswaja dalam mencegah radikalisme di MA Khozinatul Ulum Seputih Banyak Lampung Tengah. (2) Bagaimana proses internalisasi nilai-nilai Aswaja dalam mencegah radikalisme di MA Khozinatul Ulum Seputih Banyak Lampung Tengah.. (3) Bagaimana hasil internalisasi nilai-nilai Aswaja dalam mencegah radikalisme di MA Khozinatul Ulum Seputih Banyak Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik paparan informan, dengan temuan secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumentasi. Mengingat bahwa penelitian dilakukan di lebih dari satu situs (multi-situs), maka, pertama-tama data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis secara individual, setelah itu, analisis data lintas-situs akan dilakukan Kata Kunci: Organisasi Manajemen, Mutu Pendidikan Islam, Manajemen Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

Effective data management plays a crucial role in improving administrative efficiency in educational institutions, including Rumah Tahfidz. Rumah Tahfidz Al-Ma’arif Banjarmasin, as a non-formal educational institution, requires a system capable of systematically recording, monitoring, and visualizing data. This study aims to develop a web-based management information system integrated with Geographic Information System (GIS) technology to support data management in the institution. The system development follows the Waterfall method, which consists of sequential stages: planning, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This approach was chosen because it provides a structured workflow, ensuring that the system is developed according to user needs. The system is built using the Laravel framework and Filament for the admin interface, and is equipped with an interactive GIS-based map to display the distribution locations of donation boxes. It also implements a role and permission management system with four user levels: admin, teacher, volunteer, and owner, to ensure secure and efficient access. Black-box testing shows that all features function as expected. An evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 33 respondents resulted in a score of 74.55, indicating good usability. The results show that this system effectively supports data management, information transparency, and administrative decision-making.

Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi digital dan internet. Banyak pelanggan di beberapa negara, termasuk Indonesia, sekarang lebih suka berbelanja secara online. Dengan semua fitur dan keuntungan yang ditawarkannya, Shopee memengaruhi keputusan pembeli tentang barang yang mereka beli, termasuk frekuensi pembelian, jenis produk yang ditawarkan, dan pengaruh promosi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh influencer, brand image dan digital marketing pada minat pelanggan Shopee di Kota Lamongan untuk membeli barang fashion. Menggunakan Metode kuantitatif, teknik data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner terhadap 160 responden dan menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menganalisis data. Hasil menunjukkan variabel influencer, brand image dan digital marketing berkontribusi secara positif signifikan pada minat beli. Di antara tiga variabel brand image merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi minat beli. Hal ini mengindikasikan pentingnya perusahaan untuk secara konsisten menjaga citra brand yang positif dan mutu produk yang unggul,penyampaian merek yang efektif serta pengalaman konsumen yang merasa puas. Perusahaan pun perlu memanfaatkan influencer yang kredibel serta mengoptimalkan strategi digital marketing secara tepat sasaran guna memperkuat persepsi konsumen dan meningkatkan minat beli secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Indonesia’s travel industry has undergone rapid digital transformation, with online travel agents  emerging as key platforms due to increasing internet penetration, improved digital infrastructure, and rising consumer demand for fast and convenient travel services. This shift has intensified competition, making service quality and effective recovery mechanisms critical for maintaining customer loyalty. This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of e-recovery service quality on e-loyalty, mediated by e-service recovery satisfaction and e-trust among online travel agent customers in Indonesia. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the study employed SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0 and SPSS 23, involving 150 purposively sampled respondents. The results reveal that e-recovery service quality positively affects e-loyalty, e-service recovery satisfaction, and e-trust. Additionally, e-service recovery satisfaction positively influences e-trust, and e-trust positively impacts e-loyalty. However, e-service recovery satisfaction does not directly affect e-loyalty. In terms of mediation, e-trust partially mediates the relationship between e-recovery service quality and e-loyalty, while e-service recovery satisfaction does not mediate this relationship. Managerially, the study suggests that online travel agent managers should improve compensation policies, such as providing vouchers or points, and enhance service recovery features to ensure quick, user-friendly, and informative problem resolution.

Abstract

This study examines the use of hyperbole (夸张) in online shopping advertisements on the Taobao platform, with particular attention to how these expressions construct and represent the shift in Chinese beauty standards from the traditional ideal of 白瘦幼 (white, thin, youthful) to the emerging aesthetic trend 国潮美 (Chinese national-style beauty). Using a qualitative approach supported by multimodal discourse analysis of 40 Taobao advertisements (2020–2024), this study identifies key patterns in linguistic hyperbole, visual design, and embedded cultural meanings. The findings show that hyperbole in 白瘦幼-themed advertisements predominantly amplifies extreme and unrealistic beauty ideals. Meanwhile, hyperbole in 国潮美 themed advertisements emphasizes natural beauty, cultural symbolism, and national pride through expressions such as so stunning it leaves people breathless or instant oriental charm. These forms celebrate diversity and promote culturally rooted aesthetic values. Overall, the study demonstrates that hyperbole in Taobao advertisements serves not only as a persuasive rhetorical device but also as a cultural marker that reflects shifting beauty ideologies and growing cultural confidence in modern Chinese society. Abstract

Social change, technological development, and increasing demands for educational quality require educational institutions to continuously adapt and engage in sustainable learning. In this context, the concept of a learning organization is highly relevant, including in modern Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the learning organization concept at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 using Peter Senge’s five disciplines: personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking. This research employed a qualitative field research approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving KMI leaders, educational staff, and teachers. The findings reveal that Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 has implemented all five disciplines in an integrated manner within its learning system and institutional management. These results indicate that modern Islamic boarding schools have strong potential to develop as adaptive and sustainable learning organizations in response to contemporary educational challenges.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of the Fiqh of Prayer of seventh grade students of SMP IT Insan Mandiri Bandar Lampung indicate the need for learning innovations that can encourage student activity and comprehensive understanding. This study aims to analyze teachers' efforts in improving Fiqh learning outcomes through the implementation of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model. The study used a qualitative approach with the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which was implemented in two cycles, including the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages, with 28 students as research subjects. The results showed that the implementation of the Jigsaw model was able to significantly improve the quality of the learning process and student learning outcomes. Teachers' teaching activities increased from 66.67% in cycle I to 90.48% in cycle II, while students' learning activities increased from 61.14% to 80.95%. This increase has an impact on student learning outcomes, marked by an increase in learning completeness from 60.71% in cycle I to 89.29% in cycle II, with the average score increasing from 64 to 83 and exceeding the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) of 75. The findings of this study indicate that the Jigsaw cooperative learning model is effective in increasing activeness, cooperation, learning responsibility, and understanding of the concept of Fiqh Salat. The implications of this study provide practical contributions for teachers in developing participatory and meaningful Fiqh learning, as well as being a reference for schools in implementing innovative learning models based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Abstrak Evaluasi belajar adalah proses pendidik untuk menentukan nilai belajar yang dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan penilaian atau instrumen tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan penulis, masih banyak guru bahasa Mandarin yang kurang memahami bagaimana menyusun instrumen penilaian sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang ingin dicapai. Tujuan pendampingan ini adalah membantu, menuntun dan memberikan saran-saran agar guru bisa menyusun instrumen dengan baik, yang bisa digunakan secara praktis pada proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Instrumen yang baik akan meningkatkan kualitas evaluasi pembelajaran, mempermudah guru mengukur keberhasilan siswa dan membantu mengembangkan program pembelajaran, sehingga diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mendorong peningkatan keterampilan masing-masing siswa.

Abstract

Educational management is increasingly complex due to policy changes, technological advancements, and dynamic social demands. These conditions require management approaches that are both systemic and context-sensitive. This study aims to systematically examine the application of organisational system theory and contingency theory in educational management and to identify patterns of their integration. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. A total of 33 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2015 and 2024 were retrieved from Scopus, Google Scholar, and DOAJ databases. Data were analysed using a thematic synthesis approach based on theoretical focus and implementation context. The findings indicate that organisational system theory emphasises integration, interdependence among subsystems, and organisational sustainability, while contingency theory highlights leadership flexibility and alignment between management strategies and environmental conditions. The integration of these two theories provides a more comprehensive and adaptive framework for improving educational management effectiveness, particularly within Islamic educational institutions. This study contributes to the development of context-sensitive and sustainable educational management theory.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai hubungan antara budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja pegawai telah banyak dilakukan, namun masih menunjukkan hasil yang beragam, khususnya terkait peran mediasi komitmen organisasi dalam konteks institusi pendidikan tinggi. Selain itu, kajian empiris pada perguruan tinggi swasta, khususnya di lingkungan Akademi Manajemen Administrasi (AMA) Yogyakarta, masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, serta pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis peran mediasi komitmen organisasi dalam hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai AMA Yogyakarta yang terdiri dari tenaga akademik dan tenaga kependidikan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh (census sampling), sehingga seluruh populasi sebanyak 70 pegawai dijadikan responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta berperan sebagai mediator parsial dalam hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memperkuat model hubungan antara budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja pegawai dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi. Secara manajerial, hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bagi pimpinan institusi untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai budaya organisasi guna meningkatkan komitmen dan kinerja pegawai secara berkelanjutan.
