Abstract

This research examines the implementation of mukhabarah in the management of productive waqf to improve social welfare in Bireuen. Mukhabarah, as a profit-sharing system in agriculture, allows cooperation between nadzir (waqf managers) and cultivators to manage waqf land productively. The research results show that mukhabarah can increase land productivity, cultivator income, and the quality of life of the community. The social impacts of this system include reducing unemployment, increasing agricultural skills, and strengthening social ties. However, the implementation of mukhabarah faces challenges such as a lack of understanding and skills of nadzir, unsupportive regulations, and limited access to capital and technology. The role of the government and Islamic financial institutions is very important in supporting and overcoming these challenges. By increasing the capacity of nadzir and cultivators, developing supportive regulations, facilitating access to capital and technology, infrastructure and market support, as well as collaboration between stakeholders, it is hoped that the implementation of mukhabarah can run more effectively and provide optimal benefits for community welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of knowledge and convenience variables on farmers' decisions to pay zakat. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 2,185. By using random sampling techniques, a sample of 100 respondents was taken. The data processing process uses SPSS 26. The results of the research show that Knowledge has an effect of t-count t-count of 7.728 which is greater than t-table 1.648 and the significance of 0.00 is smaller than 0.05, so partially the knowledge variable has a significant effect on the decision variable ( Y). Ease of influence has a t-count of 21.886 which is greater than the t-table of 1.648 and the significance of 0.00 is smaller than 0.05, so partially the Ease variable has a significant effect on the Decision variable (Y). Simultaneously the variable knowledge (X1) and ease ( X2) together influence the farmers' decision to pay zakat as F-calculation is 325,690 > from F-table 3.864 and the significance value of F is 0.00 < 0.05, so the hypothesis can be accepted. This shows that together the independent variables consist of Knowledge (X1) and Convenience (X2) have a significant effect on the dependent variable, in this case Decision (Y).

This research aims to find the role of mosque institutional funds in the economic development of the community. The research method uses a qualitative approach through literature exploration. Data analysis was carried out by reviewing references, then interpretation and conclusions. The results and discussion of the research found that the sources of funds for mosque institutions (mosque institution funds) were obtained from zakat, infaq, waqf, grants and so on. Abstract

The controversy surrounding Haikal Hassan's endorsement of Pizza Hut products in Indonesia has sparked debates about the intersection of religious influence and consumer behaviour in the Muslim market, particularly following public concerns about the brand's perceived connection to Israel through its parent company's business relations. This situation raises questions about how religious figures' endorsements impact Muslim consumers' purchasing decisions, especially when promoting international food brands that face scrutiny over their global business affiliations. This research aims to quantitatively measure the effect of Haikal Hassan's endorsement on Muslim consumers' repurchase intention for Pizza Hut products, considering religiosity as an intermediary variable. Using a quantitative method with an explanatory design, this research involved 100 respondents of Pizza Hut Muslim consumers in Indonesia, which were determined using a purposive sampling approach. Information was obtained from a structured questionnaire and then examined using Path Analysis with SmartPLS version 4. According to the results, endorsement has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention but a negative and significant effect on religiosity. On the other hand, religiosity has a negative and significant impact on repurchase intention and also significantly mediates the effect of endorsement on repurchase intention. These findings contribute to the understanding of Muslim consumer behaviour and the role of religiosity in marketing, and this can be a reference for companies in developing more appropriate marketing tactics that are sensitive to the religious values of Muslim consumers in Indonesia.

The implication of this research is the need for support in training and professional development for educators, as well as further research to identify key factors that influence the success of PBL implementation. The integration of PBL into the science education curriculum needs to be strengthened through collaboration between education stakeholders. Thus, the use of PBL is expected to improve students' science learning outcomes in a holistic and sustainable manner.

Abstract

The expansion of the South Korean entertainment sector, particularly the K-Pop phenomenon, has had a tremendous influence on several nations, including Indonesia. In 2023, K-Pop goods sales increased by 74% compared to the previous year. This K-Pop cultural practice encourages fans to spend money on products from idol groups they adore, often without thinking about the long-term financial implications. This research seeks to investigate the impact of sharia financial literacy and K-Pop culture on K-Pop product purchase decisions among fans in Indonesia, specifically among the K-Popers community in Medan. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey technique to determine the association between independent factors (sharia financial literacy and K-Pop culture) and the dependent variable (buy decisions of K-Pop items), with a sample size of 96 respondents. The study indicates that sharia financial literacy positively impacts purchasing decisions (t = 7.543, p 0.005). This is consistent with prior study, which found that financial literacy plays a major influence in purchasing decisions, particularly in the setting of Sharia, which emphasises prudent financial management in accordance with Islamic principles. The t-test study demonstrates that K-Pop culture has a positive and substantial impact on purchase decisions (t = 3.616, p 0.005), consistent with earlier studies suggesting that culture influences an individual's preferences and purchasing choices.
