Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze 1) the effect of participation in MGMP on the professional competence of PAK teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2025; 2) the effect of teacher work motivation on the professional competence of PAK teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regencyin 2025; and 3) the simultaneous effect of participation in MGMP and teacher work motivation on the professional competence of PAK teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2025. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population is all Christian Religious Education teachers who are members of MGMP PAK in Humbang Hasundutan Regency, totaling 55 teachers and sampling in this study using total sampling technique. The instrument trial was conducted on 30 PAK teachers in Samosir Regency so that it was known that all research instruments were declared valid and reliable because they had met the validity and reliability value criteria. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 75 items. The results of the data analysis show that: 1) the Fcount value > Ftable is 25.587 > 3.15, thus it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between participation in MGMP on the professional competence of PAK teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2025. The influence is 32.6%, 2) the Fcount value > Ftable is 27.918 > 3.15, thus it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between teacher work motivation on the professional competence of PAK teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2025. The influence is 34.5%, and 3) the Fcount value > Ftable is 19.733 > 3.15, thus it is known that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between participation in MGMP and teacher work motivation on the professional competence of PAK teachers in Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2025. The influence is 43.1%, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze 1) the effect of a partial in-depth learning approach on the character of class XI students in PAK learning at SMA N 1 Pahae Julu; 2) the effect of a partial problem-based teaching model on the character of class XI students in PAK learning at SMA N 1 Pahae Julu; and 3) the effect of a simultaneous in-depth learning approach and problem-based teaching model on the character of class XI students in PAK learning at SMA N 1 Pahae Julu. The method used in this study is an inferential quantitative method. The population is all class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pahae Julu in the 2025/2026 academic year who are Protestant Christians totaling 141 students and a sample of 104 people was determined using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument trial was conducted on 37 people outside the research sample so that it was known that all research instruments were declared valid and reliable because they had met the validity and reliability value criteria. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 70 items. The results of the data analysis show that: 1) the Fcount value > Ftable is 70.629 > 3.07, thus it is known that there is a positive and significant influence of the application of the deep learning approach on the formation of student character in PAK learning. The influence is 40.9%, 2) the Fcount value > Ftable is 45.597 > 3.07, thus it is known that there is a positive and significant influence of the application of the problem-based learning model on the formation of student character in PAK learning. The influence is 30.9%, and 3) the Fcount value > Ftable is 41.673 > 3.07, thus it is known that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between the deep learning approach and the problem-based learning model on the formation of student character in PAK learning. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine: 1) the magnitude of the influence of using the Quizizz application on student learning motivation; 2) the great influence of parental attention on student learning motivation; 3) the big influence of using the quizizz application and parental attention together on student learning motivation. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population was all 250 students of class Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 56 items. The results of data analysis show that: 1) the calculated F value > F table between the principal's Innovative leadership on Teacher Work Motivation is 17.954 > 3.15, thus it is known that there is an influence between the principal's Innovative leadership on the Work Motivation of Public High School Teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Bangko Pusako is 25.7%, 2) the calculated F value > F table between the use of the Quizizz application and parental attention to student learning motivation, namely 27.811 > 3.15, thus it is known that there is an influence between the use of the Quizizz application and parental attention to learning motivation. Bangko Pusako 1 Public High School students are 34.8%, 3) the calculated F value > F table influences the use of the Quizizz application and parental attention on student learning motivation, namely 16.654 > 3.15, thus it is known that there is use of the Quizizz application and parental attention. Regarding the Learning Motivation of Bangko Pusako 1 Public High School Students, it is 39.5%, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the effect of giving reinforcement by Christian Religious Education Teachers on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Class IX Students of SMP N 1 Palipi in the 2023/2024 Learning Year; 2) to determine the effect of giving reinforcement by Counseling Guidance Teachers on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Class IX Students of SMP N 1 Palipi in the 2023/2024 Learning Year; 3) to determine the effect of giving reinforcement by Christian Religious Education Teachers and Counseling Guidance Teachers together on the Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Class IX Students of SMP N 1 Palipi in the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The method used in this research is inferential quantitative method with expo-facto correlation model. The population is all ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Palipi in the 2023/2024 Learning Year, totaling 160 people and a sample of 40 people was determined using random sampling technique. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 32 items. The results of data analysis show that: 1) the value of F count> F table between the Strengthening of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students is 14.849> 3.23, thus it is known that there is an influence between the Strengthening of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students, namely 28, 1%, 2) the value of F count> F table between the Giving of Strengthening the Counseling Guidance Teacher on the Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students, namely 14.651> 3.23, thus it is known that there is an influence of the Giving of Strengthening the Counseling Guidance Teacher on the Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students, namely 27, 8%, 3) the value of F count> F table between the Strengthening of Christian Religious Education Teachers and the Strengthening of Counseling Guidance Teachers on the Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students, namely 10.569> 3.23, thus it is known that there is an influence of the Strengthening of Christian Religious Education Teachers and the Strengthening of Counseling Guidance Teachers on the Learning Outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Students in Class IX SMP N 1 Palipi Learning Year 2023/2024 which is 36.4%, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
