Abstract

Pembangunan Plaza Kuliner Rest Area Maiwa sedang mengalami kendala keterlambatan waktu dan dalam pelaksanaan proyek ini sudah menggunakan penjadwalan konvensional. Untuk mengembalikan jadwal kemajuan proyek sesuai dengan durasi yang direncanakan, maka perlu dilakukan analisis durasi yang optimal dan logika ketergantungan untuk mendapatkan durasi impelementasi yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan perbandingan waktu penyelesaian proyek yang berlokasi di desa Pattondon Salu menggunakan penjadwalan Critical Path Method. Metode Kuantitatif dilaksanakan Maret-April 2022 dengan hasil durasi yang dijadwalkan proyek sesuai kontrak perjanjian 159 hari sedangkan waktu realisasi di lapangan 150 hari. Setelah dianalisis proyek dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu 114 hari yang artinya proyek dapat dikerjakan lebih cepat 36 hari dari jadwal yang telah direncanakan.

Abstract

Concrete is a combination of constituent materials which consists of hydraulic cement (portland cement), coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, water, and additives. Generally, the use of concrete starts from the bottom construction to the top construction. In use in under construction, concrete will be in a variety of environments, one of which is an aggressive environment such as brackish water. This study aims to determine the ratio of the compressive strength of concrete and the split tensile strength of concrete in a mixture of brackish water and the concrete's compressive strength at various slump values (25–50 mm), 75–100 mm), 150–175 mm), and (> 175 mm). This research method uses an experimental research method at the Civil Engineering Laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, Muhammadiyah Parepare, in June–August 2022. The research results obtained show that the brackish water mixture in concrete results in a 10% decrease in the material's compressive strength compared to normal concrete and split tensile strength. The compressive strength of brackish water-mixed concrete with slump variation (75–100) is an average of 2.67 MPa, which is 10.68% of the normal concrete compressive strength value of 25 MPa. The compressive strength of brackish water mixed concrete with slump variation (75–100) is the result of the highest concrete compressive strength compared to other slump variations, and the compressive strength of brackish water mixed concrete with slump variation (> 175) is the lowest in concrete compressive strength results compared to other slump variations.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of inflation, exchange rates, interest rates on stock prices in the transportation sub-sector in 2018-2020. For the purposes of data analysis, quantitative methods were used. The data used is secondary data obtained from the website id.investing.com and data published by Bank Indonesia. The sample in this study were 11 transportation companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis method in this study is the panel data regression analysis method. The results of the study prove that partially, the inflation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y), exchange rates (X2) has no significant negative effect on stock prices (Y), interest rates (X3), no significant positive effect on stock prices. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results prove that Ftable of 4.46 is much smaller than Fcount, namely 11.73007. So it can be concluded that simultaneously the independent variables namely Inflation, Exchange Rates, Interest rates have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the stock price of registered transportation companies on the IDX in 2018-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparative analysis of bankruptcy predictive ability between the Altman z-score and Zmijewski x-score analyses of financial services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of each financial service company, where the sample used in this study is 41 financial service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis method used is the Altman z-score and Zmijewski x-score models with the help of Microsoft Excel 2019 software. The results of the study reveal that (1) from the results of the Altman Z-Score, it is obtained that as many as 19 companies are predicted to experience bankruptcy within five years of the study period, while 6 financial services companies are predicted not to go bankrupt during the five years of the study period. (2) Zmijewski's analysis shows that 3 financial service companies are predicted to go bankrupt during the five-year study period, and 29 financial service companies are predicted not to go bankrupt during the five-year study period. (3) The results of calculating the level of accuracy found that the Altman Z-Score model is the best in predicting the bankruptcy of financial services companies with an accuracy rate of 68.78%, while the Zmijewski model only obtains an accuracy rate of 16.09%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability of the company before and after the acquisition. This research uses secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2020. The number of companies in this study is 33 companies with sampling using purposive sampling techniques with certain criteria in accordance with the research objectives. The data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive statistical methods and normality tests. Test the hypothesis in this study using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of this study show that the Liquidity ratio, namely Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR) and Solvency ratio, namely Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) show that there is no significant difference before and after the acquisition. Then the Profitability ratio, namely Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA) shows that there is a significant difference before and after the acquisition, but the difference actually shows a significant decline in the company's financial performance after the acquisition.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze jointly the influence of service quality, price and design on customer satisfaction at Cafe Petro Dollar in Lhokseumawe City. The research method is a quantitative research method. This research was conducted at the Petro Dollar Cafe in Lhokseuamwe City. The population in this research is Cafe Petro Dollar consumers, the sample used in this research was 100 respondents. The research results show that service quality (X1), price (X2), and design (X3) partially influence customer satisfaction (Y) at Cafe Petro Dollar in Lhokseumawe City. Furthermore, service quality (X1), price (X2), and design (X3) have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at Cafe Petro Dollar in Lhokseumawe City, because based on the F test the significance value was found to be 0.004, where the value 0.004 > 0.05, then the Fcount value is 3.552 > Ftable 2.700.

Abstract

This service aimed to enhance the value of local brown rice in Salobukkang Village through innovative packaging and marketing. Local farmers faced challenges in packaging and product differentiation. A unique product combining brown and white rice was developed, offering balanced taste and nutritional benefits. The "Beras Merdeka" brand was created to represent local quality. Vacuum-sealed packaging protected the product and extended its shelf life. A comprehensive marketing strategy, including village government support, was implemented. This resulted in increased product value and appeal. By combining traditional farming with modern packaging and marketing, this service contributed to sustainable agricultural businesses.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan kesadaran akan pentingnya menumbuhkan karakter peduli lingkungan melalui aksi Clean Up Day dengan agenda bersih pantai serta membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan merawat kebersihan demi menjaga kebersihan di sekitar kita. Kegiatan World Clena Up Day Kota Bima 2023 di ikuti oleh komunitas, pelajar dan Mahasiswa ,NGO, instansi pemerintah kota Bima. Metode yang digunakan dengan sosialisasi program aksi bersih sampah kami 13 Juta ke pemerintah kota bima/instansi, komunitas dan instansi non pemerintah akan pentingnya membersihkan sampah di lingkungan sekitar.. Manfaat yang didapatkan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat antara lain warga Negara muda (generasi Z) dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pemahaman peduli lingkungan. Luaran dari Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Kota Bima akan pentingnya membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan terhindar dari banjir

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2017 pokdakan Raja Ulak telah mengembangkan usaha budidaya ikan dan kepiting. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi mitra: 1). belum adanya alat/teknologi budidaya kepiting ramah lingkungan; 2). Pengetahuan anggota kelompok dalam menerapkan teknologi budidaya itu masih terbatas; dan 3) belum optimalnya manajemen usaha kelompok. Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produksi kepiting dan upgrading manajemen usaha kelompok. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diikuti oleh seluruh anggota Pokdakan berjumlah 18 orang, 2 orang penyuluh, 3 dosen, dan 3 mahasiswa Universitas Samudra. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa: 1) 86% mitra memahami bidudaya kepiting melalui crab pot ramah lingkungan ; 2) 87% mitra memahami cara menggunakan crab pot; 3) 84% mitra memahami cara merawat crab pot; 4) 100% mitra setuju kegiatan PKM ini memberikan banyak manfaat dan dapat menyelesaikan masalah mitra; 5) 82% mitra mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai administrasi dan kelembagaan mitra; dan 6) 46% mitra mengalami peningkatan pendapatan dari pemanfaatan crab pot.

Abstract

This study assesses the effectiveness of lime in stabilizing soil and focus on the prospects of using eggshell powder as an economic and environmentally friendly alternative to lime. To ascertain the impact of different degrees of eggshell powder, particular at 0.5 g, 1g, 1.5g and 2g equivalent to 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% and 2% the weight of the soil respectively; and to replace up to 50% of the lime within the stabilization handle. This study proves that all treated tests shown relatively better result than untreated soil, that must satisfactory to ensure the stabilization strategy. Without a doubt, when lime is substituted with 25% of eggshell powder in the concrete formulation where favorable strength characteristics were obtained, it established that this level of substitution may well be carried out feasibly in practical use. This ponder supports the sensible treatment of accumulating eggshell powder to advance soil compactness and recommends discovering more deliberately wakeful development rehearses through utilizing waste products. The research finds reveal ways in which cost can be reduced and the soil natural appearance lost with traditional methods of soil stabilization can be minimized.
