Abstract

Abstract : Pepper is a vine and has a single green leaf with a stem height of almost 10 meters. Bengkulu Province is one of the pepper producers in 2021 of 1,850 tons/year with a percentage of 1.31%, of course it cannot meet market demand which is quite high. The decline in pepper production is thought to be caused by several factors, one of which is the lack of good pepper plant seeds available because most farmers plant pepper vines directly on the land without any treatment so that farmers have difficulty cultivating pepper plants. Pepper seeds can be obtained from generative or vegetative propagation. Propagation by cuttings is the recommended method in pepper nurseries. Pepper cuttings have poor roots, so a growth regulator is needed to stimulate the roots. The alternative is by giving Growth Regulatory Substances. One ZPT that can be used to accelerate the growth of pepper plant cuttings is mung bean sprout extract. This research was conducted from February to April 2023, in Taba Tebelet Village, Kepahiang District, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu province. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 24 treatment combinations, each of which was repeated three times. Total plants used in the study (K X S X U) = (6X4X3) = 72 plant cuttings. Variable observations were growth percentage, shoot length, root length, number of leaves, stem diameter, and number of shoots. Observational data were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of this study indicated that the combination treatment of mung bean sprout extract concentration and type of tendrils had a significant effect on the growth of pepper plant cuttings. However, in the single treatment the concentration of sprout extract and the single treatment of the type of tendrils had no significant effect on the growth of pepper plant cuttings.

Abstract

Peanut productivity in Bengkulu Province in 2021 is 2,498 tonnes/ha. However, the productivity of peanuts is still low compared to the average national productivity, which has an average production of around 3,595 tonnes/ha. Soil fertility is an important factor for farming. For this reason, it is necessary to take appropriate actions, one of which is to improve soil nutrients, one of the actions taken is liming the soil. Apart from that, fertilization is also important to note in increasing peanut production by using pearl NPK doses. Pearl NPK is one of the inorganic fertilizers. This study aims to determine the best dosage of dolomite and pearl NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of peanuts. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) using 2 treatment factors with 4 levels and 4 repetitions, each repetition consisting of 4 plants. Then 16 combinations were obtained, with the total plants used, namely: D×N×T×U= 4×4×4×3= 192. The data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA and continued with 5% DMRT. The results showed that the dose of dolomite was 200 grams and 50 gram pearl NPK fertilizer has an effect on the observed variables, namely plant height, number of leaves, number of flower strands, number of pods, wet weight, and dry weight. Based on the results of ANOVA, it can be concluded that dolomite has an effect on the growth and yield of peanuts, NPK pearl fertilizer treatment has an effect on the growth and yield of peanuts, the interaction of dolomite and NPK pearl fertilizer has an effect on the growth and yield of peanuts.

Abstract

Curup local ambon bananas need to be developed and preserved so they don't lose their germplasm. Therefore, an exploration and characterization was carried out to obtain the types of local Ambon bananas in the highlands of Rejang Lebong district. This research was conducted from May to July 2023 in 4 Village Districts, namely Bermani Ulu District, Sukarami Village, Curup Tiimur District, Kampung Delima Village, Curup Utara District, Lubuk Kembang Village, and Selupu Rejang District, Pal Batu Village, Rejang Lebong District. The materials used in the study this is a sample of a banana plant. The method used is a direct survey to the field through interview techniques with banana farmers and distributing questionnaires to several banana farmers. The stage of this research was secondary data collection from the Rejang Lebong Regency Agriculture Office, then field exploration to obtain primary data in the field, both quantitatively and qualitatively. The exploration results showed that there were 5 genotypes of Rejang Lebong local Ambon bananas, namely green Ambon, yellow Ambon, Rejang Ambon, cold Ambon, and white Ambon. It is necessary to propagate banana seeds from tissue culture.

Abstract

Ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat menjadi isu penting dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan, khususnya di wilayah dengan tingkat kerentanan sosial yang tinggi. Kelurahan Sarae, Kecamatan Rasanae Barat di Kota Bima merupakan salah satu kawasan dengan karakteristik demografis yang beragam dan sebagian besar warganya tergolong ekonomi lemah dan menengah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan ekonomi warga melalui program pengabdian berupa pembagian sembako dan bantuan uang tunai. Sasaran kegiatan mencakup kelompok rentan seperti keluarga prasejahtera, lansia, anak yatim/piatu, penyandang disabilitas, pekerja informal, dan ibu hamil/menyusui. Metode kegiatan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penggalangan dana, distribusi bantuan, serta evaluasi dan pelaporan. Sebanyak 50 paket bantuan berhasil disalurkan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap pengurangan beban ekonomi, peningkatan solidaritas sosial, serta kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap peran pendidikan tinggi dalam pemberdayaan. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada kesinambungan program melalui kemitraan, pemberdayaan ekonomi, dan integrasi teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to improve writing skills in English by using a cooperative learning model to fill in the gaps in the text of a song. The expected indicator is that students are able to write vocabulary in English. This research method is Classroom Action Research. The object of this research is writing skills through the cooperative learning model to fill in the gaps in the text of a song while the research subjects are students of class VII/C SMP Negeri 5 Meulaboh. students still have errors in writing vocabulary. Therefore, the cooperative learning model of filling in the gaps in the text of a song can improve vocabulary writing skills in English and can also increase students' enthusiasm for learning.

Abstract

big chili (Capsicum year L.) is an important vegetable commodity in Indonesia which is widely used as a cooking flavouring. In addition to protein, fat and carbohydrate nutrients, large chilies also contain vitamins A, B1 and vitamin C which are substances needed for human health (Prayudi , 2010). Red chili production in Indonesia in 2019 amounted to 12,144,1900 tons with a harvested area of ​​133,434 hectares and in Bengkulu province 378,1200 tons with a harvested area of ​​6,489 hectares. Whereas in 2020 in Indonesia it was 12,641,9000 tons with a harvested area of ​​133,434 ha and red chili production in Bengkulu reaching 396,3800 tons per 6,510 hectares (Central Bureau of Statistics, 2020). Judging from the data above, chili production in Indonesia will increase in 2020 and Bengkulu province will also experience an increase in 2020.This research will be carried out from June to July 2022, the research location is in Meranti Jaya Village, Ujan Mas District, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province. The research method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 1 treatment factor, namely papaya leaf extract consisting of 5 levels with 3 replications and each replication consisted of 10 samples, with a dose of p0 = 0 ml/liter of water, p1 = 10 ml/liter of water, p2= 15 ml/liter of water, p3= 20 ml/liter of water, p4= 25 ml/liter of water. The number of plants in the study was P x T x U = 5 x 10 x 3 = 150 plants. Based on the results of variance, it is known that the concentration of papaya leaf extract p1 and p2 has shown a decrease in fungal attackFusarium oxysporum but the inhibitory effect was stronger at concentrations of p3 and p4. it proves that papaya leaf extract has an anti-fungicidal effect against fungiFusarium oxysporum.The research showed that the lower the concentration of the extract given, the less the inhibitory power and the less anti-fungal content, and vice versa if the concentration of the extract given is higher, the anti-fungal content in the extract can be sufficient in inhibiting the growth of the fungus Fusarium oxysporum. So it can be concluded that there was a significant effect on the application of papaya leaf extract in inhibiting the growth of the fungus Fusarium oxysporum and the most effective doses in inhibiting the fungus Fusarium oxysporum were p3 and p4.

Abstract

Artikel ini di latar belakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa inovasi pendidikan di Indonesia masih rendah, hal ini tercermin dari daya saing SDM Indonesia yang masih lemah jika jika dibandingkan dengan negara-negara Asia Tenggara. Hadirnya teori pragmatisme diharapkan mampu menjadi alternatif teoritis pendekatan inovasi pendidikan Islam. Artikel ini berupaya memformulasikan desain dan proses inovasi Pendidikan Islam berdasarkan penelitian dan studi pustaka yang bersifat kualitatif. Artikel ini merupakan telaah filosofis sebagai upaya mengkonstruksi proses inovasi Pendidikan Islam dalam perspektif filsafat Islam dan pragmatisme. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa proses inovasi adalah keniscayaan. Dalam perspektif Islam aqidah sohihah menjadi kunci dan langkah awal dalam menemukan kemurnian inovasi pendidikan Islam. Sedangkan pragmatisme menawarkan proses inovasi pendidikan Islam berdasarkan langkah-langkah sistematis yang dimulai dari kritik reflektif, diagnosis, inventarisasai, perenungan, pengujian hipotesis, analisis publik, dan terakhir implementasi.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter dan moral umat, serta memperkuat identitas keagamaan di tengah tantangan globalisasi dan perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prospek pendidikan Islam di Indonesia dengan mempertimbangkan tantangan dan peluang yang ada. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi permasalahan terkait dengan kualitas pendidikan, kurikulum yang belum sepenuhnya relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman, serta keterbatasan fasilitas dan tenaga pendidik yang berkualitas. Sementara itu, peluang untuk pengembangan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia sangat terbuka lebar, terutama dengan kemajuan teknologi, meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan, serta dukungan kebijakan pemerintah dalam memperkuat sistem pendidikan Islam. Melalui pendekatan yang inovatif dan adaptif, pendidikan Islam dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dalam membentuk generasi yang kompeten secara akademik dan kuat dalam nilai-nilai agama. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan perlunya reformasi dalam kurikulum, peningkatan kualitas pengajaran, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar di lembaga pendidikan Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims at the influence of digital leadership and transformational leadership on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable to the Lhokseumawe police station. For the dependent variable of this study is digital leadership and transformational leadership, the independent variable is the organizational commitment of the police station. Intervening variables are job satisfaction. The population in this study was the Police Personal of the Lhokseumawe District Police which numbered 575, the sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling and obtained a sample of 170 respondents who were police officers of the Lhokseumawe police station, the research method used is a quantitative method for data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that, digital leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has an effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment,.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work-life balance on turnover intention of millennial generation employees with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the West Kalimantan Health BPJS. The sample in this study amounted to 91 employees who used the SEM PLS analysis method with WarpPLS software. The results revealed that career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Work life balance has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. In this study job satisfaction acts as a mediator. Turn over intention can be improved by career development, job satisfaction, and protection for the company's intangible assets.
