Abstract

ABSTRAK Tio Bella Audina Sitorus (130304009) dengan judul skripsi Strategi Pengembangan Budidaya Udang Vanname (Litopenaeus vannamei). Studi Kasus Desa Bogak Besar Kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Penelitian ini dibimbing oleh Dr. Ir. H. Hasman Hasyim, M.Si., selaku ketua komisi pembimbing dan Siti Khadijah N, S.P, M.Si., selaku anggota komisi pembimbing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi pengembangan budidaya udang vanname dan menganalisis strategi pengembangan budidaya udang vanname di daerah penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, SWOT dan korelasi sederhana Pearson. Responden untuk petani yang melakukan budidaya udang vanname dengan menggunakan metode sensus yaitu sebanyak 3 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat 11 (sebelas) faktor-faktor internal dalam pengembangan budidaya udang vanname di Desa Bogak Besar, (2) terdapat 9 (sembilan) faktor-faktor eksternal dalam pengembangan budidaya udang vanname di Desa Bogak Besar, (3) strategi yang harus diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah pada kuadran I yaitu mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (Growth Oriented Strategy), (4) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara karakteristik sosial ekonomi petani biaya produksi terhadap pendapatan petani budidaya udang vanname sedangkan antara karakteristik sosial ekonomi petani umur, pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan, lamanya berusahatani dan luas tambak tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani budidaya udang vanname, (5) petani sampel mengalami hambatan dalam budidaya udang vanname dan dapat diatasi secara swadaya oleh petani udang vanname tambak. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik sosial ekonomi responden di daerah penelitian (umur, jumlah tanggungan, pendidikan istri, penguasaan asset, pendapatan rumah tangga dan pengeluaran rumah tangga) dan pengaruhnya terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi rumah tangga buruh kebun, menganalisis peran domestik dan peran publik (suami dan istri) dalam rumah tangga buruh perkebunan PT. Smart Tbk, menganalisis berapa banyak waktu mereka yang tercurah perhari untuk bekerja sebagai buruh PT. Smart Tbk Padang Halaban, serta menganalisis kontribusi pendapatan yang mereka hasilkan untuk membantu perekonomian rumah tangga buruh tersebut. Metode Analisis yang digunakan adalah Metode Analisis Deskriptif Kualitatif, Analisis Statistik Uji Kesamaan Dua Rata-Rata (Paired Sample T-Test), dan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Metode Sensus yaitu dengan mempertimbangkan Divisi yang letaknya lebih dekat dengan tempat tinggal peneliti, diambil Divisi satu (I) sebagai sampel dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 52 pekerja (buruh kebun BHB dan BHL). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran domestik (peran rumah tangga) didominasi oleh perempuan yang juga masih tetap secara kodrati sebagai seorang istri melakukan peran tersebut. Curahan waktu bekerja buruh perempuan (istri) lebih banyak dibandingkan suaminya. Kontribusi pendapatan yang dihasilkan perempuan (istri) jauh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kontribusi pendapatan dari suaminya. Secara parsial karakteristik sosial ekonomi  (pendapatan rumah tangga dan pengeluaran rumah tangga) berpengaruh nyata terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi rumah tangga buruh kebun dan menjadi alasan terkuat untuk seorang perempuan (istri) itu bekerja.   Kata Kunci: Peran Domestik dan Publik, Kontribusi Pendapatan, Faktor Sosial Ekonomi

Abstract

ABSTRAK Zainal Abidin Damanik (130304056/Agribisnis) dengan judul “Strategi Pengembangan Agroindustri Ikan Asin Di Kecamatan Tanjung Beringin, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai”. Penelitian ini dibimbing oleh Ibu Ir. Iskandarini, M.M, Ph.D sebagai Ketua Komisi Pembimbing dan Ibu Siti Khadijah H.N, SP, M.Si sebagai Anggota Komisi Pembimbing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kelayakan pengembangan agroindustri ikan asin di daerah penelitian, apa kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman pengembangan agroindustri ikan asin di daerah penelitian, dan bagaimana strategi pengembangan agroindustri ikan asin di daerah penelitian. Metode penelitian dalam menentukan lokasi penelitian secara purposive (sengaja). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu mengambil semua sampel yang ada di daerah penelitian dengan total sampel yaitu 9 pengusaha ikan asin. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan rumus kelayakan yaitu R/C ratio, BEP (Break Event point) dan analisis SWOT. Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh adalah agroindustri ikan asin layak untuk dikembangkan ditinjau dari kriteria kelayakan R/C ratio yakni (2,75) > 1 dan berdasarkan analisis Break Event Point (BEP) dapat diketahui nilai BEP produksi lebih kecil dari hasil produksi dan BEP harga lebih kecil dibanding dengan harga jual. Kekuatan agroindustri ikan asin yaitu ketersediaan ikan, ketersediaan bahan penunjang, alat produksi, ketersediaan tenaga kerja, jumlah produksi agroindustri ikan asin, tingkat pendidikan produsen, pengalaman produsen, keterampilan yang dimiliki produsen dan kemitraan agroindustri. Kelemahan agroindustri ikan asin yaitu teknologi pengolahan, jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan ketersediaan modal. Peluang agroindustri ikan asin yaitu permintaan pasar, sarana-prasarana, dan tingkat kosmpolitan. Ancaman agroindustri ikan asin yaitu harga input, harga jual ikan asin, dukungan instansi pemerintah, keadaan iklim, koordinasi antar instansi, dan penyuluhan perikanan. Adapun strategi pengembangan agroindustri ikan asin yaitu strategi diversifikasi yang terletak di kuadran II yaitu dengan menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang jangka panjang.   Kata Kunci : Agroindustri, Kelayakan, Startegi Pengembangan Ikan Asin

Abstract

Nursing care in the rehabilitation phase is one which provides occupational therapy, which is one form of combination therapy between art and science to direct patients to selective activities, so that health can be improved and maintained, and prevent disability through work activities and training This study is to show evidence of the effectiveness of occupational therapy interventions: job training in schizophrenic patients at the Mental Hospital.Methods: The method used in this systematic review consists of 5 stages: identification of instruments in the literature (database search); identification of relevant literature based on title and abstract; inclusion and exclusion criteria; obtaining full text literature; assessment based on literature component and analysis of selected instruments. The database used in the literature search was Scopus, Proquest, Science Direct, Japan Journal, Cochrane by limiting the keywords "Occupational Therapy" and "Schizophrenia", which were published in the years between 2012-2018.Results: Fifteen studies were included in the analysis, only 10 journals met the criteria to be included in the quantitative design.Conclusion: From the results of this study it was found that occupational therapy was significant in improving cognitive, social, work, welfare, and contributing to the quality of life of patients.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between responsiveness, assurance, and attention to patient family satisfaction in the Sub-Acute Room of the Aceh Mental Hospital in 2021. The type of research that will be used is a quantitative study. The research location chosen is the Aceh Mental Hospital, as the only public service institution for tertiary psychiatric services in the Aceh region. The population in this study are the families of patients who came to visit patients who were being hospitalized within 2x24 hours or more, and also the families of patients who came to pick up patients who had finished in sub-acute inpatient care after the day of treatment was completed at the hospital. The number of samples obtained is 59 people, so the researcher will take a sample of 60 patients' families within the planned one month research period as respondents to represent the existing population. This study was analyzed using the spearman correlation test. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between responsiveness with patient family satisfaction. There is a significant relationship between assurances with patient family satisfaction. There is a significant relationship between attentions with patient family satisfaction.

Abstract

This research purposes to determine how far the influences of E-Marketing practice and policy of Costumer Relationship toward Tangible Benefit at Bank X. The theories which are used in this research are theories relating to e-marketing, customer relationship and tangible benefits. E-Marketing theories explain about definition and models of e-marketing. Theories of Customer Relationship show the relation between customer relationship and the costumer itself, relation between e-marketing and customer relationship in understanding the customers, and the benefits reached by e-marketing and customer relationship practice. This research uses associative causal methodology. Independent variable X1 is E-Marketing practice, variable X2 is Customer Relationship policy, and dependent variable (Y) is Tangible Benefit. The object of this research is taken from information based on annual report. The results of this research are; double correlation as amount 0,810 between variable X1, variable X2, and variable Y. Coefficient of determination between variable X1, X2, and Y, which r is 0.810 showing positive and strong connection between variable X1 and variable X2 with variable Y. The highest amount of variable X1 and X2 the highest is variable Y. Double correlation significant test between variable X1, and X2 with Y , where Faccount=1,907>Ftabel (2/5) = 5,79 with significant value as amount 0,344 meant Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It means variable X1 and X2 has personally or simultaneously significant influence toward Y.

Abstract

Globalization era characterized by rapid development of technology allows public to communicate easily. A company should be able to follow developments and the market demands because the movement of information and communication, internal or external knowledge and public awareness are increasing. Industrial competition requires everything to be communicated transparently. The problem may simply arise unexpectedly. Small problems can become big if they are not taken seriously. These demands make the need of Public Relations firm in implementing the communication strategy of information to the public. Public Relations emerge as helper figure in crisis and are responsible for the development of company positive image. Positive image is not formed simply, but it takes appropriate communication strategies.Public Relations strategy is not enough done by implementing confidence to the public itself. Positive image that is built needs to be maintained and cared for, since it is closely related to the company's reputation. Once public reliance faded as a negative reputation, it will be difficult to restore the trust back.Reputation that has been done needs to be informed by the Public Relations through the media. Company media relations can enhance corporate publicity before the stakeholders. Installing confidence and building a positive reputation are ways to obtain a positive image. The success of Public Relations in getting publicity can be obtained from a harmonious relationship with the media.

Abstract

Teachers should understand about the motivation of study towards their students, it is important to keep and raise their motivations. Because teachers as a motivator of their students in the school, therefore they should be able to raise their students motivation in study. As the ability of teachers in SMAN 1 Cibitung in the way of motivate their students to study by the communication process. However from 56 teachers there are only some of them who can motivate their students. Abstract

Marketing communication strategies are important guidelines to introduce, give informations and market products in a company that can not be separated from the role marketing mix as the core of a marketing system. It takes some diligence and foresight to know what consumers desire for in a restaurant, such as HEMA Resto Dutch restaurant. As a result, HEMA should be able to attract consumers' attention from the product, price, place and promotion. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the marketing mix including product policy, price, place and promotion of consumer buying decisions in the HEMA restaurant. Research conduced in June-July 2012 at the HEMA Resto Kemang Pratama, methods used is case study. Method of determining the location Judgesment Sampling is based on several criteria, namely: Consumer HEMA Resto Kemang Pratama, 17-50 years of age or older, was selected because of HEMA Resto Kemang Bekasi. Determination of Sampling Methods using the Slovin formula, where the consumer is taken as the respondents were 100 people, the primary obtained data questionnaires and interviews with respondents and restaurant marketing manager. The results of multiple linear regression analysis by simultaneously obtained Fhitung> F table is 41.544> 2.70 means the marketing mix variables simultaneously influencing consumer buying decisions. Of partial regression test for the product (X1) is obtained 9.072 t count <t chart 1.98498. Price (X2) t count 4.975 <t chart 1.98498. Place (X3) t count -1, 846> t table 1.98498. Promotion (X4) t count 0.739 <t chart 1.98498. partial product pricing policy and influence buying decisions, while place and promotion policies have no effect on consumer buying decisions

Abstract

PT Global Insight Utama is a company engaged in nitrogen gas content services for cars and motorcycles, in a year, the company manage to have 50 booth and 60.000 consumer. In strategic promotional mix study that uses PT. Global Insight Utama in marketing green nitrogen, in achieving tremendeous achievement. The purpose of this study is to defind out what elements of promotional mix used by PT. Global Insight. In marketing green nitrogen, knowing what kinds of messages delivered by PT Global Insight Home in marketing various products nitrogen gas content services to drivers of vehicles, and to know what media is used by the PT. Global Insight Home in marketing green nitrogen. In this research, researcher used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection using in depth interviews, observation, documentation. In order to check the validity of the data triangulation of sources is used. Survey results revealed that the PT. Global Insight Utama Main implementing strategies for marketing promotion mix of green nitrogen to the public. Promotion mix strategy adopted by the PT. Global Insight is to implement the Primary Advertising, Advertising the application itself using the line bellows is by distributing flyers, handing out schedules of fasting, Red vouchers, sponsorship, and free softdrink. Direct marketing by phone, Website, Facebook, and Twitter. Personal Selling, public relations and publicity up today have not been done.
