Abstract

Rice stalls are one of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that have significantly contributed to efforts to improve the economy. This community service activity aims to increase the ability of SME rice stalls in Bogor to manage Good Food Production Methods (CPMB) to improve marketing performance. The results of the pre-test and post-test identification revealed three potential rice stalls. The evaluation results for the training activities showed that there were three possible rice stalls with the highest post-test results, namely the Pa de Umar rice stall (score 80.00), Kabita (score 73.33), and Selamat (score 70.00). Based on the three rice stalls above, selecting potential rice stalls for mentoring activities was carried out using the Bayes method, and the Pa de Umar Rice Stall was chosen with an alternative value of 4.40. Implementing the CPMB training is expected to increase the understanding and knowledge of Bogor City rice stall participants so that business actors can improve business performance and profits.

Abstract

Tata letak atau layout merupakan sebuah keputusan penting yang menunjukkan efisiensi operasi jangka panjang suatu perusahaan. Toko Arfan Jaya 2 memiliki permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan layout perusahaan yang kurang optimal bagi pengunjung. Rancangan tata letak yang tidak tepat dapat membuat konsumen merasa tidak nyaman dan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dalam berbelanja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis serta mengevaluasi tata letak pada Toko Arfan Jaya 2 untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan serta memudahkan alur mobilitas barang dan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antar fasilitas perusahaan dan Total Closeness Rating (TCR) untuk mengukur tingkat kedekatan antar individu dalam suatu jaringan sosial. Melalui observasi dan wawancara yang dilaksanakan di Toko Arfan Jaya 2, menghasilkan perubahan pada tata letak fasilitas beras dan telur terhadap rak sembako. Nilai tertinggi yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Total Closeness Rating (TCR) didapat pada fasilitas rak display dengan nilai TCR sebesar 111 serta fasilitas gudang dengan nilai sebesar 108. Nilai tertinggi yang didapatkan dalam perhitungan TCR menunjukkan derajat kedekatan suatu fasilitas yang paling tinggi dalam perancangan layout

Abstract

Efficiency problems in spatial planning at LSU Farm have a significant impact on the effectiveness of the production process. The proximity of raw material storage warehouses to sorting and packaging zones results in congestion that disrupts product flow and quality, as well as triggering backtracking and line crossings that are detrimental to materials management. To overcome this, the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) method was applied which considers interactions between critical areas such as inbound, sort & repack, outbound, warehouse, employees, cold storage and outdoor offices. ARC's analysis compares the importance of connections between facilities for easier access and consumer convenience, as well as reducing unnecessary movements and improving quality control. The analysis results show that the sort & repack area with the highest Total Closeness Rating (TCR) value (117) is a priority in layout reorganization. Based on these findings, it is recommended that production input warehouses be positioned further away from sorting and packaging areas to maintain product quality and avoid chemical contamination, in line with improving overall operational efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business development strategy of Bentenq Farmhouse Hidroponik Agrotourism using the Business Model Canvas approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews and literature studies. The analysis was carried out using the Business Model Canvas and SWOT analysis. The results obtained are Bentenq Farmhouse Hidroponik Agrotourism need to optimized online media as part of digital marketing to expand the market segment. Abstract

The key to the success of the distribution of goods by connecting the internal supply chain with consumers where the internal supply chain refers to orders. The purpose of this study is to develop a model for the number of goods distribution needs in a freight forwarding company with a Goods simulation approach. The results showed that the average number of goods distribution needs was 231,444 bags. This is a reference for freight forwarding companies in sending goods related to the number of transportation modes and shipping routes

Abstract

This research is based on the tendency of consumers to consume spicy food in Bogor City, namely Seblak. Seblak is a spicy food that is in great demand by teenagers to adults. Seblak comes from the word "nyeblak" which means "shocking". One of the various ways to observe consumers' wants and needs for seblak is to analyze the satisfaction of customers visiting the Seblak Rorongkong Teh Memey Shop in Bogor City. The method used in analyzing consumer preferences for seblak shop is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This method is applied in order to rank various attributes and identify the efforts that need to be made by the seblak shop in making improvements. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to 100 respondents with an age range of 17-35 years. The data obtained was analyzed to produce attributes that have a level of compatibility between the level of importance and level of performance which was then analyzed using a Cartesian diagram to observe the level of importance and level of performance of Kedai Seblak Rorongkong Teh Memey. The results of the analysis will be applied to determine the right strategies and corrective actions to improve the performance of the seblak shop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap atribut produk Marlene Cake & Bakery. Untuk mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini, digunakan teknik observasi dan kuesioner. Pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan CSI diperoleh sebesar 77,98% yang menunjukkan bahwa dari ke-11 atribut, Marlene Cake & Bakery telah memenuhi kriteria memuaskan sesuai dalam tabel kriteria kepuasan menurut Prayitno et al. (2017) yaitu jika nilai CSI pada persentase 66%-80% (puas). Atribut yang diinginkan konsumen meliputi lokasi toko roti yang mudah dijangkau, pelayanan yang cepat, aroma roti yang harum, kebersihan toko roti terjaga, harga roti yang terjangkau, kesepadanan antara harga dengan kualitas roti, pelayanan yang diberikan, variasi roti beragam, dan penampilan roti yang menarik.

Abstract

Warung Sembako Pandu Raya Bogor termasuk salah satu Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang mendistribusikan sembako. Merancang fasilitas produksi adalah termasuk faktor produksi yang memiliki pengaruh pada kinerja suatu usaha. Tata letak yang tidak sesuai dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan bahan baku dan berakibat pada keterlambatan datangnya produk dan juga dapat menambah biaya produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perancangan ulang tata letak fasilitas produksi agar tidak mengganggu kegiatan produksi dan menciptakan kondisi kerja yang teratur. Penggunaan metode Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) sebagai alat analisis keterkaitan antar fasilitas dan metode 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke) sebagai perolehan tata letak yang lebih rapi. Hasil dari penelitian berupa tata letak usulan yang mengubah beberapa tempat seperti kedekatan gudang dengan rak barang yang biasanya memerlukan gudang untuk penyediaannya. Selanjutnya beberapa saran yang ada melalui konsep 5S seperti pemilahan dan kerapihan juga sebaiknya diterapkan untuk menghindari pemborosan biaya dan menjaga kebersihan guna meningkatkan kenyamanan pekerja maupun konsumen

Abstract

Sufarm is an agricultural company that has been established since 1996. Currently, Sufarm focuses on supplying various high-quality bean sprouts and mushrooms to consumers and meeting the needs of the B2B market such as E-commerce, traditional markets, restaurants, and supermarkets. The bean sprout products are placed in Sufarm's warehouses located in two different places, namely Parung and Cihowe, which will be distributed to three agents. The delivery of bean sprout products by Sufarm is carried out using land transportation in the form of pickup trucks. The issues faced by Sufarm include scheduling, routes, delivery distances, and delivery costs that are considered suboptimal. This results in irregular delivery routes, schedules, and distances, leading to high distribution costs. Therefore, this research aims to determine the optimal delivery routes based on the distribution costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the distance between the warehouse and the agents using 3 transportation models, namely the Least Cost method, the North West Corner method, and Vogel’s Approximation Method. The results of the distribution cost calculation using the Least Cost method is Rp268.889, the North West Corner method is Rp225.556, and Vogel’s Approximation method is Rp268.889.

Abstract

Sapi Juara Farm is an entity in the livestock sector focused on the production of fresh milk. Its production process heavilyrelies on the availability of animal feed. Currently, the feed inventory management at Sapi Juara Farm has not achievedmaximum efficiency due to internal policies. To enhance efficiency, the company is considering the implementation of theEconomic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. This study aims to evaluate feed inventory management by comparing thecurrent policy with the EOQ method. The research findings indicate that the EOQ method is more effective in managinginventory, reducing the ordering frequency from 48 to 24 times per year, and decreasing the total inventory cost from IDR6,522,458 to IDR 5,237,366. Additionally, a safety stock of 530 kg is required to ensure smooth production.
