Abstract

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is currently growing, with the existence of these MSMEs it can encourage Indonesian economic activities, and has a significant influence. One indicator that these MSMEs are progressing or developing is by assessing how satisfied consumers are in getting their satisfaction in purchasing products. Therefore, this study aims to assess how the level of consumer satisfaction in purchasing ayam penyet sangar products, this study uses the Customer Satifisfication Index (CSI) method. in the results of the calculations that have been carried out, there are final results that show a CSI value of 85.13% which indicates a very satisfied indicator. with the results obtained, this business is in accordance with what is expected by consumers because of the value of the calculation results.

Abstract

Service Quality is fulfilling customer needs by offering products and services that exceed customer expectations, so that they can satisfy customer desires. Prima Freshmart, which is the object of this research, is a retail store that plays a crucial role in meeting people's needs. The aim of this research is to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided at Prima Freshmart. The method used is the Service Quality Method (Servqual), this method can identify the service criteria expected by customers. Research on 97 respondents at Prima Freshmart SV IPB showed valid values ​​in measuring service levels. The results of analysis using Servqual show an average gap of -0.175. The attribute that has the biggest gap is being fast in providing promo information, so there is a need to improve in providing promo information quickly to customers.

Abstract

Effective store layout planning is crucial for long-term business success. 3D Mart Sukabumi faces challenges with inefficient shelf and basket placement, hindering customer navigation and leading to product loss. This research aims to address these issues by employing Total Closeness Rating (TCR) and Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) methods to analyze facility relationships and design a layout that optimizes material flow and minimizes distances. The proposed layout solution rearranges the placement of shopping baskets. The TCR calculations indicate that display racks (TCR: 384) are ranked first in importance, followed by the warehouse (TCR: 327). The overall goal is to redesign 3D Mart's store layout to enhance product placement, space utilization, sales, customer experience, and overall profitability.

Abstract

Pamijahan District in Bogor Regency, West Java, is known as one of the main sources of milk supply for dairy cows in the region. Dairy cow's milk is a product that has high and stable demand and selling value. Supply Chain Management (SCM) at Sapi Juara Farm in Pamijahan District involves the distribution of dairy cow's milk which includes product flow, information and finance. This study aims to understand the SCM of dairy milk at Sapi Juara Farm, including product flow, information and finance, as well as efficiency as measured through marketing margin and farmer's share. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with primary data obtained from interviews. The results of the analysis show that there is a flow of dairy milk products, a flow of information from farmers to various actors in the supply chain, and a flow of funds that includes costs and profits from nine distribution channels that influence the performance of the supply chain based on the payment system. From the analysis of the profit share value, it can be seen that the SCM for dairy cow milk in Pamijahan District is running efficiently. It is hoped that SCM in Pamijahan District can be more efficient to avoid losses at each stage or link in the chain and stabilize milk prices in the market, while improving the welfare of farmers, especially at Sapi Juara Farm.

Abstract

This research analyses the application of patchouli oil Supply Chain Management in PT. XYZ, a company engaged in the production and export of essential oils. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method based on primary and secondary data. The research results show that the Supply Chain of PT. XYZ involves local farmers as raw material suppliers, which are then processed through the distillation process before being distributed to domestic and international consumers. Three main flows in the Supply Chain, namely product flow, finance, and information, are effectively managed to ensure product efficiency and quality. Pre-order-based ordering system and just-in-case (JIC) inventory approach are applied to meet market demand. With this strategy, the company has succeeded in maintaining good relationships with farmers, consumers, and logistics partners, as well as optimizing the production and distribution process. This research provides an important overview of Supply Chain Management that can increase the efficiency and profitability of the essential oil industry.

Abstract

Saat ini masih banyak produsen yang memproduksi mie menggunakan bahan pangan impor yaitu gandum. Jika hal tersebut berkelanjutan maka akan mengakibatkan ketergantungan impor gandum dan menghambat pengembangan produksi bahan pangan lokal. Penggunaan terigu dapat dikurangi dengan mengunakan sumber karbohidrat dari bahan baku lokal lainnya seperti tepung talas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut yang dirasa penting dan memiliki kinerja bagus oleh konsumen ketika melakukan suatu pembelian produk My Tamie. Metode penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling sebanyak 39 responden dengan data primer hasil wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis Important Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang tingkat kepentingan dan kinerjanya rendah sehingga menjadi prioritas utama untuk ditingkatkan kinerjanya adalah indikator tingkat kekenyalan mie di titik (4,05 ; 4,56) dan indikator kelengkapan informasi pada label kemasan di titik (4,13 ; 4,51). Sedangkan, indikator rasa mie talas, tekstur olahan ayam, kualitas kemasan, kualitas talas, kualitas ayam, dan harga produk merupakan indikator dengan tingkat kepentingan yang tinggi dan kinerja yang memuaskan konsumen sehingga perlu dipertahankan kualitas kinerjanya dan menjadi produk inovasi yang konsisten dan terus berkembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of six variables on customer satisfaction with Saung Pak Ewok. Saung Pak Ewok is a popular restaurant with a family restaurant concept in West Java. The six variables considered are location, promotion, staff, price, product, and distribution. To achieve the research objectives, the research method used was convenience sampling. A total of 80 respondents were selected to participate in this study, representing a wide range of Saung Pak Ewok customers. Data was collected through various means including interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the variables that affect customer satisfaction. This statistical technique allows researchers to identify the individual and combined effects of variables on customer satisfaction. The results showed that location, promotion, and human resources have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Saung Pak Ewok's location, promotion, and staff quality were found to contribute positively to customer satisfaction. However, the price variable was found to have no significant effect on customer satisfaction. In conclusion, this study explains the variables that significantly influence customer satisfaction at Saung Pak Ewok. The findings highlight the importance of place and promotion in creating a positive customer experience. This research provides valuable insights for Saung Pak Ewok and other similar establishments seeking to increase customer satisfaction and improve overall business performance.

Abstract

Manajemen risiko dalam rantai pasok produk pangan memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga kualitas dan kontinuitas produk, terutama pada produksi oncom. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko yang dihadapi dalam rantai pasok oncom serta mengusulkan strategi mitigasi yang efektif untuk mengatasi risiko tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, yang melibatkan partisipan kunci dari berbagai tahapan rantai pasok, mulai dari pemasok bahan baku hingga konsumen akhir. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa risiko utama dalam rantai pasok oncom meliputi ketidakstabilan pasokan bahan baku, gangguan produksi, serta fluktuasi permintaan pasar. Untuk mengatasi risiko ini, strategi mitigasi yang diusulkan mencakup diversifikasi sumber bahan baku, peningkatan efisiensi proses produksi, serta penerapan teknologi informasi untuk memantau permintaan pasar secara real-time. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan rantai pasok yang lebih stabil dan efisien, serta meningkatkan daya saing produk oncom di pasar. Risk management in the food product supply chain plays an important role in maintaining product quality and continuity, especially in oncom production. This study aims to identify the risks faced in the oncom supply chain and propose effective mitigation strategies to overcome these risks. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, involving key participants from various stages of the supply chain, from raw material suppliers to end consumers. The results of the study revealed that the main risks in the oncom supply chain include instability of raw material supply, production disruptions, and fluctuations in market demand. To overcome these risks, the proposed mitigation strategies include diversifying raw material sources, increasing production process efficiency, and implementing information technology to monitor market demand in real time. The implementation of this strategy is expected to create a more stable and efficient supply chain, as well as increase the competitiveness of oncom products in the market.

Abstract

PT Bogor Kopi Indonesia merupakan perusahaan dagang yang menjual biji Kopi Robusta dan Arabika dalam bentuk green bean, yang bermitra langsung dengan petani di beberapa daerah di Kabupaten Bogor. Proses persediaan yang terjadi di PT Bogor Kopi Indonesia menggunakan sistem penyimpanan sederhana pada gudang yang terletak di Tanjungsari Kabupaten Bogor. Permasalahan yang timbul akibat sistem persediaan sederhana yaitu kurangnya efisiensi biaya yang dikeluarkan pada saat melakukan penyimpanan dan pengiriman biji kopi tersebut. Salah satu upaya solusi adalah dengan menerapkan metode Economic Order Quantity untuk pengendalian persedian kopi di PT Bogor Kopi Indonesia. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan menghitung dan menganalisis jumlah safety stock yang diperlukan pada PT. Bogor Kopi Indonesia serta menghitung dan menganalisis waktu pemesanan kembali persediaan (reorder point) pada PT. Bogor Kopi Indonesia. Dengan penerapan EOQ, perusahaan berhasil menentukan jumlah optimal pembelian sebanyak 14,3 ton, lebih tinggi daripada kebijakan sebelumnya yang hanya 9,5 ton. Menurunkan jumlah pesanan dari 64 menjadi 21 per tahun tidak hanya mengurangi biaya pesanan, tetapi juga mengurangi total biaya persediaan secara signifikan, dari Rp17.958.439 menjadi Rp4.591.778. Selain itu, penentuan safety stock sebesar 10,21 ton dan titik pembelian ulang (reorder point) di angka 3,36 ton berfungsi sebagai perlindungan yang efektif terhadap ketidakpastian dalam permintaan dan pasokan, sehingga memastikan operasional perusahaan berjalan dengan lancar.

Abstract

Indonesia, sebagai negara agraris, memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah di sektor pertanian. Agrowisata muncul sebagai solusi untuk memaksimalkan potensi ini dengan menggabungkan pertanian dan pariwisata, menawarkan pengalaman unik bagi wisatawan melalui kegiatan langsung di lahan pertanian. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat lokal merupakan kunci dalam pengembangan agrowisata yang berkelanjutan, di mana mereka tidak hanya terlibat sebagai tenaga kerja tetapi juga sebagai mitra yang diberdayakan dalam pengelolaan dan inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pariwisata berbasis komunitas, kewirausahaan regional, dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan agrowisata di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan agrowisata tidak hanya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah dengan menciptakan lapangan kerja dan mendorong perkembangan usaha terkait. Agrowisata juga memberikan manfaat sosial, seperti meningkatkan semangat gotong royong, kesadaran lingkungan, dan keterampilan pertanian di kalangan masyarakat. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan pengetahuan perlu diatasi melalui kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan pelaku usaha. Agrowisata berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat dan kewirausahaan regional berpotensi menjadi pendorong utama pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan
