Abstract

Latar belakang: Masalah kesehatan gigi di Indonesia pada kelompok usia 10–14 tahun cukup tinggi sebesar 41,4%. Upayah promosi kesehatan dalam meningkatkan kesehatan gigi dan mulut anak sekolah dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan UKS yaitu program Usaha Kesehatan Gigi Sekolah. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengelolaan program usaha kesehatan gigi sekolah melalui pelatihan dokter gigi kecil terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk meningkatkan kebersihan gigi dan mulut pada siswa sekolah dasar di SDN Ketindan 4 Kabupaten Malang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest desain. Sampel dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas 5 yang berusia 10-11 tahun, dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi berjumlah 34 orang, dengan uraian 4 kader dokter kecil dan 30 peer tutoring. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pengelolaan Program UKGS melalui pelatihan dokter gigi kecil berhasil dengan baik. Pengetahuan siswa meningkat dari cukup (70%), menjadi baik (100%). Keterampilan siswa meningkat dari kurang (53,3%) menjadi baik (100%) dan kebersihan gigi dengan skalan OHI-S meningkat dari sedang (66,7%), menjadi baik (83,3%). Terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan program UKGS melalui pelatihan dokter gigi kecil terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk meningkatkan kebersihan gigi dan mulut pada siswa, berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menunjukkan 0,000 < 0,05 maka hipotesis diterima. Kesimpulan: Pengelolaan program UKGS melalui pelatihan dokter gigi kecil untuk meningkatkan kebersihan gigi dan mulut pada siswa yang menggunakan metode teman sebayanya / peer tutoring, memberikan peranan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teman sebaya untuk menjaga kebersihan gigi dan mulut.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut anak di Indonesia masih memprihatinkan. Salah satunya yakni karies yang terjadi di SDN Polowijen 3 sebesar 82,7%. Salah satu metode pencegahannya yakni dengan memberdayakan kader dokter kecil pada kegiatan UKGS. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan kader dokter kecil pada kegiatan UKGS terhadap pengetahuan kebersihan gigi dan mulut anak usia sekolah. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif pre-eksperimental design dengan one group pretest posttest. Sampel pada penelitian ini seluruh kelas 4 dan 5 yang tidak terpilih menjadi kader dokter kecil dengan jumlah 50 siswa. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejumlah 50 siswa terdapat peningkatan rerata hasil kuesioner pengetahuan dengan pretest yang semula 10,26 lalu pada posttest menjadi 17,26. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon yang menunjukkan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan didapatkan p 0.000 < p 0,05. Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberdayaan kader dokter kecil pada kegiatan UKGS terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan kebersihan gigi dan mulut anak usia sekolah atau terdapat pengaruh pemberdayaan kader dokter kecil pada kegiatan UKGS terhadap pengetahuan kebersihan gigi dan mulut anak usia sekolah. Rekomendasinya dengan metode pemberdayaan kader dokter kecil dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai kebersihan gigi dan mulut pada anak usia sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Customer Engagement on Brand Loyalty with Brand Attachment and Customer Trust as intervening variables in the context of Starbucks Ijen Malang. A quantitative descriptive and causal approach was employed, with data collected from 100 respondents using questionnaires and analyzed through SEM-PLS. The findings reveal that Customer Engagement has a strong and significant impact on Brand Loyalty, both directly and indirectly. Brand Attachment demonstrates the highest mediating effect, indicating that emotional bonds play a dominant role in fostering loyalty, while Customer Trust also significantly contributes as a mediator, although to a lesser extent. The results confirm that high engagement enhances both emotional attachment and trust, which in turn strengthen customer loyalty. The study contributes theoretically by enriching the understanding of the interrelationship between engagement, attachment, and trust in loyalty formation, and practically by providing insights for Starbucks to strengthen relationship marketing strategies. The research is limited to a single location with non-probability sampling, suggesting future studies should broaden scope, adopt mixed methods, and incorporate additional variables such as satisfaction or brand experience. Overall, this study highlights that sustainable Brand Loyalty in premium coffee shops can be achieved through active engagement, emotional attachment, and consistent trust.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance through marketing capability (a case study in the industry in Probolinggo Regency). This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data from 73 respondents collected using purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software. The results show that market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant positive effect on marketing capability, but market orientation and entrepreneurship have no direct effect on marketing performance. Marketing capability has a significant positive effect on marketing performance. Furthermore, market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation through marketing capability have a significant positive effect on marketing performance. The results of this study indicate the importance of improving market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation to build marketing capability, while marketing capability can enhance marketing performance. Further research is expected to use broader variables such as product innovation, product quality, and price.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to understand and analyze the meaning of the Belabaja philosophy in realizing sustainable peace in the Galiau Watang Lema Traditional Alliance community in Alor Regency. The object of the study focuses on the practice, values, and meaning of the Belabaja ritual as a customary mechanism in reconciling social conflicts and forming the collective identity of the Alor-Pantar coastal community. Theoretical Framework: The theoretical framework of this study is based on sociological conflict theory and symbolic interactionism, which views conflict as an inherent part of social dynamics. Literature Review: The literature review discusses social conflict as an inherent social process within plural societies and highlights the importance of local wisdom in conflict resolution and reconciliation. Previous studies on customary law, ritual-based reconciliation. Methods: This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with traditional and community leaders, and documentation of traditional practices, then analyzed qualitatively to capture the lived experiences and social meanings attached to the Bela Baja ritual. Results: The results of the study indicate that Belabaja functions as a traditional oath ritual that transforms subjective awareness of solidarity into objective awareness of social brotherhood, thus effectively preventing recurring conflicts and strengthening social cohesion across groups. Implications: The implications of this study confirm that the integration of local wisdom such as Belabaja contributes to the achievement of SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Resilient Institutions) and SDG 11 (Sustainable Communities). Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in the phenomenological analysis of Belabaja as a foundation for sustainable peace and collective identity in the traditional alliance system.
