Abstract

Muslim-majority regions in Southeast Asia—Aceh, Mindanao, and Patani—continue to face mental health and psychosocial challenges despite reduced political violence. This systematic review examines how Islamic values are integrated into Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) programs in post-conflict settings. Using the PRISMA framework, 20 peer-reviewed and grey literature sources (2004–2025) were analyzed. Findings show that Islamic practices such as zikr and worship contribute to mental well-being and illness prevention, while psychospiritual interventions enhance emotional resilience and recovery. Religious leaders and institutions often exert greater influence than clinical professionals, reflecting strong community trust in faith-based support. However, implementation is limited by shortages of trained Islamic-oriented MHPSS providers, few specialized institutions, and persistent mental health stigma. This review proposes a culturally grounded MHPSS framework integrating Islamic values and highlights implications for policymakers, practitioners, and humanitarian actors supporting Muslim post-conflict communities.

Abstract

This research reviews thermal comfort in the aspects of ventilation and lighting in Aceh Houses in Pidie Regency, based on residents' perceptions. Acehnese houses, as traditional architecture, have natural and artificial ventilation and lighting systems that are considered adequate. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving field observations, interviews, and documentation in five sub-districts: Mutiara, Mutiara Timur, Glumpang Tiga, Peukan Baro, and Delima. Next, the data col-lected will be analyzed descriptively using coding. The research results show variations in residents' perceptions, where the majority consider that ventilation and lighting are optimal with windows, doors and gaps in the walls, floors and roofs. However, some res-idents feel that the lighting is inadequate. These findings provide new insights into under-standing thermal comfort and lighting in traditional Acehnese house architecture.

Abstract

Exploration of the Role of Social Media as an Alternative Learning Resource in Increasing Interest in History Learning among Tenth-Grade Students of SMAN 5 Palu: A Case Study of Instagram and YouTube. Undergraduate Thesis. History Education Study Program, Department of Social Science Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University. First Advisor: Dr. Minarni Nongtji, S.Pd., M.Si., Second Advisor: Dr. Hasan, M.Hum. This research aims to explore the role of Instagram and YouTube social media as alternative learning resources in increasing interest in learning history among tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 5 Palu. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study indicate that Instagram and YouTube social media serve as alternative learning resources capable of increasing the learning interest of tenth-grade students at SMAN 5 Palu. Both platforms make learning more engaging, varied, and encourage students' active participation and independent learning. Although there are obstacles regarding networks, data packages, and learning focus, the use of social media remains effective if properly directed and supervised within the learning process.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are one of the important competencies that need to be developed in 21st century learning, especially at the elementary school level. However, the science learning process in elementary schools still tends to be teacher-centered so that student engagement in learning is not optimal. This study aims to improve the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students through the application of the Game Based Learning model integrated with TPACK on the material of changes in energy forms. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects of the study were fourth-grade students of UPTD SD Negeri 11 Bireuen, totaling 28 students. Data collection techniques used were tests, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were analysis of critical thinking skills, observation analysis and response analysis. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in students' critical thinking skills from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I, the percentage of classical student completeness was 53%, while in cycle II it increased to 89%. Teacher and student activities increased from 87% in cycle I to 92% in cycle II. In addition, student responses to learning showed very positive results with an average percentage of 89.5%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the TPACK integrated Game Based Learning model is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills and can create active, fun, and meaningful learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kompleksitas dan sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan pada SKPD Kota Lhokseumawe. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metodologi kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 SKPD Kota Lhokseumawe, dengan sampel sebanyak 54 responden menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data diperoleh dari data primer berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompleksitas dan sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan pelaporan keuangan SKPD Kota Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) reveal the types of difficulties experienced by fourth grade students at Karang Tengah 7 Public Elementary School, and (2) describe the mathematics learning difficulties experienced by fourth grade students at Karang Tengah 7 Elementary School. This study used an analytic descriptive method with a qualitative. The subjects in this study were students of class IV A at SD Negeri Karang Tengah 7. The subjects in this study were determined using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were used by means of essay tests and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions. The results of the study (1) learning difficulties in mathematics experienced by fourth grade students at SD Negeri Karang Tengah 7, namely spatial relationship disorders, visual perception abnormalities, visual motor associations, difficulty using symbols, difficulties in language and reading, and (2) students who experience relationship disorders 12 students in the room, 14 students with visual perception abnormalities, 13 students with visual perception abnormalities, 8 students with difficulty understanding symbols, 2 students with language and reading difficulties.
