Abstract

Penyuluhan kesehatan adalah kegiatan Pendidikan kesehatan, yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan pesan, menanamkan keyakinan, sehingga masyarakat tidak saja sadar, tahu dan mengerti, tetapi juga mau dan bisa melakukan suatu anjuran yang ada hubungannya dengan kesehatan dengan tujuan tercapainya perubahan perilaku individu, keluarga dan masyarakat dalam membina dan memelihara perilaku sehat dan lingkungan sehat berperan aktif dalam mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal. Penyakit diare masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia, khususnya pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Data dari Kementerian Kesehatan RI menunjukkan bahwa diare termasuk dalam 10 besar penyakit yang paling banyak diderita anak-anak dan dapat menyebabkan kematian jika tidak ditangani dengan baik. Salah satu faktor penyebab utama diare adalah rendahnya pengetahuan dan praktik Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), seperti cuci tangan pakai sabun, konsumsi makanan yang higienis, dan penggunaan jamban yang bersih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan tentang Diare pada siswa kelas V SDN Kelayan Dalam banjarmasin. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Desain Penelitan One Group Pretest-Postest, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket. Data dianalisa dengan teknik analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum penyuluhan, berdasarkan uji univariat, mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang kurang, yaitu sebanyak 9 responden (30%), sementara 21 responden (70%) memiliki pengetahuan cukup. Setelah Penyuluhan, terjadi peningkatan signifikan, dengan 27 responden (90%) memiliki npengetahuan baik, 3 responden (10%) pengetahuan cukup. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest, dengan peningkatan nilai mean dari 15,5 (Z=--4,626; p<0,000). Kesimpulannya, penyuluhan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan Diare pada siswa kelas V SDN Kelayan Dalam 4 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe mind mapping dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS, khususnya materi perkembangan sistem administrasi wilayah Indonesia di kelas VI SDN 23 Banda Aceh. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menilai aktivitas siswa selama penerapan model pembelajaran tersebut serta mengevaluasi pengelolaan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan guru. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes dan penerapan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan rumus persentase untuk menilai peningkatan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VI SDN 23 Banda Aceh, sebanyak 28 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe mind mapping mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS materi perkembangan sistem administrasi wilayah Indonesia. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan ketuntasan belajar, mulai dari tes pra-siklus sebanyak 32% siswa tuntas, meningkat menjadi 71% pada siklus I, dan mencapai 96% pada siklus II. Selain itu, aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran juga mengalami peningkatan, dari kategori kurang (53%) pada siklus I menjadi kategori cukup (71%) pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe mind mapping terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar serta keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran IPS di kelas VI SDN 23 Banda Aceh

Abstract

Pregnant women with Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) are in a condition that can affect the health of both the mother and the fetus. KEK in pregnant women increases the risk of Low Birth Weight (LBW) babies, premature birth, maternal and infant mortality. Various efforts have been made to address KEK during pregnancy, yet its prevalence remains high. The aim of this community service is to improve the knowledge and nutritional fulfillment of pregnant women with KEK, as well as the prevention and management of KEK, through education for pregnant women with KEK and also explaining how to improve the nutrition of pregnant women. The target of this community service activity is pregnant women with KEK at the UPTD Camplong Health Center. The implementation of community service was carried out using a quasi-experimental approach with a pre-test and post-test design in the form of questionnaires for all pregnant women. The goal of this activity is to increase pregnant women's knowledge about KEK and balanced nutrition fulfillment. The results and benefits obtained from this community service activity include educating about fulfilling a balanced diet and improving nutrition, as well as increasing knowledge and insight for the community, especially pregnant women with KEK. The conclusion of this community service activity is that education and assistance can be an effective strategy to improve the health of pregnant women with KEK.

Abstract

In the modern era, human resource development is very important and crucial because it produces employees who are innovative, creative, have initiative, able to solve problems, have broad expertise, and have extraordinary work abilities. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Motivation and Job Satisfaction Influence the Performance of Employees of the 92nd Representative Office of Bank Indonesia Lhokseumawe. Sample determination uses the slovin formula with a sample size of 1,000 people. The results of the study say that Motivation and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Lhokseumawe Representative Office of Bank Indonesia. In the Anova test or F-test, motivation and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Lhokseumawe Representative Office of Bank Indonesia. Determination of the results of the data study shows that the R2 value is 0.578 or 57.8%, this illustrates that the influence of Motivation and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Employees of the Lhokseumawe Representative Office of Bank Indonesia is 57.8% and the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other unknown variables and is not included in this regression analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) model and emotional intelligence on the learning outcomes of grade X students in the Economics subject at SMA Negeri 6 Padang. The type of research used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. The research sample consisted of 60 students divided into two groups: 30 students in the experimental class taught using the IBL model and 30 students in the control class taught using the Direct Instruction model. The research instruments included an emotional intelligence questionnaire and a learning achievement test, which were then analyzed through validity tests, reliability tests, difficulty and discrimination index, normality and homogeneity tests, as well as two-way ANOVA using SPSS version 25. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) students taught with the IBL model achieved higher learning outcomes compared to those taught with Direct Instruction (tcount 8.706 > ttable 1.667); (2) students with high emotional intelligence taught with IBL obtained better results compared to Direct Instruction (tcount 7.905 > ttable 1.697); (3) students with low emotional intelligence also achieved higher results through IBL compared to Direct Instruction (tcount 4.215 > ttable 1.697); and (4) there was a significant interaction between the learning model and emotional intelligence on students’ learning outcomes (sig. 0.053 < α = 0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the IBL model is more effective than Direct Instruction in improving students’ Economics learning outcomes, both for those with high and low emotional intelligence, and that the interaction of these variables significantly influences students’ academic achievement.

Learning in the 21st century is full of creativity. relevant to the opinion ofrahmawati, farida., & atmojo (2021) that 21st century learning is based oninformation and communication technology and is constructionist. with that,teachers are required to develop interesting and student-centered learning. in thisera, teachers act as facilitators. Literacy is defined as the ability to read and writecharacters while media means an intermediary that can take the form of objects,people or events. so it can be concluded that media literacy is the ability to search,study, and utilize various forms of media. This research uses library research,namely looking for research sources by collecting from several literatures sourcedfrom journals, books and other sources. Digital literacy is a person's ability or skillto process, analyze, and evaluate technology-based media. With the currentcondition of literacy, Indonesia's literacy level is still low due to a lack ofunderstanding of the correct basic literacy concepts or it could also be becausethe implementation of literacy implementation is less supportive and sustainable.With a low reading culture, Canva can be used as a tool or media that can attractliteracy culture with attractive designs. The media engaged in the field of digitalliteracy culture is canva. The use of canva application media can develop aliteracy culture digital elementary school students so that it can have a positiveimpact, students are more interested and enthusiastic about participating inlearning activities, making it easier for students to get information, expressingstudent creativity so that they can develop knowledge and creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to identify teachers’ strategy to develop independent learners and how the teachers implement it in English class. This research uses qualitative descriptive method to describe deeply a phenomenon regarding teacher;s strategy in developing independent learner. The source of this data is 7 teachers in North Sumatera who teach English in Junior High School and Senior High School. The data is all the answers from the teachers through questionnaire. The answer responses are analyzed based on the theories to answer these problems. The results show that the social strategy is the most strategy implement by the teachers and the way they implement by asking students to do collaborative work and asking students to accomplish tasks individually.

Abstract

Akad wadiah adalah akad penitipan barang dari satu pihak kepada pihak lain, baik individu maupun badan hukum, yang harus dijaga dan dikembalikan kapan saja si penitip menghendaki. Akad wadiah dibagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu wadiah yad amanah dan wadiah yad dhamanah. Akad wadiah memiliki kaitan yang erat dan mendalam dengan islam , baik dari segi landasan hukum, nilai-nilai yang terkandung, dan implementasi praktis dalam kehidupan Muslim. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, akad wadiah merupakan akad yang sah dan diperbolehkan. Namun, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dapat timbul dalam pelaksanaan akad wadiah, jadi tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mencari Solusi dari permasalahn yang timbul dari pelaksanaan akad wadiah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu studi kepustakaan atau reseach library. Peneliti membaca dan menggali literatur yang relevan, seperti buku, jurnal, artikel, dan dokumen lainnya yang berkaitan dengan akad wadiah dalam perbankan syariah. Hasil dari penelitian Akad wadiah merupakan akad yang bermanfaat dan dapat menjadi solusi bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan jasa penitipan barang. Namun, untuk menghindari terjadinya permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan akad wadiah, perlu dilakukan penerapan akad wadiah yang sesuai dengan syariah, pembuatan perjanjian tertulis, pendidikan dan sosialisasi.

Abstract

Hak dan kewajiban warga negara merupakan fondasi utama dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana hak dan kewajiban tersebut diatur dalam konstitusi Indonesia, khususnya Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Hak warga negara mencakup hak atas pendidikan, kebebasan berpendapat, perlindungan hukum, serta kesejahteraan sosial. Sementara itu, kewajiban warga negara meliputi ketaatan terhadap hukum, partisipasi dalam pembelaan negara, pembayaran pajak, serta penghormatan terhadap hak asasi manusia. Melalui pendekatan normatif dan analisis yuridis terhadap pasal-pasal konstitusional, artikel ini menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara pemenuhan hak dan pelaksanaan kewajiban dalam mewujudkan masyarakat yang adil dan demokratis. Selain itu, pendidikan kewarganegaraan memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kesadaran kritis dan tanggung jawab warga negara sejak usia dini. Kesimpulan dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran dan partisipasi aktif warga negara dalam menjalankan hak dan kewajiban merupakan prasyarat penting bagi keberlangsungan negara hukum yang berkeadilan.

Abstract

                Competition in economic activities is often used to find out how marketing strategies are formed. To build a marketing strategy by a company, a product can be offered to the market to get attention to be bought, used, or consumed, so that it can fulfill wants and needs. In the marketing mix strategy, the first step that must be done is the product strategy. This is very important because what will be sold is the product and consumers will get to know the company through the products that will be offered. Whereas marketing is marketing, marketing strategy is the design, implementation, and control of plans to influence exchanges to achieve organizational goals. Strategy is an organizational tool used to achieve its goals, and therefore, a marketing strategy is needed to achieve success. This research is a type of field research, which is a study by observing a phenomenon in a scientific situation. While in data collection using, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study explain that the Home Industry for Tofu and Tempe Products uses a face-to-face strategy, a cooperative strategy. And the marketing mix which includes product strategy, price, place, promotion. After exposing the marketing of Thu and Tempe products, it is hoped that the stages of product marketing can be active in all places by looking at the conditions of strengths and weaknesses as well as the changing environment, so that they can find out whether the marketing applied is right on target or not. And further improve the development of employee capabilities to convince the public to trust the industry that has been created by Al-Mashduqiah Islam Pesantren, so that its products become better and also famous among the outside community.
