Abstract

Pendidikan dan pemahaman keagamaan merupakan aspek krusial dalam membangun masyarakat literasi. Namun, buta huruf, khususnya terkait Pembacaan Al-Qur’an , masih menjadi hambatan yang dihadapi banyak perempuan pedesaan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas pendampingan dalam pembacaan Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan pendekatan melalui metode iqro’ dalam upaya pemberantasan buta huruf di kalangan perempuan di Desa Banyuputih. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei dan observasi langsung yang partisipatif sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan pendekatan melalui metode Iqro' efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan membaca Al-Qur’an dan mengurangi tingkat buta huruf di kalangan perempuan di Desa Banyuputih. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendampingan pembacaan Al-Qur’an menggunakan metode iqro’ memberikan dampak positif.. tentang pemberantasan buta huruf di kalangan perempuan pedesaan. Temuan-temuan ini mempunyai implikasi yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan program pendidikan dan inisiatif pembangunan komunitas yang berfokus pada literasi agama. Penelitian di masa depan dapat mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor tambahan yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan metode Iqro dalam konteks yang berbeda.

Abstract

Abstract Strategic management can be defined as a series of management decisions and actions (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) which are implemented by all organizational components in a series of achieving organizational goals that are desired. In strategic management, it includes at least three things, strategy formulation (strategy formulating), strategy implementation (strategy implementing), and strategy evaluation/control (strategy evaluating). In strategy formulation, there are five main steps of strategy formulation, namely 1) mission formulation, 2) external environment analysis, 3) internal organizational analysis, 4) formulation of specific objectives, and 5) strategy determination. keyword:implementasi strategic management

Abstract

The Eco pesantren program as a model of environmental education in pesantren has attracted the attention of scientists and researchers, and nationally the Ministry of Environment in collaboration with the Ministry of Religious Affairs launched the program on 5-6 March 2008 in Pondok Gede. The purpose of this research is to find out "Iimpleimeintasii Peinitiatatan Kreiatiiviitas Santrii Peisantrein Asy-Syariifiiy in Realizing Eco Peisantrein dii pondok peisantrein Asy-Syariifiiy" This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to understand the implementation or application carried out related to increasing the creativity of Asy-Syarifity Islamic boarding school students. Data obtained through interviews, In-depth interviews will be conducted with Kiai, Ustad and education staff who have experience in the implementation of performance management in this pesantrem. The interview will focus on their understanding of the strategies that have been used and the challenges faced in increasing the creativity of students. In addition, open-ended questions will be used to explore their views and experiences in more depth. Participatory observation will be carried out by researchers by being in the pesantren environment and involved in daily activities. This observation will provide insight into the Iimpleimeintasii Strateigii kreiatiiviitas santrii in realizing Eico Peisantrein dii Pondok Peisantrein Asy-syariifiiy Pandanwangii District Teimpeih Kabupatein Lumajang.then analyzed to identify the creativity of students in realizing eco pesantren antrii Peisantrein Asy-Syariifiiy. The results of this research in realizing eco pesantren through the creativity of students include the activities of beirsiih liingkungan, piikeit harian santrii, and cleaning peikanan which is carried out once a week which is carried out every Friday by the students and also cottage teachers who are supervised and accompanied directly by asatidz and caregivers

Abstract

Peroses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam selama ini cenderung ditunjukan  pada keterampilan siswa dalam membaca dan menghafal, namun dalam menyelesaikan sebuah masalah atau memecahkan sebuah permasalahan yang ada cenderung kurang. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada rasa percaya diri pada diri siswa, karena kurangnya dorongan untuk menjadikan siswa itu lebih berani dalam mengekspresikan pendapatnya yang akhirnya dapat berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh metode probing prompting terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan agama islam siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri Satu Atap 1 Sembalun. Penelitian ini bersifat kuanititatif dengan menggunakan desain eksperimental. Desain eksperimental merupakan desain yang memberikan perlakuan pada salah satu sampel kemudian dibandingkan dengan salah satu sampel yang tidak diberikan perlakuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri Satu Atap 1 Sembalun dengan menggunakan sampel kelas VII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII B sebagai kelas control. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah instrument tes, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh metode probing prompting terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari taraf signifikansi (2-tailed) yaitu 0,00<0,05 artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of three independent variables—Content Marketing, Live Streaming, and Price Discount on the dependent variable of Purchase Decision. The results of the path analysis show that Content Marketing and Price Discount have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, with path coefficients of 0.499 and 0.382, respectively. Meanwhile, Live Streaming did not show a statistically significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. This research model has very strong learning power with an R-square value of 0.845, indicating that 84.5 % of the variation in Purchasing Decisions can be explained by the three independent variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the implementation of multicultural values within Islamic education in Indonesia, Jordan, and Turkey. The research employs a comparative literature review using content analysis of academic sources, government policies, and curriculum documents. The findings indicate that all three countries emphasize religious moderation, tolerance, justice, and dialogue as key foundations of Islamic education, yet each implements these values according to its socio-political context. Indonesia highlights multiculturalism grounded in ethnic diversity and pesantren tradition, Jordan focuses on religious moderation and counter-extremism, while Turkey balances Islamic ethics with nationalism within its secular educational framework. Specific findings reveal differences in curriculum structure, institutional models, and social orientations. The study implies that Indonesia must strengthen systematic multicultural education policies, enhance teacher training, and optimize the role of pesantren and schools as key environments for developing inclusive and moderate learners.

Abstract

This study analyzes the corporate crime perspective and directors’ liability in the LNG procurement case at Pertamina as a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE). The research aims to examine how the elements of corporate crime are constructed, how directors’ actions are assessed within the framework of fiduciary duty and the business judgment rule, and what legal implications arise for corporate accountability in SOEs. The study employs a normative juridical method using a case approach, statute approach, and conceptual approach. Primary data consist of court documents, statutes, and regulatory frameworks, while secondary data are obtained from academic journals, institutional reports, and credible publications. The findings reveal that distinguishing legitimate business risk from abuse of authority is central to determining corporate criminal liability, particularly when decisions intersect with state finances and public interests. The analysis further indicates that SOE directors carry dual obligations: to ensure effective corporate governance while at the same time facing heightened exposure to criminal liability when losses are associated with state assets. This study contributes by clarifying how legal assessments should balance accountability with the protection of reasonable managerial discretion. The implications highlight the need for clearer decision-making standards, stronger governance mechanisms, and better alignment between corporate law and anti-corruption frameworks in order to promote legal certainty without discouraging prudent business judgment.

Abstract

The development of digital marketplaces has encouraged the widespread distribution of halal products, but on the other hand, it has raised issues regarding the protection of Muslim consumers due to the prevalence of non-certified halal products. This study aims to analyze the forms of legal protection for Muslim consumers in the distribution of non-certified halal products in digital marketplaces and to examine the legal responsibilities of platform providers. This study uses a normative juridical method with a legislative and conceptual approach, supported by a literature review of legislation, scientific literature, and marketplace policies. The results show that, normatively, Muslim consumer protection is regulated in the Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999 and the Halal Product Guarantee Law No. 33 of 2014, but its implementation in digital marketplaces is not yet optimal. Platform providers tend to limit their responsibility as intermediaries, even though they derive economic benefits and play an active role in the transaction system. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the responsibility of platforms and integrate the principles of Islamic economic law in order to realize fair and sustainable protection for Muslim consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the process of developing Augmented Reality (AR) applications as an interactive and effective learning medium for animal world materials. The research method used is a research and development (R&D) model with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The development process includes analyzing user needs, designing and implementing the application, and evaluating the effectiveness of its use in the classroom. The results of the study show that AR applications are able to provide a more real and interesting learning experience for students. Key features such as 3D displays of animals, sounds, and interactive information successfully improve student engagement and understanding of the material. Analysis of students' responses showed that the majority felt more motivated and easily understood concepts about the animal world through this medium. The implications of this study show that AR technology has great potential in increasing learning effectiveness, especially in materials that require high visualization. Further development and integration with the curriculum can expand its benefits in the world of education.

Abstract

Social assistance programs at the village level are one of the government's efforts to reduce poverty and improve community welfare. However, in practice, the process of determining eligible beneficiaries is often carried out manually, which may lead to subjectivity, inaccurate targeting, and a lack of transparency in decision-making. This study aims to develop a decision support system that assists village administrators in determining priority candidates for social assistance in a more objective and systematic manner. The proposed approach integrates the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) methods. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion through pairwise comparison matrices and consistency testing. Subsequently, the MOORA method is applied to normalize the decision matrix, calculate preference values, and rank the alternatives. The results show that AHP-MOORA can generate a priority ranking of potential social assistance beneficiaries. The calculated weights for the criteria respectively are Kepemilikan Tanah: 0.5579 (highest importance), Kondisi Rumah: 0.2633, Pekerjaan: 0.1219, Penghasilan: 0.0569 (lowest importance) and the value of CR is 0.0654, which is less than 0.1, indicating that the criteria weights are consistent. The ranking based on AHP-MOORA show significant differences than the earlier dataset. Based on sensitivity analysis, the high correlation values in all sensitivity tests show that the ranking results remain consistent. Furthermore, the system improves transparency and consistency in the decision-making process.
