Abstract

. This research examines Effective Play Strategies: Psychological Stimulation for Children Through Appropriate Game Choices, emphasizing the crucial role of play in shaping children's cognitive, emotional, and social development. Play is not merely entertainment; it serves as a laboratory where children experiment, develop skills, and form their personalities. The importance of aligning play types with a child's age-appropriate developmental stage is a primary focus, recognizing that each phase of psychological development has unique stimulation needs. The research method employed is a qualitative literature review, synthesizing information from various scholarly sources such as journals, books, and research reports. Literature searches were conducted systematically using relevant keywords in databases. The study results indicate that age-appropriate game selection is vital for optimizing a child's potential. Constructive play develops spatial understanding and problem-solving; role-playing facilitates empathy and social skills; while strategy games train logic and patience. In the digital era, balancing physical and digital play is crucial to ensure holistic development. In conclusion, play is a fundamental pillar in children's psychological development, and understanding effective play strategies empowers parents and educators to become facilitators guiding children toward balanced and optimal growth.

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the title Legal Counseling on the Settlement of Customary Land Disputes Through Non-Litigation Paths in Nolokla Village, East Sentani District, Jayapura Regency, this activity is carried out to partners due to cases from partners regarding misunderstanding regarding the settlement of customary land disputes based on applicable laws and regulations in order to obtain legal certainty and where the disputing parties do not want to give in or want to win alone so that with the expertise possessed by the servant can carry out legal counseling so that the disputing parties both win or win-win solution. The method of implementing this community service is carried out through lectures and discussions held on Saturday, May 31, 2025 which was held in Nolokla Village, East Sentani District, Jayapura Regency by providing knowledge to partners regarding the resolution of land disputes in general there are two types, namely dispute resolution through Litigation and Non-Litigation to obtain legal certainty, this activity begins with preparation and coordination, then presentation of material on how to resolve customary land disputes based on applicable laws and regulations. The output of this service is to provide partners with an understanding of how to resolve disputes through non-litigation channels along with the advantages and disadvantages of resolving such disputes and also provide legal assistance to partners to resolve cases related to customary land disputes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of flash sales and paylater options on the impulsive purchasing behavior of students at Muhammadiyah University Purworejo who use the Shopee e-commerce platform. The increasing tendency of students to make impulsive purchases underscores the relevance of this study, especially amid the surge in online shopping activities. Adopting a quantitative research design and survey methodology, the study targeted students of Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo who are Shopee users, with a total of 125 individuals serving as the sample. Data were gathered using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results indicate that flash sale promotions independently have a positive impact on impulsive buying behavior. Similarly, the utilization of paylater services also contributes positively to students' tendencies to make unplanned purchases. These results suggest that digital marketing strategies, such as flash sales and paylater facilities, effectively encourage spontaneous purchasing decisions among students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengakuan hukum pidana adat dan implementasinya dalam penyelesaian delik adat di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan yuridis empiris. Data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan, wawancara dengan tokoh adat dan aparat penegak hukum, serta observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hukum pidana adat memiliki peran penting dalam sistem hukum Indonesia, baik secara normatif maupun praktis. Secara normatif, eksistensinya diakui dalam Pasal 18B ayat (2) UUD 1945 dan diperkuat melalui KUHP baru (UU No. 1 Tahun 2023) yang mengakui keberadaan living law. Dalam praktiknya, hukum pidana adat terbukti efektif dalam menyelesaikan perkara secara restoratif dengan mengedepankan rekonsiliasi dan harmoni sosial, sekaligus mengurangi beban peradilan formal. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan, seperti perbedaan karakter dengan hukum nasional, keragaman penerapan antar daerah, dan potensi konflik kewenangan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, diperlukan upaya harmonisasi yang sinergis antara hukum pidana adat dan hukum pidana nasional agar tercipta sistem hukum yang adaptif, responsif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat majemuk.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyoroti peran Lextutor, perangkat lunak online untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Lextutor adalah sumber daya online yang menghadirkan lingkungan belajar-mengajar baru dan juga menawarkan berbagai kegiatan bagi pendidik dan pelajar untuk menggunakannya di kelas kosakata bahasa Inggris dan untuk memelihara pembelajaran mandiri. Karena kosakata menjadi sangat mendasar dalam pembelajaran bahasa, baik berbicara maupun menulis dan belajar mandiri saat ini populer dan perlu dikembangkan, pendidik dan peserta didik dapat menggunakan daftar kata, konkordansi dan kamus online, dan teks, yang dapat diakses dalam program yang tersedia. Selain itu, Lextutor juga melayani database untuk menyimpan karya dan melihat karya orang lain. Yang terpenting, perangkat lunak online ini hadir dengan transformasi untuk mengubah pengaturan pembelajaran tradisional dengan memberikan masukan pada pembelajaran DDL. Diharapkan peserta didik dapat lebih mandiri dan aktif dalam belajar, memungkinkan motivasi yang lebih besar dan pembelajaran yang lebih dalam. Makalah ini mengulas literatur dan memberikan latar belakang ilmiah dengan meninjau beberapa kontribusi dan konsep yang dibuat oleh para ahli di bidang terkait. Selanjutnya, beberapa manfaat menggunakan Lextutor ditemukan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research discusses John Dewey's views on progressivism and differentiated learning, as well as the implementation of differentiated learning in the IPAS subject in elementary schools. This study uses a literature review method by referring to relevant books and scientific journals. This research produces meaningful information about the relationship between progressivism and differentiated learning, as well as the benefits of differentiated learning in the IPAS subject. The study concludes that progressivism is an educational perspective that supports a student-oriented education process and learning that continues to evolve with the times. Differentiated learning is learning that is tailored to the learning needs of students, based on their readiness to learn, learning profiles, interests, and talents. Differentiated learning can be carried out in several ways, including: content differentiation, process differentiation, product differentiation, and learning environment differentiation. Differentiated learning in the subject of IPAS can help students develop scientific, creative, and critical thinking skills in understanding concepts, phenomena, and issues related to nature. Differentiated learning in the IPAS subject can also facilitate students to explore, discover, and apply IPAS knowledge according to their interests and talents.

Abstract

This research aims to develop teaching materials for Light Vehicle Engineering Skills Competency Vocational School students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method which refers to the Borg and Gall design. The steps taken include needs studies, planning, initial field tests, main product field tests, and final product field tests. Improvements are made to each test. The results of the research are in the form of teaching materials containing technical drawing material. Teaching materials were developed referring to the independent curriculum. This teaching material was created to make it easier for class X vocational school students to study technical drawing material independently. The feasibility of teaching materials is based on the results of expert tests, initial field tests, main product field tests, and final product field tests. Teaching materials are said to be suitable if they meet the minimum good criteria for all aspects. The implications of this research are as follows: 1) technical drawing teaching materials developed based on the independent curriculum are able to increase students' interest in learning activities. 2) the existence of technical drawing teaching materials can help teachers in teaching and learning activities, teachers also do not need to repeat the material explained to students, and are able to improve the teacher's ability to manage the class, so that the teaching and learning process can run well, smoothly and effectively.

Abstract

Anemia yang disebabkan kekurangan eritropoietin dapat terjadi pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik. Fungsi ginjal menolak untuk memproduksi eritro-poietin dengan seimbang, sebagai hasilnya terdapat kecenderungan hubungan linear antara kadar hemoglobin dan laju filtrasi glomerulus pada pasien dengan penyakit ginjal. Salah satu cara menegakan diagnosis gagal ginjal dengan menilai atau mengukur kadar ureum dan kreatinin serum, karena kedua senyawa tersebut hanya dapat diekskresikan oleh ginjal. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi kadar ureum dan kreatinin pada pasien anemia di RSU Duta Mulya Majenang. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional, dengan sampel penelitian semua pasien anemia yang dilakukan pemeriksaan ureum dan kreatinin di RSU Duta Mulya Majenang pada bulan Januari – Maret 2023 sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, sebanyak 66 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mayoritas pasien penyakit gagal ginjal kronis dialami oleh lansia yaitu usia 46-65 tahun dengan jumlah sampel pasien sebanyak 43 pasien (65.2%) dan sebagian besar diderita oleh perempuan sebanyak 35 pasien (53.0%). Korelasi kadar ureum dan kreatinin pada semua sampel menunjukan hasil yang melebihi nilai normal. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya korelasi kadar ureum dan kreatinin serum pada pasien anemia di RSU Duta Mulya Majenang

Abstract

The primary active components in ginger oleoresin are gingerol and shogaol, with gingerol exhibiting significant pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and analgesic effects. However, gingerol is heat-sensitive and degrades at elevated temperatures, limiting its functional efficacy when consumed. To overcome this limitation, encapsulation of ginger oleoresin was performed to enhance its physical and functional properties and improve its bioavailability. This study utilized the ionotropic gelation method to encapsulate ginger oleoresin, resulting in the formation of beads. Alginate was employed as the encapsulation matrix. The dried beads were characterized using FTIR, SEM, disintegration tests, and encapsulation efficiency was assessed via UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Results demonstrated that alginate beads containing ginger oleoresin could be successfully synthesized using the ionotropic gelation technique, with alginate as the polymer and CaCl2 as the cross-linking agent. Ginger oleoresin concentrations of 0.9%, 0.7%, 0.5%, and 0.3% were tested. The highest encapsulation efficiency, 72.48%, was obtained with a ginger oleoresin concentration of 0.7%. Surface morphology analysis revealed that the alginate beads exhibited a rough, porous texture with visible folds. Furthermore, the dry beads disintegrated within 30 minutes.
