Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang dihadapi pelaku usaha saat ini semakin ketat, seperti bisnis umkm. Perkembangan bisnis umkm yang terus meningkat dan jumlah yang semakin menjamur ini tentunya akan membuat turunnya jumlah penghasilan dan persaingan semakin ketat. Oleh karena itu pelaku usaha harus memperhatikan Kualitas Produk mereka agar kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk yang dijual meningkat sehingga akan berdampak positif juga terhadap keputusan pembelian yang juga akan meningkat, kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan kepercayaan konsumen yang memediasi antara kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini : menguji kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menguji kualitas produk terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, menguji kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian, menguji kepercayaan konsumen dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah Customer Produk Gummy Store. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS dengan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Kepercayaan Konsumen, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The professionalism of educational counselors faces complex challenges in the contemporary era, where student issues are not merely psychological but are also critically related to learning dynamics. This article aims to analyze the integration of psychology, pedagogy, and counseling as an interdisciplinary approach to enhancing the professionalism of educational counselors. This approach posits that these three disciplines do not operate in isolation but are mutually complementary; psychology provides the foundation for understanding developmental stages and personality dynamics, pedagogy offers context regarding how students learn and interact within the educational system, while counseling supplies the techniques and professional relationships necessary for intervention. Through a literature review utilizing a conceptual synthesis approach, this article demonstrates that interdisciplinary integration is capable of improving comprehensive assessment skills, designing contextual interventions aligned with learning needs, and strengthening collaboration with other educational stakeholders. In conclusion, the professionalism of educational counselors cannot be viewed solely through the mastery of counseling techniques; it must also encompass pedagogical literacy and depth of psychological analysis. Recommendations are proposed for counselor education institutions to reform their interdisciplinary-based curricula, and for practitioners to continuously develop their collaborative capacity within the school environment

Abstract

This study aims to analyze multidisciplinary integration within the guidance and counseling paradigm in the post-disciplinary era. A qualitative approach employing a literature review method was used, through the examination of various relevant and current scientific literatures. The findings indicate that the development of the post-disciplinary paradigm encourages guidance and counseling to integrate various disciplines, such as psychology, education, social sciences, culture, spirituality, and technology. This integration enables a more comprehensive understanding of individuals and enhances the effectiveness of counseling services. However, its implementation faces challenges in conceptual aspects, professional competence, and ethics. Therefore, strengthening the theoretical framework and developing counselor competencies are required. This study concludes that a holistic-integrative paradigm serves as a relevant and adaptive direction for the development of guidance and counseling in the post-disciplinary era."

Abstract

Objective: The gap between the competencies of Vocational High School (SMK) graduates and the needs of the job market, as well as the limited entrepreneurial mentoring services for students with special needs, drives the need for an inclusive entrepreneurship development model in vocational education. This research aims to develop an Inclusive Business Incubator Model for Vocational High Schools (SMK) that combines the Teaching Factory (TeFa) concept with the business incubator concept of Higher Education institutions, as well as to test its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness. Method: The research uses a research and development (R&D) approach by adapting six out of the ten stages of the Borg and Gall model, including preliminary study, planning, initial product development, initial trial, product revision, and main field trial. The trial was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Probolinggo as the main location and disseminated at SMK Negeri 3 Probolinggo and SMK Swasta A. Yani Probolinggo. Data were collected thru interviews, documentation, and Likert scale questionnaires from expert validators, practitioner validators, users, and industry mentor tenants, and then analyzed descriptively both quantitatively and qualitatively. Results: The research results show that the Inclusive Business Incubator Model for Vocational High Schools meets the very feasible criteria with an average feasibility percentage of 89.6%, the implementation guidebook meets the very practical criteria with a percentage of 86.98%, and the model is considered effective with a percentage of 84.3% based on the target, resource, internal process, and integrated approaches, as well as 87.6% based on the organizational effectiveness approach. Novelty: These findings indicate that the Inclusive Business Incubator in Vocational High Schools is associated with strengthening the entrepreneurial readiness of students, including those with special needs, and has the potential to be adopted as a strategic platform for inclusive entrepreneurship education at the vocational education level.
