Abstract

The Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology's Decree Number 384/P/2024 serves as a strategic foundation in the management of functional lecturer positions to support the tridharma of higher education. This policy responds to the need for aligning national regulations by utilizing technology, such as the Integrated Resource Information System (SISTER), to ensure transparency and accountability. Through an ontological, epistemological, and axiological philosophical approach, this policy emphasizes the importance of the presence of lecturers as agents of change, the validity of data-based assessments, and their benefits for institutions and society. Innovative strategies such as competency needs mapping, mentoring, and reward and punishment techniques are integrated to enhance the performance and professionalism of lecturers. With the five-stage Rogers adoption evaluation framework, this policy is designed to ensure adaptive and evidence-based implementation. Overall, this policy provides a new direction in the transformation of higher education in Indonesia, supports the sustainable development of lecturers, and holistically improves the quality of the academic ecosystem. Highlights: Emphasizes data-driven assessments to ensure transparency and accountability. Integrates competency mapping, mentoring, and rewards to boost professionalism. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara (1) environmental friendliness terhadap green purchase intention (2) environmental friendliness terhadap green perceived value (3) green perceived value terhadap green purchase intention (4) green perceived value memediasi pengaruh environmental friendliness terhadap green purchase intention. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 120 orang. Analisis data menggunakan hierarchical regression analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa environmental friendliness berpengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention. Environmental friendliness berpengaruh positif terhadap green perceived value. Green perceived value berpengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention. Secara sempurna, environmental friendliness berpengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention dengan green perceived value sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

Ketersediaan air bersih menjadi faktor penting bagi peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat pedesaan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi potensi air tanah dan merumuskan strategi perencanaan sistem penyediaan air bersih jangka panjang di Desa Gubug, Kecamatan Cepogo, Boyolali, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek teknik sipil dan keberlanjutan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi lapangan, pengukuran hidrologi, uji kualitas air, wawancara, serta analisis data sekunder. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa desa berada pada zona akuifer produktif sedang dengan muka air tanah 8–12 meter, debit sumur gali 0,4–0,8 L/detik, dan sumur bor 1,2–2,5 L/detik. Kualitas air umumnya memenuhi standar, meskipun terdapat indikasi kontaminasi mikrobiologis di beberapa titik padat penduduk. Proyeksi kebutuhan air hingga 2045 sebesar 540–600 m³/hari masih dapat dipenuhi oleh potensi 700–750 m³/hari. Strategi penyediaan mencakup jaringan distribusi ±5 km, reservoir 100 m³, pompa hemat energi, monitoring kualitas air, konservasi resapan, rainwater harvesting, dan pengelolaan berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

The importance of classroom interaction in EFL (English as a Foreign Language) instruction is occasionally lost on educators. The interaction in the classroom is crucial to assimilating and embracing the target language. As a result of successful information transfer from the teacher to the students, good contact can lead to an increase in students' language acquisition. Because the focus of the classroom interaction study is on how interlocutors make meaning of one another's contributions, the findings can be used as a diagnostic tool to identify issues with discourse management and crucial occurrences that learners confront. Researchers used qualitative methods, including discourse analysis and case studies. Smaratungga Buddhist College Study College was conducted this investigation. The researchers anticipate that learners will be motivated and inspired by the interactional situation. This study focuses on how the teacher creates interaction in the classroom. The success of all outcomes depends on how well students interact. Researchers agree with their actions while they are interacting with the teacher or one another.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang dihadapi pelaku usaha saat ini semakin ketat, seperti bisnis umkm. Perkembangan bisnis umkm yang terus meningkat dan jumlah yang semakin menjamur ini tentunya akan membuat turunnya jumlah penghasilan dan persaingan semakin ketat. Oleh karena itu pelaku usaha harus memperhatikan Kualitas Produk mereka agar kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk yang dijual meningkat sehingga akan berdampak positif juga terhadap keputusan pembelian yang juga akan meningkat, kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan kepercayaan konsumen yang memediasi antara kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini : menguji kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menguji kualitas produk terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, menguji kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian, menguji kepercayaan konsumen dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah Customer Produk Gummy Store. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS dengan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide education and practical application of sustainable plastic waste management through the Edu Environmental program, utilizing plastic waste as an additional material for coral transplantation containers. The main focus of this program is the utilization of plastic waste as an additional material in the manufacture of coral transplantation containers, as an environmentally friendly marine ecosystem restoration effort. This activity was carried out in coastal areas that have the potential for coral reef damage due to human activities and plastic pollution. The implementation method includes socialization to PKBM Anak Pesisir Kota Kendari, to coastal communities, technical training in making transplantation media from a mixture of cement and plastic waste, as well as direct practice of planting transplantation containers in the sea. The results of the activity showed an increased understanding of PKBM students and the community regarding the importance of waste management and marine conservation, as well as initial success in the manufacture and installation of coral transplantation media from plastic waste additives. This program is expected to become an applicable environmental education model and encourage active community participation, especially PKBM students, in the preservation of marine ecosystems.

Abstract

Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, yang menurut Strategi Nasional Literasi Keuangan Indonesia (SNLIK) 2022 hanya mencapai 31.95%, termasuk salah satu yang terendah di Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan yang signifikan, terutama di wilayah pesisir dan komunitas UMKM mikro seperti yang ada di Konawe Utara. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan produk keuangan legal, termasuk tabungan, KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat), asuransi mikro, dan koperasi resmi, yang penting untuk mendorong masyarakat pesisir agar lebih mengenal dan memanfaatkan layanan keuangan formal. Kegiatan utama meliputi edukasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan literasi keuangan yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat mengelola pendapatan dengan lebih baik, meningkatkan kesadaran menabung, serta menghindari pinjaman ilegal. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman literasi keuangan masyarakat. Peserta dapat memahami konsep dasar pengelolaan keuangan, seperti pencatatan, perencanaan, dan pengambilan keputusan keuangan yang bijak. Mereka juga mampu menyusun anggaran rumah tangga dan usaha dengan lebih terstruktur, serta mengenal produk keuangan yang legal, yang pada akhirnya mendorong mereka untuk mulai mengakses layanan keuangan tersebut.. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat dan keberlanjutan usaha lokal di Desa Tanjung Bunga, dengan harapan dapat memperkuat kapasitas ekonomi masyarakat pesisir, pertanian, dan UMKM di Konawe Utara.

Abstract

Coastal flooding creates a highly corrosive environment that damages motorcycle components. This study evaluates the synergistic effects of proper repainting procedures and nano-ceramic coatings on the corrosion resistance of the main standard of motorcycles. Laboratory experiments were conducted using a post-assay-only control group design with four treatments: nanocoating, repainting, a combination of both, and untreated controls. The samples underwent accelerated corrosion testing through immersion for 15 days in a 3.5% NaCl solution. The combined treatment shows superior performance, achieving the lowest corrosion rate (0.15 mm/year), perfect adhesion (0B), and highest hardness (4H). This represents a reduction in corrosion rate of about 91% compared to control. The results significantly show that integrating a multi-layer repainting foundation (primer, surfacer, top layer) with a SiO₂-based nano-ceramic top layer creates a synergistic barrier system. This approach is recommended as a highly effective and practical solution to significantly extend the life of assets and improve operational safety in corrosion-prone areas.

Abstract

The professionalism of educational counselors faces complex challenges in the contemporary era, where student issues are not merely psychological but are also critically related to learning dynamics. This article aims to analyze the integration of psychology, pedagogy, and counseling as an interdisciplinary approach to enhancing the professionalism of educational counselors. This approach posits that these three disciplines do not operate in isolation but are mutually complementary; psychology provides the foundation for understanding developmental stages and personality dynamics, pedagogy offers context regarding how students learn and interact within the educational system, while counseling supplies the techniques and professional relationships necessary for intervention. Through a literature review utilizing a conceptual synthesis approach, this article demonstrates that interdisciplinary integration is capable of improving comprehensive assessment skills, designing contextual interventions aligned with learning needs, and strengthening collaboration with other educational stakeholders. In conclusion, the professionalism of educational counselors cannot be viewed solely through the mastery of counseling techniques; it must also encompass pedagogical literacy and depth of psychological analysis. Recommendations are proposed for counselor education institutions to reform their interdisciplinary-based curricula, and for practitioners to continuously develop their collaborative capacity within the school environment

Abstract

This study aims to analyze multidisciplinary integration within the guidance and counseling paradigm in the post-disciplinary era. A qualitative approach employing a literature review method was used, through the examination of various relevant and current scientific literatures. The findings indicate that the development of the post-disciplinary paradigm encourages guidance and counseling to integrate various disciplines, such as psychology, education, social sciences, culture, spirituality, and technology. This integration enables a more comprehensive understanding of individuals and enhances the effectiveness of counseling services. However, its implementation faces challenges in conceptual aspects, professional competence, and ethics. Therefore, strengthening the theoretical framework and developing counselor competencies are required. This study concludes that a holistic-integrative paradigm serves as a relevant and adaptive direction for the development of guidance and counseling in the post-disciplinary era."
