Abstract

Abstract : This research is titled Ability to Read Short Text and Writing short story text Review of VIII Grade Students of SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru. This study aims to describe the ability to read the text of the story of the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru, to describe the different or not the ability to read the short story text of the students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru among sample groups, to describe the ability to write the text of the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru different or not the ability to write the text of the clever class review of students VIII 23 Pekanbaru, and describes the relationship between the ability to read short story text and write text short story reviews. The data of this research is the result of the reading ability test of short story text and writing the text of the story of the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru which is spread over 8 classes with the population of 159 students and the number of samples is 115 students. Technique of collecting data that is giving test read short story text and writing text of short story. To find out whether or not the expected score and the results of the scores obtained by the students were calculated using the Wilcoxon test, to determine whether there was a difference or not in the mean between groups the sample was calculated using the Kruskall-Walis test, and to find the relationship of reading ability of short story text and writing the text of the calculated short story using correlation ladder. Based on the result of research, it is found that: (1) the ability to read the short story text of the students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru is low, (2) the ability to read the short story text between the sample groups there is no difference, (3) the ability to write the text of the students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru is low, (4) ability to write text of short story between different group of samples. The meaning, there are differences in the ability to write short story textbooks among fellow students of class VIII, (5) the ability to read short story text and write the text of the short story has a low opinion of the correlation coefficient correlation coefficient of 0.21-0.40.Key words: ability, reading, writing, short story text, review text

Abstract

Penerapan metode pemodelan memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk memperaktekkan keterampilan spesifik yang dipelajari di kelas melalui pemodelan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kategori kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi hasil pretes dan hasil postes siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Ukui, mengetahui samakah kategori kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi hasil pretes dan hasil postes siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Ukui menurut jenis kelamin, mengetahui penerapan metode pemodelan dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksposisi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Ukui, mengetahui samakah samakah kategori kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi hasil pretes dan hasil postes siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Ukui. Metode penelitian yaitu eksperimen one group pretest-postest. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes essai. .Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik inferesial parametrik. Hasil penelitian didapat yaitu hasil postes lebih tinggi dibandingkan hasil prates, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil pretes dan postes yang mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan dari sebelum diberi perlakuan dan sesudah diberi perlakuan.

Abstract

This article is a review about the diversity of photoreceptors in various fishes. In this article, the author discusses the photoreceptors of freshwater fish, reef fish, sharks and tuna, and deep sea fish. The purpose of this article are to provides illustration and explanations about the diversity of photoreceptor of fish eye and its relationship with the ecosystem. The information is important in the development of fishery technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menentukan proporsi tepung mocaf dan tapioka yang tepat supaya menghasilkan TCSP untuk produk gorengan dengan kualitas terbaik yaitu tekstur renyah, kenampakan menarik dan kandungan minyak rendah. 2) Menentukan penambahan maltodekstrin yang tepat supaya menghasilkan TCSP untuk produk gorengan dengan kualitas terbaik yaitu tekstur renyah, kenampakan menarik dan kandungan minyak rendah. 3) Menentukan kombinasi perlakuan terbaik antara proporsi tepung mocaf dan tapioka serta penambahan maltodekstrin supaya menghasilkan TCSP untuk produk gorengan dengan kualitas terbaik yaitu tekstur renyah, kenampakan menarik dan kandungan minyak rendah.Proporsi tapioka : tepung mocaf = 60 : 40 % mampu menghasilkan keripik bayam dengan tekstur renyah (3,17); tepung pelapis agak rata (1,61); warna putih kecokelatan (3,39) dan kadar lemak 27,35 %bk. Penambahan maltodekstrin 0,2 % mampu menghasilkan keripik bayam dengan tekstur renyah (2,73); tepung pelapis agak rata (2,37); warna putih kecokelatan (2,86) dan kadar lemak 31,14 %bk. Hasil perlakuan terbaik berdasarkan uji indeks efektivitas diperoleh dari kombinasi perlakuan proporsi tapioka : tepung mocaf = 60 : 40 dan penambahan maltodekstrin 0,2 % (T4M2). Hasil perlakuan ini memiliki kadar air TCSP 12,48 %bb; kadar abu TCSP 2,26 %bk; viskositas TCSP 165 cp; kapasitas penyerapan minyak TCSP 179,09 %bk; kadar air keripik bayam 2,49 %bb; tingkat penyerapan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan upaya untuk meningkatkan  kinerja guru pada SMPN Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan  cara meneliti  hubungan antara Learning organization dan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dengan  cara  mengidentifikasi, menelaah, dan mengembangkan kekuatan-kekuatan hubungan antar variabel-variabel  tersebut, sebagai berikut: hubungan antara Learning organization  dikaitkan kinerja guru, adanya hubungan antara manajemen berbasis sekolah  dikaitkan dengan kinerja guru, hubungan antara Learning organization  dan manajemen berbasis sekolah  secara beriringan dengan kinerja guru. Metode kuantitatif adalah Metode penelitian yang digunakan. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan uji  regresi  ganda sebesar 14,65 yang berarti, variabel Learning organization dan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMPN Kota Tangerang Selatan tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Menurut hasil uji F didapatkan nilai F Hitung sebesar 2615,3. Apabila dilakukan perbandingan dengan nilai F Tabel sebesar 0,1648 pada taraf signifikansi 5%, maka F hitung > F tabel (2615,3>0,16), sehingga nilai tersebut signifikan. Beralaskan perhitungan dengan menggunakan SPSS, besarnya nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,874. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 87,4% keragaman variabel Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dan Learning organization, sisanya sebanyak 12,6% disebabkan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Abstract: This study investigated the ability of paraphrase a poem by Taufik Ismail humility to exposition class X MAN 039 Tembilahan. The aim of this study was to obtain data on the ability of paraphrase a poem by Taufik Ismail humility to exposition class X MAN 039 Tembilahan. The ability of paraphrase of the aspects of understanding the content and paraphrased. This study is a quantitative-descriptive. This research data is data test capabilities humility paraphrase a poem by Taufik Ismail to exposition class X MAN 039 Tembilahan. Instruments in this research is a form of poetry texts given to members of the sample. The data collection was done by using the test. The population in this study were 301 students with a total sample of 168 students. Data were analyzed with descriptive methods. The validity of the data obtained through data validation. Research results seen from the test results the ability of paraphrase a poem by Taufik Ismail humility to exposition class X MAN 039 Tembilahan. Seen from the aspect of understanding the content obtained average value amounted to 70.07 with a low category. Then, from the aspect paraphrase obtained average value amounted to 73.96 with the medium category.Keywords: paraphrasing, understand the content of the poem, poetry, exposition.

Abstract

The ants are one of the insects that dominate all ecosystems, it biomass reaching more than 30% in tropical ecosystems. The ants plays positive or negative roles in ecosystem. The negative role of ants is as a household pests that can have a negative impact on humans. The loss caused by pest ants is causing contamination of food as well as contamination of sterile equipment in hospitals and laboratories. The ant stinging will cause allergies and also become disease vectors due they association with several pathogenic microorganisms. This study was conducted at the Biology Laboratory, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Padang, Air Tawar, West Sumatra, from October to November 2021. The ants were collected inside and outside of the laboratory by using the baited trap (peanut butter, honey, and sardines) and hand collection methods. A total of 419 individual ants were found belonging to eight species and three subfamilies. The highest number of individual found in Tapinoma melanocephalum.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour Opportunity Expansion employees at the Ministry of Manpower shows that performance is still not optimal and tends to decrease in carrying out their work in accordance with the demands of the work unit. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, communication, and organizational culture on employee performance at Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour. This research is an explanatory research that studies the relationship between two or more variables, then attempts to explain the phenomena that occur. The results of the study show that: (1) Leadership Style, Communication and Organizational Culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour. This means that improving Leadership Style, Communication, and Organizational Culture together will result in significant performance improvements for Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour. (2) Leadership style has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance at Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour This means that the decreasing Leadership Style will not affect employee performance. (3) Communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour (4) Organizational Culture has a positive but not significant influence on Center for Expansion of Kendari Employment Opportunities Ministery of Labour employee performance.”

Abstract

In recent years, Unlicensed Gold Mining (PETI) has been rampant in Indonesia. Although the activity of searching for precious metals provides many benefits, it also has an impact on damage to the ecosystem and the environment. This provides its own dynamics by policy makers, entrepreneurs and regions as mining loci. Therefore, awareness and management as well as appropriate policies and laws are needed. This study aims to determine the relationship and impact arising from the Upstream Unlicensed Gold Mining (PETI) on fish catches at TPI Sasak which is the downstream part. This research was conducted in Muaro Kiawai, West Pasaman Regency in 2022. The research method was carried out using a qualitative approach with analytical techniques using Environmental Sustainable Analysis (ESA). The results showed that there was a relationship and the impact of PETI on water quality and the effect of weather on fish catches. In conclusion, it can be seen that PETI will affect the ecosystem and environment around mining
