Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of remedial learning models innovated with Islamic values as an approach to improve students' achievement and character. Remedial learning is generally used for students who experience academic difficulties, and integrating Islamic values is a strategic effort to strengthen spiritual and moral character. Through this approach, education does not only focus on cognitive aspects, but also on affective and spiritual aspects. The literature review method was used to evaluate relevant national and international scientific journals as the main reference in formulating this model. Results show that Islamic value-based remedial learning is effective in improving students' learning motivation, achievement, and shaping their religious character.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze open government research bibliometrics. This research uses a qualitative approach with bibliometric analysis methods. The data used in this research is of secondary type, originating from the Scopus database. Data was collected using the Publish or Perish application using the keyword "open government". The data obtained was then analyzed using the Vosviewer application to obtain a bibliometric map generated from keywords for all papers. Based on the results of this research, there were 160 papers over a period of 37 years. The first open government paper was published in 1986. There were 241,891 citations, 146 h-index, and 150 g-index, which shows that this paper has high impact and productivity. In this paper, there are 137 keywords grouped into 16 clusters. From these keywords, 2056 total link strengths and 567 occurrences were obtained. The keywords that dominate this paper are e-government, collaborative governance, transparency, public participation, and accountability. This shows that global open government research focuses on these concepts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the main issues of open government in Jalisco, Mexico. Jalisco plays a leading role as the only pilot local government program of Open Government Partnership in the country. A qualitative approach and bibliometric analysis method were used in this study. The research data were obtained from the official website of the Government of Jalisco and sourced from the Google Scholar database. The findings of this study indicate that the study of open government in Jalisco is not popular. The topics that dominate the study of open government in Jalisco include transparency, corruption, citizen participation, accountability, and youth. While the latest and potential topics include transparency portal, health system, regulatory oversight, electoral participation, security, tax collection, and digital party. Jalisco is currently focusing on three main commitments of their open government, which include harmonization, unification, transparency, and corruption control in the Rules of Operation (ROP) of social programs aimed at Civil Society Organizations (CSOs); strengthening and incorporation of new elements in the digital platform for citizen participation in the creation and modification of laws; and preparation of an annex of sentences, with a clear and understandable wording, oriented to priority groups. These commitments have the potential to create a more open Jalisco government.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the trend of open parliaments in Indonesia and the Philippines and the commitment of the parliaments of the two countries. This research uses a qualitative approach with bibliometric analysis and content analysis methods. The results of this research show that the Indonesian open parliament study has a higher number of publications, citations, h-index, and g-index, so that it has a greater impact and productivity. Even though Indonesian open parliament articles have higher total link strength and occurrences, the Philippine open parliament study is more focused on certain topics. There are more themes and clusters in the Indonesian open parliament study, and each cluster describes the relationship between certain themes and focuses. Network visualization, overlay visualization, and density visualization generate potential research themes regarding this study in the future. Even though the Indonesian and Philippine parliaments have stated their commitment to support open parliaments in both countries, the Indonesian parliament's commitment has a stronger influence through the formation of an open parliament institution.

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the ability of State Administration Study Programme students at Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University to make scientific papers. A common problem found is the difficulty of obtaining relevant theory in research. This has had an impact on the use of statutory products as a research theory, so much so that it affects the quality of the scientific papers produced. To overcome these problems, mentoring activities are carried out using the Publish or Perish application. Through the use of this application, participants will easily obtain a large number of scientific articles in a very short time. The scientific article can be used as a research theory. Prior to this activity, none of the participants knew about this application. Based on the results of the evaluation, after this activity, the participants will know the functions and all the features contained in this application. In addition, participants have also been able to install this application independently and use it properly. Thus, it can be concluded that this activity has succeeded in increasing the ability of participants to write scientific papers.

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the ability of State Administration Study Program students at UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau to write scientific papers. The main problem underlying this activity is students' limited understanding and skills in writing scientific articles, especially in paraphrasing, making quotations, and reference management. To overcome this problem, assistance is provided in writing scientific articles using paraphrasing techniques (manual paraphrasing and using tools), citation techniques, and the use of the reference manager application (Mendeley). In this activity, the service team collaborated with the State Administration Student Association of UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Based on the initial assessment, not all participants were proficient in paraphrasing, making quotations, and reference management. After carrying out this service activity, all participants were able to paraphrase sentences, quote, and use reference management applications. This activity ended with the creation and publication of a Mendeley manual book on the website of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, so that it could provide widespread benefits.

Abstract

Academic supervision plays a crucial role in controlling and ensuring the quality of the curriculum in educational institutions. The main purpose of academic supervision is to monitor, evaluate, and improve the implementation of the curriculum so that it can meet the educational standards that have been set. This supervision process involves various activities such as classroom observation, teacher performance assessment, analysis of student learning outcomes, and constructive feedback to teaching staff. Through effective supervision, educational institutions can identify strengths and weaknesses in curriculum implementation, as well as develop relevant improvement strategies. In addition, academic supervision also serves as a quality control mechanism that ensures that the curriculum remains relevant to the development of science and the needs of society. The results of the study show that structured and continuous academic supervision can improve the quality of teaching, motivate.

Abstract

Ketika konselor memilih reinforcement sebagai teknik dalam pengembangan dan pengubahan perilaku, maka sudah menjadi kewajiban konselor untuk mempertimbangkan jadwal pemberian reinforcer pada konseli. Pertimbangan ini dapat dilakukan setelah konselor memahami berbagai jenis penjadwalan reinforcement, untuk memahami hal tersebut maka dilakukan literature review terkait hasil-hasil penelitian penggunaan jenis jadwal reinforcement, yakni continuous schedule of reinforcement (CRF) dan intermittent schedule (INT). Data yang didapatkan dianalisis melalui 3 tahapan. Berdasarkan analisis dari 30 hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa CRF cenderung digunakan, terutama untuk melatihkan tingkah laku baru. Idealnya, ketika tingkah laku yang appropriate kemunculannya cenderung stabil, maka analis perilaku atau konselor dapat mengubah jadwal reinforcement dari CRF menjadi INT agar nantinya appropriate behavior individu terkait dapat dimunculkan secara alami tanpa terikat pada programmed reinforcement. Melalui penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan CRF tepat dipilih untuk tujuan pengajaran tingkah laku baru dan peningkatan tingkah laku positif karena mendorong proses pembelajaran lebih cepat. Abstract

Pembelajaran diferensiasi merupakan pendekatan yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan, terutama dalam konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Artikel ini membahas strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi dari perspektif psikologis, dengan menekankan pentingnya memahami kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa. Dalam konteks PAI, strategi ini tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga emosional dan sosial siswa. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Melalui analisis data dan studi kasus, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam mengenai penerapan pembelajaran diferensiasi dalam PAI. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran guru sebagai pendidik dan administrator dalam perspektif Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru tidak hanya bertanggung jawab mengajarkan ilmu, tetapi juga membangun karakter dan nilai moral pada siswa. Peran guru sebagai murabi sangat penting dalam memaksimalkan potensi siswa dan membimbingnya menuju kematangan emosi dan spiritual. Kesimpulannya, peran guru sebagai murabi dalam pendidikan Islam sangat penting untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang cerdas dan berakhlakul karimah.
