Abstract

Adanya lembaga resmi yang dibentuk pemerintah dalam mengelola zakat menjadi solusi bagi para muzakki untuk dpat menyalurkannya di lembaga resmi yaitu BAZNAS. BAZNAS merupakan lembaga resmi yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah dan telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang tentang pengelolaan zakat. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat dalam menyalurkan dana zakat ke BAZNAS Kota Malang. Zakat yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah zakat fitrah dan zakat maal. Pendekatan penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada masyarakat kecamatan Blimbing kota Malang yang membayar zakat ke BAZNAS dan data sekunder melalui data dari BAZNAS Kota Malang. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan masyarakat dalam membayar zakat dipengaruhi oleh altruisme, amil, dan prosedur. Hal ini dikarenakan, seseorang mempunyai peluang lebih besar membayar zakat ketika dorongan sosial yang terjadi di sekitar. Seseorang mememutuskan untuk menyalurkan zakat ketika suatu organisasi atau lembaga amil zakat cakap dalam melayani muzakki, transparan, jujur, tanggung jawab ketika mengelola dana zakat yang masuk dan memiliki fungsi yang jelas membuat masyarakat membayar zakat melalui BAZNAS. Prosedur atau tata cara yang dibuat atau di tetapkan oleh sebuah lembaga amil zakat memiliki tata cara yang mudah dan dapat dipahami oleh muzakki membuat masyarakat membayar zakat melalui BAZNAS. Sedangkan religiusitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan membayar zakat di BAZNAS Kota Malang. Dalam hal ini pemahaman agama setiap individu berbeda-beda dan memiliki nilai yang mereka anut sendiri. Sehingga akan memotivasi untuk bertingkah laku sesuai dengan ketaatan individu terhadap agamanya.Kata kunci: BAZNAS Kota Malang, Keputusan Masyarakat, Zakat Maal, Zakat Fitrah

Abstract

Kolam olak merupakan bangunan utama pelimpah yang berfungsi meredam energi pada bendungan. Bangunan ini memanfaatkan pembentukan loncatan hidrolik dalam prinsip peredamannya. Loncatan ini terjadi akibat adanya perubahan aliran dari superkritis menjadi subkritis. Fenomena tersebut dapat menimbulkan turbulensi yang berpotensi menggerus bagian dasar dan hilir bangunan bila tanpa adanya kolam olak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik loncatan hidrolik yang terjadi di kolam olak bangunan pelimpah Bendungan Krueng Kluet Aceh Selatan secara model fisik. Bangunan tersebut menggunakan model tak distorsi dengan skala 1:60 di Laboratorium Sungai dan Pantai Fakultas Teknik Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh. Observasi dan pengukuran dilakukan terhadap panjang loncatan hidrolik (Lj), kedalaman aliran (y1 dan y2), dan kecepatan aliran (v) pada variasi debit (Q) dengan periode ulang 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 dan 1000 tahun. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 2 seri bangunan, yaitu seri awal (S0) dan akhir (S1). Kolam olak S0 menggunakan tipe United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) III. Sedangkan S1 dibuat dengan menambahkan adversed slope dengan kemiringan 1:2 di hilirnya dan menurunkan elevasi dasarnya sedalam 4 m. Hasil observasi memperlihatkan bahwa model S1 menghasilkan rerata rasio Lj/y1 (panjang loncatan) < 20-40 % lebih pendek dibandingkan model S0. Selain itu pola disipasi energi yang terjadi pada S1 cenderung lebih meningkat seiring meningkatnya Q dengan kehilangan energi (ˆ†E/y1) maksimum yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 42,6 (lebih besar dari yang dihasilkan oleh S0­­). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dasar dan hilir kolam olak model S1 lebih aman dibandingkan dengan model S0.Kata Kunci: Bendungan Krueng Kluet, Kolam Olak, Loncatan Hidrolik, Disipasi Energi, Model Fisik

Abstract

Conversion in Islam is known as apostasy. This conversion is not uncommon, including the incident that has occurred in Beringin Jaya Village, Baebunta District, North Luwu Regency.some are With this, researchers divide into several subproblems including: how is the description of the conversion process in Beringin Jaya Village, Baebunta District, North Luwu Regency? and how to convert in the view of the people of Beringin Jaya Village, Baebunta District, North Luwu Regency according to Islamic law? This type of research is field research where this research is carried out by going directly into the field to obtain data from informants related to the research conducted. This research is presented in a descriptive form with the aim of describing the processes that occur in the field. While the approach taken is a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were abconservation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that religious conversion carried out by people in Beringin Jaya Village is based on marriage, because they love their partners too much so they sacrifice the ir religion to follow their partner's religion. That is by holding a wedding that previously Hinduism converted to Islam. And the process of converting to Islam is before they get married, some convert to Islam after the proposal is accepted and some convert to Islam before the proposal is accepted.

Abstract

Graph theory can give a representation of abstract mathematical systems such as groups or rings. We have many graph representations for a group, in this study we use the coprime graph representation for a generalized quaternion group to find the numerical invariants of the graph, which are the clique number and the chromatic number. The main results obtained from this study are the clique number of the coprime graph representation for the generalized quaternion group is equal to the chromatic number of the coprime graph representation for the generalized quaternion group for each case of  the order.

Abstract

The development of the cultural and historical heritage of the Acehnese people is in line with maritime events in the past. Therefore, currently there is a great need for a forum or place in the form of a museum building to provide information related to the development of maritime history in Aceh. The Aceh Maritime Museum is located on Jl. Ulee Lheue Lama Harbor, Meuraxa District, Banda Aceh. The Aceh Maritime Museum aims to store, care for and exhibit historical objects related to the sea and is also a place for recreation and education which is expected to arouse the interest of the younger generation in studying Aceh's maritime history. The problem identification is planning a functional, structural and aesthetic Aceh Maritime Museum as well as applying the Contemporary Architecture theme to the building. This Maritime Museum is categorized as a historical museum managed by the Aceh Provincial government at the level of a National Museum. The application of a contemporary theme to the design results aims to explore a more aesthetic form for the building and translate the designer's ideas to observers in order to increase the attraction of people to visit it. The concept of the building shape was inspired by a typical Acehnese fishing boat which has 4 corners pointing to the four cardinal directions. The analyzes carried out are functional analysis, site analysis and building analysis. The Aceh Maritime Museum has five floors with a single period and has a building area of 10,166 m² on a land area of 20,795 m² (±2 Ha). The available facilities include exhibition space, audio visual, library, auditorium, prayer room, souvenir kiosk, amphitheater and cafe/restaurant with a capacity of 461 people/day. The Aceh Maritime Museum has a KDB of 12,477 m² and a KLB of 49,908 m².

Abstract

Regional Water Supply Companies (PDAM) play a crucial role in ensuring the availability of clean and consumable water. This study aims to compare the Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) methods—Brown’s one-parameter and Holt’s two-parameter—for forecasting the clean water production of PT. Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda), emphasizing parameter optimization using a quadratic algorithm. The algorithm efficiently determines the optimal smoothing parameters to minimize forecasting errors measured by the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The results indicate that Brown’s DES method, with a MAPE of 3.29%, outperforms Holt’s DES method, which has a MAPE of 3.96%. While both methods are highly accurate for forecasting (MAPE ≤ 10%), the quadratic algorithm optimization makes Brown’s DES method the preferred choice for planning clean water production for the January–June 2023 period.

Abstract

Early childhood is a busy and vital time for maximizing different cognitive skills so children can grow into good people. The capacity and awareness of teachers to take advantage of opportunities in this golden era depends on the success or failure of developing children's intelligence. Applying cooperative learning with traditional game media is a suitable alternative for early childhood education. Teachers must be able to choose and implement learning strategies most appropriate to the early childhood development level. This study aims to determine whether cooperative learning, aided by traditional game media, has improved learning results in Pancasila Bondowoso Kindergarten. This class action study uses observational tools, interviews, and recordings. The findings demonstrated students' enthusiasm and passion for learning and a substantial improvement in student learning outcomes from cycle 1 to cycle 3. The first cycle's learning outcomes were improved by 63% in the second cycle, to 74%, and by another 85% in the third cycle. Therefore, Bondowoso Pancasila Kindergarten's classroom action study on adopting cooperative learning supported by traditional game media in early childhood was deemed successful.

Abstract

Pendekatan konseling keluarga merupakan metode efektif untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah perilaku anak dengan melibatkan seluruh anggota keluarga dalam proses konseling. Metode ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan perubahan positif dalam dinamika keluarga, yang pada gilirannya dapat memperbaiki perilaku anak yang bermasalah. Konseling keluarga tidak hanya memfokuskan pada anak sebagai individu, tetapi juga pada keseluruhan sistem keluarga untuk memahami konteks perilaku tersebut. Pendekatan ini menggunakan berbagai teknik seperti genogram dan role-playing untuk memetakan hubungan keluarga dan melatih keterampilan komunikasi. Peran konselor sangat penting dalam membantu keluarga mengidentifikasi masalah, memahami dinamika yang mendasari, dan bekerja sama menemukan solusi. Dengan penerapan teori psikologi yang relevan, pendekatan konseling keluarga dapat menciptakan perubahan yang berkelanjutan dan memberikan dampak positif jangka panjang bagi perkembangan anak.

Abstract

General Background: Human Resource Management (HRM) is vital for achieving organizational goals, particularly in hospitals where it influences healthcare quality. Specific Background: In Islamic-based hospitals, HRM must align with Islamic values, adding complexity to management practices. Knowledge Gap: There is a lack of bibliometric analysis on HRM research in these hospitals. Aims: This study aims to assess HRM research in Islamic hospitals from 2014 to 2023, identify trends, and highlight research gaps. Results: Research in this area increased notably between 2020 and 2023, with the United States leading. Key themes included hospital management, employee satisfaction, and organizational efficiency. Novelty: This is the first bibliometric analysis of HRM in Islamic-based hospitals. Implications: The findings suggest the need for more research on HRM strategies rooted in Islamic values to enhance hospital performance and healthcare quality. Highlights: Significant increase in HRM research publications in Islamic hospitals from 2014 to 2023. The United States contributed the most research on HRM in Islamic hospitals. Key themes included employee satisfaction, hospital management, and organizational efficiency. Abstract

Mastery of mathematical problem-solving skills based on logical reasoning is an important aspect in supporting students’ success in facing the Computer-Based Written Examination (UTBK). However, many students still encounter difficulties in understanding concepts and effectively solving UTBK-type questions. To address this issue, a community service program was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Pujut with the aim of enhancing participants’ mathematical reasoning capacity. The activity began with an introduction to the Mathematics study program, followed by training sessions on strengthening concept mastery through logical reasoning and practice in solving UTBK questions, delivered by lecturers and students. The effectiveness of the training was evaluated through a comparison of participants’ pre-test and post-test results. This activity was attended by 30 students as training participants. The evaluation showed a significant improvement in post-test scores, with 83.33% of participants experiencing an increase in their scores, and the majority achieving above 60 in the post-test. These findings indicate that the applied training method was effective in improving students’ conceptual understanding of mathematics and their readiness to face the UTBK.
