Abstract

This research is a study of the behavior of the performance measurement strategy. Behavior is related to the participation of managers in setting performance goals that are measured in terms of financial and  on-financial, that can affect managerial performance, with an intervening variable procedural fairness and interpersonal trust. The object of research was carried out at the level of middle and lower level managers in all companies in the Province of Banten and West Java are registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), with a sample of 205 managers. Results of the study showed that the manager's participation in setting performance goals that are  measured in terms of financial and non-financial positively affect performance and managerial and procedural fairness. Beside, interpersonal trust partially mediates the effect of goal-setting participation managers on managerial performance.

Abstract

This research explore the unique hybrid logic that defines BPRS, institutions navigating the complex interplay of market, social, religious, and accountability logics. These logics, encompassing both material and symbolic aspects, are interconnected yet analytically distinct, offering nuanced perspectives on the dynamics within Islamic microfinance. Adopting a qualitative approach, this study focuses on two BPRS institutions, strategically selected to represent rural (R) and urban (U) contexts. Data was gathered through interviews with key personnel, including board members, Shariah Supervisory Board members, and branch heads, totaling nine (9) respondents. The findings reveal that market logic drives profit generation and the development of Shariah-compliant products, while social logic shapes customer selection and community development initiatives. Religious logic influences all material facets, from product structuring to customer relationships. Accountability logic encompasses regulatory compliance, ethical responsibility, and a divine dimension. This hybrid logic framework elucidates the paradoxical practices observed in Islamic microfinance, such as balancing profit with social impact and religious compliance with market competitiveness. Ultimately, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of the institutional environment of Islamic microfinance, where organizations negotiate competing demands to achieve financial sustainability, social welfare, religious adherence, and accountability.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe three major features of the Quranic Translation in Dayak Kanayatn language. Type of this study is a library research because it examines and analyzes printed literature, specifically the translation of the Qur'an. The method used is descriptive-analytical. The conclusion of this study explains that: First, the history of writing the Quranic Translation in Dayak Kanayatn language began in 2012 with three Quranic scholars from IAIN Pontianak and several other members as local language proofreaders. This translation is complete with 30 Juz, 1173 pages, and has been printed in 2,000 copies and sent to several ASEAN and European countries. Second, the translation systematics use a regular translation model, but with added footnotes, especially to explain terms or verses that require additional clarification. Third, the significance of this translation is quite good, especially for the community or individuals who understand the Dayak Kanayatn language.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi Islam di Indonesia mengalami kemajuan yang positif. Hal ini juga terjadi di Kota Kediri yang ditandai dengan berdirinya kantor cabang bank syariah, asuransi syariah dan institusi pendidikan yang membuka jurusan ekonomi Islam. Namun demikian, perkembangan ekonomi Islam di Kota Kediri seperti jalan di tempat. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi pengembangan sistem ekonomi Islam di Kota Kediri. Berdasarkan  latar belakang masalah di atas, penelitian ini difokuskan pada pencarian strategi pengembangan ekonomi Islam di Kota Kediri. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, interview, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Sumber data tidak ditentukan jumlahnya melainkan berdasarkan snowbal sampling. Pemilihan sumber data atau subjek-subjek penelitian akan berlangsung secara bergulir sesuai kebutuhan hingga mencapai kejenuhan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threaths) untuk menentukan stratetegi-strategi pengembangan sistem ekonomi dan bisnis Islam di Kota Kediri berdasarkan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang ada di Kota Kediri. Penentuan strategi terbaik dilakukan dengan analisis quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM). Strategi yang dihasilkan dari pnelitian ini adalah memperkuat peran stakeholder ekonomi syariah Kota Kediri, sosialisasi dan edukasi, regulasi dan kebijakan Pemkot Kediri dan pengembangan produk ekonomi syariah.

Abstract

Sektor perbankan mempunyai kedudukan berarti dalam melindungi stabilitas ekonomi nasional melalui fungsi intermediasi keuangan, yaitu menghimpun dan menyalurkan dana kepada sektor produktif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan kredit, efisiensi operasional, dan kecukupan modal terhadap profitabilitas, dengan risiko kredit sebagai variabel moderasi pada bank umum konvensional berkapitalisasi besar yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2021–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi data panel dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Berdasarkan kriteria purposive sampling, diperoleh 13 bank sebagai sampel penelitian, dengan pengolahan data menggunakan EViews 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan kredit berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, efisiensi operasional berpengaruh negatif signifikan, sedangkan kecukupan modal berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Risiko kredit terbukti memoderasi dan memperlemah pengaruh pertumbuhan kredit terhadap profitabilitas, namun tidak memoderasi hubungan efisiensi operasional dan kecukupan modal terhadap profitabilitas. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan risiko kredit dan peningkatan efisiensi operasional dalam menjaga kinerja profitabilitas perbankan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan hasil belajar kognitif fisika siswa SMP N 23 Pekanbaru kelas VII pada pelajaran suhu dan kalor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner untuk variabel motivasi belajar. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel hasil belajar kognitif dilakukan dengan memberikan tes objektif tertulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata/mean motivasi belajar siswa kelas VII SMP N 23 Pekanbaru adalah 133,06 dan rata-rata/mean hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP N 23 Pekanbaru adalah 60,99. Dalam uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai uji normalitas motivasi belajar adalah 0,441 dan uji normalitas hasil belajar adalah 0,053. Dalam uji linearitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi linear sebesar 0,141 > 0,05. Hasil analisis korelasi diatas menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi person adalah 0,006 < 0,05, sehingga variabel motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar kognitif memiliki korelasi. Hasil analisis korelasi product moment dari Karl Person menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antar kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang lemah.

Abstract

Solder is a heating tool used to melt tenol so that it can be used to connect the component legs to the PCB (printed circuit board). The smoke that arises when soldering contains lead (Pb), this is because tenol solder is a mixture of 63% tin and 36% lead. Lead (Pb) is a heavy metal that is very dangerous for the human body. Lead exhibits toxic properties to the nervous system, hemetologic, hemetotoxic and affects kidney function. For this reason, we need a tool that is able to suck in the smoke resulting from the soldering process and filter it so that it is not harmful to the body. The process of making a prototype of this tool goes through four stages, namely literature study, tool design, tool making and tool realization. The design of the prototype of this tool is divided into making exhaust chimneys, sensors and controllers. The sensor part of this tool uses MQ-2. The sensor readings will be processed by the Arduino Uno microcontroller which then sends the message to the relay, then the relay will turn on the PC fan to suck up the solder fumes that arise.

Abstract

The computer training at the Bina Insani Al Muhyin Naba' Foundation in the village of Pringgasela is a strategic effort to enhance digital literacy and technological skills among students at the junior high school level. This program discusses the implementation of computer training as an initiative to equip students with a profound understanding of computer usage and the latest technology. The training aims to prepare students for the digital era, provide equal access to educational opportunities, and stimulate local economic development. Through an integrated curriculum and active participation from stakeholders, computer training at the Bina Insani Al Muhyin Naba' Foundation in the village of Pringgasela creates an inclusive and sustainable learning environment. Evaluation results show a significant improvement in students' digital literacy, which is expected to contribute to their readiness to face the demands of an increasingly digitally connected society. By combining formal education approaches and community development, this computer training has the potential to create positive impacts not only within the school environment but also in enhancing the overall quality of life and economic potential of the Pringgasela community.

Abstract

Increasing competence is very necessary for SMK students to improve their insight and knowledge in a world with very rapid technological developments. Increasing competence certainly supports students in preparing for the world of work and becomes a provision for higher education with appropriate fields of competence. In this case, the Computer Engineering Study Program of Hamzanwadi University takes a role in community service by providing Internet of Things (IoT) training to support the competence of vocational students. The competency improvement training was given to students of SMKN 1 Pringggabaya, East Lombok, with a total of 40 students. The training provided was in the form of IoT implementation for intelligent homes, in the form of Light Emitting Diode (LED) control as a substitute for house lights connected to the ESP32 microcontroller and several electronic components, while monitoring and controlling was carried out using a smartphone connected to the internet. In its implementation, the method used is to provide an understanding of the knowledge of IoT, and the application of IoT in several fields, followed by trying to practice the implementation of a smart home which is also implemented and tested directly by students. The results obtained from the training show students' interest in IoT implementation and enthusiasm for understanding IoT implementation now.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology currently plays a very important role in various aspects of life, including village government. The use of computerized technology and information systems can increase efficiency, accuracy and transparency in public services. The Menceh Village Office is a place where village residents can gather to carry out various village activities or events, such as socialization held by the village government, village meetings, managing correspondence, and other administrative activities. Apart from that, the Village Office also functions as a place that provides information for village residents. To complete the facilities there, we from the SDGs-Based Village Development KKN, Faculty of Engineering, Hamzanwadi University took the initiative to create running text that can be used to display information or announcements. Previously the Village Office did not have an information board. With running text to display important information at the Village Office, it is hoped that it will be able to help village residents in obtaining important information and announcements from the Menceh Village government.
