Abstract

Ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) adalah salah satu jenis ikan air tawar yang paling banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia.  Ikan Nila menduduki urutan kedua setelah ikan Mas (Cyprinces carpio) dalam produksi budi daya air tawar di Indonesia, hanya saja perlu dipacu pertumbuhan dan tingkat kelangsungan hidupnya dengan perbaikan asupan pakan, dan sebagai alternatif akan dilakukan pemanfaatan limbah roti yang diinkubasi cairan rumen dalam pakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan lama waktu inkubasi  limbah roti terhadap  pertumbuhan dan sintasan benih ikan nila.    Pelaksanaan penelitian meliputi kegiatan antara lain : Persiapan,  Aklimatisasi, Penebaran, selanjutnya pengamatan terhadap pertumbuhan, kelangsungan hidup (sintasan) hewan uji, dan pengukuran kualitas airsebagai data penunjang.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas empat perlakuan dan empat kali ulangan.  Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan penggunaan pakan dengan campuran limbah roti yang diinkubasi cairan rumen sapi dalam pakan memberikan hasil pertumbuhan ikan yang berbeda nyata. Penggunaan tepung limbah rotiperlakuan C  dengan kadar limbah roti (30%) pakan memberikan nilai  pertumbuhan mutlak relatif lebih tinggi.  Hasil analisis ragam ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dengan pemberian pakan inkubasi cairan rumen dengan kadar limbah roti yang berbeda sangat berpengaruh nyata (p>0,05) terhadap sintasan benih ikan nila.

Abstract

Ikan nila salin, yang juga dikenal sebagai varian Oreochromis niloticus, merupakan komoditas penting di Indonesia yang berpotensi meningkatkan ketahanan pangan nasional, stabilitas perekonomian, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Jenis ikan ini berkembang pesat dan mudah beradaptasi pada berbagai salinitas sehingga menjadikannya komoditas yang berharga. Namun, tingginya biaya pakan, yang mencapai 35-70% pengeluaran produksi, merupakan tantangan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak pembatasan pakan terhadap laju pertumbuhan dan efisiensi pakan ikan nila air asin dalam kondisi terkendali. Penelitian ini menggunakan bibit ikan nila berukuran 3 cm dan pakan PF 1000, dan 120 ekor ikan diberi pakan setiap hari tanpa deprivasi dan deprivasi intermiten dilanjutkan dengan pemberian pakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan puasa secara periodik dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pertumbuhan. Puasa menghasilkan peningkatan pertumbuhan panjang bobot harian. Tingkat kelangsungan hidup bervariasi antara 75% dan 100%, dengan kematian awal disebabkan oleh adaptasi dan puasa. Cara puasa berkala yang paling efektif untuk pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup adalah Perawatan D, yang melibatkan puasa selama satu hari diikuti dengan makan selama tujuh hari.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the prevention and control of violence and the management of supervision of violence in the world of education for students in improving the quality of schools. This research used the method of descriptive research in terms of survey research. The subjects of this study were school residents (principals, teachers, and school staff at SD Aceh Besar. To collect factual information is used the interview method. The use of interviewing techniques received positive responses, as well as providing input and effective suggestions regarding the management of violence monitoring in the field of education. The results of this study show that there are several indicators in the monitoring management of violence. First, schools must conduct counseling or outreach and work with the police officer. Next, violence management can also be carried out in an orderly manner and create a conducive or comfortable situation by forming a violence monitoring team, implementing the rules and sanctions, or follow-up when the event of violence. Research conclusions show some internal indicators of management violence supervision: schools should take counseling or socialization and work with government officials such as the police.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and validate the semester learning plan for entrepreneurship courses with spatial-cultural integration based on PJBL. This research was conducted at the PGSD study program at UBBG, Banda Aceh. The research method is research and development. The instrument used is the RPS of lecturers. Some experts validate the RPS, material experts, linguists, and media experts before it is used in instruction. The observation stage follows the rules: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Based on the results of the study showed that the validity level of the PJBL-based Spatial Integrated Entrepreneurship course was valid; (1) Instructions in the Semester Learning Plan affect it easier for lecturers to convey the purpose of various activities to students, (2) The learning method used is by the material presented, and (3) The Semester Learning Plan can be one of the data for the evaluation of the learning process. This means the PJBL-based spatial-cultural integrated Semester Learning Plan for entrepreneurship courses can already be applied. This study recommends that the designed semester learning plan must be adapted to the learning method used.

Abstract

The current phenomenon is that students do not yet have a deep interest in memorizing the Quran, and their talent for memorizing is still simple. So far, teachers only give directions and memorize assignments, and students must memorize verses of the Al-Qur'an and their meanings and interpret these verses. This phenomenon greatly worsens students' interest in learning; rote learning becomes very unpleasant for students. Implementing the Kauny method with the ADLX/Introflex approach can improve the quality of tahfiz learning, especially memorization based on digitalization. Students will be more interested in reading and interpreting it using hand movements and gesture language, so interpreting the meaning of verses will be easier and more enjoyable. They can memorize well and completely according to their experience. The aim of this research is: Students can activate their memory through memorizing and reading tahfiz and kauny methods with the ADLX/INTROFLEX approach. ADLX, or the Active Deep Learner experience learning approach, is a learning approach that combines active learning and deep learning approaches. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using research instruments with interviews, documentation, and rote-based evaluations. The qualitative descriptive research method is a type, design, or research plan that is usually used to examine research objects that are natural or in real conditions and are not set up as in experiments. The research results from several sources show that implementing the Kauny method with the ADLX/Introflex approach is a very enjoyable tahfiz learning method. Student learning outcomes increase by gaining valuable experience and enjoyable learning. This method can even be applied to ABK students. Through its implementation, the quality of education in elementary schools increases because it provides students with experience in memorizing the Qur'an.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Vannamei shrimp is one type of the Penaeid shrimp group that is able to adapt to high salinity waters of up to 50 g L-1 and also from freshwater waters, especially in juvenile to adult stages (Pan et al. 2007). Vannamei shrimp are included in the category of euryhalin organisms so that they can survive differently, this is in accordance with (Daviss, 2004). Vannamei shrimp have the ability to survive in a wide range of water salinity so that technology development for aquaculture environmental engineering can be carried out in conditions of water salinity that are quite diverse. The high tolerance ability of vaname shrimp to a wide range of salinity values is one of the triggers for increased activity of vaname shrimp farming, especially in some Asia (Shinn et al. 2018; FAO 2018). Abstract

Eceng gondok (Eichomia crassipes)adalah tanaman air yang dapat diolah menjadi pakan ikan. baik untuk ikan yang sifatnya pemakan tumbuhan, hewan, maupun keduanya. Jenis ikan yang sifatnya pemakan keduanya adalah ikan Nila, selain itu, jenis ikan ini juga memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi serta mudah untuk dibudidayakan. Tanaman eceng gondok (Eichomia crassipes) eceng gondok memiliki kandungan nilai gizi yang sangat baik dapat dengan mudah dicerna oleh ikan. Pengolahan eceng gondok menjadi pakan, dapat dilakukan dengan proses fermentasi. Penggunaan tanaman eceng gondok (Eichomia crassipes) sebagai pakan, memiliki kandungan nutrisi cukup tinggi yaitu bahan kering 8,05%, protein kasar 13,86%, serat kasar 21,10%, lemak kasar 0,98%, abu 1,65%, bahan eksrak tanpa nitrogen (BETN) 29,16%. Salah satu kegunaan fermentasi merupakan untuk menurunkan kadar serat yang terdapat pada bahan seperi tepung eceng gondok dengan bantuan mikrooerganisme. Salah satu sumber mikroorganisme yang dapat digunakan dalam proses fermentasi adalah cairan rumen sapi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kualitas Nutrisi Tepung eceng gondok (Eichomia crassipes) yang difermentasi cairan rumen sapi. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan menggunakan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Adapun perlakuan yang diuji. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian Peningkatan Kandung tepung eceng gondok yang dimanfaatkan cairan rumen sapi dapat disimpulkan bahwa tepung eceng gondok yang di fermentasi mengunakan cairan rumen dengan dosisng 1,5% mampu menikatakan derajat hidrolisis protein, derajat hidrolisis karbohidrat dan derajat hidrolisis serat dan derajat hidrolisis lemak dan mampu juga meningkatkan kadar protein kasar dan mampu meningkatkan kadar serat bahwa dosis 1,5% yang terbaik untuk dijadikan sebangai bahan baku pakan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore three things related to the use of language in social media, namely: (a) the use of social media language that has the potential to cause conflict in society (b) identify the motives for using social media language (c) outline the basic concepts of idealism in social media language in society . This research is descriptive in nature because it describes or describes the phenomenon under study. The data is in the form of narrative conversation communication through social media. This research is included in the descriptive group because it aims to describe data in as much detail as possible from natural settings. The focus of his research is the use of language on social media that is prone to causing conflict. The results of this study indicate that language in social media does not require speakers and their partners to meet at the same time and place, often does not pay attention to language ethics, so it is vulnerable to triggering conflict in society. The motives for using language on social media are also very diverse, namely satire, expressions of complaint or disappointment, social protest, and jokes. Minimizing conflicts triggered by language expressions on social media can be done with several strategies (1) paying attention to interests, desires, behaviors, or goods, (2) exaggerating feelings of interest, approval, and sympathy, (3) increasing interest, (4) showing identity/group similarities, (5) seek agreement, (6) avoid conflict, (7) presuppose the perception of a number of speaker similarities, (8) make jokes, (9) presuppose that speakers understand the wishes of the interlocutor, (10) make offers and promises, (11) showing a sense of optimism, (12) trying to involve the speech partner in a particular activity, (13) giving and asking for reasons, (14) offering a reciprocal action, and (15) giving sympathy to the speech partner.

Abstract

Student involvement in science learning is very minus if the learning provided is not meaningful and less attractive to students. Conventional learning carried out by teachers does not provide confidence in the learning process has not had an impact on learning outcomes. This research aims to provide descriptive information about comic-based integrated science implemented in grade V of SD Negeri Paya Kalui East Aceh. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The stages of data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of data analysis showed that teachers made integrated science teaching media based on comics, namely by making picture books and having words and colors from the figure of someone who seemed to be talking, thinking, and doing something. The teacher demonstrates how cartoons speak in different tones and voices as if in a story there are many who play a role, but it is the teacher who speaks, exemplifying with different tones of voice and accents. Comic-based integrated science learning has a good impact and provides a unique and fun learning nuance for students so that learning looks meaningful and gives its own meaning to students.

Abstract

Process science skills are an important part of the Natural and Social Sciences, as process science skills can help students understand the world around them, think critically and creatively and can apply their knowledge to solve problems. To achieve science process skills, a learning model is needed that can encourage students to associate material with phenomena This study aims to determine the science process skills and learning outcomes of grade V students by using the PBL learning model on energy materials and their changes at SDN Seuneubok Johan East Aceh. The sample in this study was grade V students totaling 32 students. Data collection techniques use test techniques and observation sheets. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis and science process skills and student learning outcomes obtained showed that the average percentage of the eight indicators of science process skills and the four types of assessment of learning outcomes was in the range of 61%-100% values with good (77.26%) and very good (94.15%) categories, so it can be concluded that there is an influence in the use of PBL learning models on science process skills and student learning outcomes
