Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of school principal leadership and external academic supervision in public elementary school education units in the Neuheun Cluster, Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research consisted of school principals, deputy principals, supervisors and teachers in the Neuheun State elementary school cluster. Data collection techniques use observation and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there is a positive influence of principal leadership on teacher performance with a strong correlation level of 0.696 and external academic supervision of supervisors has a high correlation with a percentage of 85.45%, on teacher performance at Neuheun elementary school. Aceh Besar Regency school cluster. From these results it can be concluded that there is an influence of the principal's leadership and external academic supervision on teacher performance at the Gugus Neuheun Aceh Besar elementary school

Abstract

Corruption in Indonesia is increasingly happening and has an impact on the people. The people must bear the consequences of corruption. The impoverishment of corruptors is considered a new breakthrough in cracking down on cases of corruption. The concept of impoverishment of corruptors can be carried out by confiscation of assets resulting from criminal acts of corruption and compensation for losses caused by criminal acts of corruption. The concept of impoverishment of corruptors is considered capable of providing a deterrent effect as well as a form of reducing corruption.The impoverishment of corruptors in Indonesia has not been implemented explicitly. The implementation of criminal sanctions for impoverishing corruptors is only by confiscation of assets resulting from criminal acts of corruption, the amount of which is adjusted to the state's financial losses. This cannot be said to impoverish corruptors because only assets originating from criminal acts of corruption are confiscated and not necessarily the corruptors will become poor. The impoverishment of corruptors is carried out by confiscation of all objects that are the result of a criminal act of corruption and/or by payment of replacement money in the amount of which is in accordance with the state financial losses taken and arising from corruption. The impoverishment of corruptors has not become a legal breakthrough for law       enforcement in Indonesia in eradicating corruption.Law enforcement officials in eradicating money laundering are still lacking experience in implementing the law, in other words, they lack a broad and in-depth understanding of Number 25 of 2003 concerning the crime of money laundering, especially the provisions regarding the confidentiality of witnesses/reporters and proof of money laundering cases in relation to money laundering. predicate offense (original crime).There needs to be a reconceptualization of the concept of impoverishment of corruptors. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Sasak poem entitled "Presean" by Syaiful Bahri using a semantic study that includes lexical meaning, grammatical meaning, referential meaning, and figurative meaning. The method used in this study is a descriptive method. The research data is in the form of a Sasak poem text "Presean" by Syaiful Bahri. The data analysis technique includes three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. These stages are carried out starting from data collection, formulation, presentation of analysis results in the form of tables to verification. The results of the study show that in the Sasak poem "Presean" by Syaiful Bahri, the most common meanings found are lexical and grammatical meanings, while figurative meanings are not found explicitly. However, based on the implied meaning, the poem describes the traditional game of the Sasak tribe which functions as entertainment as well as a form of ritual of asking for rain. This can be seen in the verse "Pinaq daraq jari ujan" (making blood rain) which is a figurative form, as if the blood that appears from the game of Presean is a symbol of asking for rain. Thus, it can be concluded that a literary work will be more interesting if it is decorated with the use of figurative words, because it can expand the meaning and enrich the aesthetic value of the work.

Abstract

Concrete is a primary material widely used in structural elements due to its high compressive strength. However, concrete experiences a significant reduction in compressive strength when exposed to elevated temperatures. This study investigates the flexural behavior of normal and sandwich concrete beams subjected to high temperatures. Numerical modeling using ANSYS software was performed to validate laboratory experimental results. The analysis includes load-bearing capacity, stress distribution based on von Mises criteria, and beam deflection. The models consist of normal concrete and sandwich concrete beams with dimensions of 200×300×4000 mm. The compressive strength of normal concrete is 25 MPa, while the lightweight core concrete in the sandwich beam is 15 MPa, with a concrete cover of 20 mm. Reinforcement consists of 3Ø12 mm tensile bars and 2Ø12 mm compressive bars with a yield strength of 300 MPa. Two-point loads were applied symmetrically at one-third of the span from the supports. The results show that the load capacity of normal concrete beams at 20°C, 200°C, 400°C, 600°C, and 800°C are 18.982 kN, 10.899 kN, 8.361 kN, 5.059 kN, and 2.348 kN, respectively, whereas sandwich beams achieve 25.327 kN, 12.101 kN, 7.349 kN, 5.436 kN, and 3.354 kN. It can be concluded that sandwich concrete beams exhibit superior load-bearing stability at elevated temperatures compared to normal concrete beams. Abstract

Apresiasi drama merupakan bagian integral dari pembelajaran sastra yang menuntut kemampuan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik peserta didik. Kegiatan apresiasi tidak hanya mencakup pemahaman isi teks, tetapi juga penikmatan dan penilaian terhadap nilai-nilai estetis dan moral yang terkandung di dalamnya. Salah satu bentuk kegiatan apresiasi yang strategis adalah membaca ekspresif terhadap naskah drama, yang melibatkan penghayatan emosi dan pengucapan yang mencerminkan watak tokoh. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan teori-teori dasar apresiasi drama, konsep membaca ekspresif, analisis unsur intrinsik dalam naskah drama, serta perbedaan hakikat antara drama dan teater. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif berbasis studi pustaka (library research). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa apresiasi drama merupakan kegiatan interpretatif dan reflektif yang menumbuhkan empati dan estetika siswa. Membaca ekspresif menjadi jembatan menuju pementasan karena menghidupkan teks dramatik secara emosional dan fonetik. Sementara itu, pemahaman unsur intrinsik membantu pembaca menafsirkan struktur dramatik, dan pembedaan antara drama dan teater memperjelas peran teks dan pertunjukan dalam pembelajaran sastra di sekolah.

Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan Curriculum Vitae (CV) merupakan bagian dari strategi penguatan keterampilan kerja peserta didik Paket C di SKB Negeri 22 Jakarta Timur. Pelatihan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun dokumen lamaran kerja, serta belum tersedianya program pembelajaran kontekstual yang mendukung kesiapan kerja secara langsung. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menyusun CV secara mandiri dan profesional. Metode pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan andragogi melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi, studi kasus, praktik langsung, dan coaching individual. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam dua sesi dengan total 13 peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata dari pre-test sebesar 84,61% menjadi 93,08% pada post-test. Seluruh peserta berhasil menyusun CV yang sesuai dengan struktur dan isi yang tepat. Selain itu, pelatihan mendorong refleksi diri peserta terhadap pengalaman hidup mereka sebagai potensi yang dapat dikembangkan. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan keterampilan praktis, kepercayaan diri, serta kesadaran karier peserta didik kesetaraan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan pembuatan CV dapat menjadi model penguatan program pendidikan nonformal yang kontekstual, aplikatif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja.
