Abstract

Introduction: The elderly are individuals who have entered the age of 60 years and above. The World Health Organization (WHO) classifies the elderly in several categories: middle age (45-59 years), elderly (60-74 years), elderly (75-90 years), and very old age (90 years). As they age, the elderly are more prone to experiencing anxiety disorders that can impact their quality of life. Objective: The purpose of Butterfly Hug Group Activity Therapy is to reduce anxiety in the elderly. Method: This group activity therapy has 3 stages, namely the orientation stage, the work stage with the administration of butterfly hug therapy, and the termination stage. Result: The population in this activity was the elderly totaling 13 people by distributing the "Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS)" pre-test and post-test anxiety level questionnaires. The results of the pre-test questionnaire before therapy were obtained by 4 elderly people with moderate anxiety, 8 elderly people experienced mild anxiety, and 1 elderly person had no anxiety. Meanwhile, the post-test results after butterfly hug therapy were obtained, 1 elderly person experienced mild anxiety and 12 elderly people had no anxiety. Conclusion: Butterfly Hug therapy can provide positive benefits for the elderly who have been intervened such as, reducing anxiety and anxiety, improving comfort, and improving sleep quality. For the elderly, it also helps reduce mind distractions and improves the ability to focus and concentrate.

Abstract

This study examines the urgency of effective educational management in the context of globalization and rapid social change, focusing on the case of Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Ibadurrahman in Nunukan, Indonesia. This study analyzes the effectiveness of Ibadurrahman's educational management through several key aspects: curriculum planning and implementation, teacher quality, educational facilities and resources, evaluation and feedback mechanisms, and community involvement. Despite challenges such as community perception and teacher qualifications, Ibadurrahman demonstrates a commitment to integrating general and religious education, fostering character development, and providing a supportive learning environment. The study concludes by assessing the contribution of Ibadurrahman's educational model to the success of its graduates in higher education and their contribution to society. The findings highlight the importance of a comprehensive approach to educational management that considers both academic excellence and character development in achieving quality education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh bank syariah dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing di era modern. Menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat di sektor perbankan, baik dengan bank konvensional maupun sesama bank syariah, bank syariah harus mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang inovatif dan tetap berpegang pada prinsip-prinsip syariah. Studi ini mengidentifikasi beberapa pendekatan utama, seperti pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk memperluas jangkauan layanan, pengembangan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, serta edukasi berkelanjutan mengenai keunggulan sistem syariah dan peningkatan kualitas layanan yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai Islami. Selain itu, memperkuat citra positif melalui kolaborasi strategis dan kampanye pemasaran yang efektif juga menjadi elemen penting dalam memperkuat posisi bank syariah di pasar.Pemanfaatan teknologi digital memberikan kesempatan bagi bank syariah untuk menjangkau lebih banyak nasabah serta meningkatkan efisiensi dalam memberikan layanan. Inovasi produk yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan konsumen, seperti pembiayaan syariah yang fleksibel, menjadi faktor kunci dalam memenangkan persaingan. Edukasi tentang keunggulan sistem syariah diharapkan dapat menarik lebih banyak nasabah yang belum sepenuhnya memahami manfaatnya. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada pengelola bank syariah untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran mereka, seperti memperkuat citra merek, memperluas kemitraan strategis, dan memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi dalam merespons tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang di era modern.Untuk meningkatkan persaingan di pasar perbankan, penelitian ini menyelidiki strategi pemasaran bank syariah.kontemporer yang semakin kompetitif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan studiliteratur.Ini mencakup analisis berbagai sumber, artikel, dan penelitian terkait pemasaran bank syariah.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bank syariah memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing mereka melalui strategi pemasaran yang mereka gunakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, village apparatus competence, and transparency on village financial management performance in villages in Bandar Pusaka District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This study uses quantitative methods using data obtained from questionnaires, the population in this study were all villages in Bandar Pusaka sub-district, involving 60 respondents from all villages. this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and the data is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, apparatus competence and transparency have a significant positive effect on village financial management performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research has several limitations that need to be recognised. Firstly, the scope of the study is limited, so the results may not be generalisable to other kecamatan or kabupaten with different characteristics. In addition, the quantitative approach used does not reveal other qualitative dynamics or factors that could provide a deeper understanding of village financial management behaviour. Future research is recommended to expand the study area so that the results are more representative for a wider regional context. In addition, it is recommended to add other variables to the research model to provide a more comprehensive picture of the factors that influence village financial management performance. The use of mixed methods can also be considered to explore qualitative information that can enrich quantitative analysis, resulting in more in-depth and applicable findings for the development of village governance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital berbasis youtube terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis eksperimen. Desain peneliian true experimental design dengan tipe pretest-posttest control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes dan angket yang disebarkan kepada 62 siswa, Adapun pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh seluruh poplasi siswa kelas VII (62 siswa) diambil dan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kolerasi yang signitifikan (kuat) antara literasi digital berbasis youtube dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa SMP Negeri 28 Makassar. Besarnya pengaruh literasi digital berbasis youtube terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 28 Makassar sesbesar 61,4% sedangkan sisanya 38.6% dipengaruhi factor lain. Adapun kemampuan literasi digital berbasis youtube siswa diantaranya dalam kategori Sangat Tinggi 28,13%, kategori Tinggi 53,125%, kategori Rendah 15,625%, kategori Sangat Rendah 3,125%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa literasi digital berbasis youtube berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 28 Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the implementation of entrepreneurship education at Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi (UNPAB) Medan, Indonesia, and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) from management and accounting perspectives. The research is based on the importance of entrepreneurship education in preparing graduates with adaptive business skills in the Southeast Asian digital economy era. Theoretical review refers to the concepts of Strategic Management Accounting (SMA) and Management Control Systems (MCS) which support decision-making based on data and business performance indicators. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach at both universities, involving observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of student entrepreneurship programs. The findings show that practical-based entrepreneurship education at both institutions significantly improves students’ managerial, accounting, and business skills. Students involved in business incubators, campus bazaars, and small business operations can prepare simple financial reports, analyze operational costs, and determine business strategies based on financial and non-financial data. In conclusion, the entrepreneurship education models developed by UNPAB and UPM effectively shape competent young entrepreneurs, and it is recommended that similar programs be implemented more widely in higher education institutions within the region.

Abstract

Polemik nasab dalam masyarakat Muslim kontemporer menjadi isu sensitif yang berkaitan dengan identitas, kehormatan, dan otoritas keagamaan. Ketika klaim keturunan, khususnya dari garis Nabi Muhammad SAW, dijadikan dasar eksklusivitas sosial, hal ini sering memicu ketegangan dan ketimpangan dalam relasi umat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran moderasi beragama sebagai strategi resolusi terhadap konflik nasab. Melalui metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dan wawancara, ditemukan bahwa moderasi beragama—dengan prinsip keadilan, keseimbangan, dan toleransi—dapat menjembatani perbedaan antara nilai tradisional dan tuntutan zaman. Moderasi tidak hanya bersifat normatif, tetapi juga aplikatif dalam bentuk pendidikan Islam yang inklusif, dialog antar kelompok, serta reposisi simbol nasab sebagai amanah, bukan privilese. Dengan demikian, moderasi beragama menjadi jalan tengah yang maslahat dalam menyikapi persoalan nasab secara adil, bijak, dan harmonis.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is an important and crucial indicator of service quality and pharmacy performance. Therefore, pharmacies must be oriented towards patient satisfaction and patient safety in every service provided. Continuous improvement needs to be done in order to maintain service quality. Periodic and continuous evaluation is a must carried out by pharmacies. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of pharmacies in their pharmaceutical services to patients. This research design is descriptive quantitative with observational methods through prospective studies. The population and sample were customers who had experienced the services of Tasikmadu Pharmacy from February - March 2025 by giving questionnaires to 100 patients of Tasikmadu Pharmacy. Measurement of satisfaction based on servqual dimensions, namely assurance, empathy, responsiveness, physical facilities (tangible), and reliability. Data analysis using Likert scale. Based on the results of the analysis, the level of satisfaction with services in the guarantee dimension at Tasikmadu Pharmacy is very satisfied with a score of 90.91%, the empathy dimension is very satisfied (90.5%), the responsiveness dimension (89.5%), the physical facilities dimension (88.43%), and the reliability dimension (87.17%). The achievement of a satisfaction score of 89.30% in the five dimensions of service indicates that the services at the Tasikmadu Pharmacy are considered very satisfying by patients. However, it is necessary for pharmacies to continue to strive to improve their performance in providing services to patients, especially in the reliability dimension.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the direct learning experience in tourism destinations on the improvement of students' historical knowledge. History learning in the classroom is often considered monotonous, limiting contextual understanding and information retention. Tourism destinations, such as historical sites, museums, or cultural relics, offer authentic environments rich in historical information and the potential for multisensory experiences. Through a quantitative approach, the study involved students from several high schools participating in educational tourism programs to specific historic sites. Data was collected through pre-tests and post-tests to measure improvements in historical knowledge, as well as questionnaires to evaluate students' perceptions of their learning experiences. Preliminary results showed that students who participated in educational tours experienced significant improvements in their historical knowledge compared to the control group. In addition, hands-on experience in historic locations has been shown to increase learning interest, facilitate a deeper understanding of concepts, and strengthen long-term memory. The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating learning activities outside the classroom, particularly through educational tourism, as an effective strategy to enrich the history curriculum and create a more meaningful and memorable learning experience for students. This study recommends the further development of similar programs to support holistic and contextual history education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis model komunikasi Islam dalam dakwah digital melalui studi kegiatan pendidikan dan syiar di Masjid Al-Kiswah yang terletak di Pekan Sabtu Kec. Selebar Kota Bengkulu. Masjid ini memiliki berbagai kegiatan rutin harian, mingguan, dan bulanan yang tidak hanya bersifat ritual, tetapi juga edukatif dan sosial, seperti mengajar mengaji, sholat berjamaah, muhadoroh, senam, yasinan, pelatihan literasi digital, hingga halal bihalal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dakwah digital di Masjid Al-Kiswah mengadopsi model komunikasi Islam yang humanis, partisipatif, dan berbasis komunitas, dengan memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai saluran untuk memperluas jangkauan pesan dakwah. Kegiatan dakwah dikemas dalam narasi-narasi sederhana dan aktual, serta disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan jamaah lintas usia. Integrasi komunikasi tatap muka dan digital menciptakan model dakwah yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya adaptasi metode dakwah dalam era digital tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai tradisional Islam.
