Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau literatur yang membahas pengaruh latihan fisik terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan ketahanan pemain tenis lapangan. Tenis lapangan adalah olahraga yang menuntut daya tahan fisik yang tinggi dan kemampuan bergerak dengan cepat. Latihan fisik yang terprogram dan terarah dapat memainkan peran kunci dalam meningkatkan performa atlet. Dalam olahraga tenis, kecepatan dan ketahanan adalah dua komponen fisik yang sangat penting untuk menunjang performa optimal di lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka (literatur review) dengan menganalisis berbagai studi, jurnal ilmiah, dan literatur yang relevan dengan topik tersebut. Analisis dilakukan terhadap berbagai jenis latihan fisik, latihan fisik memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan pada daya tahan dan kecepatan pemain tenis lapangan seperti latihan aerobik, anaerobik, latihan interval, dan kekuatan, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan ketahanan pemain tenis lapangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze improvements in science learning outcomes through the implementation of Smart Box media among fourth-grade students at Parangmalengu Inpres Elementary School. This study was a pre-experimental study with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study was conducted at Parangmalengu Inpres Elementary School, with 24 fourth-grade students as subjects. The population in this study was all 24 fourth-grade students at Parangmalengu Inpres Elementary School. The sample also consisted of all 24 fourth-grade students at Parangmalengu Inpres Elementary School, using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a learning outcome test in the form of a pretest and a posttest. The research instrument consisted of 25 multiple-choice student learning achievement tests, covering levels C1 (remembering), C2 (understanding), C3 (applying), and C4 (analyzing). The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis and the N-Gain test. The results showed that the average pretest score was 56.00, which is in the low category, while the average posttest score increased to 93.00, which is in the high category. The N-Gain test results showed an average score of 0.82, or 82%, which is in the high category. This indicates that the use of Smart Box media is effective in improving student learning outcomes in the science subject of energy transformation in fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Parangmalengu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Quizizz-based student worksheets on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students. This is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental design. The independent variable in this study is the use of Quizizz-based student worksheets, while the dependent variable is learning outcomes in Natural Sciences. The study population comprises all fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Pannampu 3, with a sample of 44 students selected using Cluster Random Sampling, where the experimental and control groups were randomly assigned from the entire fourth-grade class. The data collection techniques used included tests (pretest and posttest) consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions, teacher and student observation sheets, and documentation that had passed instrument validation. The data in this study were analyzed using instrument validation techniques, descriptive statistical analysis, and inferential statistics with hypothesis testing. The results indicate that the use of Quizizz-based Student Worksheets has an effect on the IPAS learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Pannampu 3. This is evidenced by the control group’s posttest average score of only 63.18, whereas the experimental group’s posttest average score reached 85.91. Based on the results of the independent samples t-test, the significance value (two-tailed) under the assumption of equal variances was < 0.001, which is far smaller than the significance level of 0.05; in other words, H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, meaning that the use of Quizizz-based Student Worksheets has an effect on the IPAS learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Pannampu 3.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Wordwall educational game on the science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 78 Balang. This study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method through a One Group Pretest–Posttest design. The subjects of this study were 37 fifth-grade students. The data collection technique used a learning outcome test administered before and after the use of the Wordwall educational game in the learning process. The results showed that student learning outcomes improved after the use of the Wordwall educational game. The use of interactive game-based learning media can increase student motivation, engagement, and understanding of science material. Therefore, the Wordwall educational game media can be used as an effective alternative learning medium to improve elementary school student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines the urgency of effective educational management in the context of globalization and rapid social change, focusing on the case of Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Ibadurrahman in Nunukan, Indonesia. This study analyzes the effectiveness of Ibadurrahman's educational management through several key aspects: curriculum planning and implementation, teacher quality, educational facilities and resources, evaluation and feedback mechanisms, and community involvement. Despite challenges such as community perception and teacher qualifications, Ibadurrahman demonstrates a commitment to integrating general and religious education, fostering character development, and providing a supportive learning environment. The research method used in this study is qualitative research, with a field study approach.  The research data is sourced from document and interview data. Data collection techniques were carried out observation, interviews and document analysis. The data analysis technique carried out is a descriptive analysis technique. The study concludes by assessing the contribution of Ibadurrahman's educational model to the success of its graduates in higher education and their contribution to society. The findings highlight the importance of a comprehensive approach to educational management that considers both academic excellence and character development in achieving quality education.

Abstract

The school library is a vital infrastructure that serves as a literacy center and learning resource for students and teachers. However, the library at SMAN 2 Kolaka is currently poorly maintained, dusty, and its book collection is poorly organized, resulting in few student visits. This activity aims to improve the library to create a comfortable environment for the school community and increase student interest in reading. The activity was carried out periodically from January 23 to 31, 2026, through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation phase included a thorough cleaning of the library area to prevent damage to the collection from termites, dismantling and sorting books based on the curriculum (KTSP, K13, and Merdeka Curriculum), and rearranging books on shelves by subject for easy access. The results of this activity showed significant changes in the physical condition of the library, which has become cleaner and more organized. Through the contributions of these 2026 PLP USN Kolaka students, it is hoped that the SMAN 2 Kolaka library can once again function optimally as an educational support facility and school literacy center.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the still simple management of vegetable cultivation at MTs Hizbul Wathan Belapuranga, even though the partners already have potential in the form of tilapia cultivation ponds, school land, and student entrepreneurship activities. The previous vegetable cultivation had not been integrated with efficient agricultural technology so that production results were not optimal. This activity aims to develop a sustainable agricultural model through the integration of tilapia and vegetable cultivation with an aquaponics system and to improve the knowledge and skills of partners in school-based integrated cultivation management. The implementation method of the activity was carried out in a participatory manner through the stages of preparation, field observation, system design, installation, counseling, training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The target of the activity included groups of teachers and students involved in the management of school business units. The activity focused on introducing the aquaponics system, vegetable cultivation techniques, tilapia maintenance, and strengthening the management of simple school-based businesses. The results of the activity showed that 1 aquaponic installation unit had been built in the school environment with the type of vegetable cultivated being lettuce. The results of the activity showed that the aquaponic system could be a means of production, education, and strengthening school business units in a sustainable manner. This activity demonstrates that integrating tilapia and vegetable cultivation through an aquaponics system can be implemented as a model for school-based sustainable agriculture. The active involvement of teachers and students is a crucial element in strengthening the activity's success and opening up opportunities for developing more independent and sustainable school businesses. Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the need to strengthen botanical studies in biology education so that it is not only understood as conceptual material, but also as a means to build environmental literacy and sustainability awareness. This activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of Biology Education students as prospective teachers in integrating botanical studies with the issue of Sustainable Development Goals or SDGs. The activity was held on May 7, 2026, at the Minihall FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, involving 50 Biology Education students. The implementation method used a participatory-educational approach through the stages of preparation, material delivery, interactive discussions, mentoring in developing sustainability-based botanical learning ideas, and activity evaluation. The results of the activity showed that participants gained a better understanding of the relationship between botany and SDGs, the potential of local plants as learning resources, and the importance of contextual, applicable, and sustainability-oriented botanical learning. Participants were also able to develop initial ideas for learning or educational media for botany based on local potential and environmental issues. This activity provides benefits in strengthening plant literacy, environmental literacy, and pedagogical readiness of prospective biology teachers. Thus, revitalizing botanical studies in education can be a strategy to strengthen sustainable education that supports the achievement of the SDGs.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan peningkatan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia murid kelas VIII C pada materi “Mengenal Pidato” melalui penerapan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbasis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing meliputi tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 murid dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model TGT berbasis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar murid. Mengingat adanya peningkatan hasil belajar baik secara kelompok maupun individu. Nilai rata-rata kelompok meningkat dari 63,75 pada pra-siklus menjadi 91,25 pada siklus II dengan ketuntasan 100%. Sementara itu, nilai rata-rata individu meningkat dari 61,33 menjadi 96 dengan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 100%. Abstract This study aims to explain the improvement of Indonesian language learning outcomes of class VIII C students on the topic "Understanding Speech" through the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model based on differentiated learning. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles, each including the planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 30 students with data collection techniques in the form of tests, observations, and documentation which were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the TGT model based on differentiated learning is effective in improving student learning outcomes. Considering the increase in learning outcomes both in groups and individually. The average group score increased from 63.75 in the pre-cycle to 91.25 in cycle II with 100% completeness. Meanwhile, the average individual score increased from 61.33 to 96 with learning completeness reaching 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Gofood feature on the Gojek application affects the food and beverage shopping culture of the people of Tanjungpinang City in the post-pandemic period. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out in two ways, namely library research and distributing questionnaires. The population in this study is the people of Tanjungpinang city with a total sample of 30 respondents. The research data were collected and processed using Microsoft excel and presented in the results and discussion section. The result of this study is that the trend of shopping for food and beverages is slowly starting to shift along with the covid 19 pandemic. If previously people liked to shop for food and drinks by coming directly to the store, now most of them are starting to use the Gofood feature on the Gojek application because they feel it is more convenient. easy, simple, and fast.
