Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants that influence individual behavior in paying taxes and or zakat, as well as examine the service quality of management institutions and the satisfaction of tax or zakat recipients. These factors are reliability, tangibles, empathy, responsiveness and adherence to stakeholder satisfaction. This research was conducted in the city and district of Magelang with a sample of 40 people. This research method uses a mix method, namely a quantitative approach (regression test), and a qualitative approach (case study). The results of the study show that only reliability has a significant positive effect on the level of satisfaction of zakat payers, while the other hypotheses have no positive and significant effect on both the satisfaction of zakat paying stakeholders and taxes. Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and experience to the Papring Village community regarding innovation and natural coloring of papring batik. This activity was carried out with a counseling/lecture model about batik, design innovation, and the advantages of natural colors in batik. Furthermore, in this activity there was also practice in making batik designs and practice in making color mixtures as well as the coloring process. In this activity, the participants who took part in the activity were Papring Village community members who were members of Papring UMKM in Kampoeng Batara. Some of the universities involved in this activity are UNS Surakarta, ITB Widya Gama Lumajang, UNY, and UNIPI Tangerang. This activity was sponsored by BI Jember. This activity is expected to increase the income and economy of the Papring Village community through innovation in batik design and batik coloring, which makes Papring Batik products of higher quality. Thus, it can increase the sales turnover of Batik Papring and further improve the economy of the Papring Village community.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in the Pungsari area, Plupuh District, Sragen Regency, in collaboration with UKM Batik Wijaya and the Sragen Regency Government. The purpose of this activity is to foster green entrepreneurship at a UKM Batik Wijaya so that it can increase the income of the surrounding community while still paying attention to the concept of environmentally sound business sustainability. UKM Batik Wijaya produces batik products that are not inferior when compared to other SMEs. Participation of participants in this activity shows high enthusiasm in an effort to increase creativity and innovation in the production of UKM Wijaya. After the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that it can increase the income of the community, especially those who are members of UKM Wijaya and create a healthier environment in Pungsari Village.

Abstract

This community service activity in Putri Kawung KUBE, Jarum Village, Bayat District, Klaten Regency aimed to enhance environmentally friendly production processes, IT-based marketing, institutional strengthening, and the adoption of appropriate technology to improve the quality of batik products with natural colors. The methods carried out in this service activity include: education about brand awareness and a number of business management skills such as financial management, marketable packaging and promotion; ppractice of environmentally friendly production processes with natural colours mixed with cow bone powder;adoption of TTG heating machines; pstrengthening diversification capacity both diversification of Klaten characteristic motifs and batik derivative products; p quality testing and quality certification of batik marks, especially for natural colour written batik products; TTG on the use of cow bone material in the natural dyeing process in order to improve the quality of anti-fade products ; and p information technology-based business management practices through digital marketing. The result of this activity is the increased knowledge of business actors in Putri Kawung KUBE in order to increase product innovation which in turn can encourage the optimisation of community income and economy in the Bayat area of Klaten Regency.The abstract contains a summary, introduction, problems, methods, results, and conclusions.

Abstract

Background: Fever is a normal response to many conditions, most commonly infection; no other value is defined as fever. Fever generally occurs when there is an increase in temperature caused by an increase in the temperature-regulating center in the hypothalamus. The mother's role is very important in caring for a child who has a fever. The mother's knowledge is needed so that the actions given are correct or not, such as how you determine if the child has a fever and when you take him to a health worker. Purpose: To determine the relationship between mothers' level of knowledge and fever handling behavior in toddlers. Method: This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population of this study was 216 people, with a sample of 68 mothers taken using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique and an instrument in the form of a questionnaire on the level of control and fever management behavior. Data on respondents' level of knowledge and fever handling behavior were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Kendall’s-Tau test. Results: Showed that the level of knowledge of mothers about fever was mostly in the good category, namely 58 mothers (85.3%). Most mothers' behavior in treating fever was in the good category, namely 61 mothers (89.7%). The Kendall’s-Tau test on the level of knowledge and behavior of treating fever of respondents showed a p value of 0.000 or smaller than α = 0.05. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the level of fever knowledge and fever management behavior in children under five.   Keywords: Fever; Fever Management Behavior; Knowledge Level; Mother.   Pendahuluan: Demam merupakan respon normal untuk berbagai kondisi, yang paling umum dari infeksi, tidak ada nilai lain yang didefinisikan sebagai demam. Demam umumnya terjadi ketika adanya peningkatan suhu disebabkan oleh peningkatan pusat pengatur suhu di hipotalamus. Peran ibu sangat penting dalam merawat anak yang sedang demam, pengetahuan ibu diperlukan agar tindakan yang diberikan itu benar atau tidak seperti cara ibu menentukan anak demam dan kapan ibu membawa ke petugas kesehatan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu dengan perilaku penanganan demam pada balita. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 68 orang ibu yang diambil menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku penanganan demam. Data tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku penanganan demam responden dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Kendall’s-Tau. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang demam sebagian besar dalam kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 58 ibu (85.3%). Perilaku ibu dalam penanganan demam Sebagian besar dalam kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 61 ibu (89.7%). Uji Kendall’s-Tau terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku penanganan demam responden menunjukkan p value = 0.000 atau lebih kecil dari α = 0.05. Simpulan Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan tingkat pengetahuan demam dengan perilaku penanganan demam pada anak balita..   Kata Kunci: Demam; Ibu; Perilaku Penanganan Demam; Tingkat Pengetahuan.

Abstract

Novel termasuk ke dalam wacana yang dinyatakan secara tertulis, jadi penggunaan kata sampai dengan kalimat harus berkaitan secara padu antara kalimat sebelum dengan kalimat sesudahnya. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; (1) penggunaan kohesi gramatikal (2) penggunaan kohesi leksikal. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan analisis wacana. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data tulis yang berbentuk teks mulai dari kata sampai kalimat yang mengandung kohesi gramatikal dan leksikal, dalam novel Laut Bercerita karya Leila S. Chudori. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode simak dengan Teknik lanjutan yaitu Teknik catat. Selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode agih dengan Teknik dasar bagi unsur langsung (BUL). Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan yaitu: (1) penggunaan kohesi aspek gramatikal meliputi: referensi (pengacuan), subtitusi (penyulihan), konjungsi (perangkaian) dan elipsis (pelesapan), yang didominasi dengan penggunaan referensi (pengacuan). (2) penggunaan kohesi aspek leksikal meliputi: repetisi (pengulangan), sinonim (sanding kata), antonim (lawan kata), serta kolokasi (sanding kata). Penggunaan Kohesi gramatikal ditemukan sebanyak 28 data yang terbagi atas 11 data referensi, 2 data subtitusi, 6 data elipsis, dan 9 data konjungsi. Sedangkan kohesi leksikal ditemukan sebanyak 13 data yang terbagi atas 5 data repetisi, 2 data sinonimi, 4 data antonimi dan 2 data kolokasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penggunaan tingkat tutur dalam bahasa Madura yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep dalam berkomunikasi di lingkungan kampus. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan tingkatan bahasa Madura (ondhâgghâ bhâsa) sebagai bentuk kesantunan berbahasa (honorifik) yang sangat penting dalam tata krama bertutur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak libat cakap (SLC). Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa kata sapaan nama diri, kata sapaan pronomina persona, kata sapaan gelar akademik, dan kata sapaan jabatan dan pangkat yang dipakai mahasiswa sesuai tingkatan bahasa Madura yaitu menurut macamnya ada tiga (3); bhâsa enjâ’ iyâ, bhâsa engghi enten, dan bhâsa èngghi bhunten dan menurut naik turunnya/sorot sandherrâ bahasa terbagi tiga (3) bagian yaitu; bhâsa andhâp/bahasa rendah, bhâsa tèngnga’an/bahasa menengah, dan bhâsa tèngghi/ bahasa tinggi. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan mahasiswa dapat mengetahui kata sapaan sesuai tingkatan bahasa Madura dengan benar sehingga nantinya bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik dan santun ketika berhadapan dengan dosen atau pun pimpinan di kampus khususnya di STKIP PGRI Sumenep Madura.

Abstract

This study discussed about the use of the Madurese speech level used by students of STKIP PGRI Sumenep in communicating at campus. The purpose of this study was to describe the use of levels of the Madurese language (ondhâgghâ bhâsa) as a form of language politeness (honorific) which was very important in speaking manners. The method was qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using the listening proficient technique. The results of this study found several personal name greeting words, personal pronoun greeting words, academic title greetings, and job titles and ranks used by students according to the level of the Madurese language, namely, according to the kinds there are three (3); bhâsa enjâ 'iyâ, bhâsa engghi enten, and bhâsa èngghi bhunten and according to the ups and downs / sorot sandherrâ language is divided into three (3) parts, namely; bhâsa andhâp / low language, bhâsa tèngnga'an / middle language, and bhâsa tèngghi / high language. This research is hoped that students will be able to know the greeting words according to the level of the Madurese language correctly so that later they can communicate well and politely when dealing with lecturers or leaders on campus, especially at STKIP PGRI Sumenep Madura.

Abstract

Abstract This community service activity aims to improve quality and productivity at Kaliboto Green Institute, an institution that focuses on goat farming, fish farming, and fermented animal feed processing, through the implementation of innovation-based Human Resource Management (HRM). The program is designed to strengthen employee skills, improve operational efficiency, and encourage innovation in the production process. The activity implementation method consists of several stages, namely preparation, training, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The preparation stage includes coordination with stakeholders and development of training materials. In the training phase, employees are provided with knowledge and skills in applying innovative HRM techniques. Implementation involves the direct application of the management practices that have been taught. Monitoring is conducted periodically to evaluate the implementation and its impact. The results of these activities showed a significant improvement in employee skills, especially in terms of time management, resource management, and problem solving. Operational efficiency also improved, as evidenced by reduced production time and improved end-product quality. In addition, there was increased innovation in the livestock and farming processes, such as the adoption of new technologies and more efficient management methods. Evaluation of the activities revealed several challenges faced, including resistance to change from some employees and limited resources to support long-term implementation. Based on the results, it is recommended to conduct capacity building on an ongoing basis and increase support from management to ensure the sustainability of the program. The program has also had a positive impact on the welfare of the local community and can serve as a model for the development of other small and medium enterprises. Abstract

There are several factors that affect the quality of local government financial reports, namely the utilization of accounting information technology, HR competencies, and internal control. This study aims to determine the effect of utilization of accounting information technology, HR competencies, and internal control on the quality of local government financial reports at OPD Kebumen Regency. This study used 21 OPD samples in Kebumen Regency using purposive sampling. This research method is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the use of accounting information technology has a negative and insignificant effect on the quality of LKPD, human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on the quality of LKPD, and internal control has a positive effect on the quality of LKPD. It is hoped that the OPD of Kebumen Regency can maintain and improve HR competence and internal control and it is hoped that the utilization of accounting information technology is used as much as possible in order to produce quality local government financial reports.
