Rasa nyeri persalinan yang tinggi dapat menimbulkan kecemasan pada ibu, terutama pada ibu primigravida. Nyeri yang tidak bisa diadaptasi oleh ibu yang akan melahirkan dapat meningkatkan perasaan cemas pada ibu, rasa cemas tersebut dapat menyebabkan terjadinya persalinan yang lama, sehingga kekuatan ibu akan habis saat persalinan yang berakibat terhadap kejadian perdarahan serta kala II lama. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat terhadap pengurangan rasa nyeri persalinan fase aktif, lama kala II, dan perdarahan persalinan pada primigravida di Puskesmas Magelang Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian desain kuasi eksperimental bentuk perbandingan kelompok statistik, yaitu memberikan perlakuan atau intervensi, kemudian dilakukan pengukuran atau observasi. Hasil pengukuran pada kelompok perlakuan dibandingkan dengan kontrol. Skala rasio digunakan. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 40 orang. Analisis data dengan uji Mann Whitney didapatkan hasil ada pengaruh pijat punggung terhadap adaptasi rasa nyeri persalinan fase aktif, lama persalinan kala II dan perdarahan persalinan pada primigravida dengan nilai p= 0,001. Severe labour pain can cause anxiety especially in primigravida. Many mothers who experience labour have not got action yet to minimize labour pain, If labour pain cannot be decreased, it will cause mother anxiety, that anxiety result in long labour, so energy will decrease that can cause labour bleeding. Therefore it is needed to take action to minimize labour pain. One of that action was back massage that could stimulate endorphine, so the pain will decrease. The objectives of this study was to know the influence of massage towards the decrease of labour pain in active fase, lenght of stage II, and labour bleeding in primigravida at Publich Health Center Magelang Selatan. Quasi-experimental design was applied with static group comparation. The design gave intervention, then measurement and observation was conducted. The intervention group result was compared to control. Ratio scale was used. Subject of this research was 40 person. After analizing data by man Whitney test, here are the influence of back massage toward the decrease of pain labour in active fase, lenght of labour kala II and labour bleeding in primigravida with p value= 0.001.

Bayi lahir cukup bulan memiliki naluri menyusu 20 - 30 menit setelah dilahirkan. Namun, fakta menunjukkan produksi dan ejeksi air susu ibu (ASI) yang sedikit di hari-hari pertama menyebabkan banyak ibu yang mengalami ketidakefektifan proses menyusui. Tidak terproduksinya ASI diakibatkan karena kurangnya rangsangan hormon prolaktin. Teknik marmet merupakan perpaduan memerah dan memijat payudara pada ibu nifas yang dapat merangsang hormon pada proses menyusui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh teknik marmet dengan masase payudara pada ibu nifas tiga hari postpartum terhadap kelancaran ASI dan kenaikan berat badan bayi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-experimental bentuk perbandingan kelompok statistik yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Grabag Kabupaten Magelang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 40 responden postpartum pada September - November 2014. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Mann Whitney U. Teknik marmet dan masase payudara dalam memengaruhi kelancaran ASI secara statistik terdapat perbedaan (nilai p = 0,047). Sedangkan perbedaan dalam memengaruhi berat badan bayi diperoleh nilai p = 0,038 sehingga secara statistik tidak terdapat perbedaan. Pemberian perlakuan teknik marmet menyebabkan pengeluaran ASI lebih lancar, tetapi tidak terdapat perbedaan teknik marmet dengan masase payudara dalam memengaruhi kenaikan berat badan bayi. Vigorous babies have suckling instinct for 20 - 30 minutes after born. However, the fact shows the low production and ejection of breastfeed in the first days cause many mothers have ineffective breastfeeding problem. The lack of prolactin hormone stimulus affects breastfeed cannot be produced. Marmet technique is a combination of breast dairy and massage in puerperium mothers that can stimulate hormone during breastfeeding. This study aimed to compare effects of both marmet technique and breast massage in three-days postpartum mothers on the smoothness of breastfeeding and baby weight gain. This study used pre-experimental design with statistical group comparison conducted in Grabag Primary Health Care, Magelang District. The samples used were 40 postpartum mother respondents on September - November 2014. The statistical test used Mann Whitney U-Test. Marmet technique and breast massage affecting the smoothness of breastfeeding were statistically different (p value = 0.047). Meanwhile, the difference in affecting baby weight gain reached p value = 0.038, so statistically no difference found. The treatment of marmet technique affects breastfeeding smoother, yet no difference found between marmet technique and breast massage in affecting the baby weight gain.

Providing satisfactory health services is a demand for hospitals, including radiology installations at the Bagas Waras Hospital, Klaten, Central Java. Effective communication is one of the significant factors affecting the quality of service to patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between radiographer's communication and satisfaction with information services for patients in terms of respect, empathy, audible, clarity, and humble indicators. This type of research is a quantitative analytical observational study with a cross sectional design. The sample size in this study was 193 samples taken by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then the data obtained were tested by univariate and bivariate (Chi Square) tests. The results showed that the p-value between the radiographer's communication and satisfaction with information services for patients on the indicators of respect, empathy, audible, clarity, and humble with a value of 0.000 <0.05. When viewed from the PR value for each indicator, it is 23,429 times for the respect indicator; 15,385 times on audible indicators; 20 times on the empathy indicator; 16,902 times on the clarity indicator and 39 times on the humble indicator. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between radiographer's communication and information service satisfaction for patients at the Bagas Waras Hospital, Klaten, Central Java, both on the indicators of respect, empathy, audible, clarity, and humble. The advice that can be given based on this research is the need to improve the communication skills of radiographers through training.

This research aims to test empirically about the influence of public ownership, company size, environmental performance, and profitability towards environmental disclosure in the energy companies which are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The theory used in this research is legitimacy theory. The population of this research were 61 energy companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The selection of research sample used a purposive sampling technique with specific criteria, resulted 43 samples with 172 total observations. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from annual reports and/or company sustainability reports. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of SPSS. The results of this research showed that, 1) public ownership has no effect towards the environmental disclosure, 2) company size has a positive effect towards the environmental disclosure, 3) environmental performance has a positive effect towards the environmental disclosure, and 4) profitability has a positive effect towards environmental disclosure.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan perilaku keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan UMKM. Perkembangan sektor UMKM sangat dinamis ditambah sektor ini merupakan salah satu sektor penggerak perekonomian Indonesia. Namun banyak sekali UMKM mengalami kebangkrutan yang seringkali dikaitkan dengan kegagalan pemilik usaha dalam mengelola keuangannya. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan tingkat literasi keuangan dan perilaku keuangan UMKM makanan di Kota Magelang untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh dari literasi keuangan dan perilaku keuangan dapat berpengaruh dalam pengambilan keputusan pengelolaan keuangan UMKM makanan di Kota Magelang. Penggunaan metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif melalui data primer dengan kuesioner dan google form untuk dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian mencapai 110 UMKM yang bergerak di bidang makanan di Kota Magelang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan perilaku keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan yang dimana artinya semakin baik literasi keuangan dan perilaku keuangan seseorang maka akan mencerminkan pengelolaan keuangan yang semakin baik pula dari pelaku UMKM makanan di Kota Magelang. Pada penelitian ini memerlukan perluasan populasi, tidak hanya di Kota Magelang, tetapi juga membandingkannya dengan wilayah lainnya, serta perlunya penambahan variabel lain yang diduga mempengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan UMKM.

Candimulyo District as a durian fruit center that has been famous since the 1980s, during the harvest season, attracts many people/visitors to come to enjoy this King of the fruits. Visitors come from various regions both domestically and abroad. This condition, in addition to providing a positive side in the form of increasing community income, on the other hand also raises problems in the form of piles of durian skin and pongge waste. The urgency of this community service activity is the utilization of durian skin and pongge waste as a form of effort to increase community income, especially in Giyanti Village, Candimulyo District, Magelang Regency. Durian skin and seeds waste that is currently not utilized and becomes a problem for the environment in Giyanti Village, in the form of an unclean environment that can cause environmental pollution and can affect the level of public health. With this activity, it is hoped that the existence of durian skin and seeds waste during the durian harvest season will not become a more widespread problem. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the standard of living of the community through efforts to increase community income. Creativity and innovation are needed that can be done by the community to increase their income, including by utilizing existing potential. The role of academics is to transfer knowledge to the community through introduction and training related to handling the problems faced. The composition of the community service team consisting of food technology, nutrition, and accounting from Universitas Tidar is expected to provide optimal contribution to solving the problems in Giyanti Village, namely by utilizing durian skin and seeds waste into processed products that will encourage increased community income.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penggunaan tingkat tutur dalam bahasa Madura yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep dalam berkomunikasi di lingkungan kampus. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan tingkatan bahasa Madura (ondhâgghâ bhâsa) sebagai bentuk kesantunan berbahasa (honorifik) yang sangat penting dalam tata krama bertutur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak libat cakap (SLC). Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa kata sapaan nama diri, kata sapaan pronomina persona, kata sapaan gelar akademik, dan kata sapaan jabatan dan pangkat yang dipakai mahasiswa sesuai tingkatan bahasa Madura yaitu menurut macamnya ada tiga (3); bhâsa enjâ’ iyâ, bhâsa engghi enten, dan bhâsa èngghi bhunten dan menurut naik turunnya/sorot sandherrâ bahasa terbagi tiga (3) bagian yaitu; bhâsa andhâp/bahasa rendah, bhâsa tèngnga’an/bahasa menengah, dan bhâsa tèngghi/ bahasa tinggi. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan mahasiswa dapat mengetahui kata sapaan sesuai tingkatan bahasa Madura dengan benar sehingga nantinya bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik dan santun ketika berhadapan dengan dosen atau pun pimpinan di kampus khususnya di STKIP PGRI Sumenep Madura.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan bentuk-bentuk konjungsi kohesi grammatika yang terdapat di dalam sebuah novel dengan judul woman at point zero karya Nawal El-Sadawi. Penelitian ini fokus terhadap bentuk-bentuk konjungsi serta fungsi kohesi grammatika dengan menggunakan teori Halliday untuk menganalisa data. Adapun metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis setiap kata, frasa, dan kalimat yang terdapat di dalam novel woman at point zero karya Nawal El-Sadawi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk konjungsi kohesi grammatika yang terdapat dalam sebuah novel yang berjudul woman at point zero yaitu konjungsi Additive, Adversative, Clausal, and Temporal. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi para akademisi untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam bidang yang sama dengan objek berbeda di masa yang akan datang.

This community service activity aims to improve quality and productivity at Kaliboto Green Institute, an institution that focuses on goat farming, fish farming, and fermented animal feed processing, through the implementation of innovation-based Human Resource Management (HRM). The program is designed to strengthen employee skills, improve operational efficiency, and encourage innovation in the production process. The activity implementation method consists of several stages, namely preparation, training, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The preparation stage includes coordination with stakeholders and development of training materials. In the training phase, employees are provided with knowledge and skills in applying innovative HRM techniques. Implementation involves the direct application of the management practices that have been taught. Monitoring is conducted periodically to evaluate the implementation and its impact. The results of these activities showed a significant improvement in employee skills, especially in terms of time management, resource management, and problem solving. Operational efficiency also improved, as evidenced by reduced production time and improved end-product quality. In addition, there was increased innovation in the livestock and farming processes, such as the adoption of new technologies and more efficient management methods. Evaluation of the activities revealed several challenges faced, including resistance to change from some employees and limited resources to support long-term implementation. Based on the results, it is recommended to conduct capacity building on an ongoing basis and increase support from management to ensure the sustainability of the program. The program has also had a positive impact on the welfare of the local community and can serve as a model for the development of other small and medium enterprises.

This study aims to analyze the performance of MSME businesses in the Bahulak Market, Karungan Plupuh, Sragen, from a strategic management perspective. This research uses quantitative methods. Primary data sources were obtained by distributing questionnaires to business actors and MSME owners in Karungan Village, Plupuh, Sragen. The population that was the target of this study were SMEs registered in Karungan Village with a total of 74 businesses. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. This study succeeded in concluding that the production strategy, HR strategy, and development research strategy have a positive effect on business performance. In addition, business actors in the Bahulak Plupuh Market in Sragen still need assistance from various related parties to further develop the business they are running. This research is important to be carried out to encourage the Pasar Bahulak Tourism Village, including that the products produced are absorbed by the market.
