Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kebijakan penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) serta relevansinya dengan tantangan sosial yang dihadapi Generasi Z di era digital. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik Kurikulum 2013 maupun Kurikulum Merdeka telah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter seperti religiusitas, tanggung jawab, integritas, dan empati melalui pendekatan tematik, proyek pembelajaran, serta Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Pendidikan karakter dalam PAI dinilai sangat relevan dan efektif dalam membentuk kepribadian Generasi Z apabila dirancang secara partisipatif, reflektif, dan kontekstual, serta melibatkan peran guru sebagai teladan dan fasilitator nilai. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam dan kebijakan nasional memiliki kontribusi strategis dalam membentuk Generasi Z yang bermoral, adaptif terhadap era digital, dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

This paper intends to analyze the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education and Ethics subjects for grade 5 elementary school students. This curriculum is designed to provide a learning space that focuses on developing students' character and competencies holistically. This research uses the literature review method, including analysis of various literature, curriculum documents, and relevant studies related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in these subjects. The results of the analysis show that Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes project-based learning, strengthening the values of Pancasila students, and thematic and contextual learning approaches. However, its implementation faces several challenges, such as teacher readiness, availability of supporting facilities, and adaptation of teaching materials. Therefore, this study recommends increased efforts by educators and policymakers to ensure a more inclusive and adaptive implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in accordance with educational goals.

Abstract

Perbedaan pemahaman dalam beragama merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dihindari di tengah masyarakat yang majemuk. Mahasiswa, sebagai bagian dari kelompok intelektual muda, memiliki peran strategis dalam membangun sikap toleransi dan moderasi beragama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran mahasiswa dalam menyikapi perbedaan pemahaman keagamaan agar tidak menimbulkan konflik sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research), yaitu dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan artikel yang relevan dengan tema moderasi beragama dan peran mahasiswa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa berperan sebagai agen perubahan yang dapat menyebarkan nilai-nilai toleransi, menghargai keberagaman, serta menjadi penggerak dialog antar umat beragama. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga berperan dalam memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan akademik maupun sosial. Dengan demikian, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu menjadi contoh dalam menerapkan sikap saling menghargai dan menjaga keharmonisan antar umat beragama di lingkungan kampus maupun masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah cara manusia berinteraksi, belajar, dan beragama. Generasi Z, sebagai generasi yang tumbuh di tengah kemajuan teknologi, menghadapi tantangan unik dalam menjaga nilai-nilai keislaman di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik Generasi Z dalam menjalani kehidupan keagamaan, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang muncul akibat derasnya arus informasi, serta menelaah strategi pendidikan Islam yang relevan untuk memperkuat karakter keislaman mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kepustakaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi agama membawa dampak positif berupa kemudahan akses terhadap dakwah dan pendidikan Islam, namun juga menghadirkan tantangan serius seperti pergeseran otoritas keagamaan, misinformasi, dan penurunan spiritualitas. Untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut, diperlukan penguatan literasi digital keagamaan, penerapan etika bermedia berbasis nilai Islam, serta kolaborasi antara pendidik dan kreator digital dalam membangun ekosistem dakwah yang adaptif dan kredibel. Dengan demikian, Generasi Z diharapkan mampu menjadi Muslim yang kritis, beretika, dan berdaya dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk kemaslahatan umat.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial dalam satu dekade terakhir telah membentuk budaya viral yang memengaruhi cara masyarakat mengakses, memahami, dan memaknai informasi, termasuk konten keagamaan. Fenomena ini turut memengaruhi bagaimana hukum Islam dipersepsikan dan dipraktikkan di ruang digital, terutama ketika dakwah dan diskusi keagamaan disajikan dalam format singkat, cepat, dan visual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana budaya viral berdampak terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam, serta menilai peran literasi digital dan pengaruh sosial dalam memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 25 mahasiswa aktif pengguna media sosial yang pernah terpapar konten Islam viral. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya viral berpengaruh signifikan terhadap cara pandang keagamaan, kecenderungan mengikuti tren, serta pembentukan identitas keislaman mahasiswa. Meskipun demikian, mayoritas mahasiswa menunjukkan kesadaran syar’i yang baik, ditandai dengan kemampuan memfilter konten, memahami batasan etika digital Islam, dan mempertimbangkan validitas informasi sebelum menyebarkannya. Literasi digital dan pengaruh sosial terbukti ikut memengaruhi cara mahasiswa menafsirkan serta merespons konten keislaman viral. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konten Islam viral dapat menjadi sarana edukatif yang efektif apabila dikemas sesuai prinsip syariah, namun tetap berpotensi menimbulkan distorsi pemahaman jika tidak diimbangi dengan literasi keagamaan dan digital yang memadai.

Abstract

Di era digital, pemanfaatan teknologi telah membuka peluang baru dalam pembelajaran agama Islam, khususnya melalui kajian online. Kajian daring memungkinkan masyarakat, terutama mahasiswa, untuk mengakses materi keagamaan tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu, serta menawarkan fleksibilitas dan efisiensi dalam pelaksanaannya. Artikel ini membahas peran kajian online sebagai media dakwah dan pembentukan karakter spiritual mahasiswa di tengah tantangan globalisasi dan tekanan akademik. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis deskriptif terhadap kajian bertema Islamic Thinking in FOMO Era yang dilakukan secara daring di lingkungan mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta, ditemukan bahwa meskipun kehadiran peserta cukup tinggi, keterlibatan aktif masih rendah. Faktor teknis dan minimnya interaksi emosional menjadi kendala utama dalam efektivitas kajian online. Namun, kajian daring tetap berperan penting dalam menjaga kesejahteraan spiritual dan membentuk nilai-nilai moral mahasiswa. Kajian ini menyoroti perlunya strategi interaktif dan sistem evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur agar transfer ilmu keagamaan dapat berjalan optimal di platform digital.

Abstract

This article explores the concept of a “House of Faith” as a holistic educational framework designed to build students’ character based on religious values. The fundamental idea of the House of Faith is likened to a school environment that provides a comfortable and safe space for students to develop their faith and noble character through learning activities connected to religious teachings. A religious school environment is created through everyday atmospheres that encourage the practice of worship, the presence of religious symbols, and community activities that strengthen students’ spirituality. Programs to reinforce religious spirit include activities such as communal prayers, religious studies, and social projects designed to gradually enhance students’ spiritual awareness. Teachers and educational staff play a highly effective role, acting as role models and facilitators in the learning process. Their approach to instilling faith and moral values involves interactive methods such as group discussions, inspirational stories, and personal reflection, all adapted to students’ developmental stages. Collaboration between the school and parents becomes a key factor in ensuring consistent support. This is carried out through regular meetings, joint workshops, and open communication that reinforces family values. The impact of religious spirit on students can be seen in increased discipline, social empathy, emotional resilience, and stronger academic motivation. However, implementation faces challenges such as limited curriculum time, diversity of student backgrounds, and cultural resistance. These challenges are addressed through solutions, including regular teacher training, program evaluation, and the integration of technology for distance learning. Overall, the article emphasizes that a school functioning as a House of Faith can shape young generations who are not only intellectually capable but also strong in faith and morals, contributing to a more harmonious and meaningful society.

Abstract

Globalization and modernization amid the strong digital flow have become a huge challenges and obstacles for shaping moral and ethics of the students. There are many students who come to the class physically without having readiness and awareness in the study. Teacher as an educator needs to give an efforts in every process of learning with attractive concept and model to give attention and meaning in the study. Through the mindful learning, it is considered capable of giving full attention and self-awareness while studying which in the end not only gives good quality in learning but also shapes islamic ethics in the stundents. This research aims to know the concept, urgency, and the implementation of mindful learning which is capable of shaping islamic ethics. The method of the research is a qualitative approach with a literature study from various readings such as articles and journals that are relevant to the topic. The reasearch results show that mindful learning is a learning process that emphasizes self-reflection and self-awareness so students feel ready and motivated in learning. It shows that deep learning has a huge urgency in shaping student’s Islamic ethics. The implementation of mindful learning in Islamic education Studies is carried out through the pedagogic strategies that emphasize the conditioning of awareness, active students involvement, and deep reflection of Islamic values. Thus, mindful learning is capable of increasing internal awareness through muraqabah with the involving of students in every learning process.

Abstract

The phenomenon of consumerism and hedonism increasingly dominates modern society, where wealth and entertainment are often used as the benchmark of happiness. A materialistic lifestyle and the pursuit of temporary pleasures lead to moral degradation, weaken spirituality, and shift fundamental human values. This article examines these phenomena from a religious perspective, particularly Islamic teachings, which emphasize life balance, simplicity, and true happiness based on faith. Through a literature review and theological reflection, the article reveals that consumerism and hedonism arise due to weak self-control, lack of spiritual awareness, and the influence of global culture that promotes an instant lifestyle. Religion offers solutions through the concepts of zuhd (avoiding excessiveness in worldly matters), qana’ah (contentment), and tazkiyatun nafs (purification of the soul) as paths to genuine happiness. The conclusion suggests that materialistic happiness is temporary, while spiritual happiness based on faith and morality is deeper and more sustainable. Therefore, strengthening religious values and self-awareness is essential to enable society to live proportionally, avoid falling into consumptive and hedonistic lifestyles, and return to the true essence of happiness.

Abstract

Gender inequality resulting from patriarchal religious interpretations has prompted female Islamic scholars to take a more active role in presenting a justice-oriented understanding of Islam. In the digital context, this role has evolved through the production of Islamic preaching and educational content that is more adaptive. This research aims to describe the transformation of female Islamic scholars' roles, strategies for utilizing digital media, and their contributions to strengthening gender equality values. This study employs a descriptive analytical qualitative method based on Systematic Literature Review (SLR) through library research and digital content analysis, analyzed using a gender hermeneutics framework and Berger & Luckmann's social construction theory. The research findings indicate that female Islamic scholars utilize digital spaces to challenge patriarchal interpretations through critical and inclusive religious narratives, build more egalitarian religious authority through open interactions with audiences, and strengthen the ummah's gender literacy by presenting Islamic materials that emphasize principles of justice and women's experiences in religious practice.
