Abstract

Abstract: The Implementation of the campus teaching independent learning program from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Batch II provides opportunities for students to add insight and gain experience in helping the teaching and learning process in elementary schools. Among the target partners is SDN Kedungluk 2, Candi District, Regency. Based on initial observations and direct interaction with students in classroom learning, it is known that students are less enthusiastic and less motivated in learning, making it difficult for teachers to deliver material. This resulted in the condition of the class being not conducive. That's why the PBL (Project Based Learning) model is applied because this model has proven to be successful in making students enthusiastic and competitive in their learning because it involves more exploration, interpretation, synthesis and information to produce various forms of learning outcomes which apparently get a positive response from students. PBL activities carried out included, among others, compiling a cooperation tree, learning the properties of light, collage of heroes, education about covid-19, providing life skill materials, teaching students to use laptops & Microsoft word. Learning that involves a lot of student activities is proven to make students more enthusiastic in learning. Learning by doing is in line with this PBL learning. Keywords: Merdeka Belajar; Learning Model; Project Based Learning Abstrak: Pelaksanaan kampus mengajar program merdeka belajar dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Angkatan II memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk menambah wawasan dan mendapatkan pengalaman membantu proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar. Abstract

The problem in this study it is the reason why Prophet Khidr repeated his words -You will not patient with me -  to the prophet Moses, even though the prophet Moses was known as the intelligent prophet. This research uses the theory of ijaz and ithnab (brevity and redundancy) in the science of rhetoric. This theory finds abbreviated word types and extended word types. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive through a literature review. Researcher found there are sixteen ijaz sentences including sentences by removing related sentences, five sentences by removing adjectives, one sentence by removing letters, one sentence by removing dispersed words, one sentence by removing the divine predicate, one sentence miracle of delivering sentences. The four ithnab sentences that the researcher found are as follows. First, the expressive sentences by mentioning special sentences after mentioning general sentences that serve to emphasize specific sentences. Secondly, the redundancy sentence is the appendix by bringing up the second sentence which is similar to the first sentence that intends to emphasize the idea of the sentence. Third, verbosity sentences that use the inclusion allowance that serve to explain the previous sentence and which are not yet clear. Fourth, verbosity and repetition sentences that work to persuade the other person to accept the advice. The reason why ‘Abd’ repeated his words to the prophet Moses was not because Moses was stupid, but because of Prophet Moses' spirit in seeking knowledge and allowing him to continue searching for guidance with the ‘Abd’.Keywords: Advice, Repetition, Spirit.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has caused many pros and cons which are mainly represented in the news in the mass media. Therefore, this study aims to observe how the mass media from Arab countries represent their position towards the Covid-19 pandemic through the news they release. In this study, the data is retrieved from Aljazeera and Al-Ahram. To find out their thoughts and opinions regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, the representative speech act framework presented by Yule (1996) and Searle (1979) is used. Meanwhile, the descriptive-analytical method on that news is relied, starting from providing data, classifying, analyzing, and presenting the results of the analysis. The result shows that there are four types of representative speech acts found in the Arabic news discourse, they are statement of fact, assertion, conclusion, and description. The writers represent their thoughts and opinions by choosing certain verbs or cognate objects, either agreeing or disputing some opinions, as well as citing various news sources or events that are considered valid and credible. Moreover, the comparison of the results from the two news sources did not show a significant difference because the language of these two newspapers is the Modern Standard Arabic (MSA).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe teachers’ and students’ perceptions about E-learning used in Minhah's class at the Markaz Arabiyah Arabic course institution. Technological progress is necessary and affects all aspects of life, including education. The influence of technological advancement can be found in the emergence of e-learning as an interactive learning media innovation that can be utilized in realizing active, innovative and independent learning and not only supporting students in mastering materials but also accelerating students in mastering 21st-century learning competencies. E-learning is becoming the right choice to realize effective distance learning. The method used in this research was a survey research method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using observation techniques, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results showed that the Markaz Arabiyah e-learning used in learning at the Minhah Mesir Program was categorized as good in the visual aspect and quite good in the media engineering aspect, with an average percentage for the visual aspect of 79.2% and for the media engineering aspect of 71%. These results indicated that e-learning had a good appearance and features adjusted to progress technology and students' needs in accessing practice questions. However, regarding content and material aspects, Markaz Arabiyah was in a bad category with an average percentage score of 44% each. The category was not good for both indicators because the Markaz Arabiyah e-learning did not yet contain material and was only used as a learning evaluation media.
