Abstract

Penerapan motif Aceh tidak terbatas pada satu atau dua produk kerajinan saja tetapi pada saat ini penerapan motif Aceh sudah banyak diterapkan pada berbagai jenis produk kerajinan bordir seperti pada tas, dompet, sajadah, gelang, kotak pensil, peci dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motif yang diproduksi dan paling banyak disenangi konsumen pada kerajinan bordir, mengetahui motif Aceh yang diterapkan pada kerajinan bordir dan menciptakan motif pada kerajinan bordir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat naturalistik, dengan subjek penelitian enam responden. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan pada usaha kerajinan bordir di Desa Lamnga Kecamatan Montasik Kabupaten Aceh besar motif yang dikembangkan hanya beberapa saja seperti motif pintoe Aceh, motif kacang, motif pucok reubong, dan motif tapak seleman sedangkan motif lain seperti motif pakuk sekhpe, motif bulan bintang, motif bungong meulu, motif bungong selanga dan sebagainya, tidak diterapkan karena pengrajin sangat terbatas terhadap pengetahuan tentang motif-motif tradisional Aceh, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya media informasi seperti buku yang membahas tentang motif-motif tradisional Aceh yang mereka miliki untuk dipelajari. Diharapkan kepada pengrajin agar selalu menjaga dan melestarikan motif-motif yang mereka ketahui untuk dikembangkan lagi sebagai simbol dan kebanggaan masyarakat Aceh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain a complete description of the implementation of quality assurance at the primary school level. Implementation of education quality assurance and improving the quality of primary school education involves various aspects, such as internal quality assurance systems, teacher competency tests, management of educators and education personnel, and self-evaluation models. To realize further research on the development of quality assurance models, especially at the primary education level, preliminary research is needed to map the actual conditions in primary schools. The research approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data analysis technique used is interactive model data analysis. the implementation of the education quality assurance system in improving school quality will be carried out well if all education stakeholders are involved and support quality planning. There needs to be adequate budget support in preparing quality. There are obstacles in the implementation of education quality assurance, to improve school quality. There are ways to overcome some of the obstacles to the implementation of the education quality assurance system to improve school quality, namely being able to improve the results of fulfilling quality, increasing targets that have not been achieved, improving the findings, increasing possible aspects, and setting more quality targets so that each aspect can be followed up and improved to improve school quality.

Abstract

Co-Citation Analysis of Pedagogical Leadership Research: A Systematic Literature Review (1998-2023). Objectives: This study aims to (1) analyze the development of pedagogical leadership research using bibliographical and co-citation analysis and (2) formulate future research directions related to pedagogical leadership. Methods: This study uses bibliometric and co-citation analysis techniques to understand phenomena based on published research. We collected articles from the Scopus repository as it is a significant and credible academic article database. This study collected 126 articles published in English-language journals from 1998 to 2023. Findings: The results show the demographics of the articles collected, publication productivity based on country, and five clusters, which discuss in detail the research development and the direction of future research issues related to pedagogical leadership. Conclusion: Implicatively, this literature review offers several future research agendas related to pedagogical leadership, which are described in the discussion section. Abstract

Gold thread embroidery, or kasab, is a traditional craft in Aceh, Indonesia. It refers to the art of hand embroidery using gold threads to adorn fabric with various intricate motifs. Pashmina is a type of long scarf worn primarily by women at formal events. This study aims to design an Acehnese motif on pashmina through the application of gold thread embroidery, apply the Acehnese motifs on pashmina using gold thread embroidery, and assess consumer acceptance of pashmina products with Acehnese motifs and gold thread embroidery applications. The data collection methods used in this research include applied experiments, documentation, literature reviews, and surveys. The data obtained from the experiments were analysed descriptively, while the survey data were processed using quantitative methods. The results of the study indicate that pashmina model 1 features the Bungong Campli (chili flower) motif on a maroon-coloured pashmina, while model 2 features the Bungong Sagoe (corner flower) motif on a black pashmina. Survey responses revealed that most respondents favored the motif design of Pashmina model 1, which conveyed a sense of authenticity. Regarding embroidery technique, model 1 was considered neater and more elegant. Respondents also noted that the placement of sequins on the black pashmina (model 2) added a luxurious effect, contributing to the creation of a new fashion trend. Furthermore, respondents felt that the placement of tassels on model 2 complemented the motif and overall design. In terms of color coordination, the gold thread on both the maroon and black pashmina fabrics was considered to enhance the aesthetic appeal, adding an elegant, luxurious, and distinct Acehnese touch. Lastly, respondents agreed that model 1 would be highly suitable for formal occasions, with the gold thread embroidery giving it an elegant and luxurious appearance, positioning it as an innovative development in the fashion industry.

Abstract

Melihat pengenalan RDM sebagai sebuah kebutuhan bagi pendidik maka wajib bagi pendidik untuk dibekali pengetahuan tentang Rapor Digital Madrasah agar mutu tenaga pendidik semakin meningkat sekaligus memperkuat literasi digital pendidik. Rapor Digital Madrasah (RDM) dapat dikatakan baru bagi pendidik, pelatihan yang diperoleh masih sangat minim sehingga tim pengabdian berinisiatif mengadakan pelatihan RDM untuk meningkatkan kemahiran guru dalam menjalankan aplikasi RDM. Metode yang digunakan, yaitu pemaparan materi dan praktik. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan selama pelatihan RDM, pendidik merasa terbantu dengan pelatihan ini, respon positif sesudah pelatihan pun tampak dari hasil Focus Group Discussion, mereka antusias setelah dibekali dengan pelatihan yang bermanfaat dalam pembelajaran dan berharap pelatihan RDM tetap diadakan di lain waktu setiap menjelang akhir semester.

Abstract

Learning motivation is an absolute requirement for learning and has an importance in providing enthusiasm for learning, for this reason, efforts are needed by teachers to foster student learning motivation. One of them is by applying the Project Based Learning model. The purpose of this study was to apply the Project Based Learning learning model in an effort to increase student learning motivation in entrepreneurship workshop subjects with gold thread embroidery fan material and to determine the increase in student learning motivation in class X IPA 3 SMA Lab School Unsyiah. The research sample was students of class X IPA 3 SMA Lab School Unsyiah with 35 students. Data collection was obtained through observation of learning activities and tests. The results of the study obtained learning activities in cycle I with an average value of 4.32 (86%) including in the category of excellent, for the results of learning motivation in cycle I with an average value of 91.14% has reached the set target of 80%, then for the results of the final post-test of the cycle I with individual completeness (86%) has reached the completeness criteria of 80%. The research conclusion is that the application of the Project Based Learning learning model can increase student learning motivation. Therefore, the application of Project Based Learning can be applied to other learning.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Baturaja. The data collection technique in this research was through distributing questionnaires to a population of 40 people. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the partial analysis, there was an influence of the Organizational Commitment variable on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Baturaja with a value of tcount 2.097>ttable 2.026, there was an influence of the variable Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Baturaja with a value of tcount 7.738>ttable 2.026, it was simultaneously found that there was an influence of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Baturaja with Fcount value of 31,290>Ftable 3.25. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained was 0.628, this showed the contribution of the influence of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Baturaja amounted to 62.8% while the remaining 37.2% was influenced by other variables not mentioned in this research such as personality, employee morale and motivation.

Abstract

Abstrak            Pengembangan buku panduan sebagai program pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan humas di MTs Manba'ul. MTs Manba'ul Huda menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan humas akibat kurangnya panduan resmi dan struktur yang terorganisir. Program ini berupaya mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan mengembangkan buku panduan humas yang praktis dan menyelenggarakan sharing session bersama koordinator humas Mts Manba’ul Huda. Metode yang diterapkan dalam program ini adalah pengabdian masyarakat, melibatkan observasi, penyusunan buku, dan sharing session.  Observasi dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan nyata di lapangan. Buku panduan disusun berdasarkan kebutuhan dan teori hubungan masyarakat yang menekankan pentingnya komunikasi strategis, membangun hubungan positif dengan publik, dan membangun citra positif lembaga.  Sharing session bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan buku panduan dan meningkatkan pemahaman stakeholder tentang pengelolaan humas yang efektif. Program ini berhasil menghasilkan buku panduan humas yang dibagikan kepada koordinator MTs Manba'ul Huda. Program ini mendorong peningkatan efektivitas komunikasi, membangun kesadaran tentang pentingnya peran humas, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk keberlanjutan program humas di MTs Manba'ul Huda. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Buku Panduan, Humas Sekolah, Pengelolaan Humas.  Abstracts MTs Manba'ul Huda faced challenges in public relations management due to the absence of an official guideline and the lack of a clear organizational structure. To address these issues, a community service program was implemented focusing on the development of a practical public relations (PR) handbook and the organization of a sharing session with the PR coordinator of MTs Manba'ul Huda. This program adopted a community service approach, consisting of field observations, handbook development, and the implementation of a sharing session. The observation phase aimed to identify the real needs of the school in managing its PR activities. The handbook was developed based on the findings from the observations and grounded in PR theories that emphasize the importance of strategic communication, building positive relationships with the public, and creating a strong institutional image. The sharing session was intended to introduce the handbook to stakeholders and enhance their understanding of effective PR practices. As a result of this program, a comprehensive PR handbook was successfully developed and distributed to the school’s PR coordinator. Overall, the program contributed to improving communication effectiveness, raising awareness of the importance of public relations, and offering recommendations for the sustainability of PR initiatives at MTs Manba'ul Huda.  Keywords: Guidebook Development, School Public Relations, Public Relations Management.

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan potensi anak khususnya dalam kemampuan berkomunikasi siswa di Usia 5-6 Tahun di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 05 Medan, Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk berupa media PopUp Book untuk dapat dijadikan sebagai media membentuk kepribadian dan kemampuan Bercerita Anak. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan Model 4D (Four-D) dari Thiagarajan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui lembar observasi kemampuan bercerita, Intrument Validasi ahli materi,media dan seni/layout.  Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa media pop up book yang dikembangkan merupakan produk yang valid dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bercerita anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 05 Medan. Validitas produk ini dibuktikan melalui penilaian, perevisian, dan validasi dari ahli materi, ahli media, serta ahli seni dan layout, yang secara keseluruhan menunjukkan tingkat validitas yang sangat tinggi. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pop up book memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bercerita anak di tingkat TK. Temuan dalam penelitian ini juga menekankan nilai positif media pop up book sebagai alat pembelajaran interaktif, sehingga memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan produk lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Sistem pembelajarane-learningmerupakan pembelajaran yang dalam praktinya memanfaatkan jaringan komputer (network). Pembelajaran melalui mediae-learningsangat praktissehingga dapat menjadi alternatif untuk mengatasi kemandirian belajar pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi penggunaan media pembelajarane-learningpada pembelajaran merajut dalam Mata Kuliah Kerajinan(2) mengidenitifikasi hasil belajar merajut pada Mata Kuliah Kerajinan, dan (3) menganalisis hubungan media pembelajarane-learningdengan hasil belajar merajut pada Mata Kuliah Kerajinan konsentrasi Tata Busana. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa Tata Busana angkatan 2020 dengan kriteria telah mengikutiMataKuliahKerajinan yang berjumlah 77 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel.Pengumpulandata dilakukan menggunakan penyebaran angket/kuisioner dan dokumentasi.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanpenggunaan media pembelajarane-learningdimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh mahasiswa, terlihat dari hasil penyebaran angket diperolehsebesar 49,3% menjawab dengan kategori tinggi, 44,2% menjawab dengan kategori sedang dan 6,5 lainnya menjawab dengan kategori rendah. Pada hasil belajar merajut, sebanyak 97,5% mahasiswa mendapat nilai yang sangat baik yaitu pada rentang skor 95-80 dan 2,5% lainnya mendapat nilai 40.Berdasarkan hasil tersebutadanya hubungan positif antara media pembelajarane-learningdengan hasil belajar merajut padaMata Kuliah Kerajinandilihat dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,008atau 0,05. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,300 menunjukkan bahwa tingkat korelasi (hubungan) antara media pembelajarane-learningdengan hasil belajar merajut pada Mata Kuliah KerajinanKonsentrasi Tata Busana FKIP Universitas Syiah kuala tergolong rendah.
