Abstract

Kenakalan remaja merupakan fenomena yang sering ditemui disekitar kita. Bahkan kenakalan tersebut sampai ditaraf yang sudah diluar nalar dan norma agama. Remaja banyak melakukan tindakan negative yang merugikan baik masa kini dan masa depan. Salah satu contoh tindakan kenakalan remaja yang terjadi adalah perkawinan dini yang disebabkan oleh kehamilan dini. Akibat tindakan tersebut oleh masyarakat sekitar sering dikatakan sebagai anak luar kawin. Remaja pelaku perkawinan dini dengan hamil diluar kawin kebanyakan tidak memahami bahwa apa yang dilakukan sebetulnya tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan baik secara agama maupun hukum serta merugikan masa depan baik si remaja maupun anak hasil luar perkawinan tersebut. Untuk itulah, penulis mengadakan penyuluhan hukum bagi remaja dan orangtua perihal kedudukan hukum anak diluar perkawinan sebagai akibat dari kenakalan remaja di Perumahan Sentosa Cikarang Pusat dengan tujuan agar meminimalisir bahkan mencegah terjadinya kehamilan diluar kawin

Abstract

Islamic law and ethics play a crucial role in shaping sustainable and ethical Islamic business management. Islamic law provides a clear framework for conducting business, while ethics strengthens the moral and ethical dimensions of business decision-making. This research examines the relationship between Islamic law, ethics, and Islamic business management, and its implications for contemporary business practices. In-depth analysis of Islamic legal sources and ethical values such as honesty, justice, and social responsibility reveals the importance of integrity and morality in every aspect of business. The findings shed new light on how the integration of Islamic law and ethics can enhance business performance and sustainability in the complex global economy.

Abstract

This research analyzes the role of Islamic banks in enhancing the self-reliance of micro andsmall entrepreneurs (MSMEs). Through qualitative approach and in-depth interviews, thisstudy explores the contribution of Islamic banks in providing financial services that adhereto Sharia principles to MSMEs. Findings indicate that Islamic banks provide moreinclusive and sustainable financial access to MSMEs, facilitating business developmentand enhancing their self-reliance. However, challenges such as low understanding of Shariaproducts and limited access still hinder progress.

Abstract

Abstract The implementation of Ijarah contracts in Islamic banking faces several legal challenges that affect its effectiveness and acceptance. This study aims to explore these challenges by analyzing the legal framework, regulatory requirements, and practical issues encountered by Islamic financial institutions. The main legal challenges include inconsistencies in regulatory interpretations, lack of standardized contracts, and the complexity of integrating Sharia principles with national laws. This research highlights the need for harmonized regulations and clearer guidelines to enhance the operational efficiency and legal robustness of Ijarah contracts. Recommendations for policymakers and banking practitioners are provided to address these challenges and promote the growth of Islamic finance. This study indicates that the legal challenges in implementing Ijarah contracts in Islamic banking are complex issues that require serious attention. With the right strategies and cooperation among various stakeholders, these challenges can be overcome to ensure Sharia compliance and the sustainability of Islamic banking operations. Abstract

This research focuses on the analysis of digital-based educational leadership skills in public middle schools (SMP Negeri) in the northern region of Bandung City, emphasizing the supporting and inhibiting factors of implementation. The study highlights seven main digital-based leadership skills: Digital Attitude, Leadership Ability, Communication Skills, Social Skills, Team Building Skills, Change Management Skills, and Trustworthiness. Through interviews with school principals, the study reveals that leadership in Bandung City public middle schools has adapted to technological advancements, such as using virtual media to communicate school programs and policies and holding online meetings. The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through interviews with school principals in public middle schools in Bandung City. Data processing and analysis were conducted using Nvivo 12 software. The qualitative approach allows researchers to gain an in-depth understanding of digital-based leadership skills from the perspective of educational practitioners, while the use of Nvivo 12 helps in efficiently organizing and analyzing the data. The findings indicate that principals in public middle schools in Bandung City have generally demonstrated digital-based leadership skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hedonism and the ease of use of the Shopee-PayLater feature on consumptive behaviour/excessive consumerist behaviour. Respondents in this study were residents of a housing complex in Bekasi. A sample of 97 people was taken, using the Bernoulli formula. This research used simple descriptive regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The SmartPLS 3.0 application and measurements are used for this purpose. The results of the study indicate that hedonism has a positive and significant effect on excessive consumerist behaviour. The ease of use also has a positive and significant effect on the excessive consumerist behaviour of the community members. People are not really aware of what usury means, so most people do online shopping with a credit system with interest such as shopping now pay later/SPaylater. An understanding of the legal practice of buying and selling in Islam is required. It is the obligation of the scholars to provide more teaching so that the public clearly understands that anything added to the repayment of the loan is forbidden. Abstract

This study aims to understand the concept of security and privacy in blockchain technology through Islamic economics. Cryptocurrencies have been around for less than a decade, but they have caused divisions among religious scholars. Some Islamic scholars say that cryptocurrencies are haram or forbidden because they are based on speculation. Other scholars claim that cryptocurrencies are halal or permitted because they can be used for transactions that Islam considers legal. The debate over the legality of cryptocurrencies is complicated by the lack of a clear consensus among Islamic scholars. There is also disagreement over whether or not to allow investments in cryptocurrencies. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using structured interviews with a number of respondents, including Islamic scholars and lecturers. The results of the study show that blockchain as a digital security transaction solution with its data decentralization is in line with the principles of Islamic Economics in the non-monetary field, but contradicts the principles of Islamic Economics in the monetary sector because of the obligation to follow the official Government in Monetary Policy.

Abstract

The reporting of the “Fufufafa” account, which allegedly belongs to Gibran Rakabuming Raka, has become a viral issue on social media X and has received national attention. The news can shape public opinion among the community. This study aims to analyze the news of the “Fufufafa” account on the online media Tempo.co. This study uses the Qualitative Descriptive method with a critical discourse analysis approach outlined by Norman Fairclough. Data was collected using the literature review technique to select the micro element of “text analysis”, mezzo “news production and distribution process”, and macro “socio-political context”, then conducting critical discourse analysis. At the micro level, the use of grammar, cohesion, and coherence was found to reinforce a particular narrative about Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka. The mezzo element shows the wide distribution of news through digital platforms, significantly influencing public opinion. At the macro level, this news reflects the complex relationship between the media, politics, and the digital space, which influences social perceptions of certain political issues such as the many accusations against Gibran for owning a fufufafa account. This study concludes that the tempo.co media tends to present news that tarnishes Gibran's positive image, as reflected in the use of more complex syntactic words, because cohesion and coherence focus more on in-depth main issues.Pemberitaan akun "Fufufafa" yang diduga milik Gibran Rakabuming Raka menjadi isu viral di media sosial X dan sorotan nasional. Pemberitaan tersebut dapat membentuk opini publik dikalangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemberitaan akun "Fufufafa" di media online Tempo.co. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif Desktiptif dengan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis yang diuraikan oleh Norman Fairclough. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik literature review untuk memilih elemen Mikro “analisis teks”, Mezzo “proses produksi dan distribusi berita”, dan Makro “konteks sosial-politik”kemudian melakukan analisis wacana kritis. Pada tingkat mikro, ditemukan penggunaan tata bahasa, kohesi, dan koherensi yang memperkuat narasi tertentu terhadap figur Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Unsur mezzo menunjukkan distribusi berita yang luas melalui platform digital, memengaruhi opini publik secara signifikan. Pada tingkat makro, pemberitaan ini mencerminkan hubungan kompleks antara media, politik, dan ruang digital, yang memengaruhi persepsi sosial terhadap isu politik tertentu seperti banyaknya tuduhan kepada Gibran atas kepemilikan akun fufufafa. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media tempo.co cenderung menyajikan berita yang menjatuhkan citra positif kepada Gibran, hal ini tercermin dari penggunaan kata sintasis yang lebih kompleks, karena kohesi dan koherensi lebih berfokus pada isu utama yang lebih mendalam.

Abstract

The education system is required to be able to produce maximum output by carrying out an effective process that is continuous between input, process and output as desired with a better governance system or known as school-based management, where SBM expects schools to be more independent and able to freely develop and improve the quality of performance. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of school management at SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda by using a balanced scorecard performance measurement with four perspectives, namely a financial perspective, a customer perspective, an internal business process perspective and a growth and learning perspective. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Primary data in the form of a questionnaire is used to measure the performance of the customer perspective and the perspective of growth and learning. In terms of performance, SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda as a whole is in the good category. The results of measuring the performance analysis of the balanced scorecard on a financial perspective at SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda show good performance and show financial performance that is economical, effective and quite efficient. The measurement results of performance analysis on the customer perspective show a pretty good performance. Keywords: Effectiveness, MBS, Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Sumber pendapatan utama MTs Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in adalah SPP (Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan) dan Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS). Begitupula dengan santrinya yang berjumlah sekitar 100an, dengan demikian sumber dana Pesantren masih sangatlah terbatas. Keterbatasan dana ini lah yang menjadikan honor pendidik/guru/ustadz di MTs Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in masih terbatas. Kesejahteraan guru pada suatu lembaga pendidikan harus difikirkan dengan matang. Kesejahteraan guru akan menunjang profesionalisme seorang guru tersebut.. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru/ustadz, maka Pesantren perlu membentuk UMKM atau koperasi. UMKM ini perlu didaftarkan agar memiliki akses pembiayaan dan akses bantuan dari pemerintah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in yang terletak di Kampung Buwek Desa Sumber Jaya Kabupaten Bekasi. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan sosialisasi kepada Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren mengenai pentingnya legalisasi Usaha Menengah Kecil Mikro (UMKM) Pesantren, dan selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan terhadap staff atau ustadz atau guru yang mengelola usaha Pesantren.
