Abstract

Education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources; therefore, teachers are required to manage the learning process effectively and creatively. One effort that can be carried out is through the use of instructional media in classroom activities. The appropriate use of instructional media can help teachers deliver learning materials more clearly and improve students’ interest and understanding. However, in practice, the use of instructional media in schools still faces several challenges, particularly related to limited facilities, teachers’ competencies, and supporting infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the implementation of instructional media use, the obstacles faced by teachers, and the potential for developing instructional media at MI Tahfidz Darul Mubin Prabumulih. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by source and method triangulation. The results show that the use of instructional media at MI Tahfidz Darul Mubin Prabumulih has been implemented in the learning process but has not been carried out optimally. This is due to limited learning facilities and infrastructure, limited teacher competence in utilizing technology-based media, and limited time and budget of the madrasah. Nevertheless, there are potentials that can be developed, such as teachers’ creativity in utilizing simple learning media, teachers’ ability in planning learning activities, and support from the madrasah in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) program as a means of fostering students’ religious character and increasing their love for the Qur’an from an early age. SDT Al-Muhibbiin Betung Banyuasin is one of the elementary schools that implements the Qur’an memorization program as a flagship program in learning activities. However, several obstacles are still found in its implementation, such as decreasing student motivation in memorizing, difficulties in memorizing certain verses, and limited variations in learning methods. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of the Qur’an memorization program at SDT Al-Muhibbiin Betung Banyuasin, including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, tahfidz teachers, and students participating in the tahfidz program. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of the tahfidz program at SDT Al-Muhibbiin Betung has several strengths, including competent tahfidz teachers, clear memorization targets at each grade level, and support from the school. However, there are also obstacles such as unstable student motivation, limited learning time, and the influence of external factors. Nevertheless, the tahfidz program still has opportunities to be further developed through improved learning strategies, strengthened program management, and support from all parties in the school.

Abstract

Bahan ajar konvensional gagal melibatkan siswa SD memahami keragaman budaya, khususnya kearifan lokal Palembang dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis digital pop-up book tentang keragaman budaya untuk Pendidikan Pancasila kelas V. Menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, populasi adalah siswa SDN 136 Palembang (127 siswa kelas V), sampel purposif meliputi 3 ahli, 1 guru, dan 6 siswa untuk validasi dan uji small group. Instrumen berupa kuesioner skala Likert; analisis data menggunakan konversi persentase dan kriteria kelayakan Arikunto. Hasil menunjukkan validitas tinggi (materi: 90%, media: 94,28%, bahasa: 92,5%) dan kepraktisan (guru: 100%, siswa: 95,33%), semuanya kategori "sangat layak." Digital pop-up book efektif mengintegrasikan elemen lokal seperti Rumah Limas. Kesimpulannya, produk menjadi alat inovatif praktis yang meningkatkan apresiasi budaya dan keterlibatan siswa.

Abstract

Rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 39 Palembang pada mata pelajaran IPAS, khususnya bab "Mengubah Bentuk Energi," disebabkan metode konvensional dan keterbatasan media interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh implementasi media pembelajaran Genially terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain True Experimental (Posttest Only Control Group Design), populasi siswa kelas IV dengan sampel purposive 64 siswa (32 kelompok kontrol IVA, 32 eksperimen IVB). Data dikumpul melalui angket motivasi 20 butir valid reliabel (Cronbach's Alpha 0.830), dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas (Kolmogorov-Smirnov), homogenitas (Levene), dan t-test independent samples via SPSS 26. Hasil menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan, rata-rata eksperimen 80.91 versus kontrol 75.63 (selisih 5.28; t = -5.080, Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05), menolak H₀. Simpulan menyatakan media Genially berpengaruh signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar IPAS.
