Abstract

Mafqud adalah orang yang menghilang dan tidak diketahui keberadaannya, hakim menentukan kematiannya sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku seperti syarat yang tertera dalam hukum islam yang merupakan pedoman bagi umat islam, mafqud yang merupakan orang yang tidak diketahui keberadaaanya, tidak jelas apakah masih hidup atau tidak. Masalah dengan studi ini adalah pembagian harta warisan kepada ahli waris yang mafqud sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum sebagai metodologinya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum deskriptif masalah adalah perspektif hukum teoretis. Data terkait penelitian ini adalah informasi sekunder yang terdiri dari dokumen hukum primer. Sumber hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier kemudian dinilai secara kualitatif. Hasil Al-Qur'an, Al-Hadits, dan Ijtihad semuanya mengontrol warisan mafqud. Sesuai dengan Ijtihad Ulama, hakim bertugas menentukan pengaturan mafquda ahli waris. Hakim mendasarkan putusannya baik pada bukti otentik dari syari maupun jangka waktu kepergian (penghilangan) orang tersebut, serta teman-teman generasinya yang masih tinggal di daerah asal. Pertama, pembagian dibuat, dan setiap komponen dianggap sebagai ahli. Taksiran ahli waris Mafqud yang sudah meninggal berlaku untuk ahli waris Mafqud yang masih hidup. Hakim yang menyatakan kematiannya disebut hukum mati, dan ahli waris diberi bagian yang paling kecil dari harta peninggalan, selebihnya dipertahankan untuk ahli waris Mafqud sampai ada kejelasan melalui putusan.

Abstract

Disruption of digital technology as part of the industrial revolution 4.0 forces changes in human culture to keep up with the times, including in public institutions. Regulating the digitalization of state finances has risks, including electronic evidence in court that is very likely to occur, given that corruption in state finances is still rampant, requiring legal evidence in court. This research is normative research by examining the existence of regulations related to electronic documents in state finances and explaining how electronic documents are formed. In this study, it can be concluded that regulations regarding electronic evidence have been adequately accommodated, although there is still an asymmetry in the classification of electronic evidence itself. Regulations governing electronic documents in the field of state finances still refer to laws regarding electronic information and transactions. These regulations are considered complete, although, in several regulations in the field of state finance, adjustments are still required to support the use of electronic documents in state finances. Electronic signatures are divided into certified and uncertified signatures, but certified signatures make the presence of an ideal electronic document. This research can be used as input for policymakers in implementing electronic documents in state finance.

Abstract

Market dynamics, both traditional markets and modern markets, are essentially a link in the chain that connects producers and consumers, sellers and buyers, and between business actors and the consumer community. The market plays an important role in the economy, because prices are formed in the market. The traditional market segment has a threat when the modern market dominates and the traditional market cannot compete, namely turning off traditional stalls because it changes consumer habits. Adjacent position between supermarkets, hypermarkets or minimarkets through the advantages they have compared to traditional markets. Along with this, it is necessary to issue a regional regulation for market management. The team from Muhammadiyah Enrekang University then followed up on this in community service activities. This community service activity was carried out as an effort to support the Regional Government of Enrekang Regency in producing Regional Regulations. The activity was carried out offline for seven (7) months, from March to October 2022. The result of this activity was the birth of the Enrekang Regency Regional Regulation Concerning Market Management.

Abstract

 AbstractNot only does Halal certification provide superior legal protection for Muslim consumers' rights to non-halal products, but it also increases the selling value of business actors' products because consumers are more willing to buy goods from them. Inconsistencies in the halal value chain will result from the use of different local halal value chain standards, particularly logistics that are not aligned with international halal logistics standards. The purpose of this study is to explain the application of halal value chain management to processed bakery and chake products in Padangsidimpuan City using an empirical descriptive approach. The following processes are included in the implementation of halal value chain management for halal-certified bakery and chake products in Padangsidimpuan City: a. purchasing, b. acceptance, c. production, d. warehousing, e. distribution, and f. the product is not used up. That the majority of bakery and chake businesses have implemented halal value chain management in their operations. Furthermore, all stakeholders in the halal certification process receive valuable input.

Abstract

Seiring dengan sejarah perkembangan penyelenggaran perpustakaan dan literasi Indonesia tidak terlepas dari perkembangan peradaban khususnya dalam pembelajaran umat manusia terkhusus di era Industri 4.0, terdapat banyak lahir lembaga yang menjadi tempat akumulasi rekaman pengetahuan manusia berbagai zaman. Lembaga inilah yang kemudian dikenal sebagai perpustakaan. Merekam pengetahuan merupakan awal dari terbentuknya perpustakaan. Seiring dengan hal tersebut, maka perlu dilahirkan sebuah aturan di Daerah guna penyelenggaraan Perpustakaan dan menggalakkan gerakan literasi. Tim dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang kemudian menindaklanjuti hal tersebut dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat ini dilaksanakan  sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mendukung Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Enrekang dalam melahirkan Peraturan Daerah terkait Perpustakaan dan Literasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara luring selama tujuh (7) bulan, yaitu dari bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2021. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu lahirnya Peraturan Daerah Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Perpustakaan dan Gerakan Literasi Kabupaten Enrekang.

Abstract

Humans naturally tend to have fun, and love for many wives, children and possessions. This has been described by Allah Almighty in His Word, Surah Al Imran verse 14; "It is made to feel beautiful in the human view of love for what is desired, in the form of women, children, accumulated property in the form of gold and silver, selected horses, farm animals and fields. That is the pleasure of living in the world, and beside Allah is a good place to return ". This verse, can be interpreted as an explanation that the tendency towards pleasure is indeed the nature of man. Therefore, it is certain that he is motivated to try to be rich and so forth. Whereas banning this natural urge is a violation both in the eyes of Islam and applicable law. As for Islam, it has regulated how humans obtain wealth according to the level of needs and abilities and how they use it so that their wealth will be useful for religion, the world.

Abstract

Humans (both teachers or learners) as the subject of education in nature is a creature who can think and be critical and able to read and change the reality of the world. Long before these teachings of Islam had earlier delivered it. The idea of liberalism (liberation) in education is the efforts to liberate human beings from the educational system is verbal, all naive, boring, and authoritarian cultures dictate and rule. Such educational practices can kill the critical and creative power of man himself. Therefore, such education should be abolished and replaced with the concept of education in accordance with the human character who has the instinct or the basis of freedom. While in Islamic education the essential concept of freedom must be in accordance with the value in the concept of Islam oriented not only to the world but also to achieve success, happiness, and prosperity in the afterlife.

Abstract

The research was aimed to study and determine the influence and dosage of the best water hyacinth compost on the growth and yield of shallot on red yellow podzolic soil. The research was carried out in Kalimas village, sub-district of Sungai Kakap, district of Kubu Raya from 20 July to 20 September 2017. This research used Completely Randomizied Design with five levels of water hyacinth compost treatment with five repetitions. Treatments consisted of m1=160g/polybag compost water hyacinth equivalent to 5 tons/ha, m2=320g/polybag compost water hyacinth equivalent to 10 tons/ha, m3=480g/polybag compost water hyacinth equivalent to 15 tons/ha, m4=640g/polybag compost water hyacinth equivalent to 20 tons/ha, m5=800g/polybag compost water hyacinth equivalent to 25 tons/ha. Observational variables were plant height, number of leaves, number of leaves/bulbs, number of bulbs, fresh weight /bulbs, fresh weight of bulbs, and dry weigh of bulbs per hill. The results showed that bengir water hyacinth compost had significant effect on plant height and leaf number at age 6 MST dan 8 MST, number of leaf/bulbs, number of bulbs and number of bulbs count, whereas in variable of plant height and number of leaf at age 2 MST and 4 MST, fresh weight/bulbs, fresh weight of bulbs and weight dry bulbs winds have no real effect. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that the best dosage of hyacinth compost provision which can increase the growht and yield of shallot plant in red yellow podzolic soil is 640 g/polybag or equal to 20 ton/ha of organic material with yield of 5,38 ton/ha.Keywords : Red yellow podzolic soil, water hyacinth compost, shallot.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 9 Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 9 Konawe Selatan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penentuan subjek dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIIIB dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 28 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Jawaban siswa kemudian dianalisis untuk mendapatkan gambaran kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas VIIIB yang berada pada kategori baik sebanyak 5 orang siswa atau 17,85%, kategori cukup sebanyak 20 orang siswa atau 71,42%, kategori kurang sebanyak 3 orang siswa atau 10,17%, dengan rata-rata nilai indicator yaitu 50,60. Secara umum kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas VIIIB SMP Negeri 9 Konawe Selatan berada pada kategori cukup.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 02 Rumbia; (2) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 02 Rumbia; (3) Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kemandirian belajar siswa terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 02 Rumbia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 02 Rumbia tahun ajaran 2021/2022 semester ganjil berjumlah 202 siswa. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 51 siswa. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen angket kemandirian belajar dan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kemandirian belajar terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 02 Rumbia yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig.α = 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05).
