Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management and development of scout extracurricular activities at SMAN Surulangun, Musi Rawas Utara District. The research subjects consisted of 3 informants. The main informant consisted of 1 person, namely the scout extracurricular coach, the key informant consisted of 1 person, namely the head of SMA Negeri Surulangun, and additional informants consisted of 1 person, namely a student of SMA Negeri Surulangun. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection method using triangulation. The results showed that SMAN Surulangun had carried out the management and development of extracurricular activities well, which consisted of planning, staffing and personnel management, and financial budgeting. The planning begins with the formation of an organizational structure for the scout extracurricular management so that each manager works according to their respective main duties and functions. Furthermore, making short, medium, and long term work programs so that scout extracurricular activities are directed according to the goals to be achieved. In the process of achieving the planned program objectives, cooperation from various parties is needed, for example, cooperation in the form of sponsorship of activities. At the Staff and Personnel Arrangement stage, recruited coaches must have a certificate of at least Basic Advanced Course (KMD) while for activity managers, at least they have been appointed as Bantara enforcers. At the Financial Budgeting stage, the main source of funds obtained by current managers or schools in organizing scout extracurricular activities at SMAN Surulangun is BOS funds. The form of accountability for the manager/trainer is to make and compile an accountability report (LPJ) for the scout extracurricular activity development program at the end of each activity and at the end of each management session during the deliberations of the troop which is intended for the school principal as kamabigus.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the role of scouting extracurricular at SMAN Surulangun, Musi Rawas Utara district is unknown in developing student attitudes. This research was conducted to know the role of extracurricular scouting at SMAN Surulangun, Musi Rawas Utara district in developing the attitudes of students in grades X, XI, and XII. The research method used is a survey method with exploratory purposes. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The subjects in this study were 37 students at SMAN Surulangun. The results showed that the role of extracurricular scouting in developing the attitudes of SMAN Surulangun students, as many as 17 respondents (46%) were included in the good category and 20 respondents (54%) were included in the very good category. This means that scouting extracurricular activities affect the positive character of students such as the character of discipline, responsibility, independence, and honesty, scouting extracurricular activities has an important role in growing these characters because scouting extracurricular activities are considered interesting activities for students so that through scouting extracurricular activities students can be easily trained and accustomed to discipline, responsibility, independence, and honesty by complying with the established rules.

Abstract

Vocational High School students are students who are required to independently produce innovative products, so they are ready to jump in the world of work. The product of a good project is a product produced from students who have creative thinking skills, so the purpose of research is to measure students' perception of the Project ased Learning (PjBL) learning model by developing creative thinking skills. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with longitudinal survey case studies. The subject of this study is a student of SMK N 3 Lubuklinggau City on the subject of Broad-Based Network Technology. Data collection techniques use questionnaire sheets and student perception interview sheets. Data analysis on questionnaires using descriptive analysis and interview results are analyzed by reducing questions and answers that are in accordance with the focus of the research. The results showed that students' perception of the Project ased Learning (PjBL) learning model by developing creative thinking skills got a score of 81% with a good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discover student creativity during project-based online learning. The researchers illustrated how project-based online learning was implemented in Taxonomy Course and how this learning could develop the creativity of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution on student projects using a descriptive quantitative approach as the method of study. The subjects of this study were 22 UNPARI students, specifically from the Biology Education study program, with 22 female students and one male student. As a data collection technique, documentation was used in the form of student projects. A descriptive statistic was used to perform quantitative data analysis.  The data was collected using the creativity rubric and analyzed so that the results could be converted into percent (%) from each indicator. According to the findings of this study, 5 students have a very high level of creativity, 14 students have a high level of creativity, and 3 students have a moderate level of creativity.
