Abstract

Humanistic theory is famous for its view that humans are humans, meaning that humans are living creatures created by the Creator who have their own nature to stand on this earth. In addition, this theory is characterized by an effort to observe individual or student behavior from the angle of the student or the culprit, not from the teacher or observer. This scientific article was prepared using the systematic literature review (SLR) method. The SLR method is used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research with the topic area of the phenomenon of interest. Researchers selected 7 articles that were related to the keywords used from 2015 to 2023. Educational transformation that combines technological axiology and humanistic values in digital learning is a positive step to form a generation that is technologically intelligent and also equipped with strong human values. This kind of education is expected to create individuals who are able to face future challenges wisely and contribute positively to the global community.

Abstract

Professional teachers are the main determinants of educational success. One indicator of teacher professional competence is the ability to manage teaching and learning programs using the use of information technology. The reality of teacher professionalism in the learning process at this time is still diverse, one of which is that teachers have not been able to show good performance. To measure teacher performance, supervision is carried out by the principal, as one of the steps to monitor and provide direct follow-up on the teacher's performance. Based on the findings of the researchers, it is known that the inability of teachers to show good performance is influenced by the lack of information, design, implementation in improving the professional performance of teachers, especially in teacher competencies based on google form, for this reason teacher competency training is needed. This research uses the method method (SLR). regarding research methods: "Literature" which means it is a critical analysis of the research that is being carried out on a special topic or in the form of a question to a part of science. helps us in compiling a framework that is in accordance with the theory, findings, and results of previous research in solving the problem formulation in the research that we make. The SLR method is used to identify, review, evaluate and interpret all available research with the topic area of the phenomenon of interest, with specific relevant research questions. With the use of the SLR Method, a systematic review and identification of journals can be carried out. The results that researchers find are basically training is a series that guides, guides and develops something that previously did not know to be known by someone, the hope is that the training of google foam-based teacher competencies can support teacher performance as a driving force in the successful implementation of learning

Abstract

Teachers are the main component in the learning process at school that determines the success of their students. The learning process occurs when interaction between teachers and students or vice versa is produced by changes in behavior in the form of new knowledge, strengthening insight and experience. The utilization of digital media in learning is required to be able to have an impact on the development of the alpha generation who are most familiar with the internet of all time. this research uses the literarure review method to thoroughly explore the effect of digital game-based learning media to improve the psychomotor abilities of the alpha generation. There are 10 journals used by researchers, most of the studies were conducted in Indonesia. The results of the research on the use of digital technology in learning have opened up new opportunities to improve interactivity, engagement and learning effectiveness. Alpha generation, born in the era of advanced digital technology, has high adaptability to technology. This allows them to more easily adapt to digital-based learning.

Abstract

In the learning process, good student learning motivation is created by the use of engaging learning media. When students become motivated, it will enhance their independence in learning, which in turn will lead to better learning outcomes. This research aims to conduct a literature review to explore the influence of using Learning Management Systems (LMS) on students' independence and learning outcomes. Additionally, the study seeks to identify alternative LMS platforms besides Moodle, Edmodo, and Google Classroom, which are widely used among educators in Indonesia. The research employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which aims to identify, assess, and interpret all evidence from previous studies to find solutions to existing problems. The data collected from this research indicate that e-learning using LMS has been proven to enhance students' academic achievement and learning independence. Apart from Edmodo, Moodle, and Google Classroom, there are many other LMS platforms that educators can explore, such as Canvas LMS, which is equally attractive as other LMS platforms

Abstract

This research aims to examine the development of effective technology-based adaptive learning modules to support the learning of students with special needs in the context of inclusive education. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study identifies, evaluates and interprets evidence from previous research related to the development of adaptive modules. The results show that educational technology, particularly adaptive learning modules, has an important role in improving access and quality of education for students with special needs. The results show that educational technology, particularly adaptive learning modules, has an important role in improving access to and quality of education for students with special needs. Adaptive modules allow for the customization of learning materials, methods and pace according to students' individual needs, which can improve their learning effectiveness and learning outcomes. This training can improve teachers' understanding of interventions for students with special needs and help them design adaptive learning services. It is hoped that the results of this study can make a significant contribution to the development of inclusive education in Indonesia and improve the quality of education for students with special needs through the use of adaptive technology

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Game-Based Learning (GBL) on students' learning motivation in the digital era. The research design applied is in the form of a literature review, which collects data from various relevant national and international journals. Game-Based Learning (GBL) is an innovative teaching method that integrates game elements to create interactive, enjoyable, and effective learning experiences. The results indicated that GBL enhances intrinsic motivation among students, promotes active engagement, and develops 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving. Tools such as Kahoot, Educandy, and Minecraft: Education Edition have been found to create an interactive and fun learning environment. The implementation of GBL is still hampered by issues such as the lack of technological infrastructures in schools and the lack of teacher training to integrate technology and games into the learning process in Indonesia. This study argues that overcoming these challenges will, therefore, make GBL effective in enhancing the quality of Indonesian education and in preparing children to face challenges in this digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of diffusion of innovations in digital-based learning motivation on learners' learning outcomes, particularly in the context of Social Studies learning using the EdApp platform. By adapting the diffusion of innovation theory developed by Everett Rogers, this research identifies effective ways to encourage technology adoption by educators and learners. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves collecting and analyzing relevant articles published between 2010 and 2024. The results of the review show that the application of educational technology can improve learners' learning motivation and learning outcomes, by considering the factors that influence the adoption of technology in the learning process. This research is expected to provide insights for educators in designing a more effective and engaging digital learning system.
