Abstract

Dynamic changes in the digital era demand an educational approach that is responsive to student needs and the demands of an increasingly connected society. Lack of student involvement can be an obstacle to achieving learning goals that are holistic and relevant to technological developments. Therefore, there is an urgency to understand and optimize youth participation in Society 5.0 through innovative education. This research aims to investigate the positive impact of innovative education on youth participation in Society 5.0. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research uses data from previous research and studies that are still relevant to the phenomenon being observed. By understanding the role of teachers, innovative learning models, and student skill development, this research is aimed at illustrating how innovative education can increase student engagement and prepare them to face a dynamic future. By analyzing the role of teachers, innovative learning models, and student skills development in the context of Society 5.0, this research finds that innovative education has a significant positive impact on youth participation. This emphasizes the importance of the role of teachers as agents of change in adopting innovative approaches, to create a learning environment that motivates and supports student creativity. The integration of technology, particularly through a project-based approach and the use of virtual reality, has proven effective in increasing student engagement and preparing them to face future challenges.

Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, Management Information Systems (MIS) play a crucial role in transforming raw data into strategic business insights. This study explores the impact of advanced MIS on decision-making processes within organizations, highlighting the integration of data analytics, business intelligence, and decision support systems. By examining various case studies and empirical data, the research illustrates how companies can leverage MIS to gain a competitive advantage, improve operational efficiency, and foster innovation. The findings suggest that the effective use of MIS not only enhances strategic planning but also facilitates real-time decision-making, thereby driving business growth and sustainability. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms through which MIS can be utilized to optimize business outcomes and support strategic initiatives.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital landscape, businesses face unprecedented cybersecurity challenges that pose significant risks to their operations and data integrity. This study aims to explore effective risk management strategies tailored to the unique demands of the digital era, focusing on mitigating cybersecurity threats in the business sector. Through a comprehensive analysis of current cybersecurity trends, threats, and the efficacy of various risk management frameworks, this research offers insights into developing robust defense mechanisms against cyber threats. The methodology encompasses a mixed approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data from industry case studies, expert interviews, and cybersecurity incident reports. The findings reveal a pressing need for adaptive risk management strategies that are proactive, resilient, and aligned with the evolving nature of cyber threats. The study concludes with actionable recommendations for businesses to enhance their cybersecurity posture, emphasizing the integration of advanced technological solutions, employee training, and a culture of security awareness. This research contributes to the field by providing a nuanced understanding of cybersecurity challenges in the business context and proposing a comprehensive framework for effective risk management in the digital era.

Abstract

In recent years, the entrepreneurial landscape has witnessed a surge in the establishment of startups. While these ventures bring innovation and economic growth, they also face significant ethical challenges. This study explores the complexities of maintaining ethical business practices within startups. Utilizing a normative legal research method, the research draws on various previous studies and statutory laws in Indonesia to analyze how ethical considerations are integrated into business operations. The findings reveal that while many startups strive to adhere to ethical standards, they often encounter dilemmas due to limited resources, competitive pressures, and the evolving regulatory environment. This paper aims to provide insights into the importance of ethical business practices and offers recommendations for startups to navigate these challenges effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menyoroti signifikansi penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat dalam membangun citra merek yang kuat dan meningkatkan Kesadaran Merek. Metode literatur review digunakan secara sistematis untuk mengumpulkan, mengevaluasi, dan menyintesis temuan-temuan relevan dari berbagai sumber yang membahas pemanfaatan media sosial dalam konteks citra merek dan kesadaran merek. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa keterlibatan konten yang efektif menjadi komponen kunci dalam membangun hubungan yang kuat antara pelanggan dan merek melalui media sosial. Melalui media sosial, merek dapat memperkuat identitasnya dan membentuk hubungan emosional dengan pelanggan melalui konten yang kreatif. Pemanfaatan platform media sosial juga memungkinkan kolaborasi dengan influencer serta berbagi konten menarik, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kesadaran merek. hasil literatur review menekankan pentingnya citra merek yang konsisten, konten menarik, dan interaksi aktif dengan pelanggan untuk membangun kesadaran merek yang kuat dalam era digital. Merek dapat mencapai "Kesadaran Merek" dan menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan dengan menggunakan strategi media sosial yang tepat.

Abstract

This study identified of school education leadership skills in supporting virtual learning approach during pandemic disruption. The author believes that online learning requires solid educational leadership, which can empower all potential and influence. Hence, learning objectives was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic run well. So, the researchers have visited several scientific publications on several application databases of educational leadership studies during the disruption of the pandemic several complications such as Eric Publications, Google book, Taylor and France, and many other publications actively discussing educational leadership issues during distance learning as a result of responding to the Covid-19 pandemic. While the review process involves several stages, first, giving coded the data, evaluated and looked for relevance, interpreted it in depth to conclude if the findings were relevant in answering valid questions. This study was entirely dependent on secondary data in the form of field details that have been published in various scientific publication journals, especially about educational leadership during pandemic disturbances. We found that there were a number of leadership educations was used to support virtual learning during pandemic as mention in finding section. Abstract

This study analyzes how technological innovation supports and improves student learning outcomes and sustainability at Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Antasari. This study obtained data from interviews with senior lecturers and researchers and 12 resource persons, and 12 open questions. We conducted a series of questions for interviews and a literature study to understand how this change occurred. Next, the researchers analyzed the interview results with a phenomenological approach; to ascertain how technological innovation supports 21st-century learning in higher education. Based on the existing data and discussion, concluded that technological innovations such as the internet and digital applications currently in academic activities in the distance learning process and student face-to-face classes strongly support that goal. This considers the penetration of the internet and computer technology used in learning and teaching. With the experience of lecturers and students at UIN Antasari. Technological innovation supports learning there with the clear advantages of existing technology. Abstract

The article is to examine several pieces of evidence from previous studies to understand higher education governance in the crisis-era related to the challenges of achieving equal distribution of education quality. Data collection involves searching for many published articles, including journals, books, magazines, and websites that discuss higher education governance issues regarding quality and opportunity. The data analysis involves a comprehensive evaluation data coding system, critical interpretation, and comprehensive and high decision making. The data search is done with the help of technology, especially online data sources using keywords such as the quality of higher education, equal opportunity. Based on the findings, explanations, and discussions, we can summarize that the governance of higher education in the crisis era faces various challenges related to equity and the achievement of high quality. When a crisis occurs, the changes are significant, and they cannot carry out various obligations and intellectual rights so that they ignore the quality and equity of higher education. Therefore, this study recommends that high fences be managed by emphasizing finding solutions to address the challenges of service quality and equity by following guidelines and regulations in force in many countries. It is hoped that this study will become an essential input to solve the challenges of higher education afflicted by various crises.
