Abstract

This study investigates the intersection of digital transformation and fiscal policy in supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) resilience in the post-COVID-19 landscape. Through comprehensive interviews with 100 MSME owners in Bandar Lampung's Central Market, we examine the effectiveness of government tax incentives and digital platform adoption as key survival strategies. Our findings reveal a significant gap in tax incentive utilization, with 61% of MSMEs not accessing these benefits primarily due to insufficient socialization and complex regulatory frameworks. However, MSMEs demonstrate remarkable adaptability in digital transformation, with 50% adopting Shopee and 29% utilizing Tokopedia as primary e-commerce platforms. The study identifies a clear pattern of digital platform preference, with businesses leveraging various online marketplaces to expand market reach and enhance competitiveness. The research also examines these adaptations through an Islamic economic perspective, evaluating the alignment of digital commerce and tax incentive utilization with Islamic business principles. Our findings suggest that while tax incentive programs have shown limited effectiveness, digital platform adoption has emerged as a crucial factor in business sustainability. This research contributes to understanding the evolving dynamics of MSME resilience in the digital age. It provides practical insights for policy enhancement and business strategy development in the post-pandemic era.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia has had wide-ranging impacts on human life, particularly on the economy. Therefore, a breakthrough is needed to address this issue by actively involving the community and working with the government to develop a community economic development program. This background prompted this study intending to obtain the right program for MSMEs affected by Covid-19 in Lampung Province. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis, with conclusions drawn using deductive thinking frameworks. The results of this study indicate that the community economic development approach by the Lampung Provincial Government has been implemented using the processes and stages outlined in existing theories. From the process perspective, this approach has successfully gone through each process, and so far, the program is considered capable of addressing the problems faced by MSMEs affected by Covid-19. This approach is considered more effective, as the program has been widely felt and successfully fostered creativity, trust, discipline, optimism, and improving family economies. This approach has also been implemented by Islamic economic values , which consist of the values of divinity, justice, and cooperation.

Abstract

Industrial applications, machinery and engineering construction, strain is the most important value for determining the selection of suitable and appropriate materials for designing machine elements, with advances in strain measurement analysis technology on Arduino microcontroller-based structures it is very possible to use it. Several studies have succeeded in measuring strain using an Arduino Uno-based strain gauge. Based on the above, it is possible to design a strain measuring tool using an Arduino Uno-based strain gauge to support students' practicum process, so in this research a design of a strain measuring tool using an Arduino Uno-based strain gauge was carried out. The research results have completed the design of a strain measuring tool using an Arduino Uno based strain gauge and can be used on a student practicum scale. The results of tests carried out on Nako iron rods show that there is an appropriate relationship between the load applied, the strain measured and the stress produced. The results of the tests carried out measured the amount of strain produced at various loads such as at a load of 1,000 grams the strain was measured at 0.5345 and a stress of 106.9 MPa. Meanwhile, at a load of 2,000 grams, the strain reached 0.573 and the stress was 114.6 Mpa.

Abstract

Universities worldwide face a pressing challenge: traditional teaching methods may not sufficiently prepare English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students for the rigors of academic English. This study investigates the transformative potential of digital literacy in EFL education through a blended learning approach. Digital literacy, encompassing the skills to effectively navigate, evaluate, and utilize technology for learning purposes, emerges as a promising solution. Employing a mixed-methods research design, this study integrates quantitative data from surveys and qualitative insights from interviews and classroom observations involving EFL university students and instructors. Findings reveal a critical need for enhanced English language proficiency, as evidenced by 72.22% of students scoring below 450 on the English Proficiency Test (EPT). The research underscores that digital literacy significantly enriches EFL instruction within the blended learning framework. By seamlessly integrating traditional and digital teaching methodologies, this approach creates a dynamic and engaging learning environment. However, successful adoption hinges on overcoming challenges and providing continuous support for both students and educators.

Abstract

The belief that women are weak and inferior has been a long-standing discussion in the Woyla community, leading to the perception that women are unfit for leadership, much like the classical scholars who largely prohibited women from leading. However, most contemporary scholars allow female leadership, interpreting the same Qur'anic verses differently. This study focuses on the views of dayah scholars in Woyla, Aceh Barat, aiming to explore their stance on female leadership and whether the Qur'an explicitly addresses this issue. Field research reveals that the majority of dayah scholars in Woyla hold that women should not be leaders, citing Surah An-Nisa, verse 34, as a basis for their argument. Nonetheless, they allow women to lead in specific areas outside of household and family matters, relying on Qur'anic verses that emphasize human equality and the mutual support of individuals without distinguishing between male and female. This nuanced understanding shows that while traditional views may restrict women’s leadership in certain domains, there is space for female leadership in other contexts based on broader interpretations of equality in the Qur’an.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the planning, actuating and evaluating faced by students in participating in international internship program activities at Islamic universities in Aceh. This research is a qualitative study. The subjects of this study include students, the Dean of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, supervising lecturers, as well as principals and teachers at schools in Malaysia and Thailand. The research was conducted at three state campuses in Aceh, namely Ar-Raniry State Islamic University, State Islamic Institute of Lhokseumawe, and Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh State Islamic College, which have carried out international internship activities in the last two years. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis involved data reduction, data display, verification, and conclusion. The results of the study concluded that state Islamic universities in Aceh have conducted international teaching internship program in Malaysia and Thailand, each with its private regulations regarding implementation. The stages of these international teaching internship generally consist of planning, implementation, and post-implementation. Higher education management has a strategic role in improving the competence of prospective teachers through international internship programs that are well managed, collaborative and without eliminating local values and Acehnese culture. The pedagogical, professional, social competence and understanding of intercultural differences of prospective teachers can be improved if the international internship program is managed with an integrated approach, starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation involving various stakeholders.

Abstrak: Reksadana konvensional yang ada sekarang masih banyak mengandung unsur-unsur yang tidak sesuai dengan syariah Islam, baik dari segi akad, sasaran investasi, teknis investasi pendapatan, maupun dalam hal pembagian keuntungan. Untuk itu keberadaan reksadana syariah yang mengikuti prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam mu‘āmalah māliyah, memang sangat diperlukan.

Abstract

Abstak: Pegadaian syari'ah sudah terbentuk sebagai sebuah lembaga. Ide pembentukan pegadaian syari'ah selain karena tuntutan idealisme juga dikarenakan keberhasilan terlembaganya bank dan asuransi syari'ah. Setelah terbentuknya Bank, BMT, BPR dan asuransi syari'ah maka pegadaian syari'ah mendapat perhatian oleh beberapa praktisi dan akademisi untuk di bentuk di bawah suatu lembaga sendiri. Keberadan pegadaian syari'ah atau gadai syari'ah atau rahn lebih dikenal sebagai bagian produk yang ditawarkan oleh bank syari'ah, dimana bank menawarkan kepada masyarakat bentuk penjaminan barang guna mendapatkan pembiayaan. Hal lain yang berkenaan dengan kegiatan pegadaian ialah tentang pemanfaatan barang gadai oleh pegadaian terdapat perbedaan di kalangan muslim, menurut mazhab hanafi dan hambali, penerima boleh memanfaatkan barang yang menjadi jaminan untuk utang atas izin pemiliknya, karena pemilik barang itu berhak mengizinkan kepada siapa saja yng dikehendaki untuk mengunakan hak miliknya. Kata Kunci : Rahn, Barang gadai

Abstract

Abstak: Gairah perdagangan saham di bursa efek yang ditunjukan oleh nilai Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) secara fundamental setidaknya dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat suku bunga bank (interest) dan nilai tukar mata uang, sedangkan secara teknis perdagangan saham dipengaruhi oleh kekuatan permintaan dan penawaran saham. Perkembangan perdagangan saham syari’ah ditunjukkan oleh nilai Indeks Saham Syari’ah Indonesia (ISSI), ISSI menggambarkan kinerja seluruh saham syari’ah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), sedangkan dalam Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) hanya diwakili oleh 30 emiten yang penentuannya melibatkan Dewan Pengawas PT. Danareksa Investment Management. Kata kunci : Perdagangan, Saham Syari’ah

Abstract

Abstak: Secara umum, Pengendalian Intern merupakan bagian dari masing-masing sistem yang dipergunakan sebagai prosedur dan pedoman pelaksanaan operasional perusahaan atau organisasi tertentu. Sedangkan Sistem Pengendalian Intern merupakan kumpulan dari pengendalian intern yang terintegrasi, berhubungan dan saling mendukung satu dengan yang lainnya. Menurut PP No. 60 tahun 2008 yang dimaksud dengan Sistem Pengendalian Intern adalah proses yang integral pada tindakan dan kegiatan yang dilakukan secara terus menerus oleh    pimpinan          dan      seluruh pegawai     untuk            memberikan          keyakinan                 memadai atas tercapainya      tujuan organisasi melalui kegiatan yang        efektif     dan                       efisien,  keandalan pelaporan keuangan, pengamanan aset negara, dan ketaatan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan. Kata kunci : Sistem Pengendalian Intern, Instansi Pemerintah
