Abstract

Industri kuliner merupakan sektor yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, mencakup berbagai jenis usaha makanan mulai dari warung makan tradisional hingga restoran mewah. Untuk saat ini, ada industri kuliner yang disebut kuliner halal merujuk pada sektor ekonomi yang terlibat dalam produksi, penyediaan, dan konsumsi makanan dan minuman yang memenuhi syariah Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk melihat strategi marketing mix usaha kuliner Seafood Brother Lampung yang berlokasi di kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi survei di tempat, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis strategi bauran pemasaran 7P dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari dua jenis data yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Data primer ialah data yang diperoleh dari pihak pelaku usaha kuliner yakni Seafood Brother Lampung. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu, data yang didapatkan berasal dari referensi pustaka dari jurnal, website, dan sumber lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang baik dan matang yaitu strategi 7P marketing mix dapat mengoptimalkan pengembangan usaha kuliner Seafood Brother Lampung yang dikelola oleh Rizky Wahyudi selaku owner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang sudah dilakukan dalam penilitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa usaha kuliner Seafood Brother Lampung dalam strategi pemasarannya menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran 7P sehingga usaha kuliner Seafood Brother Lampung mampu untuk bersaing dengan usaha lainnya yang ada di kota Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Every fishery activity has potential which is highly dependent on the type of business and fishery resources available at the location of the activity. One of them is the potential for cultivating businesses in great demand by the community. The purpose of this research is to examine the potential for catfish farming in tarpaulin ponds at the Tengguli BUMDes. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive study approach. The research method uses financial analysis combined with environmental analysis focusing on water quality. The results of the research based on the financial aspect show that the costs incurred amount to IDR 8,986,166 including fixed costs and variable costs. Meanwhile, the profit earned was IDR 3,013,834/production. The BEP value is 299.5 kg/period at a minimum price of IDR 22,465.41/kg. An RCR value of 1.33 > 1 means efficient and profitable, a marketing margin of IDR 4,000, and a farmer's share value of 99% > 40% means efficient. While from the environmental aspect, the value of pH 5, temperature 29°C, DO 15.4 mg/l, nitrate 0 mg/L, phosphate 1.0 mg/L, and ammonia 0 mg/l did not cross the PP No. 82 of 2001 (class II).

Abstract

Penguasaan Bahasa Inggris merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting di era global dewasa ini.  Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik akan menjadi modal yang signifikan  untuk bisa bersaing di masa depan. Di Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris diajarkan sebagai mata pelajaran wajib, namun dengan jam belajar yang terbatas, Selain itu, terdapat kesenjangan antara kemampuan berbahasa Inggris antara para siswa yang tinggal di perkotaan dengan mereka yang bersekolah dan tinggal di daerah yang jauh dari kota atau ibukota kabupaten, seperti di SMA Negeri 1 Langkahan Aceh Utara dan SMA Negeri 9 Takengon Aceh Tengah. Hal ini disebabkan keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber-sumber belajar seperti buku, perangkat teknologi, atau tempat belajar di luar sekolah seperti kursus. Adanya keterbatasan ini juga berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi anak-anak yang tinggal di daerah pelosok untuk belajar Bahasa Inggris yang akhirnya berdampak pada prestasi belajar Bahasa Inggris mereka.  Berangkat dari fakta tersebut, diperlukan  sosialiasi mengenai strategi yang bisa diterapkan dalam rangka belajar bahasa Inggris secara mandiri dengan efektif dan menyenangkan di tengah keterbatasan yang ada bagi siswa yang bersekolah di wilayah yang jauh dari ibu kota kabupaten. Kegiatan ini telah berdampak pada meningkatnya pengetahuan siswa terhadap strategi yang bisa dilakukan untuk belajar Bahasa Inggris secara efektif dan menyenangkan guna meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris siswa.

Abstract

The management control system is important to support the optimal performance of a company. This is because the management control system plays a role in controlling individual behavior in the company. There are several factors that influence the management control system, namely external and internal factors. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with the research object being 33 employees of PT United Tractors Tbk Lampung branch. The type of data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 28 research samples using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The research results show that the management control system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Whereas in the Islamic perspective, it encourages a person to pay attention to what he is doing as stated in surah Al-Hasyr verse 18.

Abstract

Profitability is a measurement of the financial performance of Islamic banks, which is the company's ability which is shown through the management of the use of total assets related to the company's operational activities. The better the management of total assets, the higher the profit obtained. This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic corporate governance, current ratio, total asset turnover and intellectual capital on profitability. The companies studied are Sharia Commercial Banks as many as 10 companies for five years with the period 2018-2022.The method used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS 23 program. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation techniques with secondary types of data, namely in the form of financial statements of Islamic commercial bank companies registered with the Financial Services Authority for the 2018-2022 period.The results in this study show that Islamic corporate governance has a positive effect on profitability, current ratio has a positive effect on profitability, total asset turnover has a positive effect on profitability and intellectual capital has a positive effect on profitability

Abstract

Financial technology (fintech) has increased and can potentially drive Sharia finance's growth. This study aims to analyze fintech's role in promoting Islamic finance's growth in the digital era. The research method uses a literature study. A descriptive analysis approach involves breaking secondary data in journals, articles, and statistical reports related to the research topic. The results of this study indicate that the adoption of fintech in Sharia finance is predicted to continue to increase, driven by the millennial Muslim population. Fintech provides opportunities for Sharia financial product innovation. However, the challenges of developing Sharia fintech are significant and related to regulations, compliance risk, and human resources. Some examples of Sharia fintech platforms, such as P2P lending and equity crowdfunding, have been quite successful. The prospects for sharia fintech in Indonesia are positive with the support of digital infrastructure and the millennial Muslim population. Regulatory support is needed so that Sharia fintech is truly compliant and can drive the growth of Islamic finance. Sharia fintech has the potential to be a game changer for the development of Islamic finance in Indonesia. Comprehensive support from regulators and stakeholders can realize the optimal implementation of Sharia fintech for inclusive and sustainable Sharia finance expansion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh arus pengelasan pada kekerasan dan kekuatan tarik pada pengelasan SMAW dengan elektroda E7016 dan posisi pengelasan 3 G .Penelitian ini menggunakan bahan baja ST 42 baja ini termasuk baja karbon rendah.material di beri perlakuan pengelasan dengan varisi arus 80 Ampere, 90 Ampere, dan 100  Ampere dengan menggunakan las SMAW DCEP dengan elektroda di hubungkan dengan kutub positif dan logam induk di hubungkan dengan kutub negatif, posisi pengelasan dengan menggunakan posisi pengelasan vertical up atau di overhead atas kepala , jenis kampuh yang di gunakan adalah kampuh V dengan sudut 60°. Spesimen di lakukan pengujian Tensile Test dan kekerasan Vickers. Hasil pengujian kekerasan pada Row Material memiliki kekerasan 183,8 HV dan  Nilai kekerasan tertinggi pada daerah weldmetal  terdapat pada specimen ke 1 dengan  arus  90 amper  dengan nilai sebesar 231,HV,  dan yang terendah terdapat pada specimen ke 2 arus 100 amper Dengan nilai sebesar 209,4 HV, sedangkan pada area HAZ nilai tertingi terdapat pada specimen 1 HAZ I pada arus 80 dengan nilai 204,5 HV dan HAZ yang terendah pada specimen ke 1 arus 100 amper dengan nilai 156,2 HV, Dari hasil pengujian tarik Nilai kekuatan tarik maksimum tertinggi terdapat pada spesimen dengan variasi arus 80 amper yaitu 473,75 Mpa.,arus 90 amper 462,08 Mpa.,dan pada Row Material 441,49 Mpa,dan yang kekuatan tarik  terendah adalah pada arus 100 amper 461,1 Mpa. Sedangkan hasil pengujian juga memperoleh informasi bahwa lokasi patahan juga terletak antara daerah HAZ (Heat Affected Zone) dan base metal.Keyword: Pengelasan SMAW,Material Plat Baja St 42, Uji Kekerasan Dan Uji Tarik

Abstract

Currently, attention to the performance of MSMEs is very high because it can help remove blockades and generate broad prospects for MSMEs to develop as well as to compete strongly in regional and global markets. Therefore, business actors are very responsible for managing MSMEs and trying to get MSMEs that are better than the performance generated by implementing Market Orientation and Product Innovation. Halal Supply Chain is information that flows in every supply chain must be in accordance with the principles of sharia law. It is known that Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population. Therefore, awareness of the importance of applying Islamic law in living life, makes Muslim communities in Indonesia instill the concept of halal in their daily lives. Based on this, the researchers conducted this study to find 4 things, namely Does Market Orientation and Product Innovation have a partial significant effect on MSME Business Performance in Lampung Province? Do Market Orientation and Product Innovation partially affect business performance with Halal Supply Chain as a moderating variable MSMEs in Lampung Province?, Does Market Orientation and Product Innovation have a Partially Significant Effect on MSME Business Performance in Lampung Province?, Do Market Orientation and Product Innovation have a significant effect on business performance with Halal Supply Chain as a moderating variable on MSMEs in Lampung Province? The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The data used in this study is primary data derived from the results of the questionnaire answers that will be distributed to the MSME actors in Lampung Province. The sample used uses the Probablily Sampling Technique with the sample results used by 100 MSME actors in Lampung Province.The results of this study found that the percentage of Halal Supply Chain reinforcement as a moderating variable has a different effect seen based on the T test (Partial) that Market Orientation and Product Innovation have no significant effect on MSME Business Performance with Halal Supply Chain as a moderating variable while based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous) that Market Orientation and Product Innovation have a significant effect on MSME Business Performance.

Abstract

Company value is investors' perception of the company which is often linked to share prices. The growth of Islamic banking is increasing, the implementation of Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG) has become an obligation. ICG implementation aims to overcome the emergence of various risks and problems. Apart from these goals, ICG is also the main focus for making banking superior and highly competitive. The results in this study indicate that Islamic corporate governance has a positive effect on firm value, and earnings management has a positive effect on firm value. The conclusion in this study is H1 which states that Islamic corporate governance has a negative and significant effect on accepted firm value and H2 states that earnings management has a positive and significant effect on accepted firm value and H3 which states simultaneously that both variables, namely Islamic corporate governance and earnings management can have an effect to accepted firm value.

Abstract

Work ethic is a person's attitude and view at work, sourced from self-quality, realized based on values ​​and implemented in activities at work. A work ethic based on Islamic values ​​will form a Muslim full of responsibility and hard work in carrying out his duties at work. At a practical level, an understanding of the Islamic work ethic will have a major impact on work. The results of this study indicate that in general the understanding of the Islamic work ethic of the employees of UIN Raden Intan Lampung and IAIN Metro is in accordance with the theory of Islamic work ethic. However, in practice not all employees carry out an Islamic work ethic which includes work to seek sustenance, work is worship, work professionally, work hard, respect time (discipline), uphold honesty. According to the Islamic perspective, work is part of fulfilling the needs of life which are divided into primary, secondary and tertiary needs. These three needs are very important for the running of human life in general and humans in particular. If it does not work, then humans will naturally experience difficulties which will eventually fall into sin.
