Abstract

This research was conducted in Bagan Hulu Village, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province on November 21 - December 09, 2022, to analyze the profit-sharing system for drift gill net fishermen and compare the profit-sharing system that applies in Bagan Hulu Village with the Law No.16 of 1964 concerning profit sharing. The method used was a survey with a total sample of 32 fisherman owners; the sampling technique was simple random sampling. The results showed that the profit-sharing system for drift gill net fishermen in Bagan Hulu Village, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province, uses a local profit-sharing system by sharing profits after deducting production costs with a percentage of 60% for fisherman owners and 40% for labor fishermen provided that all operational costs are shared. From a comparison of the profit-sharing system according to UUBHP, the share of income for fishermen who own drift gill nets in Bagan Hulu Village is greater than that according to UUBHP. The difference can be seen from the joint costs incurred. In the law, the shared costs incurred are consumption, while in the Bagan Hulu Village, the shared costs incurred are all operational costs

Abstract

Hangtuah Village is known as "Kampung Lele"; one of the business actors who run the catfish processing business is the Mina Sejahtera Group. This research was conducted in October 2023 in Hangtuah Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research aims to identify the supply chain pattern for catfish crackers and analyze the added value of catfish crackers in the Mina Sejahtera Group. The research method uses a survey method, and data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The research results show that the supply chain actors consist of partner farmers as suppliers of raw materials for catfish, the Mina Sejahtera Group as business actors and processors of catfish crackers, and consumers as buyers. Supply chain flows include product flows, financial flows, and information flows. The condition of the supply chain for catfish crackers in Hangtuah Village is based on the Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) approach, which is seen from the supply chain targets, supply chain structure, supply chain entities, supply chain management, supply chain resources, and supply chain business processes that have been integrated with Good. The added value of processing catfish crackers is IDR 11.600/kg with a value-added ratio of 45,3%. The average profit given in the catfish processing process is IDR 5.600/kg or 48,2% of the product's added value, meaning that every kilogram of fresh catfish raw material processed can provide a profit of IDR 5,600/kg in added value

Abstract

Low Back Pain (LBP) is pain felt in the lower back whose source is the spine of the spinal region or lower back, muscles, nerves, or other regional structures in the area. The results of a preliminary study conducted on 10 brick craftsmen workers using a questionnaire, it is known that 8 out of 10 with a presentation of 80% of workers have complaints of low back pain, from observations made, that many awkward postures in the work performed by workers can be seen. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with low back pain complaints in brick craftsmen workers. This research is an observational analytical research with the approach The type of research conducted in this study is quantitative research with a cross sectional study design. The research was conducted in Jantera Village, precisely in Java Hamlet, Pasar 2 Dondong, Pasar 2 east, Pasar 2 west and Pasar 3 Wampu District in 2022. The sample in the study was workers who worked on brick making which amounted to 76 people. Sampling technique by means of cluster random sampling. Data collection tools using a research questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the SPSS program. The results showed that there was a relationship between working time (p value 0.042), Manual Material Handling (p value 0.002) and workload (p value 0.000) with Low complaints.Keywords: Workload, Low Back Pain, Craftsmen

Abstract

 The results of a survey conducted at Prima Hospital 4 out of 10 people said they were not motivated at work and only carried out work only as a demand. This is due to the high workload. Meanwhile, 5 out of 10 people said they had less job satisfaction because they wanted to do good or bad work the same. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between work motivation and coping with job satisfaction in nurses at Prima Hospital. This type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with a sample of 64 nurses. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire and data analysis with Chi-Square. The results of this study found that there was a relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction with a p value of 0.014, and there was a relationship between coping mechanisms on job satisfaction with a p value of 0.005. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between work motivation and coping mechanisms on job satisfaction in nurses at Prima Hospital. It is recommended that nurses who are research respondents can be used as evaluation material in an effort to increase satisfaction at work at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru.Keywords: Knowledge Level, Socioeconomics, Nutritional Status

Abstract

Abstract: Diabetes Mellitus (DM), often referred to as diabetes, is a metabolic disease characterized by elevated blood glucose levels above normal. Based on data from the Medan City Health Office, the number of T2DM increases every month by around 699 cases as well as the incidence of metabolic disorders which continues to increase due to diabetes. Puskesmas Glugur Darat is one of the health centers with the highest number of T2DM patients in Medan city. Based on the results of the recapitulation of the monthly report on T2DM disease obtained from the Medan City Health Office in 2019, in one month the number of T2DM can reach 282 patients. The purpose of the study was to determine the correlation of body mass index (BMI), physical activity patterns, and hypertension status with the incidence of type II diabetes mellitus. The type of research is quantitative with a case control approach. The sample consisted of 88 case samples and 88 control samples. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. The results showed that there was a relationship between BMI (p value: 0.009), physical activity patterns (p value: 0.030) and hypertension status (p value: 0.001) on the incidence of diabetes. It is recommended to the health center to disseminate information and education through print and electric media in the form of bulletins, and conduct regular health screenings to a group of high-risk communities.Keywords: Physical Activity, Diabetes, Hypertension

Abstract

Abstract: Community service aims to describe parental guidance towards children while at home. This activity is in the form of counseling on how participants can develop parenting, especially in managing children's schedules in learning according to changing times, so that tasks as parents can play an active and effective role, participants can increase children's enthusiasm in learning, participants can set schedules for learning activities at home, children's habits in behaving towards their elders and helping them when doing work at home. This service activity was carried out at the Kontor Hall of Sungai Bundung Laut Village, Mempawah Regency, this activity was carried out smoothly and there was an increase in parents in carrying out parenting for children, it was evidenced by the increase in children's learning achievements, accustomed to independent living and the formation of children's learning programs. This training encourages participants to follow it and get the job done faster and more efficiently.

Abstract

Budaya merupakan suatu tatanan nilai, kebiasaaan-kebiasaan yang berlaku atau adat istiadat. Manusia tidak lepas dari budaya. Manusia memiliki pemikiran, rasa sehingga berusaha mempercayai keyakinan yang diantu budayanya. Kebudayaan dan masyarakat adalah dua kenyataan sosial yang berbeda namun mempunyai keterikatan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Di dalam suatu budaya memiliki adat yang mengandung nilai-nilai dan dapat dijadikan sebagai pedoman hidup bagi masyarakat karena memiliki makna didalamnya. Ma’doke puang adalah suatu hukum adat yang dilakukan oleh setiap orang yang melakukan pelanggaran tertentu dengan memberikan sanksi atas kesalahan yang dilakukan. Kebiasaan ini dilakukan masyarakat Kecamatan Simbuang sebagai bentuk pengakuan salah dengan memberikan seekor kerbau kepada orang yang dituduhnya sebagai budak. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengkaji nilai-nilai hukum adat ma’doke puang dalam perspektif pendidikan Kristen Kontekstual. Pada akhir tulisan penulis berharap bahwa setiap pembaca memproleh informasi tentang makna ma’doke puang sehingga budaya ini memikirkan yang seharusnya dilakukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi peningkatan kinerja Pegawai di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Mamasa dari segi Komunikasi, Sumber Daya Manusia, Disposisi dan dari segi Struktur Birokrasi Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan mendeskripsikan peristiwa maupun fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan dan menyajikan data secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta atau fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan peningkatan kinerja Pegawai di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Mamasa ditinjau dari segi komunikasi, termasuk dalam kategori baik karena setiap terjadi salah pengertian dan/atau kesalahpahaman selalu dapat dikomunikasikan kembali pada semua elemen sehingga dapat mendukung implementasi kebijakan DPRD. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kebijakan yang tidak sesuai karena tidak ada dukungan dari pihak yang lain. segi sumber daya manusia, belum optimal karena kompetensi sumber daya manusia yang memadai belum maksimal, dari segi disposisi telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang ada walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kesalahan dalam pemberian disposisi, masih terdapat beberapa dispoisisi yang tidak sesuai alamat sehinga menyebabkan terhambatnya penyelesaian pekerjaan. sedangkan dari segi struktur birokasi, termasuk dalam ketegori baik karena secara umum, implementasi kebijakan Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Mamasa sesuai dengan harapan.

Abstract

Pertanian organik merupakan sistem pertanian yang holistik dan terpadu, tanpa menggunakan bahan kimia dan hanya menggunakan pupuk oraganik yang berasal dari bahan-bahan alami. Salah satu sumber daya alam yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembuatan pupuk organik adalah bonggol pisang. Bonggol pisang adalah batang tanaman pisang yang berupa umbi batang yang mengandung unsur-unsur penting yang dibutuhkan tanaman. Meskipun sistem pertanian organik memberikan keuntungan kepada pembangunan pertanian masyarakat namun penerapannya tidak mudah. Beberapa hal yang menjadi kendalanya adalah masyarakat belum paham sistem pertanian terpadu, tanah yang butuh perawatan lama, tingkat hasil dan produktivitas belum meyakinkan petani pada umumnya, belum adanya insentif harga yang memadai untuk produsen produk pertanian organik, dan permodalan yang belum menyentuh semua petani. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sekitar bulan Juli hingga Agustus 2023 di Lembang (desa) Batu Tiakka’. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode demonstrasi yaitu menjelaskan teori tentang manfaat bonggol pisang sebagai pupuk organik. Kemudian mempraktikkan bagaimana cara membuat pupuk dari bonggol pisang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pembuatan pupuk kompos sangat membantu masyarakat dalam memahami bagaimana manfaat bahan organik, mengenal bahaya pestisida, masyarakat dapat membuat pupuk organik dengan bahan yang mudah diperoleh di daerah sekitar yaitu bonggol pisang dan mengetahui bagaimana mengelola lahan dengan baik.

Abstract

Hemiparase adalah sindrom klinis yang timbulnya mendadak, progresifnya secara cepat, dan berupa defisit neurologis fokal yang berlangsung selama 24 jam atau langsung menimbulkan kematian, disebabkan gangguan pada peredaran darah di otak non-traumatic (Halim, 2016). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan fisioterapi terhadap gangguan fungsional lengan dan tungkai akibat Hemiparese Non Hemoragik dan meningkatkan fungsi aktivitas sehari-hari dengan menggunakan intervensi Passive dan Aktif Exercise,Bridging Exercise dan Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation atau PNF. Hasil setelah melakukan penanganan selama 8 kali terapi didapatkan hasil meningkatan nilai aktivitas sehari-hari atau ADL pada pasien Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian Passive dan Aktif Exercise,Bridging Exercise dan Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation atau PNF dapat meningkatkan aktivas sehari hari atau ADL pada kasus Hemipare Non Hemoragik Post Stroke.
